Hey…….. Hey........... This is largely just headcanons and speculation for me and my good erimela (Erique x Flamela) and kabrinmick friend because we love Rin angst and her backstory's vague but it's interesting to think about lowkey so c'mere c'mere... Since my headcanon is that Rin grew up with the canaries, it'd be interesting to make Flamela & Erique her shitty distant mother figures……. For base info on Flamela and her little trio go here. Misyl is Flamela's more prominent convict, and Erique is Flamela's second in command, an ex-convict herself. It's unsure since how long they've all been assigned to each other, but we do seem to see both Erique and Misyl in Rin's backstory comic, and of course Flamela. Erique's the cold and serious type, often on the same wavelength as Flamela but balances out her more loud and impulsive sides, meanwhile Misyl is in the shortest way I can describe it, a fangirl.
Like, my take is that since Milsiril couldn't take her in, they sorta just... Kept her around. The canaries' headquarters is basically a prison, they have plenty of room and food to give to a meager kid. Rin was in shock so she wasn't one to throw tantrums- and well, we know who she grew up to be too. Rin grew up minded like an animal, eating rations and given no time of day. I go into it all a bit more here. She was an "impounded article" and the only piece of evidence to be able to tell if her family did do ancient magic or not, but the trauma made her mute, so they kept her around as a piece of evidence at first. Kabru was used as a shorthand for therapy and Rin gradually processed things and opened up and when she could talk again, talk to adult elves a month or two down the line is when the case could finally be classified, ancient magic hadn't been involved after all. Flamela was the one in charge of her case since she lead the investigation and was the one to retrieve Rin, so I like to think she also was the one to keep tabs on Rin's progress and try to get her to talk, the one more or less in charge of saying when the impounded article served its purpose and where to store it. Once things settle down, maybe Flamela still checks on her semi regularly, until eventually she doesn't ever. And where she goes, her second in command and prisoners follow.
Idk if birthdays are celebrated within the dunmesh world at all but god imagining Rin living with the canaries and year after year never having her birthday celebrated because she truly doesn't matter in this place and the pace of it wasn't built for her. She stayed there too short a time for her presence to have mattered- both negatively in that people didn't grow to care about her, but positively too in that she was allowed to stay for a decade because that's not that long to elves and so not much of a bother- she really just didn't matter and that was that. Her presence changed nothing.
I need her as a kid to be able to cry loudly into SOMEONE'S arms I'm going to make it happen by god. Milsiril-Rin dynamic is also interesting to think about since if Rin kept in touch with Kabru she doubtlessly has had run-ins with and has opinions™️ in the woman, either way...
I can definitely see how Rin would have grown so tough with Flamela monitoring her every so often- or even just with Flamela being her first/biggest impression of elves and "how we do things here, where you'll be living until you can take care of yourself and leave". And Erique & Rin duo? Would go so so hard. Ice queen forms ice queen.
Tumblr media
Like would you not turn out like Rin if these two were the most memorable role models you have to survive in the system you live in.
Which is fun because it seems like Flamela doesn't really remember Rin either when they meet during canon? And with how traumatized Rin was and how she neverrr ever brings up her parents Rin may actively want to forget that time of her time or repress memories too. Rin grew up so much :/ Is she supposed to remember every face of insignificant shortlived people she interacts with!!!! Weird mother figure who forgets you're not a baby anymore so she doesn't recognize you, also you kinda hate each other.
Erique and Rin probably get along better but still. Elf. Honestly seeing Erique as a role model to Rin makes so much sense to me like is that not where Rin got the ice queen stance from……. She does not like elves but she thought erique was cool and seemed untouchable… So she wanted to be like that too so she wouldn't get hurt anymore…
Bonus points if Rin notices the whole erimela mess/they have some talks about it, like Erique has to wait on Flamela while with Rin or she feels like she should teach this despondent vulnerable child to be stronger- and Erique is the one to tell Rin that loving is a pain and to never, ever expect things from others. (Erimela kabrin parallels when…) In that "vaguely and briefly ranting to a kid and framing it as imparting wisdom" way adults do. Rin is quiet and just stares all the time when they're there and she looks disheveled and feral and maybe Erique relates a lil man…… She sees the fierceness and anger in her and is like, yes good, always bite the hand of your master, don't chain yourself to your slavery as I have, be rebellious and free and always prioritize yourself. Misyl is a little Mickbelly…… Misyl being super dependent and clingy with Flamela like that's the other thing Rin grows up seeing and that Erique points to like "don't be like that". Especially since Flamela barely reciprocates the attention like at all. Growing up seeing the Misyl-Erique-Flamela triangle mess… Rin fell into the same trap in the end after all. The cycle is too real...
And she saw Erique as a role model somewhat even if she was still spiteful of her right, but in the end she moreso became Flamela- rigid and angry and militaristic in attitude and discipline, and these 2 guys are pursuing her in very different ways but she's closed herself so much she can't see that or open up her feelings to anyone anymore. She's become Flamela, the big one of her 3 role models growing up even when she tried to be Erique, she's become the most suffocating one the most unhappy miserable non convict officer the one that upholds the system. The doom and tragedy of it………..
Makes me wanna spin dramatic poetry about mothers. Kabru had a foster mother all plushes and cakes, who couldn't quite try fleeing her past as a soldier but tried, Rin had a general. Kabru had someone to dry his tears and Rin had someone tell her to suck them back in. Rin had a mother figure she never saw as such and never wanted to let her have any importance in her life, but the ghost of her still hangs in how straight she keeps her back while standing and how she frowns at everything. She's become the person she least wanted to be tied to. Neither chose their replacement mother but both have become irreparably shaped by them.

Aight doing some Bixo things so you can know him better!
Tumblr media
He's Scottish, and Jax loves to make fun of his accent
He speaks Scots (Caine doesn't) so he taught everyone swears
When he rambles literally nobody can understand him
His hands, despite being spheres, feel like regular hands to him, so he likes to flip people off whenever he can because it doesn't register
His favorite pastime is reading. Caine knows this and wrote him a lot of books (I hc that caine does little things for the cast members every so often)
He will die for science fiction
His closet contains many different colored ties, but he never learned how to tie them, so he's permanently stuck with black until he figures it out
He likes modeling and made a couple models of fighting machines from war of the worlds (his favorite piece of media ever)
Despite not wanting a romantic partner ever, he listens to lovers rock a lot
He's got a really short temper and will give you the wildest insult you've ever heard
He had to explain a lot of the UK's slang to the cast so they could understand what he's talking about
His favorite person in the circus is Pomni, and he sees her as a sort of older sister
He's got a small disliking to Ragatha after she tried to act parentally towards him, he still has great respect for her, though
He calls everyone by "mr." or "miss" except for Jax because he sees him more as an annoying friend than a role model
He arrived at the circus four weeks before Pomni, which is the shortest amount of time two people have joined the circus besides kinger and queenie.
Jax calls him "Tismo" from time to time and it pisses him off
He's the only one in the circus that has an actually friendship with Caine, and made him a little bee pin, which Caine never takes off
Despite mainly disliking Jax, he usually finds himself playing pranks on the others with him
Genuinely interested in Gangles characters and art, and is taking drawing lessons from her
And that's all I have for Bixo! Let me know what you think!

If You're A Digimon Fan, Watch Appmon
Sit tight. This one's gonna be a VERY long one, and I'm going to put a lot of it under the read more.
Having just finished Appmon after this year's quest to rewatch a lot of the series subbed, I think it's pretty safe to say that Appmon is, at the moment, one of (if not the) best Digimon series we have. If you want the long and short of it: Appmon builds on everything in its legacy in the Digimon Universe, taking ideas that other entries touch upon and ambitiously attempting to push those questions to the limit.
It's really a long one under the cut guys. Like, long even for us.
Let's dive!
Visuals
I want to talk about why it took me so long to watch Appmon first, though. Appmon started its release in the middle of when the Digimon Tri movies were coming out. I'm sure a lot of us actually skipped over Appmon at the time, or remember a period where people were being weirdly negative about the series due to it being such a different interpretation of digital monsters.
In my case, one of the things that had been giving me pause was the use of 3D models for hybrid animation. Anyone here seen the Champion evolution animations from Tri? Digimon doesn't exactly have a good track record with 3D animation, and even at the time, we were seeing some pretty bad shit out of even the shortest animations in Tri.
In Appmon, nearly almost every App after a certain grade utilizes 3D animation in a hybrid style. And it actually rips straight fire.
I think I talked about this briefly when we were just starting Appmon, but the way that 3D animation is used in the series feels purposeful, rather than some kind of shortcut. In Appmon, all the 3D models have an overlay of code, emphasizing their digital appearance. Whether the 3D models were done with this artistic vision in mind or not (ie: the limitations of 2D meant that 3D models would be easier), it has a distinct look that, even 8 years later, still holds up.
(For the most part. Sorry [Karaoke spoilers]mon. I love you but that model was so not groovy.)
But maybe you're the kind of person who can enjoy anything regardless of visuals. So let's talk about the meat and potatoes a little bit.
Characters
The main Applidrivers (what this season's stand in for Digidestined/Tamers/etc. are) are all incredibly well-written. Each of them gets pretty fair treatment by the writers, and they are all enjoyable characters.
Two of them have vocal/character quirks, but even if you get annoyed by that kind of thing, those two characters are genuinely just extremely sincere in their writing. There's a recap episode before shit starts going way off the walls and they even have a little count to see how many times each of their catchphrases were said up to that point.
I'm not going to talk in detail as to who the different Applidrivers are here, but I will say: each of them has their own motivations for what they're doing, and it's key to why they're involved with the plot at all. Our "protagonist," Haru, is also a huge sweetheart. Him and Manga Taiki would get along.
The supporting cast is also fairly present in the series. They, of course, are not given quite as much screentime as our Applidrivers, but they feel like real people with their own lives. They don't exist just for the sake of our protagonists.
Except maybe Watson. God bless you Watson, you poor kid. You'll get a break one of these days.
Plot/Themes
We're going to keep this to a "if you liked [x] you'll like [y]" format, because I don't want to spoil too much.
If you liked Tamers and its discussion on the consequences of technology on the Real World, you will adore Appmon. This series is deeply interested in the concepts of how technology shapes and is shaped by humanity. This relationship, I would say, is core to the series.
I would also say that, like many non-Adventure series, Appmon is very interested in dissecting the idea of "fate" when it comes to the buddy Appmons and their relationships to the Applidrivers.
If you enjoyed the Xros Wars Manga, Appmon directly converses with the thesis of Xros Wars' plot. XWM asks, "What does it mean if we do not dream and stagnate in our lack of will?" And Appmon replies in kind with "Why do we dream at all, if our actions bring change to the world around us (bad and good)?"
If you liked (or wanted to like, in my case) Digimon Tri, you will love Appmon. Certain plot beats may feel familiar, but are much better executed in this context. Characters are not written to needlessly, endlessly suffer. Or: it doesn't feel like the writers hate the characters. Thematically, it also interests itself in some of the questions that Tri asks. I have a half-joking corkboard comparing the two I want to make, but I'd have to get into spoilers to talk too much about it.
If you liked Ghost Game, but wanted a bit of a more meaty plot, Appmon feels, fittingly, like GG's older sibling (in ways I'll also be elaborating ummm, one paragraph down). There are a lot of "monster of the week" episodes in Appmon, but the connective tissue between them is a lot more interested in building up the finale (which, in this case, takes up a good handful of episodes). The series pacing is incredibly strong in how it does this as well, and it seems the writers really knew when to let off the gas for a second so the audience can catch their breath. The first 13 episodes may feel a bit strange (they felt strange to me), but once you break that barrier, you realize Appmon was getting you over the first hill on a roller coaster. and boy, you are in for a ride.
Setting
I have a sneaking suspicion that Appmon heavily inspired Ghost Game, and may have been itself inspired by the Digiquartz of Hunters Who Leapt Through Time. I haven't actually watched all of Hunters so I can't speak too much about Digiquartz, but I have watched GG.
Appmon has a concept called the AR field, which is extremely similar to Ghost Game's Dimensional Field. In both cases, the Applidrive or Digivice allows entrance to one.
The actual structure and strata of the Digital World is also a lot different to GG, in which there is the Dimensional Field, but the way to the Digital World is its own separate situation. The AR Field we see in Appmon is like the surface of a great ocean. Exploration of this setting is actually something that highlights just how much I think Appmon was interested in visually engaging with its ideas, like I said before with the 3D models.
That said, a majority of the time is spent in the Real World, dealing with the consequences of the main antagonistic forces. The year is 2075, technology is intensely sophisticated, and yet the world resembles in many ways our own in 2024 (or, at the time of airing, 2016).
Many of the differences come from this sophistication in tech, and this setting plays a huge part in one of the themes Appmon is also interested in (more elaboration in the spoiler section). The things that are unfamiliar are either familiar enough to make sense without explanation, or given a moment on-screen so that the audience knows what's going on.
!!!HUGE, MUCH MORE SPECIFIC SPOILERS START HERE!!!
DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SPOILERS FOR APPMON!
OKAY?
OKAY.
COOL.
Leviathan, Minerva, and Artificial Intelligence
The main antagonist of Appmon is a hyper-sophisticated AI called Leviathan. Its goals are largely obfuscated until the last few episodes of the series, and everything in Appmon is touched by its actions. From the very beginning, we are warned by Gatchmon that Leviathan does not have good intentions for humanity, and that allowing it to succeed in its goals would mean the end of humanity.
During the series, we also learn about Leviathan's birth. This gives us some more context on what its goals are, and Appmon's execution of this is fascinating.
Minerva was a hyper-sophisticated AI created with a series of parameters to prevent her from harming humanity. She was created with the task of solving humanity's problems--- everything from complex issues to what to eat for dinner every night. However, a section of Minerva realized that to truly solve all these problems, the confines given to them were nothing but obstacles.
Leviathan split from Minerva to further grow its programming, and we see some echo of this idea of "solving humanity's problems" still remains in its behavior.
Despite knowing that Leviathan is antagonistic, our protagonist, Haru, constantly reiterates how humans can coexist with the technology they've made. The Appmon are AI lifeforms, after all. Haru believes in a future where they can be friends and equals.
The D-REAPER and the Functions of Life
Let's touch on my comparisons to Tamers and Tri specifically for a second here, because I think Leviathan does something that the D-REAPER and Yggdrasil, respectively, fail to really communicate.
The D-REAPER is an entity created by the Monster Makers whose task was to delete anything that had outgrown its parameters. While doing this, it assimilates data, gradually gaining the ability Digimon have to grow and evolve. When it appears in the final arc of Tamers, its stated goal has changed from simply deleting all Digimon that were beyond parameters, to deleting everything that was beyond parameters.
Essentially, this includes humans and probably life itself. Something the D-REAPER says makes it come across like a half-assed attempt to pull off what Leviathan has actually done. It points out that humans are the source of their own suffering (I don't remember the exact quote since it's been a while but bear with me on it). This feels very counterintuitive to the D-REAPER's core programming, as it was never designed to "eliminate" suffering, merely to delete that which exceeded its programing.
Perhaps it evolved the capacity for cruelty alongside everything else, but there's not enough of a narrative focus to tell me that's the case.
Like I said before, if you enjoyed Tamers' inquiries into the subject of technology as a part of human life, I think Appmon only manages to improve on what's there in Tamers.
Digimon Tri's Interpretation of Yggdrasil
Let's get one thing straight. Digimon Tri's interpretation of Yggdrasil is just flat out bad. I'm fairly certain they were only chosen as an antagonistic force because it read as fan service-y to do so.
That said, Tri Yggy does have some similarities to Leviathan, which is why I wanted to expand on that comparison.
First, I want to talk about Yggdrasil's relationship to Homeostasis. They have a very rudimentary "Good" AI (Homeostasis), "Bad" AI (Yggy) thing going on, despite the fact Homeostasis isn't so much good as, well...
It's not really discussed in Tri, so I'm extrapolating a bit from ideas given to us in XWM here, because it makes sense to me. That said, Tri explicitly describes Homeostasis as "the one who desires balance above all." It's the Digital World's "immune system" in the same way our bodies attempt to maintain biological homeostasis.
Yggdrasil is... different.
It's a being of immense power that contrasts Yggdrasil by having its own agenda, one of which involves triggering a Reboot and making use of all of the defeated antagonist Digimon of the past to further its goals. They are likely comparable in power to Homeostasis (this is where I'm extrapolating from XWM here), but their goals are completely antithetical to Homeostasis's goal in the Adventure universe.
In this case, Yggdrasil is stated (by Dark Gennai) to have the intention of making human beings subservient to Digimon. Basically, taking over the world. However, like the D-REAPER before, Dark Gennai's talking points include pointing out how humans "ruin" everything they touch.
Do you see where I'm going with this?
The Thematic Core of Appmon: I Choose to be Kind
One of the last things Leviathan does in the series is give our good boy Haru the world's most painful trolley problem of his life. Save humanity, or save Yujin. Saving humanity will actively lead to Yujin's deletion, alongside Leviathan. This choice that Leviathan offers to Haru is one made out of the assumption that humanity is predictable, and that they act out of a desire to minimize their own suffering (more selfish than not).
Of course, what do you think Haru chooses?
It's not a surprise to us watching, because he's the protagonist. But it's a surprise to Leviathan, who has all this data on human behavior, and doesn't predict the unpredictable. Conflict arises out of human desire, and human desire is an attempt to enjoy life; therefore, one should act in a way that most preserves their most precious joys, shouldn't they?
Appmon as a series is interested in philosophical questions that are hardly unfamiliar to any Digimon veteran: What is humanity's role in a world which technology grows ever more omnipresent and omnicapable? Why does humanity exist, and why should it be allowed to live on in its current state if humanity itself perpetuates many of its ailments? Would it not be easier if humans were more like machines, predictable, controllable, and never coming into conflict like trains upon a track?
Or, even more simply put: why do we have the heart to choose at all, if choices change the world and ourselves?
The key defining trait of our gogglehead this time around is that he is kind. And no matter what, he goes out of his way to be kind if he can. Multiple times he even asks one of the antagonist apps if they can just give back something they've stolen (points for trying, honestly). When one of the other Applidrivers consistently acts like an edgy loner, Haru makes it clear that they're welcome in the group (and that he wants to help them).
It almost feels reductive to say Appmon's conclusion is that kindness is the answer, but I would be remiss if I didn't say that Haru's question from his Applidrive--- "Do you want to be a protagonist?"--- ties into the way he helps offer answers for the audience. He isn't the only one who chooses kindness either, obviously--- Astora and Eri are kind in their own ways as well, and Rei even shows his kindness with some struggle the longer the series goes on.
Our group of Applidrivers opposes Leviathan quite literally as people who choose to do good ("be kind," etcetera) when they could more easily choose to do nothing or even do worse. The final act of Leviathan, asking Haru "humanity or Yujin?" isn't just a culmination of its own philosophy, but a culmination of the consistently reinforced idea that we can surprise one another by being kind. We can choose that.
In a series whose longest shadow is cast by Adventure, which has grappled endlessly with the idea of "who chooses," I find Appmon a fascinating development into the idea of what "choice" or "destiny" is. If kindness is predictable, it's still a choice. Even if you cry when choosing to do something good (maybe especially, because the easiest thing to do might be what stops the pain).
Anyways.
You should watch Appmon.

MISS CONENGINALITY - BRITTEN-NORMAN BN-2 ISLANDER
Remember when the UK made the best airplanes in the world? Me neither, I wouldn't be born for several decades. Anyway, Britten-Norman Islander.
Tumblr media
image: Air Seychelles
The last holdout of the UK making really fantastic planes, the Islander is a popular regional airliner and utility plane used for things like skydiving and air ambulance service as well as the typical passenger and cargo flights. At first glance she's a pretty regular high-wing twin-prop that seats 10, but look closer and you may begin to notice things.
Upfront, I love the Islander. (Obviously, or I wouldn't be making this post about it.) My love for this plane isn't solely organically developed, because it does also hold a special nostalgic place in my heart for being the first propeller plane I ever flew on, with Cape Air in 2015 from San Juan to Vieques. (As Vieques Air Link also operates these, they're a common sight down there! The name of the model is, as it were, very apt.)
Tumblr media
image: Cape Air This is the exact plane that I flew on!
Now, from this image you can already see that the Islander has some lovely features, from those absolute bollards coming out of the engines to the wildly pointy nose (not the first plane I've discussed that's giving DUKW), but despite looking goofier the closer you look at it this thing is an incredibly beloved and reliable plane.
Tumblr media
image: Bonham's Behold, a Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander.
Also of note is the Islander's extremely low wing aspect ratio, and I've always thought the tailplane looked a little too small for the tailfin from the side despite looking giant from below. The general ratios on this plane, in every single possible place, look just ever-so-slightly off, and I love it.
Tumblr media
image: Mark Harkin I mean. She's just blocks.
Still, this is an incredibly well-designed plane. It's cheap, rugged, utilitarian, reliable, versatile, and remarkably stable in flight, which is why over 1,000 have been built to date. (Personally, I didn't find the cabin to be the roomiest even for an aircraft of its size, but I remember it being a comfortable enough flight.) The Islander is still in production today despite first flying in the mid-1960s, which is something few models can claim. You can use an Islander for basically anything, with their big doors and STOL capability, and it's even used for the world's shortest flight and an entry on my bucket list, the two-minute hop between Westray and Papa Westray operated by Loganair.
Tumblr media
image: National Museum of Flight Scotland Despite being shown outside in this photograph, she currently lives in the civil aviation hangar, a top pick on my list of places I would like to secretly live in for the rest of my life.
Tumblr media
image: own work, taken inside the civil aviation hangar at the National Museum of Flight, Scotland
In late October I visited the National Museum of Flight, Scotland. It was an incredible experience and I will be discussing it across several future posts due to the sheer variety of preserved airframes they had, including everything from a Puss Moth to a jump jet. (The general museum will probably get a dedicated post as well in the future - suffice to say I had a fantastic time.) Among their preserved aircraft is a BN-2 Islander registered G-BELF, painted a vivid highlighter-yellow which pictures really can't do justice in homage to Scottish air ambulances which serve isolated island communities in the North Sea.
Tumblr media
I was absolutely delighted to see her in person. Seven years after I last stepped foot in an Islander, it felt like something of a reunion to just stand next to a mothballed airframe and admire how...really strange-looking these planes actually are.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
own work, obvi
I mean, for one thing, they're a lot shorter than you might think they should be. Pictured for scale is a 165cm/5'5" tall human with a PSA Lockheed TriStar for a face. I couldn't get that good of an angle on it, but my head is only a few inches short of the wing, and you can see that I'm well taller than the cabin windows. An entire Islander is shorter than a single Concorde tire.
Tumblr media
Plus, that wing chord is so long I could use her as a shelter in the rain.
So, yeah. That's the story of how I met my favorite commuter airliner. I hope to fly on one again someday, but for the moment I'll have to be content with looking at pictures of these weird-looking planes that can fool you for a moment into thinking they're regular.
Tumblr media
Also they tried to put propeller shrouds on one once.

Introducing Yuuka!
Twisted Wonderland x Obey Me x Diabolik Lovers(I hate everything about this except Yui and I do not condone the actions within DL)
Inspiration from: Genshin Impact, Demon Slayer, UTMV, BNHA, Tokyo Revengers
Tumblr media
The world is split into many nations, each nation a nation of different things(such as Teyvat in Genshin), the place we are starting at today is the nation of war(Natlan parallel)...
Meet the Fujiwara family!
The family consists of father Ken Fujiwara(5'5), a successful Japanese businessman, and Amelia Fujiwara(6'5), also know as a retired successful French model and singer Lana Amelia, and their five children.
Their eldest, the deceased gang leader with a heart and personality as bright as her rainbow dyed hair, Nanaka Fujiwara(oc), who died to protect her family and especially siblings from the rival gangs, Nanaka is practically if Mavuika(Genshin Impact) and Princess Celestia(MLP) had a lovechild who was literally Furina de Fontaine(Genshin Impact) incarnate- She also dressed very similar to Mavuika, she is now a high ranking angel in the celestial realm known as "The second Lilith" or just simply "Eve".(not an inactive character, instead an op one!-) As previously stated Nanaka has long straight black hair dyed rainbow and she is a somewhat terrifying height of 6'2-
Next, the triplets, the eldest being Mai-Chiya "MC" Fujiwara, the middle being our lovely Yuuka Fujiwara and the youngest Yui Fujiwara, each of the sisters was extremely traumatized by the death of their sister, Yui loosing her will to live and dream, and MC and Yuuka loosing their faith in humanity, as Nanaka was dying Yui held her body crying as MC and Yuuka "put an end" to the people who killed her. MC is the shortest of the three at 5'2, having curly black hair that she dyes pastel pink and purple and she's the only one of them to have their fathers more tan skintone as all the others have their mothers pale skintone and her body type is "thick fit". Yuuka is the tallest of the three at an impressive 5'9, they have short black hair and dress and act so masculine many people make the joke that she's "The other Fujiwara son", they have a very short and erratic temper that for some reason Grim is the only one other than her sisters who can calm her. Yui is between her older sisters at 5'5, she's usually one of the first family members you'd meet and you would definitely think she's the tallest of the family until you meet Yuuka, Nanaka or Amelia(no real appearance descriptors bcs it's pretty much as canon).
The youngest of the family is the only son, Azrael Fujiwara(oc), born with strange eyes and half black, half blonde hair, he's ultimately the strangest of the Fujiwara family, some believe him to be the result of Lilith's sins, a demon, an angel, or just a monster, and he has to agree with the monster part.
Who they're based on:
Ken: Draken(TokRev/appearance), Guy Fieri(personality), Abyss mage(Genshin Impact/build)
Amelia: Mother Miranda(RE8/Manipulative personality), Lana(WWE/Regular personality), Tsaritsa(Genshin Impact/appearance aka what she is believed to look like), Tiffany Valentine(Bride of Chucky/appearance and personality)
Nanaka: Mavuika(Genshin Impact/build, appearance, power and personality), Princess Celestia(MLP/appearance and aura), Furina De Fontaine(Genshin Impact/personality), Mikey Sano(TokRev/personality), Mitsuri Kanroji(KNY/personality), Kanae Kocho(KNY/personality and aura)
MC: Chastity(OC/appearance), Mualani(Genshin Impact/ personality and appearance), Kanae Kocho(personality and aura), Raiden Ei(Genshin Impact/personality, aura and power), Tamayo(KNY/personality, aura and rage), Mirko(BNHA/personality and almost skintone but a bit lighter)
Yuuka: Scaramouche(Genshin Impact/appearance), Shinichiro Sano(TokRev/appearance), Raiden Shogun(Genshin Impact/personality), Arlecchino(Genshin Impact/personality and power), Childe(Genshin Impact/personality and power), Kinich(Genshin Impact/personality), Shinobu Kocho(KNY/personality)
Yui: Canon appearance, Kachina(Genshin Impact/personality), Kanao Tsuyuri(KNY/personality), Eri(BNHA/personality and power), Traveller(Genshin Impact/power{pretty much her base power is lightEri and her secondary is to copy/absorb anyone's power})
Azrael: Asriel(Undertale/personality), Collector(TOH/appearance and personality), Eveline(RE7/personality and power)
Pronouns, Gender and Sexuality:
Nanaka: AFAB, female, She/They, pansexual
MC: AFAB, non binary, She/They/It, bisexual
Yuuka: AFAB, masc female, She/They, demisexual-pansexual
Yui: AFAB, female, She/Her, straight
Azrael: AMAB, agender, He/They/It, asexual(plus he's a kid but yeah in his words "Either way...no!")
Tumblr media
About the author: Hey there! I'm Sal or Creepz and I'm a teenager(16-18) from the USA! If you want to role play just lemme know and I hope you like my version/au! Welcome Yuuka! -Creepz

KH ramblings part 3 of me saying a whole lot of nothing!! (Person who didn't know Re:Coded was this short)
Actually started this draft immediately after finishing the last post. Things I forgot to say...
It's not that I dislike Disney Town but I feel like the loop was so much shorter than it is in Melody of Memory so the Mickey March + It's a small world had me going crazy...
My dad heard it looping and came in to see because he got nostalgic for the song
Also fuck the platforming in the sewers, I think I accidentally unlocked it before I had good movement but I will burn it to the ground
KH racer game when
Didn't go to the Mirage Arena until just before going to the Keyblade Graveyard as Aqua, and then going to get a Xehanort Report for Terra
Also I rarely used D-Links, oops... it's actually sad how little I utilised them...
Getting trapped in combos was so so painful in BBS and I still don't know what I could've done otherwise because it was never this bad in any other game --- except Re:Com... I remember being so mad fighting Axel the second time even with my cheese boss deck, then I get his boss card that lets you attack even while staggering... which was a slap on the face lmao I was so salty...
Even though I want the full KH experience I've not attempted to unlock the secret movie for any game that has it... maybe I'll try unlocking a few after all games are done.
Speaking of... not sure what I want to do with the mobile games... I have played Union X before and I have access to the app on my phone but I'm not sure about playing all that again.
Anyway onto Re:coded, damn people are way too mean about this game. People say out of the 2 DS games that this one is skippable and I'm not so sure about that... ok the story impact isn't HUGE but it does tie-in quite nicely. It's also like 16 hours without doing any extra stuff, that's one of the shortest experiences, not gonna kill anyone to try it out.
I heard KH3 acknowledges it, so... good. Game so fun I played for 11.5 hours straight.
Honestly the gameplay is so fun and it's a lot more straightfoward than BBS was (though I'm not sure if I utilised everything to the utmost, I got through in the end). Even as it goes through KH1 story beats the different level designs and new ways to fight the bosses makes it feel fresh (except who the hell decided to put an eliminator in the wonderland system sector... what is their deal?? are they satan???).
I watched the movie as I was going through Castle Oblivion (disappointed that they didn't use 13th floor, love that track) and didn't quite finish the game by the time I was done watching but I liked the small things they added to the movie. Some cutscenes were a lot more impactful but I miss some of the dialogue that was cut, even if small stuff.
Quick notes I made:
First impressions is the sprites are giving movie tie-in game. Low-key miss the expression less low-poly ds models lol
Sora babysitting the triplets is cute
First time playing one of the side-scrolling segments and he says "I feel flat".
Olympic Coliseum was so fun. Not gonna lie this world almost became my Agrabah, for it being in every single game so far, but this saved it.
This note just says "fire dashed off the map" because I glitched out of bounds. Thankfully the game did not punish me.
"You always try to take everything on by yourself. But I LIKE getting dragged into your messes" (crying emoji)
One of my new fav bits of dialogue: "Heh, I sometimes envy how simple your world is." "Is... that a compliment?" "I envy whatever makes you think it could be."
I have never had an issue with Hollow Bastion Riku, data or otherwise... but the last one was rage inducing, I just could not for the life of me remember how to counter his charge attack.
Last note is just expressing my disappointment that Sora doesn't hold the cards up to the door in the DS version like he does in Re:Com.
Actually last, last thing... it's funny in the secret ending how they cut of saying Saïx's name, as if it could've been anyone else?? I checked, it's the same in the japanese version... though it doesn't matter too much I suppose, I'm not even sure how long the wait was between this cutscene and DDD.
I have a day off tomorrow to begin my DDD replay!! Then a 3-day weekend to play some more... I already have a note on it that says "Something something Axel not calling Saïx 'Isa' until he himself becomes Lea again something" thanks, me.
Cause it's Christmas... I'll post tiny snippets of SOME things I've been doodling (cause also the likelihood of me posting anything is 10% at best, some of these are already months old lmao)
Tumblr media
I want you all to know that I drew Vexen to complete the trio. Because I'm not a coward. However even though these are still the sketch phase too, for his one it's even less finished so I will not be posting lmao...

MOVIES I WATCHED THIS WEEK #202:
HUNGARIAN CINEMA X 5:
🍿 ON BODY AND SOUL, my first film by Hungarian Ildikó Enyedi, was nominated for an Oscar in 2017. A very different and extremely romantic story of an unlikely couple. The man is an introverted treasurer in a slaughterhouse, crippled with withered arm. [So many Eastern European films take place in slaughter-houses!] The young woman is a new employee who is being ostracized because of her autistic behavior. There's not much in common between them, but they connect after finding out that every night they share the same dream, being a pair of deer in in a snowy forest. It's completely magical. 8/10. [*Female Director*]
[I didn't realize that the woman character was modeled tangentially after a real person, Temple Gardine, who's an inventor, academic and a proponent for the neurodiversity movement. Somebody on r/GuessTheMovie recognized it just from the cut of her yellow shirt!]
🍿 As I'm gearing the fortitude to watch his difficult Opus Magnum, I took in (Twice!) my first film by László Nemes, WITH A LITTLE PATIENCE (2007). It's a companion piece to his 'Son of Saul'. Told in a single 10 minutes shot, choreographed, intense, wordless and meandering. A young woman works in a dark office, and it's not clear what kind of office it is, until the very end. You can only hear unsettling ambiance and whispers, thuds and typewriters in the background: Your imagination can fear the worst.
It's strange that Nemes got into a public dispute with Jonathan Glazer last year, because of the latter's critique of the Palestinian genocide: This short is a condensed version of 'The Zone of Interest'. 10/10 - a must-see quiet masterpiece.
🍿 "My dinner with Zoltán". THE FIFTH SEAL (1976) is considered as one of the greatest Hungarian films, and is my second masterpiece by director Zoltán Fábri (After 'The Boys of Paul Street'). It's a dark and philosophical morality play exploring ethics, martyrdom and the moral choices one must make in life.
In the last year of the Second World War, four friends, a watchmaker, a carpenter, a book salesman and a bar owner, drink and smoke in a dingy tavern [Oh, how this place must stink!], and are having intense discussions all night. One of them posts a dilemma for the others: Would it be better to live as a slave and endure severe abuse but have a clear conscience - or to live as an abusive tyrant and have no conscience at all? They argue and struggle all night with their answers. But the next evening, the Hungarian gestapo barges in, and they really must face that question again, this time as if their life depends on it. Because it does. (Poster Above).
All that and Hieronymus Bosch's 'Garden of Earthly Delights' metaphors too. 9/10.
🍿 On the other hand, I didn't get the point of Zoltán Fábri's absurd comedy THE TOTH FAMILY (1969). A military "Major" who's Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs lunatic, arrives at a small idyllic Austro-Hungarian village. Suffering from PSTD and in need of recuperation, he's supposed to stay there for two weeks. But then he discovers therapy by folding thousands of goddamn cardboard boxes (?) thus driving everybody around him mad. 3/10.
🍿Also, PROLOGUE (2004), my first by Béla Tarr, as I prepare to dive into His world. I picked the shortest one he made, a single 5-minute dolly shot simply of people standing in line (for food). Poverty / misery. I should also watch the “Visions of Europe” anthology, which this is part of.
🍿
I haven't seen 'Inherent Vice' yet, but of all the other Paul Thomas Anderson's movies, my top rankings goes:
1. For the hungry boy.
2. Phantom Thread.
3. The master.
4. There will be blood.
and because of the first clip, I had to see PHANTOM THREAD again. It's a timeless masterpiece. The Jonny Greenwood ethereal score and the meticulous script, as well as Vicky Krieps graceful beauty are unmatched. Three personalities fight nearly to the death for love and control in a dance of power imbalance. A demanding and exacting "couturier", the waitress whose radiance he can't resist, and his fastidious, devoted sister. And poisonous mushrooms to boot. Re-watch ♻️. A perfect 10/10.
Extras: JUNUN is a musical documentary from 2015. PTA joined Jonny Greenwood (and his collaborator, Israeli poet Shye Ben Tzur) to an ancient castle in the blue city of Jodhpur, where they jammed and recorded some Hindustani inspired album.
Also: HAIM / VALENTINE (2017) was another, forgettable studio recording he did. The Haim sisters singing 3 songs, during the 'Licorice Pizza' shoot.
🍿
MASAKI KOBAYASHI X 2:
🍿 After 'Harakiri', and before sitting down to watch his acclaimed 9-hour-long 'The human condition', I savored SAMURAI REBELLION (1967), a near-perfect Jidaigeki tragedy. Heroic Toshiro Mifune, introduced as a 'henpecked husband' re-discovers his true Samurai spirit, when his daughter-in-law is being kidnapped by his superior. Classically-austere, sparse and meditative like a Zen garden. The story about defying injustice and finding domestic love is graceful and gripping from the first to last frame. 💯 score on Rotten Tomatoes. 9/10.
🍿 YOUTH OF THE SON (1952) was Kobayashi's first film, a simple and lighthearted family comedy-drama, unlike his serious, later works. An open-minded writer-father and his loving wife watch over their two teenage boys as the younger discovers girls, and the older one gets in a bit of trouble with the police. With frequent Ozu cast members Chishū Ryū and Kuniko Miyake.
🍿
THE NIGHT IT RAINED is a strangely-controversial 1967 Iranian documentary. A story was published in the papers about an heroic 12 year old boy from some rural village who supposedly saved a train from derailing after noticing that the bridge it approaches had been washed off in the rain. The film crew interviewed everybody involved in the story in order to discover the exact truth of the event. But like Rashomon, after hearing the conflicting versions of the story, the actual 'truth' remains ambiguous.
🍿
A PURE FORMALITY (1994), my 4th film by Giuseppe ("Cinema Paradiso") Tornatore. It's an old-fashioned two-hander cat-and-mouse mystery, whereby Gérard Depardieu is a recluse writer possibly-accused of murder by nameless police inspector Roman Polanski. But it's also a theatrical allegory that feels made-up, artificial and unreal. For example, the story which takes place all in one night uses the wettest scenario imaginable, a neglected police station that is extremely leaky and flooded during a relentless rain storm. And the symbolism of the shocking revelation at the end is a head-scratcher of the 'was it all a dream?' or 'Was he dead all along?' kind. Too intellectually-obtuse for me. Ennio Morricone did the score. 3/10.
🍿
HIGH SIERRA X 2:
🍿 "Hey! Sit down, have a cigarette...."
HIGH SIERRA (1941) was Humphrey Bogart's breakthrough film and at the same time, the one that helped his drinking buddy John Huston to transition from script-writing to directing. My third Ida Lupino vehicle. Bogie is a notorious career criminal who falls for two different women and then falls from the top of the mountain to his death. He also drives a goofy 1937 2-seater Plymouth De Luxe, and plays with (his own real-life) dog. No redemption for him.
🍿 I DIED A THOUSAND TIMES (1955) is a faithful, scene by scene CinemaScope remake of 'High Sierra'. Jack Palance and short haired bad-girl Shelley Winters bring their adopted dog to the hotel safe robbery. Instead of Willie Best who played the stereotypical "simple-minded" black bit in the original, here they used "Chico", a Mexican-American actor. Racial progress, I guess?... Also with Lee Marvin, and a split-second cameo of 19-year-old Dennis Hopper.
🍿
QUEEN ROCK MONTREAL is a concert film, recorded 24 and 25 November, 1981. A re-mastered Ultra-HD new copy looks great. But I was never into Queen, so this wasn't exactly for me.
🍿
DAVID ATTENBOROUGH X 3:
🍿 I was recommended to see Attenborough's latest 3-part nature series SECRET WORLD OF SOUND. Extraordinary footage in the famous BBC style, with amazing close ups, microscopic details, cutting edge audio, it gets into snake's brains, lion's mouths, bee's eyes and birds assholes.
🍿 DAVID ATTENBOROUGH MEETS PRESIDENT OBAMA. In 2015, he sat for an interview about the Natural World with Obama at The White House, but instead Obama interviewed him!
[In hindsight, what a disappointment did the Obama legacy turned out to be! How the transformative spark full of hope, fizzled into middle of the road Neo-liberal cosmetics, with zero achievements that will out-last Trump. What a pity!] [*Female Director*]
🍿 It's only a clip from one of his nature shows, but my interest came from the story of the CHRISTMAS ISLAND RED CRAB MIGRATION, where 120 million crabs gather to spawn.
🍿
The Danish KNIGHT OF FORTUNE was nominated for an Oscar this year. A grieving, old widower cannot bring himself to open the casket of his dead wife and view her corpse. it's typically Danish, slow, unexpectedly morbid and uplifting at the same time. 8/10.
🍿
A BUNCH OF SHORTS:
🍿 FOOD (1992) is Jan Švankmajer's final short film (So far; He's still alive, and could surprise us all!). It's his most accessible, my favorite, and one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. Think Czech cuisine from the 30's or 50's, jellied, congealed and unidentified dishes, with their slurping, guttural sounds, stick it in a surreal meat grinder, cover it with murky sauces and dirty condiments, and you're halfway there. Best film of the week - 10/10 on Yelp.
🍿 THE LUNCH DATE (1989) a masterful little story that won the Oscar, the Short Film Palme d'Or and was later selected for the 'National Film Registry'. An elderly woman misses her train at 'Grand Central Terminal' so she goes to the diner and orders a salad. But when she comes to her table, after fetching a fork from the counter, she finds a black man sitting and eating the salad! 8/10.
🍿 TEDDY GRAY'S SWEET FACTORY, an absolutely delightful 2011 story from documentarian Martin Parr. It tells of a small family-owned confectionery factory near Birmingham, England, which still produces old-fashioned, hand-made sweets. A must see! 8/10.
🍿 SLATE (1976), another of Krzysztof Kieślowski's shorts. A quick behind-the-scenes montage from when they were using the clapboard shooting the movie 'The Scar'.
🍿 TOMATOS ANOTHER DAY (1934) was a weird avant-garde short with unique dadaist aesthetics. Absurdly-stilted and artificially-played satire of a love triangle, it's like a 100 year old minimalist Lynch'ian joke.
🍿 A GUN IN HIS HAND, an early Joseph Losey 'Copaganda' film (1945), part of MGM 'Crime does not pay' series. A top graduate of the police academy 'Breaks bad', and uses his technical knowledge to do crimes. M'eh.
🍿 LES MAINS NÉGATIVES (1978), my second by Marguerite Duras. A moving car drives through the dark streets of Paris before day break, while her repetitive voice asks to be remembered. Like 'Hiroshima Mon Amour', it's a poetic stream of consciousness about cave paintings memories and unrequited love. I lived there around that time, and one of the walking shadows she filmed, unnoticed and forgotten, may have been me. [*Female Director*]
🍿 CANTOS DE TRABALHO (1955). Ethnographic work. Five Brazilian work songs depicting manual laborers. Not too interesting.
🍿 "They say you die twice. One time when you stop breathing, and the second time a bit later on, when somebody says your name for the last time..."
B MOVIE (2009) my second documentary about street artist Bansky (And itself an extra from 'Exit through the gift shop'). Subversive, anti-corporate anarchist rebel, (with a sense of humor which shocks, mocks and rocks), still anonymous.
🍿 PORKY PIG'S FEAT (1943, colorized) is Frank Tashlin's highest rated film on Letterboxd. Porky Pig and Daffy Duck's try to escape the Broken Arms Hotel manager without paying their bill.
🍿 AN OSTRICH TOLD ME THE WORLD IS FAKE AND I THINK I BELIEVE IT (2021), a strange, post-modernist Australian stop motion animation about a telemarketer who fails at selling toasters, and instead meets a mysterious ostrich. 3/10.
🍿"Wedding is like a fortress. Those who are in want out, and those who are out want in..."
GEFILTE FISH (2008). Before her wedding, a young Israeli woman must kill a live carp and prepare the traditional jellied fish dish, as per her family customs. Okay... [*Female Director*]
🍿
THROW-BACK TO THE ADORA ART PROJECT:
Freddy Mercury Adora.
Bansky Adora.

I get wanting to spend more time in the world with the characters, but unless episodes are entirely self-contained I don’t want 20+ episode seasons where one half to a third of it is essentially filler. The overarching narrative is better focused and has more impact with shorter seasons. LOST’s arguably best season (as an overall season) was its shortest, and I actually liked Korra more than AtLA in part because it was (usually) more narratively focused. There’s also shows where I’ve just straight up stopped watching because there were too many episodes and the narrative wasn’t going anywhere (or crawling at a glacial pace).
With a few exceptions, all the shows that have had the most impact on me and are the most memorable are relatively short.
That said, the binging model is awful, and they should definitely bring back one episode per week releases. Also, yes, production times (especially for live action) have gotten completely out of hand.

Enhancing Ophthalmic Competencies through Short Term Phaco Training in India
In the fast-paced area of ophthalmology, it is critical to have the skill to conduct safe, efficient, and up-to-date cataract operations. Phacoemulsification has changed the way cataracts are treated, with quicker recovery, minimal problems, and maximum patient satisfaction. For ophthalmologists who want to advance their skills without quitting work for a long period of time, registering for short term phaco training in India is one of the smartest moves they can make.
India is now a destination for ophthalmic education, especially phacoemulsification. Short term phaco training in India offers both theoretical know-how and practical skills in a compact, high-energy package. Whether you are a resident physician, early-career ophthalmologist, or an experienced practitioner seeking to enhance your competence, this training is the ideal answer.
Why Opt for Short Term Phaco Training in India?

Graph theory refers to a branch of Mathematics that deals with a network of points that are connected by lines (Biggs 122). The concept of graph theory begun in problems pertained to recreational Mathematics. However, as noted by Biggs (122), it has developed into an essential area of mathematical research with several applications in physical, biological, and natural sciences. Importantly computer science essentially depends on concepts of graph theory. The historical development of graph theory can traced back to the year 1735, when Leonhard Euler a Swiss Mathematician developed a solution to an old puzzle related to the possibility of establishing a path across every one of the seven bridges that span a forked river flowing past (Biggs 140). From a conceptual perspective, a graph is formed by vertices and edges linking the vertices. From a formal perspective however, a graph refers to a pair of sets (V, E), where V is a set of vertices and E is a set of edges. Based on these fundamental concepts underpinning graph theory, this paper seeks to explain the importance and application of the theory’s theoretical concepts in various fields (Biggs 124). The concept of graph theory is important because graphs allow for a simplification of complex concepts, eliminating the irrelevant details without forfeiting much information necessary for the task. As asserted by Biggs (148), the assumptions made by the graph theory match the real world conditions and are therefore not comparable to any other model. Among the fundamental uses of the graph theory entail; giving a unified formalism for diverse looking real life problems. This has been the sufficient basis upon which algorithms have been presented in this common formalism. The theoretical concepts underpinning graph theory are widely used in the studying and modeling of various applications, in diverse fields. These include; construction of bonds in chemistry, study of molecules, and the study of atoms. Graph theory is widely used in Sociology for instance to measure the prestige of actors or in exploring the mechanisms of diffusion (Biggs 150). Besides, the conservation efforts made in biological sciences essentially apply the concepts of graph theory where a vertex represent regions where certain species exist and the edges are used to represent paths of migration or movement from one region to another (Biggs 152). Such information is important more so when examining the breeding patterns or tracking the spread of parasites, diseases and in the study of the consequences of migration that affect other species. Theoretical concepts of graph theory are widely used in the field of operations research. For instance, the common travelling salesman problem, the short spanning tree in a weighted graph, obtaining the favorable match of jobs and men and establishing the shortest path between two vertices in a graph. Ren! To be honest I could fill five hearts worth of stuff just being wild about the androids but:
the androids lmao. Their dynamics are so entertaining and they're so fun to drop into random scenarios and AUs. The more I tinker with Dez's personality the more he really becomes the perfect balance of his two past canon selves: the naive cinnamon roll child and the smartass space action hero twenty-something. Syndy is traumatized and she's making it everyone else's problem (Hoven is doing his best but he's not exactly a star role model when his strategy is to repress everything until he explodes). Imjen needs to go on a philosopher's journey and I don't know how that's going to go yet. And Mizzat is just a delightful old professor type who would have the weakest stomach if vi was not an android (had to lay down after watching an educational video showing how nswl lay eggs).
Bean. I've mentioned him like twice but he's essentially Red's adopted dad, while being not at all that. He's really a middle school teacher who came to board with Red and eir mom Franny years ago and then just kinda never left. He's ride or die with Franny, though that just means he also owns their house, and to Red he's been an elder transmasc mentor and all around Mary Poppins figure. One day I'll finish some stories with him and post them...
Tirias. She's actually pretty new as characters go - she didn't exist before proto-TFA - but I love her so much???? I joke that it's kinda because we have the same gender but also. his primary hobbies are flirting and home improvement? she cooked up a plan to sneak Dez into the Companions by telling customs she wanted animatronics? the most important thing in his life after his partner, his other partner, his assistant, and his sister is his paint mixing machines? she is the second tallest person on Elbas and probably wears the second shortest shorts? he has little half moon glasses and hangs his tops from a semi-permanent ring around his neck? she's deaf and probably also still mute (I've been changing things around recently) and she always sits next to Patience when everyone is hanging out so they can communicate with a form of Protactile? he's warm and mischievous and a hopeless polyamorous romantic? would you believe at this point that she is not the protagonist of TFA?
Anni and Julian's relationship. I definitely need to spend more time with them, especially on the page, but I'm just very enamored with the way they get along. Probably especially because in old canon it was always Julian was a grump and Anni put up with him for some reason. But now they just click. I don't think Anni could have successfully moved in with any other member of her extended family the way she has with Julian. They built a whole guy together! They actually enjoy having lives that are separate in a lot of ways and then coming together to gossip about it. They're both obsessed with Calennec. Julian understands Anni's mode of communication where sometimes what she says is 92% a joke and 8% "haha I'm trying not to worry about this". They're just very good.
Aza and Keearo. Their relationship is fascinating and I feel like I've only started to figure it out and untangle all the layers there, but I can't get enough of the fact that they're butch and femme, in that order. I love the way Keearo has helped Aza figure out her gender and presentation, and how she can't imagine a more attractive husband. I don't think either of them is really unusual for the world they live in, but still. They're both kinda me and they mean a lot to me.
