legal name: hong suran stage name: anne birthdate: 2000/06/09 age: twenty-four training period: five years company: ninety9 creative group & position:nymth’s pink skeleton key: ny5 career focus: solo music, commercial work, hosting
002: background.
CONTENT WARNINGS FOR: explicit bullying, victim blaming, implied sexism
“It’s Suran’s fault, teacher!”
She doesn’t look up from where she’s hunched over her desk, not right away. Maybe if she wills it enough, the curtain of dark hair separating her from the rest of the classroom will turn into real fabric and hide the mortification staining her cheeks.
“Hong Suran.”
Her name is spoken like an order. She considers ignoring it, but her resolve doesn’t last. It never does. What she sees first is the blackboard, covered in obscene doodles and profanities. Her teacher doesn’t look disappointed, most of all she just seems tired. That stings even worse.
She takes the blame because there’s no one else to do it. It’s her word against the one of four other girls, old enough to hold back their gleeful cackles until class is over and the teacher is long gone.
Word travels fast, so no doubt tomorrow people in other classes will know about this, basking in the relief that it’s not their names that are being passed around like a hot potato for everyone to laugh and sneer at. The ones who share Suran’s predicament usually don’t even dare to lift their head in the hallway, so she doesn’t either.
Put a pin in that. The rumours, the whispers, the blame game.
“They must be hurting,” that’s what her mother told her. She hadn’t looked up from where she’d been hunched over the stovetop either, her voice a soft phantom of the one Suran remembers singing her lullabies years ago. I got that from you, she wants to tell her mother.
What about me? I’m hurting too. I’m your child, shouldn’t you be worrying more about my hurt than theirs? she wants to yell.
She doesn’t. Just like her mother would, she bites her tongue, stabs at the fried anchovies on her rice.
Hong Suran is talented, and that’s the source of her misfortune. Of that she is certain.Thing is, talent only gets you so far. It’s the first step, sure, a potential foot in the door if people are particularly charitable. It’s a flashy party trick. But it’s convenient. Studying isn’t really something she struggles with until she starts training under ninety9 creative— we’re getting ahead of the story now, but put a pin in that.
ninety9.
We’ll get back to that.
Point is, things come easily to Suran. She’s good in school, so when she stumbles into the pop star dreams a lot of girls her age eventually stumble into, her parents don’t mind humouring her for a little. Dance classes? Sure, as long as she remains top five in her class. It’s never all that serious because it never has to be. Things are easy, remember?
She makes friends, too. Where she struggles to fit in at school (and her mother always has a different, infuriatingly good excuse as to why the other girls insist on shunning her that she can’t really push back against) in dance classes Suran is among equals. They’re all here because they love music so much, they couldn’t possibly sit still when Dream Girls were playing on the radio.
So Suran’s parents let her. It’s inoffensive, right? Where’s the harm in their daughter having fun if her grades are good and she’s socially integrated somewhere?
It’s one of her friends from dance classes who talks Suran into coming to audition for ninety9 (the pin, remember?) with her. She’s just meant to be set dressing, emotional support, but when she’s asked if she’s trying out for the company too she doesn’t know how to say no. Maybe she doesn’t want to, she considers in retrospect.
The callback is the first time Suran experiences real pushback from her parents as far as her silly little artistic pursuits go. What were you thinking? is followed by being an idol is not a real job and we did not make the sacrifices we made for you to waste your hard work and potential like this. Her parents, but really, it’s her father. Suran’s mother sits next to him and looks at her hands and it fills her teenage daughter with a deeply set dread of becoming like her, a shadow of someone who used to have wants and hopes and dreams of her own, set aside for everyone else’s benefit.
They must be hurting, Suran. You have to be patient with them.
Suran’s rib cage seizes around her heart. Her first instinct is to lower her head, to apologize, to promise it’ll never happen again and that she’s quitting dance classes. She could say she was stupid, that she should’ve known better.Instead, she tries to bargain.
Her father signs her trainee contract because, in his own words, he respects her passion for standing up for her decisions. Suran watches his hand scrawl his name on the dotted line and wonders how she was supposed to know that was what he wanted from her when all he’d ever taught her and her mother was to concede?
Things come easily to Suran and then, ninety9 creative happens.Suddenly, she’s middle of the pack and juggling school and grueling training hours and not being immediately good at it makes her reconsider it all a few weeks after joining their trainee roster.Maybe the girls at school were right when they told her not to get too full of herself, that she’s really nothing special. Maybe the passion her father respected was nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
But training teaches Suran patience and perseverance. And patience and perseverance give her time she needs to turn her talent into practiced skill. And in the end, it’s practiced skill that gets her where she needs to be, the right girl at the right time in the right place.
Suran isn’t sure pink is her colour. It doesn’t matter. When you’re handed a chance to step into the light you take it.Right?
Remember that other pin? The one from the very beginning? Let’s follow the thread back to it.
Someone asks a question. That’s all it takes. The controversy of Selene’s debut is still so fresh and someone from the same school who only ever knew her through the grapevine voices confusion about why they’d debut a troubled bully— the house of cards unravels far too easily.
Suran should heed the advice not to search herself online but she does it all the same. In some way, rubbing salt into the wound feels almost cathartic, as if the gnawing, hateful voice at the back of her mind is being validated. She’s instructed to not comment, pretend it’s not happening. These things happen, they’ll blow over, management says. She believes them. They’re the experts, she’s their dancing, singing dress-up doll.
It’s her old homeroom teacher who puts the bully rumours to bed at last. Suran should be grateful but the bitter aftertaste of why couldn’t you have stood up for me when it was happening sits with her anyway. The flood of hate comments slows down, then dries out. Mostly. She tries to remind herself that hate comes with the job.
It’s the demeaning, humiliating, hurtful comments that haunt her before she falls asleep still.
Part of Suran hopes that Selene’s tenuous first steps as an idol group will pay off. And they do — kind of. Is she a bad person for worrying that the love they get isn’t enough? Is she entitled when the lack of acknowledgement in the domestic market, their home turf, is comparatively subdued?
Shouldn’t just getting to be on stage enough?
She considers terminating her contract when she’s given the opportunity. Go back to school, do something that will make her parents prouder than a lackluster career in a field that is notorious for its instability, do her best to blend back into the masses and live with the knowledge that she tried, at least, and that she got the chance to experience something most trainees never did.
But there are certain things someone will only understand if they’ve been through it with you. The glory and grief of being part of then-Selene-now-Nymth is something no one else but her group mates will understand. And how does she plan on going to university, anyway? She’s far from the academic standard she’d be expected to attain if she wanted to make it into a reputable university and she’s not sure she’s good enough of a person to be able to let go.
The waiting, the fear that their next comeback might be their last, the old wounds hurting every time she catches a glimpse of a hateful comment online, all of it pales next to the knowledge that here, at least, she belongs somewhere, that she shares something with other people that is irreplaceable.
So she doesn’t. When Suran is offered the chance to jump ship she hunches over her work and looks away. When it pays off, she wonders if this is somehow what her mother found when she refused to lift her gaze from the stovetop.
003: image.
Look up “Nymth Anne” on Google or Naver and you’ll come across conflicting accounts. Some posts, particularly older ones, are keen to point to school violence and misbehaviour rumours she never truly addressed, firmly believing that the resolution to the issue must’ve come through company funds paying off outlets reporting on it. Newer, equally disgruntled netizen notes cite company favouritism as their reason as to why they think that their issues with her have to be aired so publicly. Some don’t bother trying to moralize their dislike for her, criticising her voice, her dancing, her looks, the way she carries herself.
There are, however, also plenty of voices who will praise her abilities as a musician, some less founded in actual technical knowledge than others, admirers of her looks and fans on all rungs of the parasocial ladder who have found something worth loving in her.
The years have been mostly kind to Anne, giving her the chance to prove to Selene’s audience that those who put their faith in her are rewarded. Just like the title of her debut promised, her image as an idol is radiant and sweet and, perhaps most importantly, as relatable as a curated idol persona might get. While she is a charismatic performer, Anne has somewhat opened up about her shyness and anxiety. The candidness has paid off, with voices even outside the fandom commending her for her honesty.
She’s cultivated the aura of a dutiful fansign girlfriend over the years, garnering praise from fans for how she’s been repeatedly able to recognize fans and remember things they’ve shared with her in the past — regardless of gender, which has helped to endear her to an international fanbase.

Gwyn’s heritage….
Gwyn is “half breed” as she’s part nymth and fae. She has family from the autumn court….
it’s feels pretty obvious that sjm has done this purposefully to link an azriel/ gwyn book to an lucien/ elain book. Beron hates lower fae and “hald breeds” imagine if she is his daughter or granddaughter! the drama or potentially hypocrisy of the entire situation. it would perfectly link gwyn to lucien as they both deal with there fucked up heritage!

hey all! it’s rio, your friendly neighbourhood birb (28, any/ask) i know this intro is long overdue, so sorry i have been in claims limbo for a while orz anyway, i’m here with my baby gorl lim jisoo/rina of nymth. feel free to react if you’d like to plot. i have discord, too, if you prefer to brainstorm over there just add me. my user’s /peaceminuzone. below the cut you’ll find extensive info about her:
cha/lim jisoo:
born cha jisoo to a blue collar worker, chae jihoon and a seamstress, min eunha, as the pair’s only child. although jihoon’s educational background left much to be desired, he was smart and had many dreams for his family. eunha was a loving wife, she has always been patient with him, but all good things must come to an end.
tw: mention of substance abuse (alcohol)
jisoo was merely 12 when her parents divorced. initially, her father gained custody over her; however, that changed after he lost his job due to an outburst against his boss following a denial on his promotion. gradually, his father turned into alcohol and became a former shell of what he once was. by that time, her mother was already seeing a well-off man. upon learning about her father’s predicament, she swiftly sought to reclaim custody. when her father left, her heart was shattered. it felt as though she had lost everything, even her father’s last name was taken away from her, which jisoo despised her mother for. all that’s left for her was the last gift he gave her: a music box.
ever since she can remember, music has been an integral part of her life. from singing along to her favorite idol’s songs as a child to performing in school musicals and talent shows. her father was always supportive, her mother not so much. but it didn’t put a stop to her dreams, often cutting classes just to get to auditions and eventually dropping out when she got in ninety9 creative as a trainee; much to her mother’s dismay.
her mother has drove a wedge on their relationship completely. jisoo’s decision was not made overnight. at 16, she chose to live in the dorms with her fellow trainees, guided by what she believed her father would advise in her situation. several months later, she was considered to be one of the top trainees. the management saw great potential in her, they wanted her to be in marionette. but alas, it was too much weight on her shoulders. the last evaluation came about and she choked mid-performance, while the other member who was pitted against her has shown her best performance yet. as much as they would have loved to wait, the debut was on the horizon and preparations must start soon. there was only one slot left so they had to make a quick decision.
normally, a person who experienced such would just tuck their tail between their legs and leave. jisoo showed her unrelenting passion and it greatly impressed everyone, including kevin yoon himself. he couldn’t just let her go, so he eventually included her in his plans to debut a new girl group. five years later, she debuted as selene’s rina, representing the color eden green.
selene/nymth rina:
the group’s introduction was quite innovative. showcasing the members’ abilities as soloists, as well as through units. her solo debut was up and she was reminded of her failed performance years prior. she realized she had come this far and she couldn’t just give it all up. thankfully, it exceeded all the expectations. debuting with the girls couldn’t have made her any happier. these girls weren’t just members to her; they’re a family. at the beginning of her idol career, people often debated on whether or not she was better suited for marionette or for selene/nymth, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
tw: mention of eating disorder, substance abuse (nicotine)
selene struggled gaining the same love from their domestic fanbase early on in their career. it didn’t help that when midas labels took over, sudden concept change happened, hiatuses between each comeback became longer, and instead of focusing on domestic promotions to attract new fans to the group, midas labels decided the group should focus on touring. as a result of the lack of domestic promotions, their popularity in korea weakened. jisoo, in particular, was discontented with this direction, believing that the group deserved greater recognition for their relentless efforts. this frustration contributed to her developing an eating disorder and a dependence on nicotine.
jisoo is no doubt an all-rounder, but she was more recognized for her voice than anything. it came as no surprise for her to always be asked to lend her voice for osts, albeit only for webdramas. she also frequented musical variety shows, where her performances have often gone viral on the internet. recently she has rekindled her passion for stage musicals, landing her first breakout role as seo haena in the musical “midnight sun” in late 2023. while not as frequent as her other endeavours, she also graced magazine pages and modelled for beauty brands, capitalizing on her striking visuals.
nothing could have prepared jisoo to the news of her fellow members’ decision of leaving the group entirely. it triggered her fears of being abandoned, she clung to them desperately; but she could only do so much. the renewed interest on their group at the verge of disbandment rumors changed the higher-up’s minds, so plans for a rebrand was then arranged. it wasn’t until she got to watch the tribute videos their fans have made that made her felt reassured—she was never going to be alone in this new journey.
as preparation was going on, they all started to resume activities. jisoo had a chance to do solo gigs once more, while it was never a priority it was always welcomed. she found it not too restraining to their particular image, and she had more freedom to branch out into other things. soon thereafter, they redebuted with the new branding, reuniting on stage at last.
on and off screen personality:
as the oldest member, jisoo naturally took on the caretaker role. she would dote on the members, treating them like sisters she never had. her instinct has been to maintain a strong facade, often keeping her feelings to herself. however, lately she has started to show more of her vulnerabilities.
on-screen, jisoo may not always have the opportunity to showcase her charm, but when she does, she ensures it leaves a lasting impression. her playful, energetic personality shines through, earning her the reputation of being the group’s moodmaker among fans and peers alike. her fan service is also worth noting, she doesn’t shy away from showing their supporters how much she appreciates them.
as a friend, she’s loyal and supportive. a reliable one in general, your go-to for sound advice, honest but non-judgemental. one would mistake for her as a social butterfly, truth is she doesn’t have many friends outside her group as she prefers to keep her circle small. in a romantic relationship, jisoo can be assertive, spontaneous, and passionate. however lately she hasn’t put much effort in dating and would settle with casual flings. she often uses her career as an excuse. when in reality, it’s just her being aware of the fact that she gets attached with someone too quickly, her past experiences has taught her that it doesn't usually end well.

hi all !! this pearl ( i also write eunseok / e.o over @eocentric ) and this is my second muse jinny, of nymth fame !!
name choi jinkyung stagename jinny birth date & age 18.12.99 ( 25 yo ) company ninety9 creative position & group pink of nymth ( debuted aug 2020 )
writing this all on mobile.. so if i have to come back and edit this later.. she’s a #phoneartist
country girl i love youuu /ref choi jinkyung is from a small town in boseong ( south-east of s. korea ). her parents are gardeners who own a local flower shop, and they didn’t have much money growing up. jinny grew up idolizing idols. loved the glitter, the glamour, the wealth. material girl!
as a kid, she would copy the way idols acted and dressed sometimes ( but obviously could only do like,, diy versions since she couldn’t really go out and buy everything herself when she had no money ), and so she grew up with very little friends and was bullied for most of her formative school years.
she also ran a semi-popular ( anonymous ) ig account for middle school until early high school though where she posted like outfit inspiration n aesthetic photos n stuff like that ? like #,### followers. she closed it once she became a trainee though.
ninety9 creative came to her closest city to recruit new trainees around 2015/2016, and she passed. only a few months later, she was cast in produce 101. unfortunately, mnet edited her and made her look like a meme. think dahyun on sixteen. or kim choyeon in produce48. she made it through a few episodes, because even then she knew how to stand out, but she was eliminated before any of the teams were formed. there are a few memes of 16yo jinny still out there.
when the show aired, she realized how everyone saw her as a weird girl and had a reality check. she wanted to be recognized for talent by the time of her debut, so she kicked her own ass into gear. alexa, play “i will show you” by ailee.
her hard work paid off a few years later when she was revealed as the first member of selene ( now nymth ) which was great, but only a few months in, her middle school tormenters came back and started to drag her name through the mud, calling her the bully. her name was cleared eventually, but between the fact that there were allegations to begin with to the produce 101 memes to her personality ( and well yes ! she does have personality ) — well, some people just decided to never ever like her no matter what ! this was terrible for someone like jinny who craves positive attention like a plant needs sunlight.
so she wilted a little. it got to her. it didn’t help that ninety9 didn’t put her in any of selene’s subunits or that selene just. stopped getting promotions. part of her felt like it was her fault.. and then she started getting booked for couple of variety episodes, where she tried her best to promote her group. the producers and the audience loved her, and so they kept calling her back. it also introduced her to new fans, and then with selene’s long hiatuses she started to realize that people saw her less as an idol and more as an entertainer. which meant they didn’t care about her idol scandals … but they also. didn’t care about her being an idol. which sucked !
in terms of her image, there is a definite distinction between jinny at debut, and jinny now. a lot of that is accredited to her undeserved hate train @ debut, but a lot of it is also just due to — growing up and maturing. once bitten, twice shy; she’s a lot more careful with it now: not too over the top, a little cold, but always present. she’s not particularly outstanding in any one thing, but she’s known for being an all-rounder, and her absence is definitely felt even though she might not be the most eye-catching member on stage.
variety comes really naturally to her though, and that’s really where she really shines. she’s good enough to carry other members if she sees them struggling. she’s really good at idol impressions from all her years of copying them as a youngster. if they’ve debuted pre-2015 she’s especially good, but she’s always studying current rookies as well. also just really has a good sense of comedic timing, and is known for being sharp. she’s also known for being confident and thinking highly of herself. antis still hate her for this, while there are also fans who admire the hell out of her for this.
there’s definitely a running bit where she plays annoyed when other members tease her ( think svt’s seungkwan ). her satoori Jumps Out when she’s annoyed.
her image isn’t — fake, but it’s definitely different from what she’s like off screen. it’s lowkey like she saves her energy to act charming for fans.
at her heart though, her dream has always been to be an idol. a singer, and not just a variety star. i think that she genuinely does care for nymth & her fellow members, which is why she re-signed with the group (even with her lack of nymth-related promotions). despite all her bluster, she cares! she’s just a diva too.

hello! val again, who’s writing for yuchan @mymontage and seowon @virtuepoint presenting to you 3/3: kang saebi, nymth’s blue & maknae, who just has this jennysaykwa about her… like this post to plot, and i’ll send you a message! ims and discord are both ok! btw this acc is a sideblog along w seowon’s!!
her parents are well off, and saebi’s been enrolled into ballet lessons since she’s learned how to walk. not royal school of ballet level tho, just. ballerina!
and as far as ur concerned, saebi is literally just a normal girl! she has a close group of friends, she does okay in her classes, she’s happy and bright and normal. was really interested in the humanities, but also wants to make money. her ballet classes was just something she had to go to every wednesday, and it’s just a hobby!
it’s in eleventh grade when her group of friends are lockin in on their future, and saebi doesn’t know what to do. she wishes that she could just live in these teenage years forever, but that’s not possible. saebi falls back into dancing.
contemporary dance classes are added to her usual ballet classes. she’s good at dancing, and she’s gonna do something about it. saebi auditions to ninety9 creative and kevin yoon thinks that her vocal colors are interesting enough, and her voice cracks isn’t something that can’t be fixed with a couple years of training.
everything is fixed and soon enough she’s debuting! it’s going great and then it’s not, and she didn’t know that nymth was going to be in the trenches for a long while.
i think bc of that she’s rly childish now and fits the maknae thing rly well. saebi grew up in the industry, basically, so she didn’t get to Live her Life. she’s sensitive and teasing and wants to be perceived as a good time. idk if yall have seen bottoms but she reminds me a lot of pj. female greg heffleys. self righteous and defensive and quick w her emotions.
wcs
yapperssss… she’s rly chatty and easygoing, so when u match her freak regarding that, it’s like playing ping pong. just going back and forth and back and forth and people are like what?
on the contrary, ppl who find her annoying!! maybe they’re rly mature and their personalities are so opposing so whenever u talk to her, ur like… wtf is this girl fucking on
ninety9 creative friends/family/cousin twice removed. i’d really like mentor figures n sibling figures bc she’s an only child. ppl who danced w her in the ninety9 studio until now on the ninety9 floor of the midas building. helped her out with choreographing and gives her honest feedback, even if she’s gonna be sulky about it for 5 secs.
always has sweets on her, so when she sees u look a little pale, she hands u a lollipop.
misunderstandings/miscommunication plots i think would work rly well for her bc she’s so quick to her emotions and acts so brashly out of it. let’s brainstorm n discuss tgt…
if there are any other ballet dancers in this joint, hmu. i rly feel like she’s gonna lose these roots bc she’s doing idol dancing now, so she needs friends to help her hone these skills! it can go both ways, too!

So we can document these things now? That's a new development. Usually I cant openly be Hades. I've found going around in a mortal body and saying you're a greek god I'll either get you weird looks or people will laugh and think you're joking. Either way it does not bode over well. It would be even worse trying to explain your a Greek god from a crappy series by a girl who fantasized of being graped and getting with her idol. It just isn't easy to explain something like that. This outlet will be at least a bit helpful outside of headspace. I've been alerted that there is a new system in the nythme Woowper's closest companion and that the headspaces are connected in a way? Woowper isn't really a Nymthe but she might as well be seeing as one of the names for her persona is based off of a water type pokemon based off an Axolotl named Wooper and Wooper Looper being another name for an Axolotl. Association by proxy makes her a nymthe in my eyes.
Now anyways besides that, I suppose this is a post of awareness that I am here at this moment and one of the alters in this head. I'm open to being interacted with for the most part, just please don't come to me complaining about something or another. I can also give information about Zeus from Blood of Zeus I believe it was called.
-💠💀👑(Hades)
#💠💀👑King of the Undead#I deserve to have many emojis#through I think that only causes more of a hassle for me since I'll be the one typing them#That will be future Hades problem#And I think if I let the host decide I'd be stuck with something ridiculous like Blueberry#I don't understand the obsession with fruits#Sure my thing isn't very creative but when have I ever been known for my creativity#besides the nickname I gave my Ex#I'm proud of that one#the good ex#not Persephone

✩ ninety9.com/governance/eunhee
001: profile.
legal name: kang eunhee birthdate: oct 19, 1989 age: 35 hometown: busan, south korea occupation: nymth's manager one
002: interview.
001. have you always wanted to work in the entertainment industry? what were you doing before this?
"funny thing is, i wasn’t planning on it. i was running my own show—freelance event planning, working with some of the biggest names in the industry, luxury brands, sold-out tours. i loved the rush of pulling off impossible projects, the kind where everyone’s betting on failure. i made a career out of proving them wrong.
i’d heard the stories, of course—kevin yoon leaving ydh entertainment after what was said to be creative differences, risking everything to form ninety9 creative. the industry had a lot to say about it. some called it reckless; others admired the guts. but everyone was watching. so when he came to me with selene’s debut? something clicked. the industry thrives on predictable moves, and this wasn’t one. it was messy, complicated, and interesting. i wasn’t looking for a management role, but when you see a challenge worth taking, you don’t walk away. you take control. and that’s exactly what i did."
002. what do you think is the most important quality to have when working with idols?
"conviction. you need to believe in the people you’re standing behind, even when no one else does. idols live under a microscope—the pressure, the judgment, all of it. if you’re not willing to fight for them in boardrooms and remind them who they are when the cameras are off, you’re in the wrong business. empathy matters, of course. you look after their health, their mindset. but conviction? that’s what gets them through the worst days. you have to mean it when you say, ‘i’ve got you.’ because if you don’t, no one else will.
i know other managers take different approaches. some lead with creativity, like juha, letting the artistry speak first. but me? i come from some of the industry’s toughest rooms—where deals are made and careers hang in the balance. conviction means pushing through red tape, fighting for opportunities others say aren’t worth the risk. that’s what sets me apart. it’s not just about believing in their talent; it’s about making sure everyone else believes it, too."
003. where do you see yourself in five years? do you see yourself advancing in this field or do you hope to pursue another career?
"advancing? i didn’t come here to play support forever. five years from now, i’ll still be here—but higher, louder, and running things on my terms. maybe overseeing multiple groups, maybe reshaping how management should work in this industry. the truth is, i’ve seen this industry get it wrong too many times—good talent wasted, bad decisions made by people who don’t understand what it takes. watching mr. yoon take the risk to leave ydh taught me that sometimes you have to break the system to build something better. i didn’t take this job to settle. i came because i knew i could turn a sinking ship into something worth watching. and nymth? they’re just getting started. five years from now, you’ll see. this will all look different—and they'll be at the center of it."
003: background.
trigger warning: mentions of industry hardships and emotional stress
kang eunhee wasn’t the typical choice for an idol manager. by 2019, she had already made a name for herself as one of seoul’s most sought-after freelance event planners. her resume glittered with high-profile showcases, luxury brand launches, and world tours pulled together on impossible timelines. calm under pressure, persuasive in negotiations, and known for delivering when everyone expected failure—eunhee didn’t need the instability of idol management. she had control, respect, and options.
but eunhee’s story started far from the glossy boardrooms of seoul. born and raised in busan, she grew up surrounded by the port city’s fast-paced energy and sharp pragmatism. her parents ran a small family business, teaching her early on that success came from discipline, foresight, and hard work. the lessons stuck. busan wasn’t the industry’s playground, and ambition meant leaving. when eunhee left for seoul to pursue a degree in hospitality and business management, she knew there was no safety net. she carved her path, one calculated risk at a time.
her university years were spent juggling part-time jobs—event staff, hotel concierge, assistant to event coordinators—anything that gave her insight into the world of planning and precision. those years taught her adaptability and composure, shaping the exacting standards she carries today. after graduation, she dove into the freelance world, leveraging every connection she built to take on increasingly ambitious projects. from last-minute show rescues to orchestrating brand launches, eunhee proved her value by delivering results where others failed.
but kevin yoon needed her. eunhee knew well the stories—how yoon had left ydh entertainment after his creative ideas were dismissed, how he formed ninety9 creative against industry expectations. it was a bold move, one the entire industry watched unfold with skepticism. after marionette’s disbandment and the growing doubts surrounding selene, yoon needed someone who could do more than follow orders. he needed someone who understood the stakes, who could lead without hesitation.
eunhee wasn’t convinced at first—why give up the freedom of freelancing for a group already branded as the next failure? but the challenge intrigued her. yoon’s willingness to gamble on his own vision resonated with her own drive to take on the impossible. she respected his bold choices despite the risks, recognizing a similar ambition in herself. where yoon defied expectations creatively, eunhee approached success pragmatically—focusing on strategy, precision, and control. while she didn’t secure full creative control, she negotiated hard for the freedom to manage selene on her terms. if she was going to do this, she would do it right.
eunhee approaches management like she approached her events: with precision, foresight, and an unshakable belief in execution. but beyond the sharp edges and boardroom confidence is a woman who chooses to stay—who didn’t walk away when others would have. her roots keep her grounded, reminding her that loyalty and determination matter just as much as strategy. she kept nymth together through lineup changes, hiatuses, and industry indifference, balancing tough love with relentless protection.

twenty questions starter – @fxllmachine
he comes across it after being sent the link a few times. first from some fans, and then staff members that insist that this is one of the best covers that they’ve heard. seungjae is no stranger to people covering his music; it’s the sort of the thing that comes with the job. and while some covers are leaps and bounds insanely different quality than others, seungjae finds himself drawn to this one in particular.
it’s a cover of little light, a song that had gotten released in 2018 – almost 7 years ago, but it’s a song he holds close to his heart. this cover in particular somehow catches the essence of the song, and seungjae can’t help the way his eyes widen at the screen, and his ears perk up. “nymth’s anne”, he sees on the screen. i have to work with her.
seungjae had been the first to approach her – never having been much of an introvert before. plus, her voice, the essence that it captured, seungjae needs it – no, wants it – on a song. though, in truth, getting to know suran, hadn’t been as easy as it seemed ( despite his extroverted tendencies, seungjae still had his guard up, and he felt as though suran was the same. )
which is exactly how he’d found himself in this situation. seated next to suran in his studio as he held up his phone. “twenty questions… i think… this should be fine, right?” he asks, furrowing his brows at the random question generator app. “since it might be important for us to get to know each other… to work well…?” he at the very least hopes that this random spur of the moment plan works.

5 Things About Kang Eunhee -- Manager Kang Supremacy
(aka why she’s a manager everyone either respects, fears, or secretly wishes they had)
her bag is basically a survival kit. if you need it, she probably has it. sewing kit? yes. extra battery packs? of course. painkillers, mints, electrolyte powders, safety pins, stain remover pens, a small notebook for last-minute crisis notes—everything is in there. people have joked she could single-handedly save a comeback stage with the contents of her purse. they’re not wrong. in fact, she’s done it at least twice. nymth members know to check with her before panicking.
she runs on exactly three things: coffee, strategy, and sheer force of will. if she’s sitting in a meeting without a coffee in hand, be concerned. not because she’s struggling—because she’s already three steps ahead and doesn’t need the extra boost. nymth knows the caffeine levels in her system dictate her reaction time. if she’s on her first coffee? you might get a thoughtful hum. second coffee? expect a sharply worded directive. third coffee? someone is about to get obliterated in a boardroom.
she will absolutely fix your outfit, but she will judge you for it. if she sees an idol walking around with the thread still attached to their blazer vents, she will fix it. no hesitation. but there will be a sigh, a slight shake of the head, and a muttered, “you’re lucky I like you.” nymth, at this point, just stands still when they see her reaching for a stray thread or adjusting a misaligned mic pack. they know better than to resist.
she has an uncanny ability to end conversations without being rude. people will be in the middle of a sentence and somehow, eunhee has already moved on. no one ever feels offended, just vaguely confused—like they had an important discussion, but suddenly, she’s gone, and they’re left with the realization that she got exactly what she needed and nothing more.
she’s impossible to read, but every now and then, she slips. her mask is practically flawless—poised, professional, always in control. but if you know what to look for, you’ll catch the rare moment of exasperation, amusement, or even affection before she smooths it over. nymth members are the best at catching these moments. a subtle, approving nod when they pull off a difficult performance. a soft, absentminded pat on the back after a long schedule. the extra snack tucked into a bag when she knows someone skipped breakfast. she’ll never say it outright, but nymth knows—she cares, maybe too much.
#help i really lost track of days so#we get a headcanon for activity for eunhee until i pLOT *squeaks panickedly*#anyway she's the best manager and you want to steal her i promise LOL#--; canons

SHIN | SELENE 4 LIFE @juhasdcughter
MARIONETTE fans have to keep lying about how Jisoo was removed from the original line up. They like to gaslight that she was kicked out because 1. They’re insecure about how talented & gorgeous she is. 2. Because Selene is now thriving while their fave group is disbanded.

💚 Jisoo has a unique character. She’s funny, talks a lot and has so much passion when’s she’s on variety shows and interviews. (But off camera) she’s quiet and doesn’t talk much. She doesn’t like to talk things that are on her mind.

Am I in my delulu era? Get me the fuck out please
I recently attended several concerts of my ultimate group, and on the final night, I had barricade access, which turned out to be the most incredible experience of my life. However, one member has captivated me so intensely that I find it difficult to think about anything else, making it hard to return to my normal routine.
This person locked eyes with me repeatedly for several seconds, smiling in a flirtatious way that felt like a punch to the gut. They would turn their head to continue looking at me and smiling as they walked past. Several fans in my section shouted about how lucky I was and noted that the member was checking me out. One lady behind me even told me to start packing my bags for Korea because I was about to get invited! I experienced eye contact and smiles from all the members that night, got splashed with water, and treasured every moment. However, the way this member looked at me felt distinct, surprising, and overwhelming.
I managed to capture a few instances on my phone, and a kind fan also shared their recordings with me. Part of the moment was even caught on a live stream, but the cameraman shifted focus halfway through because this member was looking at me instead of the camera. I can't stop watching the videos and reliving those moments. I would never share them, though, as this member has many solo stans who can be harsh, and I don’t want to make anyone jealous—that's the last thing I would want.
I keep listening to their songs, watching videos, and just bought some of their merchandise. I know I’m being a bit ridiculous, but moving on is proving to be a challenge. A fan who received far less interaction from this idol even made a 40-minute YouTube video detailing their experience, which makes me feel somewhat tame in comparison. Still, I can’t shake this dull ache in my heart, hoping it’s just post-concert depression.
Has anyone else experienced this? When did you finally feel normal again? I’ve never been overly delusional or a hardcore stan. As a grown woman a few years older than this idol, I understand that I’ll never be in a relationship with them, that they don’t “like” me, and that they probably haven’t thought of me since the concert ended. My mind knows this, but my heart is struggling to catch up. I just feel a bit stuck right now. Thank you for listening if you’ve made it this far; I really needed to express this somewhere. I don’t know anyone in real life who shares my enthusiasm for my group or even K-pop.

𝒙𝒐𝒙𝒐, @jennysaykwa
jiho has made it to the after party mostly to be polite toward the senior who was hosting it, but she didn't have plans to stay for long. surely they'll believe her when she says she still has somewhat of a curfew because she's a rookie. it doesn't sound too unbelievable, right? midas music is known to keep their idols on a tight leash, anyway.
the idea of being able to leave in a couple of hours doesn't stop her from feeling overwhelmed, however, and she finds herself in need of some fresh air. they weren't kidding when they mentioned tight security because it took some convincing for her to finally step out of the building for a few second with saebi—thank god for her existence in this moment—by her side. when saebi had caught her in her own little corner, she suggested they take a walk together and jiho couldn't say yes any faster.
"i'd understand if they were doing their best to ensure nobody got in, but why are they working so hard to stop us from leaving?" it came out sounding more like a whine than an actual question as jiho let out a sigh and linked her arm with saebi's.
saebi was one of the few people that jiho knew even before she got into midas music. mutual acquaintances with the way they were both involved in singing and dancing before becoming trainees, and she was a rock when jiho was participating in produce 48. whenever they interact in public, she's also the person that people claim bring out the real jiho, whatever that may be, when in reality, she just feels like she's sixteen again when she's with the nymth member.
"it was getting too loud in there. i needed the fresh air," she exclaimed before taking in a deep breath to prove her point. the family concert had been exciting, and it was nice to perform without much thoughts, but the party was proving to be more intense than she expected. "i'd love to go home just about now."

so following my vycotan life cycle post
the end of a vycotan's life is sort of a fail safe, if they never have children ever in their life it is guaranteed that they will reproduce after they die.
now if vycotan's DO reproduce during their life time it looks something like this:
vycotans do not have seperate sexes, instead they have both male and female gametes and male and female reproductive organs. Who carries the off spring and who sires the offspring is all up the parents. Sometimes they choose to carry at the same time. Other times only one will carry. In the case of siblings with the same parents, one parent's sire might be the other siblings carrier or vise versa.
In the case of reproduction, the nucleus (the core of the vycotan) will create a separate haploid micro-nucleus, which will be sent down to the gestation chamber of the vycotan. If it is not used it will be reabsorbed into the body and a new one will be made. This is the female gamete.
Within internal stamen male gametes are produced. They are almost like virus'. When they enter the gestational chamber and find the micro-nuclei the first one to get to it will inject the second half of the needed DNA, which will match up with the DNA already inside the micronuclei and will begin the process of dividing into a new individual.
Birth is not that big a deal for them. (In this case it's a bit more like laying an egg/eggs).
The offspring exit as half formed polyps which are soft and squishy. over the next few days they will grow from only being big enough to fit in the palm of the carrier's hand to being harder and the size of their head. after reaching this point hard armor will start growing around it like a shell.
After a little bit, this ball with unfold into a nymph.
This is where some of the biology has diverged. When they turn into the nymth they look exactly as they will look a hundred/a thousand/a million years from when they hatch. They don't physically grow beyond this point. However internal systems still need to develop such as reproductive organs and harder armor as well as cognitive development.
After becoming a nymph, vycotan cannot move, talk, or even see for several hours or even days. Often the parents will help harry it around on their back and help them learn how to walk and talk.
Their speech is also limited to bionic blurps and beeps until they can begin learning more complex language. There is some amount of understanding between parents and their offspring's' "beep talk".
(if you want to imagine in, they kind of sound like R2-D2, but gradually learn to make more complex sounds and graduate into sounding more like C3P-0)
Vycotan take the better part of eighty years to internally mature into physical adults, but in the span on their life time and the life time of their parents, this is almost nothing.
Young vycotan start off with sparsely placed armor with only main bits around the head, arms, legs, and torso being present, but the older they get the thicker and more surface area that armor covers until they finally begin to develop unique extensions like crests, antenna, or horns.
