debating making a website so that i can fully customize and decentralize my online existence from the big social media/hosting sites but also. ughhhh thatd be so much work to learn html and css to get it up to the standard i want. a friend made theirs in a year and they do not have a 1 big hobby that absorbs all their time like i do, and what i want is more complex than that. at least i have a minor background in CS but ughhhhhhhh

#but imagine #i dont have to make a tumblr post any time i want to recommend something or review something or share something or #want to see demos? go to the demos tab. want to see reviews? go to the reviews tab. sorted chronologically (by review date)#click on the art for the given release and then boom you can read the review #who needs linktree when i can just have links to all my stuff there #i can set the art #the colors #the font #the layout #everything can be collected on one site #maybe that site can be archived idk how saving stuff on archive.org works #i would have a place to post demos #project files still on mega/dropbox/proton #but also spending hours learning a thing im not passionate about outside of the end result sounds. Unfun #but i could have a guestbook and a hit counter and a tab where i just link to all my friends...
