Summary: competitive Nolan and gf have to compete in a couples challenge video

CW: light hurt/comfort, low key dramatic

“What,” Nolan asked with a nervous laugh of disbelief as he finally realized what the video that Jimmy invited the two of you to be on under the pretense of ‘you’ll know more when you get there’.

You on the other hand felt a little bit of excitement bubble up inside of you at idea.

“I don't want to compete with her,” Nolan stated, and your face scrunched up at the response and Jimmy grinned some.

“Why not? I know guys that would love to compete their girlfriends.”

“Maybe know different guys,” Karl commented and you snorted.

“Okay, no. Not like- okay, Nolan why don't you want to compete with your girlfriend?”

“Because if I win her feelings are going to be hurt and if she wins she’s going to rub in my face.”

“Oh, so if she wins you're feelings are going to get hurt,” Jimmy clarified with a satisfied smile.

“Hey, no,” Nolan started to defend but Jimmy waved for Tareq to follow him as he swapped over to you and you couldn't help but laugh at his predicament.

“You seem like you're feeling a lot better about this competition than Nolan is,” Jimmy noted, and you shrugged.

“Well, its not difficult to feel good about an easy win,” you commented and Jimmy’s eyes widened some as Karl let out a laugh.

“Yoh hear the Nolan, you're girlfriend said you're a loser, she doesn't think you stand a chance. Ouch.”

“Okay, yeah, I heard her I’m right here,” he said and Tareq panned them camera from Karl to Nolan before back to you and you just shrugged before Jimmy moved on too one if the other couples he invited that we're in another room.

“Tense in here,” Karl commented and Nolan went over to push him out the door and he complained the entire way very lightly fighting back.

“I have to be in here so we know you two aren't conspiring,” he finally whined.

“What do you mean conspiring were competitors?”

“Okay winning team gets a prize, but the person on each team with the most points gets a different prize.”

“Jimmy would do something like that wouldn't he,” you commented before crashing onto a beanbag in the room and Nolan fell somewhat on top of you.

“Well, this is the last time you guys can be nice to each other until the end of the challenge. Anything you want to say,” Karl asked after switching on his camera.

“Good luck, you're going to need it,” Nolan said and you let out a laugh wrapping your arms tightly around his waist as he sat on top of you.

“What ever helps you sleep at night, baby.”

Not long after the two of you were split up and brought to the first challenge, foam pit fist fight. To be clear their we're giant square foam gloves over both your hands, and well as multiple pieces of foam armour. It was ridiculous to say the least.

And, it was all a fun and fine friendly competition until the round four- lovers quarrel.

You were each given lines, some of which were text from your phones and some which were fake the goal was to guess based on the others persons personality and expressions during the game which were real and which were fake.

“-’I mean I don't know sometimes I just wonder if we should break up’” Karl read and you let out a small laugh.

“Fake,” you answered and the buzzer went off, and your eyes widened as you looked to Karl and his own eyes widened as he looked between you and the person who had each of the real fake inputs programmed into his computer.

“Doesnt matter, that was my last one right,” you asked and Karl nodded and you got up moving to the love conquers all obstacle course and powering through it just enough to hit the buzzer.

“And, like that the girlfriends are one up on the boyfriends,” Jimmy yelled and he went to film a small bit with you but you waved him off as you stepped away from everyone while still being in the room, trying to use everything in you not to cry before the buzzer went off again, and then a third time, and then a fourth and by the fourth time, you could here Nolan.

“Hey,” he called with a warm laugh and you turned around toward him trying to keep the devestation off your face.

“Do you ever think we should break up,” you asked, fishing for honesty, but his smile just dropped some.

“What?”

“Just, do you ever think that? It's okay if you do, I just I don't know, do you,” you asked and everything you were feeling was beginning to leak through onto your face and in your movements and voice.

“I- do you want to break up?”

“Do you,” you asked again, with so much more force this time and his eyes ran along your face and no words followed. Not a no. God, he wasn't saying no.

And, shit it would've spiraled so far if Karl wouldn't have started yelling your name and sprinting toward you, “It was a machine error! I talked to the guy and it was a machine error. Your answer was right. It was fake.”

“It was you asked,” your voice cracking in a little bit of relief, even though you drill werent confident.

“Yeah, okay, this is the screenshots of text used, and this is the list of fakes that AI came up with. It's just- the machine fluked. He never sent that anyone, okay?”

“You never texted someone that you want to break up,” you asked, voice and eyes watery as you looked back to Nolan.

“No, I would never. I love being with you.”

“Why didn't you say no when I asked then?”

“Because, I thought that was what you wanted and I was trying to change your mind,” he said and it only made you cry a little harder. You felt like a jerk. He said you name quietly pulling you in a hug. “I love you. I don't want to break up. In fact, I want to watch you go win your big prize and then I want to go home and I want to do whatever you want to celebrate your victory.”

“I’m so sorry,” you muttered over and over and he rubbed your back. “I’m a big dummy.”

“It's okay. You were upset and hurt. I would've been too.”

“I love you,” you finally muttered, pulling yourself together and moving so you could look him in the eye.

“I love you more.”

“Yeah, probably,” you agreeded and he let out a slight laugh along with his complaints, as you used needing to film the last bit of the video as an excuse. But, with the way you heart swelled when he could do nothing but compliment you when being interviewed about losing, you doubted that he could truly ever love you more than you love him.

It had already been nearly an hour since Nolan’s been home, and he was visibly exhausted. You couldn’t really blame him either. He had been gone a whole week on a raft in the middle of the sea, and you hadn’t really had a way to keep in contact with him.

He hugged you for what felt like ten years, not that you were complaining, the second he saw you.

It was probably the longest you two had been apart since you started going out, and it was only for a week, which really spoke volumes. Who was to blame you though? You were basically attached at the hip. You had been invited to nearly every video set, and it was very rare that you declined, just because you wanted to be near Nolan.

You did however, decline the offer for this video. It didn’t appeal to you at all and you had no desire to drift at sea for a week, not when you had your own things to tend to here at home. You didn’t even really want Nolan to go, but for whatever reason, he accepted Jimmy’s offer.

Currently it was going on eight pm, and the house fell silent as you laid cuddled up with Nolan in your shared bedroom. A movie played softly on the TV, but you were positive neither of you were paying attention. He was too busy running a hand through your hair gently, or whispering to you about how much he missed you.

“I wish you were there, but I’m also glad you weren’t,” He laughed softly.

You tilted your head up a little to look at him. You moved up slightly to kiss his cheek.

“I’m glad I wasn’t there either,” You responded, poking fun at the fact that you knew it could not have been enjoyable, judging by the fact that Nolan just seemed so drained.

“Why don’t you sleep, you’re tired,” You told him.

He just shook his head, “I just want to lay here with you,” He replied, trying to hide the fact that he yawned almost immediately after.

You gave him a knowing look but decided to not push, knowing that he’d be out like a light soon enough. You were just waiting for it to happen.

He kissed the top of your head before you snuggled back up to his chest. You wished he never left, and you were just so glad to have him back in your space.

His arms which had been wrapped around your body squeezed you lightly. If you hadn't known that he was tired before, you would have figured he was exhausted by now.

You glanced up at him again, watching him fight sleep. You noticed the way his eyes would shut for a few moments before he would open them again, over and over.

"Sleep, Nol..." You whispered, "I'll still be here in the morning," You reassured.

"No, I'm fine, I wanna stay up with you for a bit longer," He insisted, shifting a little as a way to try to keep himself awake.

"From what I heard, you barely slept at all this week, don't keep yourself exhausted," You said, offering a slight laugh at the end of your sentence, trying to prove how ridiculous he was being.

He just shook his head and you rolled your eyes, "Tell me about your week," He said.

"Just hung around, missing you. Wondering why on Earth you wanted to do this video," You teased.

He knew it definitely was not a video for everyone, but he appreciated the challenge and knew it couldn't be so bad as long as his friends had been there with him. He did feel a little iffy about drifting at sea with no way to expect what would happen next, but Jimmy had reassured him at least twenty times that everything would be completely under control.

Well, everything but the weather.

The weather was the worst part, and he's surprised he didn't end up sick from being out in the rain like that, or even the heat.

"I missed you too, a lot," He replied, "I'm glad I get to be home now."

You were glad too. If you could, you'd never let him leave your side, but that was unrealistic, and you refused to be that kind of girlfriend. He reminded you of how he appreciated you nearly every day.

After a few beats of silence, you noticed the way his breathing slowed. You felt his arms loosen around your body, and you smiled to yourself.

You smiled softly at him before reaching down and pulling the blankets over the two of you a little higher. You shifted slightly, getting comfy before shutting your eyes.

Honestly, you hoped he'd never leave for something like that again, but you knew it was inevitable, and as long as was enjoying himself. Though, you didn't quite see the appeal in drifting in open water for a week straight, but to each their own.

"Goodnight, Nolan."

The first time you met Karl was a couple hours after you joined the Mr. Beast channel. Of course you didn't actually meet him, he just sent you an email saying that he would like to meet you.

Mr Beast himself had asked your small, continuously growing gaming channel to join his. You didn't understand why he had asked you of all people since you were just a gamer and nothing more, but you decided not to question it and take this one in a lifetime opportunity to work with one of the most well known Youtube channels on the planet.

You accepted his offer via email, and not a moment later your email started to get filled with all sorts of Mr. Beast related things.

There was one email that stuck out to you, it read "Welcome to the Mr. Beast family, Y/n!"

At first you thought it was normal to get this sort of email once you join another's channel, but you read that it was sent by... Karl Jacobs?

You had admired Karl for a long time, in fact he had even inspired your gaming channel! To get an email from him was almost better then getting an email from Mr. Beast in your eyes.

You opened up the email and read what it said: "Dear, Y/n. I see that Jimmy added a new member to the Mr. Beast family! I'm so excited to have a new partner! And who knows? Maybe we'll become best friends! I hope so! I would love to meet you in person before we start filming a new video, if that's ok with you. Maybe we could meet and talk at a local coffee shop or something? It's up to you! Hope to see you soon! -Karl Jacobs"

You were extremely surprised that your role model wanted to talk to you, but you didn't question it.

You happened to know as a fact that Karl lived somewhere nearby, and you emailed him back almost at once saying that you would love to meet him at a coffee shop. You gave him the time, date, and place and sent the email.

Not long after, Karl responded with: "Ok! See you there!😀" which made your heart nearly stop with happiness.

A few days later, you met him at the designated place. He happened to be there a few minutes before you, but once he saw you he seemed to recognize you immediately (even though you two had never met in person before, which was a bit weird)

He smiled, shook your hand, and insisted he buy you a cup of coffee (if you don't drink coffee, then he'll buy you a biscuit or something that you enjoy :D)

You and him talked for a few hours (which is not what you expected at all). He laughed when he found out that he was your role model, and insisted he give you some of his signed merch for free.

You had told him that it was very kind of him to offer such a thing, but you said no.

After about three hours of socializing, the two of you said your goodbyes and left.

Pretty much everyday after that you two met at the same coffee shop and talked for the same amount of time each day.

About a week after you met him for the first time, a box appeared on your door that you had not ordered. You took it inside your house and opened it to find a handwritten letter from Karl and a few of his hoodies (all signed by him). You read the letter and this is what it said: "Dear Y/n, I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day each morning to talk to me and make me feel really happy. I also appreciate that I am apparently a role model? Still surprising to be honest, Lol. I hope you enjoy my signed merch even though you didn't want it. Don't bother to return it, I'll just send another box ;) See you tomorrow morning!"

"Hey, love” Karl says coming through the front door of your apartment. You sat there and stared at him from the couch while watching tv.

"What you up to?" he says attempting to bring small talk to the quiet living room.“Just watching tv” you say as karl signs loudly. "You okay there, bub?" you ask, he nods “Just really tired” karl says.

"It's been a long day." he excludes while sitting on the couch with his hand in a fist carrying the wait of his head on the arm of the sofa. You smile, "Wanna cuddle?" you hold out your hand as Karl stares at you with his eyes wide and cheeks a light pink. You grab his hand and put it over your shoulder.

He smiles sweetly, as he quickly shifts near your body bringing heat. He hugs your waist and you hug his, “I really needed this, thank you babe” He sighs.

It had to be about the 4th hour of streaming with Karl. He was currently pouring the remaining drops of his monster energy drink over a small fire he had created in front of his computer on his desk. You laughed in disbelief. “Karl, your desk!” you yell in panic. “Don’t burn yourself, you nimrod!”

Karl does his cute giggle, unfazed by the fire he had just created; and instead focused on your smile displayed across his monitor.

He had your stream pulled up as you guys talked. “It’s fine, I do this all the time!” he reassured, laughing more at your flabbergasted facial expression. You rolled your eyes playfully, not as surprised as you display to be to the stream. This is typical Karl, after all. “Who’s going to let you stay in their basement when you burn your house down, Karl?” you question, giggling. Karl shrugged, grabbing paper towels to clean up his spilled beverage. “You will probably let me, actually.” He states matter-of-factly, glancing up from his desk to you. You sigh, slumping your shoulders and leaning back in your chair. “Yeah, you’re probably right.” You admit. “I’m too generous to say no to you.” You state with perfect sarcasm, running a hand through your hair. Karl finishes up cleaning his desk when an idea pops into his head. He suddenly stands up from his chair, walking backwards to the middle of his room, directly under his celing fan. “Hey y/n.” He calls. You lean into your mic with an eyebrow raised, watching his video cam on the discord chat. “What is it Karl?” You question. Karl looks from you on his monitor, to his celing fan above him, and then back to you. “Wanna see something cool?” He watches you in anticipation.

Karl loves these moments with you.

He likes messing around and joking with you; but more than anything, he likes to shock you... and make you nervous.

“I don’t know...” you sit up more in your chair, inching closer to your computer. “I’m scared.” You admit, trying to hold back a grin. “Last time you showed me something cool, you almost earned yourself a first degree burn and a ruined desktop.” “I promise it’s not dangerous!” He exhasporates with a wide grin. “Kind of...” he mutters under his breath, purposely enough for the mic to pick up. Your eyes widen at his last comment. “Karl Jacobs! I’m not trying to be the mom here, but you’re literally going to get yourself hurt!” He bursts into a fit of his signature giggles at your reaction. “I’ll be finnnee~” he drags out. You can’t help the bashful smile spreading across your face. Karl was just too cute.

Were you worried about him sometimes? Yes. Did you think he could handle himself. Of course. You’re just concerned about how comfortable he is with making a fire inside of his house with a block of flint.

Karl gets back into position in the middle of his room, below his celing fan. You watch as he looks up toward the moving fan. You’re starting to get really confused on what he’s trying to do. Karl looks down from his fan to look at your confused and adorable face one last time before he suddenly grabs ahold of one of the spinning fan’s blades, stopping it from spinning. You immediately smack a hand over your mouth to contain your laughter, then quickly bring it down and throw up a poker face. You don’t want to give him the satisfaction that you laughed. THAT WASN’T EVEN THAT FUNNY WHY DID YOU LAUGH?

Keeping your poker face, you try with everything in you to hold back the laugh trying to escape your throat. Karl giggles and runs back over to his desk. He analyzes your face. He’s seen this one before many times; you must think he doesn’t know what’s actually going on, but you’re very mistaken. Karl looks directly into his camera and moves his mic closer to his lips. He whispers into it. “Y/n...” it suddenly gets way too hard for you to keep a straight face. You can’t look away from his pretty blue eyes that look to be boring into your soul on the screen. He sees your lips twitch and your eyes panic from the corner of his view while he remains staring into the camera for maximum effect.

The fans are probably chanting your and Karl’s ship name in chat, buzzing with excitement from the content. At first Karl was going to say something to make you laugh... But why not kill two birds with one stone tonight? Karl smirks. He’s going to make you nervous. “Y/n.” He whispers again. You were currently stiff as a board, trying not to laugh at him being funny quickly turned into trying not to break nervously at his gaze. You should be able to handle him looking at you... but his stare was so... intense...

You don’t bother trying to speak. Your face was slowly shifting from poker to pink. This excites Karl.

He hums into the mic for affect. He knows just how to tease you. “So...” you unknowingly flinch from how deep his voice just got. “I heard from Sapnap that you had a, well...” his smirk widens. “Interesting idea for your next video...” he finishes. Your eyes widen.

Yesterday, you may or may not have made a joke with Sapnap that you were going to make a youtube video reading finfiction the fans made about you and Karl...

What made things even worse is the fact that most of the fanfiction out there about you guys is... steamy.

This was mortifying.

You slapped both of your hands over your face in embarrassment. He’s never going to let you live this down...

Karl breaks into roaring laughter at your reaction on the other end of the call. All you can do is sulk in your flustered and embarrassed persona, thanking god that the viewers of your stream have no idea what he’s talking about.

Karl wipes joyful tears from his eyes, calming down from his fit of laughter, having almost fallen out of his chair. You sigh and look up at him. “For the record, it was a joke..” you state with flushed cheeks. Karl finishes up his laughing, coming back to his spot in front of his mic. “You have interesting humor, y/n.” He laughs. “Can’t say I’m not about it though... We should film it together.” He implys teasingly. “KARL!” You gasp. “You know how bad those can get! If you were here i’d punch you!” You threaten, looking even more pink than before.

“I’m just saying! I’d be down!”

“KARL!”

“I miss Ted.” I frowned as Karl bought a camera towards me, “Well,do you want to leave?” He laughed and I shrugged.

“I might,I wanna see Ted.” I said,almost deciding to give up. Karl walked away and left me with the rest of the girls as I just lied on the floor,thinking about my options.

I wanted to quit so bad,I wanted to quit and go see the man I’ve been with for 4 years. I wanted one of his hugs.

Soon enough Jimmy came up to me,another camera following behind him. “What’s up Jimmy.” I said dryly. “Well we heard you’re missing Ted and you wanna get out?” He asked and I nodded as I rubbed my eyes from the lack of sleep.

I would’ve gotten better sleep if I was back in LA with Ted,cuddled up to him like usual.

“Well we might let you talk to him if you want to do a challenge?” He asked and I instantly shot up to my feet, “Fuck yes let’s do it.” I said finally regaining some energy and he smiled,clapping his hands together.

“Let’s do it!”

“If you can balance these 20 briefcases on top of each other you get to see Ted but if you fail then you’re out.” He told me.

The girls around me crowded together,excited to help me see my boyfriend.

“Right,does anyone know how to do this?” I asked and most said no but I wouldn’t give up that easily.

“How do you guys feel about Y/n seeing her boyfriend?” Jimmy asked as he stood a top of the podium at the front.

By now it was only around 20 girls left and to our knowledge, 20-30 boys were left.

Everyone cheered at Jimmy’s words and immediately 5 girls came over to help me.

“Thank you so much,I want to see him so bad.” I said as I wiped my eyes,hopeful and happy the girls would come together to see me happy.

“Girl we all want to see our man’s we know what it feels like!” One girl,tiana told me and I laughed, “Thank you.” I replied as I wiped a stray tear from the corner of my eye.

“Right we have 5 briefcases left and it’s already starting to wobble,how do we do this?” One girl asked and I shrugged as I yelled, “Jimmy!” Soon enough he came over to us and I smiled at him.

“How long does it have to stay up for?” I asked and he shrugged,

“Let’s say 5 seconds.” He said and I smiled as I piled the 5 briefcases into my arms.

“Get a stopwatch!” I yelled and soon enough Chandler ran into the room with a stop watch as all the girls began cheering me on.

I dumped the pile of 5 onto the stack of 15 as everyone began counting down.

“Ted! I missed you so much.” I cried into his shoulder as he held me tight.

“Oh yeah?” He said softly into my hair as he held me close to him,his heartbeat softly beating into my ear.

“Yeah!” I said as I let go,staring up at him,he tucked my hair behind my ear and gave me a small kiss and I smiled up at him as he wiped my tears.

“I love you.” I whispered as I held onto him once again, “I love you too.” He whispers.

We lied against the glass container that contained all the money as he held me against himself as we talked together.

“You staying in NC?” I asked and he nodded, “Course I am,I’ll come pick you up and we can get a flight back to LA together.” He said and I smiled as I cuddled up to him. “Thank you loser.” I replied with a small giggle.

“Ted! Your time here is up!” Jimmy announced and I frowned for a moment.

We stood up together and I pulled him into a hug, “I love you.” I whispered, “I love you too,win this yeah?” He asked and I smiled,

“I’ll win for you.” I whispered,he tucked my hair behind my ear,giving me a small kiss before having to leave.

“Girl I didn’t know you were dating Ted Nivison.” Tiana said and I laughed, “Yeah,I miss him already.” I said.

“You can do this girl,stay in here for him and you get to see him all year round afterwards.” She told me and I smiled at her.

“I will,I’m not going to lose this.” I said.

Death By Allergies~ MrBeast Imagine

Today you woke up about an hour before your normal time to start getting ready to spend the day filming, planning, or helping with editing. When you woke up, your head felt like it was cloudy, your nose was stuffy, your throat slightly itched, and you felt like you were being stabbed by a million knives. You felt the urge to sneeze and you did about 100 times. Finally when you finished sneezing you blew your nose.

    “Bless you babe, you okay?” Your boyfriend Jimmy ask groggily as your sneezes had woken him up. You felt your forehead and didn’t feel a fever so you then knew it was the dreaded allergies.

    “Yes honey. I’m sorry I woke you up. I think it’s just that time of the season where my allergies just want to kill me. It’s fine though, just go back to sleep, you have an hour before the alarm goes off.”  you said walking over to your closet door to retrieve your white house robe and house shoes. You walked over and kissed him on the forehead before leaving the room shutting the door behind you. You walked downstairs and turned on the TV and made sure that the volume was low so that you did not disturb Jimmy. You went into the kitchen and started to brew you some herbal tea and made you a bowl of cereal. You turned on a rerun marathon of SpongeBob episodes and grabbed your tea and cereal and sat down on your couch and propped your feet on top of your ottoman. Your nose was still extremely runny so you reached over and grabbed the tissue box that was resting on the coffee table. You felt the couch shift to you and saw the most adorable thing in front of you. Jimmy had himself wrapped up in the comforter and his hair was all disheveled from sleeping.

    “Baby, you know you can go back to sleep. I’m okay.” You said softly placing your hand on his knee. As soon as those words came out your body decided that it was going to another coughing/sneezing fit. Jimmy gently rubbed your back as he let you finish up your coughing/sneezing fit.

    “(Y/n/n), I think that proves that you are not okay. I texted the guys and told them that I shifted everything to tomorrow, due to you not feeling good. I don’t need you to overwork yourself and I am going to stay here and make sure that you are taken cared of properly.” He said and pulled you under the covers with him. Your heart felt full because of this man. He never ever really delays a shoot day unless its an emergency so the fact that he delayed a film day to stay home and take care of you for allergies meant that absolute most to you. You got up and placed your bowl in the sink and took off your robe because you were sweating at this point from the comforter, Jimmy’s body heat and the robe, and placed it on the recliner. You still had your pajamas on that consisted of a thin grey tank top and some red and black flannel shorts. You got back under the covers after grabbing the remote to turn the volume up a little bit. You snuggled back up into Jimmy as you were dead focused on the current episode of SpongeBob. It was the episode where SpongeBob refused to leave his house. It was a classic and one of your favorite.

    “I know of a place, where you never get harmed, a magical place with magical charms, indoors... indoors…, in... do-o-o-ors! Take it away, Penny!” You and Jimmy both sang being your normal goofy selves. You grabbed some more tissues and continued to blow your nose because your nose was the absolute worse. Jimmy got up and excused himself for a few minutes and ran upstairs. When he came back down, he held some allergy relief, some essential oil lotion, and your favorite stuffed animal which was a little stuffed cow that he had gotten you on you guys’  first date. He handed you the medication an your tea and made sure you took it before instructing you to lay down on your stomach. You did so and he put some lotion on his hand and carefully, without getting lotion on your shirt, massaged the lotion into your back an he even put some on the top of you chest to try and open up some of your airways. He then sat down on the couch and gently massaged your feet. After he finished massaging your feet. He wrapped you up into a blanket burrito and laid you down on the couch before getting up himself and went to the kitchen to start making you some chicken noodle soup. All that Jimmy had on was a pair of basketball shorts that he had thrown on after getting out of bed. His hair was so cute due to it being extremely messy from sleeping and he was shirtless and the fact that he was working out more was showing. You decided to make a Instagram story to make the Fandom actually explode. You zoomed in on him in the kitchen,

    “Look at this fine gentleman making me some soup,” you said with the fact that your throat was scratchy clearly evident when you talked. Jimmy looked at you and rolled his eyes as he put the bowl in the microwave.

    “Babe you’re going to make my Instagram blow up with people tagging me in pictures of this screenshotted and with captions galore.” He said and you stopped the video and made the caption: Excuse my ugly sick voice but Jimmy is currently taking care of me and he is the best boyfriend in the whole world @MrBeast. You posted the video on your story and then scrolled through fan accounts and reposted some of your favorite edits or fan art. Then Jimmy came over and brought you your soup so you decided that you would put your phone away so that you could eat your soup. You slowly ate your soup so that you did not get sick and Jimmy had changed your SpongeBob marathon to Naruto. You really didn’t mind because the medicine that Jimmy had given you earlier plus the essential oil massage was starting to make you feel extremely tired all of a sudden. You got up and put your empty bowl in the dishwasher and let your hair out of the bun that you had thrown it up in earlier. When you got back you asked Jimmy to lay down nicely and he did and you laid down on top of him. He pulled the blanket up over both of you and rested one of his hand on your lower back and his other hand softly ran through you hair and gently massaged your scalp. You began drifting off due to his naturally relaxing aroma around him. You mumbled a thank you before you passed out. You were so thankful that you had such a caring boyfriend who delayed work so that he could stay home and take care of you.

    “I love you so much (Y/N), I hope you feel better when you wake up, Princess” He said as he held you in his arms and watched you sleep before drifting off to sleep himself.

I've seen others share their Sonic AU and headcanon stuff so I thought I could share mine!

It's kind of a career focused thing, everyone has a job cuz they need money now. It's kind of in the IDW continuity but has AU stuff and other Sonic comic characters. The location is Seaside City from IDW, and everyone is a bit older than in the canon.

Team Chaotix has a café. Vector owns it, Espio is the assistant manager, and Charmy, Mighty and Ray work there part-time (my oc, Slushie, works there as well, for self indulgent fluff and shipping with Espio :3)

Vector and Vanilla are married and laid the groundwork for the café together before Vector found the staff members and randomly picked them off the streets. He plays the piano at the café

Espio isn't a ninja but does come from a family that's big on judo. Likes to paint in his free time (maybe also play the shamisen or koto, idk)

Mighty works as a personal trainer and does gym videos. Gym buds with Knuckles

Ray does "MeTube", both parkour and gaming videos

Charmy helps Silver with gardening around the city. He might not be adopted by Vector but he sees Cream as his sister and the guys as his brothers

Silver is the local gardener, keeps the city plants looking fresh and tidy (shipping with another oc)

Sonic is a really popular MeTuber (imagine MrBeast), he travels around the world, helps others while making fun and entertaining content. He takes Mighty and Ray along sometimes

Shadow owns a clothing store called 'Maria's'. He does the paperwork and keeps it running for the others (Amy, Honey, Blaze and Omega)

Amy works at Maria's, sews and sells the clothes. A casual writer outside work? (Unofficially a thing with Shadow?)

Honey has her own line that Shadow is willing to have and sell at the store. She comes and goes as she pleases

Blaze is the store's model, but also helps make and sell them

Zero (Infinite) is Shadow's competitive neighbour, creator of the 'Jackal Squad' brand (expensive but plain), has a crush on Blaze lol

Omega is an old campus robot (created by Robotnik) who wanted more from life. Shadow gave him a job, he's basically a living sewing machine lol. (Needles can be used in a threatening way, though)

Robotnik (Eggman) teaches robotics etc at a local university, students love him. Basically Mr Tinker from IDW

Metal Sonic is another campus robot who's willing to stay with his creator and help him. Based on the famous MeTuber

Tails is an intern studying under Robotnik at the university

Cosmo is most likely going to appear just for some Tailsmo fluff, not sure yet

Rouge has a jewellery store (and is married to Knuckles?)

Knuckles is a guard at Rouge's store. His calling is guarding gemstones lol

Big is still himself, just fishing

Cream works at a daycare with the other oc, Briar

Bean, Nack/Fang, Bark, Sally, Bunnie, Antoine, Rotor and maybe others are the kids at the daycare

Not everyone has appeared yet but at least these peeps are gonna be in the fic. I'm also kinda working on a comic of it but gotta rework some of it.

It's most likely gonna be a series on AO3, rn I only have a ship-heavy fic of Espio and Slushie going. Probably gonna write about what the others are doing soon.
