#personal#drugs mention#today is a bad pain day#which is frustrating and exhausting and im so over it#the oxy helped me sleep last night but then i woke up at like 4am and couldn't sleep again for hours#felt okay when i got up only to put my arm in the sling for like half an hour and. dammit#agony after that#took more oxy which helped soooo much but it makes me mildly nauseous#so now im pain free and hungry but just too nauseated to do anything#plus ive got messages on here i wanna reply to but i just. can't.#not enough spoons right now#wow this is a big self pity fest right now#im just sick of being injured and frustrated with slow progress#a word of advice: don't get bucked off a horse. and don't trust ponies. no matter how cute
