“You want me to what now?”

Her face was burning.  It had to be – she could feel the heat flushing her cheeks.  She pressed her lips together and looked away.  Her hands clenched at her sides, clenching and unclenching to dispel some of her nervous energy.  Dingo was still staring at her through those tacky orange shades he had worn that day, his eyes wide and eyebrows high on his forehead.  She blinked quickly – once, twice – when she felt tears pricking at the corners of her eyes.

She hated this.

Asking anyone for help, but especially asking Dingo for help.

She was Ladybug, for Pete’s sake!  She should be able to do anything on her own, and yet…

“Teach me to dance,” she huffed, because that was the one thing she couldn’t learn on her own.  Two weeks of bruises and failed YouTube lessons (and a Miracle Box full of kwamis snickering every time she tripped over her rug or bumped into her desk or decapitated her mannequin) had proven that.  He blinked and lifted his shades to squint at her.

“…o…k…?” he said slowly.  She pushed out a breath and rolled her eyes.

Summary: Luka was just trying to do Tom a favor when Roger pulls him over with a very baffled question: “What the hell is on your roof?”

Author’s Notes/Warnings: …I have been running on absolute fumes this month.  There were things that needed done today, but apparently I forgot about Juneteenth & all the places I needed to go are shut down for the holiday.  So I slept in until noon and bullshitted this based on a crazy thing yesterday instead.  😂

“What’s on the Roof?”

It had been a long fucking day, and Luka was exhausted.  He waved at the older man who had signed for the last delivery, double-checked that the back of his ma’s old van was locked up (which currently meant ensuring the bungee cords were hooked tight), and trudged back to the driver’s seat before climbing in.  He just had to check back in at the bakery, and then he could head home and crash.

God, his bed was going to be so nice after a day like this…

It hadn’t started bad.  He’d had a gig the night before, but even if he had gotten in late the show had been great and he wasn’t necessarily complaining about that.  The problem had come barely three hours later, when he’d woken up to pee.  Honestly, that was the only reason he’d seen the message.  If the text hadn’t arrived right as he was crawling back into bed, he probably would have slept right through the notification and following phone call.

The text had been from Marinette, telling him she knew he’d had a show the night before and he could ‘TOTALLY SAY NO’.

The phone call had been from Tom, and…was a little harder to ignore.

GB have been accused, since before they ever got to be friends, of cheating. (Still to this day, I see people repeating those lies) 🙄 She used this lie for years to play the victim! It was like, "Awwwww, everybody feel sorry for the poor, depressed, heartbroken, cheated on victim of B's adultery and mistreatment." It was all total Bull$***

Here, we have proof that M & AE were definitely the couple that moved on first. GB took years of negative press and sm abuse from the industry, fans, haters and rando's. Every. Single. Day. For. 2 YEARS.

I remember those days well. I also remember articles & tweets of shocked people apologizing after her "anniversary" post.

She is such a 👹. She and her fans spread around alot of toxic lies and hate for the fun of it. Years of this piled on until the EF debacle when B posted his karma tweet.
