Shadow Milk is such a diva, man.

While first drawing this, I throught that a made too few birds with Vanilla. Now that I started color... I realized my mistake-

Finally (somewhat) bringing back the Body Swap Au, holy Christ-

Smilk (in Pure Vanilla’s body) has a nasty habit of mentally tormenting PV (in Shadow Milk’s body), just seeing how much he can break PV’s will from a single session alone.

And then after said mental torment, Smilk will then just love bomb PV. And considering PV’s mental state most of the time afterwards, he accepts it without a fight and leans into the affection, like a flower to the sun.

…Yeah if you couldn’t tell, Body Swap! Shadow Milk is just an all-time douchebag.

I actually used these palettes (which I got from @color-palettes , so kudos to them 👍) for the art. The first palette (This Little God Had None) was the main one I used, mainly for PV and Smilk, while the second palette (Imprint Of The Un-Saved) was used for the background.

So yea, thank these colour palettes for bringing me the motivation to bring back the Body Swap Au

Did you know shadow milk cookie’s color palette is pure vanilla’s inverted? Roughly at least

Yes I am very aware

I do wonder how intentional it is, because as far as I can tell from the other Beasts and what we know of their colors, Shadow Milk is the only one who has this. Silent Salt is somewhat close, since White Lily’s color palette mostly inverts to a pinkish purple, but it doesn’t hold up for anyone else, other than Golden Cheese’s accent blues inverting to red, but the rest of her inverted palette is also blue
