Finally revealing one of my other blorbos, Niccolo Sonata! A mixed genre troll who poses as a Pop Idol up until world tour
He's a complicated bag, he's half rock half classical, his mother kind of low-key hates him, and his dad does care but is kind of paralyzed with various anxieties that comes with the fact that Niccolo is half classical (worried about his constitution and his wings) and things related to his mother (she doesn't want Niccolo to become like his dad and puts a lot of restrictions on him)
Both of his parents don't really know what to do with him, and he doesn't know what to do with himself.
He has a lot of internalized hatred towards himself and the two sides of his musical families, plus he is a secret third genre (symphonic rock) which he doesn't fully understand. He got picked on a bit in Volcano Rock City, they're a lot rougher than he's used to so he just kind of took it, which is why he looks so roughed up in one pic and the other he says they hate him in VRC
Again he's really complicated even tho he doesn't look it, if you have questions about him lmk

in order to say "wei wuxian is morally good," you must first define what it means to be morally good
though this is by no means exclusive to them, one logical fallacy i sometimes see wei wuxian stans make in their arguments is that they begin their analysis of wei wuxian as a character with the statement "wei wuxian is morally good."
so their argument becomes:
wei wuxian is morally good.
a morally good person would do XYZ.
therefore, wei wuxian would do XYZ.
alternatively, when they're objecting to someone else's argument about wei wuxian, their counterargument becomes:
this argument says that wei wuxian would do ABC.
a morally good person would not do ABC.
wei wuxian is morally good.
therefore, wei wuxian would not do ABC; the other person's argument is wrong.
while this is in fact a valid argument structure to use for other kinds of traits (ie. "brave," "doesn't think of the consequences," even something like "afraid of dogs"), this format of argument in fact cannot be used for a descriptor as vague as "morally good"--because, unlike the other traits, "morally good" is not precisely defined enough for the above argument structure to work.
"morally good" is not a character trait in the same way that "wants to defend the weak," "is angered by innocent people being harmed," and "does not fear consequences" are character traits, because what is considered "moral" can vary significantly from person to person. what a utilitarian considers to be moral, for example, diverges significantly from what a deontologist considers to be moral. if i were to say "wei wuxian is a morally good person," i have frankly said less about wei wuxian's personality and more about what i myself believe to be ethical.
thus, the reason why the above argument pretty much never works in the wild is that the depolyers in question rarely actually define what they mean by "morally good."
consider the case in which two different wei wuxian stans write on their blogs "wei wuxian is a good person." however, the first person follows a moral philosophy that centers courage in the face of certain failure, while the second person follows a moral philosophy that centers reason and pragmatism. thus, what the first person actually means to say is "wei wuxian is someone who courageously chooses the correct path even when he is doomed to fail," while what the second person actually means to say is "wei wuxian is a reasonable and pragmatic person." these are no longer the same statement.
or consider the case in which the first stan follows a moral philosophy that centers agent-neutral harm reduction, while the second stan follows a moral philosophy that centers agent-relative reciprocity. in this case, what the first person actually means to say is "wei wuxian is someone who helps others regardless of whether they've helped him before," while what the second person actually means to say is "wei wuxian is someone who always repays kindnesses done unto him." again, these are no longer the same statement.
in general, if one wishes to argue that "blorbo is morally good," one must first specify what exactly they mean by "morally good," because not everyone follows the same definition of "morally good." many blorbo stans, however, don't actually do this. instead, they write their arguments as if their own definition of morality is already universal law; a reader can thus only reverse-engineer what the op believes to be morally good from their post. and this leads to no shortage of disagreements: two different blorbo enjoyers might find themselves in an argument over what they believe to be their blorbo's characterization, when in reality they are actually disagreeing over what it means to be ethical at all.
on the topic of disagreement, another fact that must be acknowledged is that wei wuxian himself is also a character with his own specific thoughts and feelings. wei wuxian is not an abstract paragon of righteousness whose definition of morality just so happens to perfectly match the reader's definition of morality; wei wuxian is a specific fictional character with his own specific thoughts as to what is right and what is wrong. and every reader has to accept that what wei wuxian considers to be right can in fact be gleaned from the text--and that what wei wuxian considers to be right will not always match what the reader considers to be right. wei wuxian might, in fact, disagree with you.
thus, if you want to make any sort of statement regarding wei wuxian's moral character (whether that be "he is morally good" or "he is morally bad") you in fact have to consider not just one, but four different questions:
what do you consider to be morally good? what moral framework and/or school of moral philosophy do you use to determine what is ethical?
how well do wei wuxian's actions adhere to what you personally consider to be morally good?
what does wei wuxian consider to be morally good? what moral framework and/or school of moral philosophy does he use to determine what is ethical?
how well do wei wuxian's actions adhere to what he himself considers to be morally good?
all of these are different questions! they cannot be conflated with each other.
to write a good analysis, you must accept that [what you consider to be morally good] will not always match [what wei wuxian considers to be morally good]. when such disagreements arise, rather than distort wei wuxian's character to match what you personally believe to be morally good, perhaps consider just allowing wei wuxian to disagree with you instead. even if he's doing something you honestly can't defend, maybe wei wuxian is still striving to live as best he can according to his own ideals, and it just so happens that his ideals do not match your ideals. you really should not distort wei wuxian's motives or beliefs just to make him more palatable to you, simply because you have wedded yourself to the idea that "wei wuxian must be morally good by my own standards."
closing thoughts: this isn't really exclusive to wei wuxian stans. i've seen all sorts of character stans in all sorts of fandoms make this same logical fallacy. i certainly think that some of the jiang cheng analyses i see from fellow jiang cheng stans are born less from an objective analysis of his character and moreso from the op's desire for his actions to align with their moral compass. but, out of all the characters in MDZS, it seems like people commit this logical fallacy when discussing wei wuxian specifically far more often than they do with any other character, save perhaps lan wangji.

Do you really think letting the dragons go at the end of the third How To Train Your Dragon movie was right? I think that flew in the face of the first two movies' messages, not to mention it kind of gave Grimmel what he wanted.
on so many levels, no.
the WHOLE POINT of EVERY HTTYD MOVIE OR SHOW BEFORE 3 was that dragons and vikings were capable of harmony, that both people and animals can be good even after a lifetime of doing otherwise.
but httyd 3 taught kids that 'hey sometimes people are beyond redemption and WE have to compensate for that.' THE DRAGONS have to suffer the consequences of other's villainy, fuck the other movies. If it were just berk trying to protect the dragons, then ok maybe i'd be less salty- BUT IT'S NOT. BOTH SHOWS INVOLVE OTHER DRAGON-SYMPATHETIC PEOPLES. THOSE ARE CANON. THEY LITERALLY DELAYED HTTYD 3 FOR YEARS WAITING FOR RTTE TO END.
and the moving berk bit? because of overcrowding?? HICCUP WHAT TF WERE YOU THINKING??? rtte was literally PEPPERED with 'we need to do whats right for the dragons and their natural habits' AND BRO WENT AND FUCKED OVER BERK'S ECOSYSTEM.
and then left. what happened to 7 generations through the dragon wars, hiccup? what happened to the wars with alvin, dagur, viggo, krogan, johann, drago, etc etc. hiccup? did stoick's death change you that much?
httyd contradicted SO MUCH of what the franchise had established beforehand - themes, lessons, settings, people - that you can TELL that they'd been working on it for a while and were just more unwilling to change things as time went on in the project.
the only consolations i can make are if: 1, they didn't consider the shows very canon anymore; 2, they were just trying to follow the books; or 3... i didn't have one for three BUT NEITHER DID THEY HUH
anyways if i ever put something in my rb's as support for that ending then i must be having a moment of insanity or am firmly in the bargaining stage of grief, or both. both is good.

Do you have any cherik fics recs set in the comics? Or at least not set in X-men first class
my rec list is very small for i don't really read fanfics and i only really read things when they're recc'd to me HOWEVER i do have a Very Small collection for you (descending by word count). under the cut cause the descriptions got long by accident Oops
1.) [EXPLICIT, READ WARNINGS BEFOREHAND] Chimera, by Andraste (Word Count: 1,304)
(Takes place in the Ultimate X-Men (2001) timeline) I can't really describe this fic adequately without telling the whole thing or accidentally doing an analysis on it: while it doesn't have a strict plot, calling it PWP isn't too accurate in my opinion either. The smut in this fic- in my reading- isn't meant to be erotic in the typical way we approach NSFW in fanfiction, but if I start to go in-depth on what that means this post is just going to be dissecting everything line-for-line LOL. The best way I suppose I can describe the premise of this fic is a "grim" scenario based around Charles reworking Erik's mind and keeping him "docile", and Erik catching on to what's been happening to him. This fic explores how Erik wants Charles to "atone" and confront the consequences for this meddling.
2.) As If Nothing Happened, by joshriku (Word Count: 3,289)
(Takes place amidst X-Men Unlimited (1993) #1) This fic expands on the X-Men Unlimited tidbit where Charles is rescued by a """"mysterious"""" figure (who we later learn is Erik in UXM 309) during the snowstorm he, Scott, and Ororo were entrapped by. Very domestic and "warm" and sprinkled with beautiful, playful back-and-forths, and is a joy to revisit if you want something cozy.
3.) [EXPLICIT, READ WARNINGS BEFOREHAND] Behind Closed Minds by f3armgneto (Word Count: 4,914)
(No specific verse or timeline) Honorable Mention Is Honorable i gotta include the fic that was written for me... i wasn't sure if you were looking for explicitly-stated comicverse fics only but i needed to do an honorable mention..... the art this fic's based off of is meant to be comicverse so surely that must count... Premise is essentially that Charles accidentally telepathically peeps on Erik showering and is incapable of moving beyond the instance without "proper resolution". Meanwhile on Erik's end, fully aware he'd been spied upon, thinks of a "countermeasure" to Charles' voyeurism (spoilers: it's more of a reward than a deterrent).
4.) it's going to be a long, long time, by joshriku
(Takes places amidst Krakoa period around AXE Judgment and X-Men Red) A series of events between Charles and Erik following the latter leaving to retire on Arakko. My summary does a poor job on highlighting the chemistry, dialogue, and longing between Erik and Charles in this: I can only beg you to give the fic some time to read it.
5.) not so tragic, my love- it's this dream, it's this sun, by joshriku
(Takes place post-gala/beginning-of-post of the Krakoa period, diverges from X-men: From The Ashes (2024)) Erik has Charles stay with him on Island M after the fall of Krakoa. It's no surprise Charles isn't doing so well mentally after losing everything, but- amidst the facsimile of some domestic joys- Erik wrangles with Charles' depression and anguish, the professor having long lost the light in his spirit to help his fellow mutants readjust after the downfall. (Guest Starring: Jean Grey who has a wonderfully written interaction with Charles- though this fic In Its Entirety is wonderfully written...)
when i was looking through my bookmarks i hadn't realized literally like. half of my rec list was written by joshriku AJLVKEJALK BUT THEM'S THE WORKS i owe them my life for getting charles and erik's voices, thoughts, and actions down so wonderfully. i hadn't read Number 5 in a while and i'm grateful for the excuse to do so: it's probably my favorite of their works that i have listed here, so if you read any of these fics i greatly suggest that one
if you read any of these at all tho i hope you enjoy them !!
#snap chats#fic rec#i have to thank a commissioner who introduced me to joshriku and their works months back#i ALSO have to thank them because the commissioner was the reason why i picked up UXM 309 and XMU... so shout out to them...#reading anything by joshriku feels as if i'm reading dialogue from the comics itself#now usually when i see that term used in reference to /my/ work it's because of how hammy and 60's-sounding it is#but with joshriku i can just perfect imagine everything and hear everything- as if the words were meant for comic pages#maybe a lot of xmen fic writers have that talent- i dont know again im very bad at reading fics#as for chimera tho im not exagerrating when i say i can do a line-for-line analysis on it#it's probably because it's so short it's a lot easier for me to think of its premise and concept#AND IM GRATEFUL FOR IT FOR THAT i love it for that- the details Not Said are always my favorite#i remember reading that fic the first time and being blindsided by the ending#i shouldnt have considering the concept involved but still i was like Girl.... Youre In Too Deep VJLEKVJEAKLV#i love my toxic yaoi...... chimera i love you... it makes me want to tackle 'normal' erik more whenever i reread it#aaaaand i already shared all my praises for number 3 in the tags of my rb JLAEKJKAL#i always love me voyeurism and mirror usage... gentle remidner....#ngl something mysterious happened to me while i was making this post so idk how the summaries hold up#i at least wanted to try to use this ask to take my mind of the thing... i think it worked for the most part#i think a part of me doesnt read fics because then i get inspired and ill feel like im copying others' works vLAEKJELKJ#beacuse as i was revisiting these fics i was like. Ough.... Thats Good.. I Must See Visuals For This..#i met my old bestie through making fanart for her fic so who knows.. could be a worthy endeavor lol..#but yeah hope you enjoy these if you read em !!!

what are your favorite ninjago seasons?
Rise of the Snakes, HANDS DOWN.
I've rewatched it so many times, and I adore this season, it's so nostalgic, and easy to digest, it brings me back to when I was 12 years old searching "Lloyd gets revenge against the ninja" on youtube only to instantly get spoiled that he was the green ninja LOL. (twelve years old me really thought he was going to become a major villain and I WAS READY TO EMBRACE THAT)
altought I also rewatch Dragon Rising alot? Probably cuz it's easy to watch it and similiar to season 1, it just feels like I'm eating a snack.
I also really like Possesion and March of the oni, but that's mainly becuase of the opening? like the opening of the season is just so cool.
and I feel like seabound is one of my top favorites becuase I am AWFUL at dealing with that type of stuff so I was sobbing so hard in the end. Same with Sons of Garmadon.

hellooo ( ̄▽ ̄)
first of all thank u for replying to my ask~
i just have a question to ask since it's been bugging me but--
i want to know your thoughts on xiao? like, your characterizations, headcannons, something
i've been progressing my friendship with him and i've been reading all of his character stories. i just want to hear about him from your perspective because i feel like you get people/characters really well~
Oooh honestly Xiao is a hard one. I do a lot of my analyses based upon the performance of the voice actor and what is said, but the EN directors really jumbled Xiao's personality and translation at first making him come across as much more moody than he is meant to be. A lot of his true personality is hidden solely within the CN text, not properly translated into English.
That being said, it's hard to put into words exactly, but my reading on him is that he's a very tired and weary person. He's lived a long life. He is devoted to his duty. But at the same time, I don't think he'd necessarily fight and try to deny death if it came his way. So many people he has loved and have fought by his side have left. He's the last one of his kind. He's running on borrowed time. Let the boy rest.
At least, that's the vibe I got from Xiao before he met the Traveler. The person he shows to the Traveler is different. This is a Xiao hesitantly opening himself to the outside world. One that's not blocking out everyone that comes his way. While I wouldnt say that he's necessarily "curious" about humans, he's become more.......... Idk the right word. I wouldn't say "accepting" of them because he's never denied them. But he's not as quick to put up a wall.
On other notes though, this is more personal headcanons, but I feel that Xiao is a very pure and earnest person. Like I think back to that Lantern Rite where Zhongli tells Xiao to try out a kite (most likely to get him to relax and enjoy life a bit) and Xiao took it as an assignment and relayed his thoughts dutifully. I feel if you ever ask Xiao to do something as a joke, he probably would still do it to his very best.
At the point in Xiao's life now, I feel that he's like....... Slowly learning how to enjoy life. Flying kites, writing poems, enjoying food, remembering past friends—it's like for the first time in his life, he's doing things for himself, not his duty. And I think this is something he's never had before, even when the rest of the yaksha were around. Back then they gave him happiness. Now he's finding it on his own. Learning to have something to live for. Learning that he is actually a person and not a machine. Learning that he has the right to live.
At least that's my take on him. Admittedly I haven't done much of a study on him recently. There may be things that I have off because I'm going off solely from memory. Do you have any headcanons on him? I'd love to hear your thoughts to shape mine more. o3o

Mary Tamm plays model Jenny Hart, whose husband is the subject of an investigation, in Public Eye: How About It, Frank? (7.3, Thames, 1975)
#fave spotting#mary tamm#romana i#classic doctor who#romanadvoratrelundar#public eye#doctor who#how about it‚ frank?#1975#thames#pretty terrible pics I know but im still watching these on that Tube You know about bc my dvds are many many miles away#i think i probably only ever watched s7 the once because (outside of the fairly significant plot thread of the first two eps) i remember#almost nothing of this final series. actually‚ because the series (like most of its era) was shot out of sequence‚ this was actually the#very final episode to be shot. the much missed Tamm was early in her career here‚ with just a handful of screen appearances (tho she'd#had a stint with the well regarded Birmingham rep‚ so was hardly inexperienced). later in 75 she'd have her first real meaty role in the#BBC's adaptation of Muriel Spark's The Girls of Slender Means; then of course there was DW a few years away and cult tv immortality#she's good here‚ but hasn't much to do; the role is disappointing tbh‚ her character is a model and shows a mild spark of independence but#the script repeatedly defines her as the wife of another character and‚ particularly disappointingly (and fairly unusually for the show)‚#broadly supports the husband's chauvinistic viewpoint that she should be providing more wifely services ie. cooking and cleaning#it's dumb and irritating and it's very annoying to have Frank tell her she should learn to cook. idk‚ it's a bad moment in a bad sideplot#of a brilliant show. so it goes ig. but hey‚ always lovely to see Mary <3

also i will say i love people who can't analyze the game as it relates to goaltending bc like. even if your team panics after a goal or two against and crumbles for a moment defensively... a locked in goalie can keep you in it and let you get your feet under you and recoup momentum. that's kind of the point. when the entire team drops the ball and hits the point of no return, that sometimes includes goaltending, and it's not an indictment of them as a person or saying they haven't done any good all series, it just is what it is. it's part of the game too. i'm very tired of acting like we didn't get some bad goaltending this series along with some excellent just like literally all other performances when i see ppl try to break down good performances, but even though it's a moot point now, it took actually targeting and injuring stolarz to change the feel of the series and florida are still criminals. they tried to run woll at multiple points too like damn
#like if we want to talk abt where things crumble that is part of it tbh#woll was extremely good in a game the leafs couldnt pull through and find it in themselves#they worked in tandem for game 6#game seven was a shit show from a lot of ppl including woll lol he let in some bad ones#and bad rebounds#its funny that our bottom six actually was p good and still did nothing w that like#4th line shifts that probably deserved a goal didnt get one so lets add up all the contributors on this team over the playoffs bc LOL#yeah we need it from the top guys but also lord#i saw someone add up the amt of money of guys who didnt even have a point and its like sixteen mil or mth HCJSBDJSK LIKEEE#many brad acquisitions <3 lets not act like hes not very hit or miss#and doesnt have a long history of fumbling star players and sending teams into nothingness tbh#bc yeah hes had some thrifty finds but a whole 20+ mil in a year#where mitch is the ufa and ur just letting him walk for nothing. u dont think a major overpayment is gonna happen#for manyy guys out there? LOLLL it absolutely is#anyway sorry im just ranting now but im amazed by ppls inability to be like.. yea that was bad from a goalie HDKSJSJ#goalie lovers at any and all cost are kind the least sensical part of the fanbase#like idk how long stolarz and woll will be leafs in general... who can say#they did keep us in some games this yr that were fun for sure and were the best tandem weve had in a bit#all true facts. part of the reason we lost so badly twice like that was shit goaltending tho lbr#it felt like so many guys just became unmoored all of a sudden LIKE FUCKKK hcksjd fuck#watching them all panic makes me sad

I saw the hairless cat part and I want to had a fun fact to it.
Hairless cat are really oily because they don’t have fur to collect it, so their oils get everywhere and STAIN a lot- Erik will fully loose his minds with all the oils stain the cat would made.
the cat is ABSOLUTELY to go NOWHERE NEAR his closet alright he can excuse it using the kitchen table as a scratching post but he draws the LINE at his silk robes

Hello, so I didn’t see anything in you rules about like pregnancy/parenting so just sharing my brain rot, but feel free to delete this ask if it makes you uncomfortable!!
But, Smooches, as a little guy obsessed with genetics and science (planning on getting a degree in biology and other human sciences!!!ヽ(•̀ω•́ )ゝ✧ (my love for dottore has made me more and more of a deranged scientist…)) I’m just thinking about the Harbingers and how strong/dominant their genes might be…
We’ve only seen one of Childe’s siblings (Teucer) but I imagine in genes are STRONG cause his brother is almost the same as him 😭😭 Like you guys have a kid and they have the same blue eyes and ginger hair as Childe!
I also think it would be funny to have a kid with Dottore. I personally believe his genes are actually pretty recessive, but it’s funny to imagine having a kid with him and they look so similar to him everyone thinks it’s another one of his clones! It’s not until they get older or maybe call Dottore ‘father’ or something that it clicks in everyone’s mind that they’re not a clone!
Also, so many of the Fatui Harbingers have multi-colored hair (Arlecchino, Pantalone, Pierrio, Childe and Scaramouche all having a lighter or darker streak. I assume Columbina’s is dyed?) Just imagine their kid inheriting that!!
Oughh… i know all the harbingers would probably be terrible parents but I wanna be all domestic and lovey with them so bad 😭😭 [📺]
UGH YES THIS IS VERY CUTE,,, I TOO AM THINKING ABOUT THIS NOW! But yeah, I guess I never really thought about it but, you are right they look super alike 😭. (But honestly, I wouldn't be surprised when we meet the rest of Childe's family in Snezhnaya, they all look the same purely because that's what is easiest for HYV 😭)
Having a kid with Childe would be like having a mini him around and he absolutely adores it. It would be funny if you two kept trying to have a mini you, but instead all you got was mini Childes running around the place. 😭 AND DOTTORE 😭 I love that no one realizes it's his actual kid because 1. he's not going out of his way to explain the whole situation and 2. no one is questioning the existence of another blue-haired red-eye rascal. (Though when some people *cough those three particular annoying Harbingers* start to get too close to his kid, his irritation is noticeable.)
I imagine their kid does inherit the hairstreak, but in a different part of their hair 🥹 (Also, Pantalone's and Childe's hair streaks make me WDBAHDABWDW i love it sm. But then again the angst hcs of Pantalone getting the gray streak from using his Delusion make me🥲)
Okay but just hear me out on them being parents!! 😤 Well it's obvious Dottore is... Dottore. He struggles to even be a good husband sometimes, so being a parent is... territory none of us can fathom. But, you know I like to think at the very least, he'll remember how he was treated as a kid when he looks at his child,,, especially if his child looks similar to him. Honestly, he leaves a lot of the actual early parenting to you because well,,, he is Dottore, he does not know how to do these kinds of things, his hands are not meant to raise and love. A lot of the time you have to force him to, and well a lot of the time he spends with his kid is them sitting on his lap while he dumps a lot of scientific facts on his child (trying his best to avoid any unethical ones) Really,, he does love his kid, but the way he shows it well,, will need a lot of work (he has a lot of time to improve though because he'll expand the life span of them as well 😅)
Childe, most obviously, would be a very good father if you ask me. He is a family man, he's taken care of his siblings for a long time, he knows exactly what to do not just for his kid but for you too. Despite how his job may keep him away for periods of time, he spends every ounce of free time that he can give away with his kid!! Pantalone too I think would be good, a lot of it stems from how he struggled a lot as a child and he can never imagine his own child ever going through the same as him,, so i can see him as a pretty good parent :3
See, Pierro has the potential to be a very good parent, however, his job literally consumes all of his time,,, like of course he wants to spend time with his kid! He wants to tell them all about his old home and teach them the history and all! But the Fatui, the Celestia, all of it is far too important for him to spend extended amounts of time with his kid. 💔 And he refuses to let his kid mess up their sleep schedule to spend them with him at ungodly hours of the night... 😭 Capitano, another one who has potential! Unfortunately, as much as you taught him how to be more human and how to love, dealing with a kid is a whole other situation that he has no clue how to navigate,, by all means, he wants to learn, he wants to be a good dad, but it's,, a lot for him. Also scared of hurting his kid because of how tiny they are compared to him,, 😭 When the kid gets older though he starts to settle more in though!
Scaramouche, well, it's canon he's fond of kids! He'll be yelling and insulting everyone else but the minute his kid stumbles into his office all of a sudden he's calm! But with all of his trauma and other stuff going on, he doesn't become a better parent until he becomes Wanderer,, it's then when he really devotes more attention to raising his kid. Also is unconsciously overprotective of his kid because of how he lost the little boy centuries ago, so at least they'll never be in harm's way!
Arlecchino already has experience parenting, though she has work to do in like... the emotional and bonding section. Though she holds her children in the orphanage in a fond light, she still keeps them at arm's length because they are her soldiers... but she loves her kid very much!! Columbina is like, the fun parent, you're the one doing the discipline,, She is the one who loves to dress up your kid,, the one who probably lets them get away not eating their veggies 😭 But she is very very scary when she's mad so your kid knows not to get on her bad side!! Also good at putting the kid to sleep with her singing! Sandrone- well... kind of similar to Dottore. You and her child are the only two people she likes. But she also struggles a lot, and leaves a lot of parenting up to you,, though she and her robots keep a very watchful eye on the kid, she does not want them getting hurt with all the things around her lab! She ends up gaining more confidence when she finds out her kid likes to be in her lab during robot rides 🥹 Signora, I can also see being a pretty good parent! She just gives that vibe! I like to think she also has somewhat of a soft spot for kids! She loves taking care of her kid and watching them grow up :3
(Good luck with pursuing your degree btw! All of that sounds quite cool and I wish you all the best :3)

adolin kholin the man that u are...
#finished reading wind and truth tonight#dare i say he had the best arc in this book ?#i have Thoughts.#i dont think this book was as bad as some people are making it out to be but it definitely wasnt sanderson's best#like i probably rank it above rhythm of war but below the first 3 books. which is a shame but w/e#i will say i still liked it and enjoyed it but i think the writing wasnt as good#esp in the beginning it was very like overt and hand holdy lol. which i think is a problem with sandersons writing#in other books but idk it just seemed a LOT here#wasnt a huge fan of the kal szeth story in the beginning but i think there was nice payoff#adolin best arc idc....loved his whole thing....#shallan was fine idk her whole thing w the ghostbloods is so whatever i wish she had actual cool stuff to do#im a shallan defender no matter what tho i love her but yeeesh.#jasnah...gurl whatever. the debate was really dumb. like i think that was so stupid#its hard to write smart characters ig</3#and as for dalinar....okay. the whole contest thing pissed me AWF cuz wdym tOdium just snatched gav from navani#like that pissed me OFF. if it was when they got separated then fine i accept it#but being like teeheee actually i took him from u right when u got back to the physical realm. like bitch fuck off thats so stupid idc#i knew beforehand that gav was gonna be tOdium champion but in my head it was like ... baby gav LMFAOOOO im like well yeah#no way dalinar is gonna kill baby gav. fsdjhk#well he didnt kill adult gav either.#i guess i liked that this set up books 6-10 pretty well. i like the idea of forcing everyone to have to deal w retribution now#instead of ignoring it and putting it off for generations and generations#ALSOO since i read sunlit man i was kinda like omggg what the fuck did sigzil do. and it was sorta meh.#but the fact that szeths spren was auxiliary.... AUXILIARYYYYYYYYY</3#i got sad all over again. FUCK OFFFFFFFFFFFF#also wait wit getting vaporized by retribution was tew good he deserved it a teeny bit.#anyways ummmmmmmmmmmm just dumping my thoughts here. wait i should tag spoilers#wind and truth spoilers#stormlight archive spoilers#wat spoilers
