UTDR wordplays, Part 1 (in my understanding)
"I can do anything!" - Jevil.
Doesn't mean exactly that he's capable of doing everything one can think off,
but that he has the freedom to do anything he wants without consequences, as he believes choices don't matter.
(Also likely a reference to him being the Joker card in the light world, where irl Joker cards are wild cards in card games that can "do anything")
