Been brainstorming a character for a Minecraft role play named The Pantheon (which you are free to join) FYI They are not fully open yet and there is no Minecraft server atm. <3 This is her without her Helmet on.

I wanted to make an Astronaut type character based off a skin I've been using. The color purple my beloved.

Essentially, she'll have spent all her life in space, traveling through wormholes, and eventually ends up stranded in a shipwreck on the MINECRAFT PLANET (silly name) 💜. I then geeked out REAL HARD, figuring out why she wears her suit everywhere, and found out that Minecraft’s atmosphere probably has a very high oxygen consecration due to the large insects and arthropods (bees and spiders). And since she's similar to us Humans, she would literally get Oxygen Toxicity if she breathed the air too long. The vines and plants covering her body are like a small air filtration system she uses as to not overwork her air respirators. Yippie I love being a nerd.

I commissioned @junemarsch for a custom design on a handmade ceramic mug featuring the Hextech Team 💜 I love these nerds and June did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. There were lots of progress updates along the way which honestly just ramped up my excitement to have this in my hot little hands.

The design features Sky, Viktor, and Jayce in the main design. The Hexcore under the handle has tiny little runes on the faces and the Wild Rune inside the cup is a gradient of the pink, purple, and blue from the outside. The colors are even prettier in person and I think June picked the exact right pink when I couldn't quite decide between two.

The mug itself is super light and it holds the temperature of my drink really well. June has A+ packing skills and it survived a trip across the ocean and then a really mixed up delivery day with an ornery postman without a single scratch.

June's shop has some really lovely already made ceramics as well as art, stickers, and washi tape. Go check it out!

A bind of a long-time favourite fic of mine - thanks so much slagpoet to agreeing to the bind! It's a beautiful, poignant read that I can't recommend enough. I was so delighted to send you a copy!

This is my first ever A6 binding, and I went Nagireo-core with the design and colour choices. The HTV layering was challenging and so the end result for both copies is a lil wonky, but I love how they mirror one another.

Wisteria are a motif in this fic, so these flowers feature on the cover as well as the typeset. Another motif is the sky and space, which I leaned into with the back cover and end papers.

An easter egg for Blue Lock nerds: the purple HTV vinyl used here is actually a chameleon variety that looks green from certain angles! Which is PERFECT because 1) purple babygirl Reo has a chameleon copycat ability in canon and 2) Nagi's often depicted with a green aura.

The typeset is one of my favourites to date - purple and grey throughout, but for each chapter the wisteria flowers fade as Nagi confronts his demons. Never disappearing, but not as dominant as they started out 🤍💜

Technical details:

A6 casebinding with linen bookcloth (purple/beige).

140 pages (6 signatures) on A4 white printer paper. The Nagi volume has purple stitching; the Reo one off-white.

Pre-printed cardstock endpapers (space themed).

Endbands are scraps of the alternating book cloth wrapped around cord and glued on.

Three different colours of heat transfer vinyl applied in layers. This was challenging, as applying heat to the overlaying elements warped some of the underlying ones. Adhesive vinyl maaaay have been a safer bet... but I had a vision and didn't want to compromise. 🥲

Thus, I have taken it upon myself to choose fitting skirt styles for each of the lads, based on what I think would suit each of them! 🎀

Very out there, very flirty and attention-grabbing miniskirts with standout details and more than a few dashes of coquette. Chiffon, fringe, sequins, little bows. His fearlessness and outgoing personality would really shine, and the short lengths ensure that this short king would look as tall as possible. 🤭 Swishy and twirly silhouettes also allow him to shake those hips and twerk.

Kris Guštin 🤍

That ass certainly doesn’t lie. Kris could rock long and short skirts alike, and with those long legs. Soft, delicate fabrics that drape beautifully complement his Greek god-like beauty. A sheer long skirt with a slit would suit him particularly well. He is well-suited to both pretty princess styles with dainty details and cute bows, and high-fashion runway-esque silhouettes that hug that peach of his and would make every jaw in the room drop.

Jan Peteh 🖤

Dark and intense Jan is a natural fit for equally dark, edgy and alternative skirt styles. Black leather, dark lace and mesh, as well as some bondage and lingerie elements such as buckles, straps and hardware, complement his black cat nature and his natural sensual energy. Of course, one cannot leave out the classic red and black plaid kilt-style miniskirt a la Vivienne Westwood, a staple in alternative fashion that just screams Jan.

If any of you know the manga and anime "Nana"...Jan is 100% Nana Osaki coded, both in appearance and personality.

Jure Maček 🩵

Sunny and chaotic Jure is all about showing skin, and a natural fit for Y2K sensibilities, the shorter the better. Playful, youthful denim and summery mini lengths are particularly good styles for him, rips and distressed details optional. When he's feeling especially fancy, a bold feather mini is a particularly good fit, in its unconventional and unexpected chaos...that Jure would absolutely pull off. 😆

Nace Jordan 💜

Nace is the epitome of a lovely fall day. He suits so many autumn-inspired styles in earthy tones of brown, orange, warm purple and muted green, touched with varying degrees of coziness, and both soft and tough details. Naturally, that extends to skirts. From fairy grunge maxi skirts, to "sexy nerd" dark academia style, to army green minis (he has nice thighs, of course I wouldn't deny anyone those thighs)...he can carry them all beautifully!

Next batch of fanart spam tonight, here's a batch of my personal current HC ships within the Equestria Girls-world of the "Diamond Verse" (aka: my "Universe A"/main ng ship AU). -Sunset Shimmer x Flash Sentry-

From exes torn apart by greed & power, to slowly rekindling friendship thanks to Sunset's change of heart… never would either expect that things would fall back full-circle through them regaining feelings again~ ❤️‍🔥

Was it a perfect transition? Probably not. Would there still be days of Sunset doubting herself, even with Flash's doting patience with her? Absolutely. Yet even so, as every phoenix burns bright… Sunset's happy to finally put her past behind her, embracing these changes everyday with Flash proud to cheer her on~ 💙❤️

-Sci Twi x Aria Blaze-

No one in their school would've ever expected the Dazzlings of all people to redeem themselves among a normal school faculty… yet the M6 proved them wrong as one by one, these once-pesky sirens have worked to become better beyond their hypnotic singing prowess.

With these two in particular, the purple second-in-commands seemed to be an interesting match of opposites; the cool-tempered punk and the giddy nerd. Whilst Aria may deny feeling much for Sci Twi when they're out and about… there's no denying the warm glow on her face whenever Twi does something like banter on about science facts, take her exploring the town, or even just the lil things like gifting her a plush that "reminds her of Aria" (aka: a sea-star lol). Silly, insignificant things the old Aria would've declared back then… but now, when it all comes down to it, she'll be glad to throw the biggest siren hands to keep this adorable dork safe & sound~ 💜

-Fluttershy x Adagio Dazzle-

To tackle redeeming the main leader of the Dazzlings was a task no better to give than to Fluttershy, the soft-spoken Element of Kindness herself. Of course, her dear friends were worried of how she'd handle being around someone so "conniving" like Adagio… but well, if her pony counterpart could handle bringing a Draconequus down-to-earth, then why not her human self with a siren baddie?~ ;)

And so, that's what leads us to today… as now the once haughty Adagio has gained a new sense of pride lovingly doting to her butterfly-winged angel. From fancy dinner dates, dancing, and occasionally playing with some duet karaoke… there's no prying apart these star-crossed sweeties~ 💛💗

-Applejack x Sonata Dusk-

With Aria & Adagio out of commission in terms of villainy, all that's left was Sonata Dusk… while arguably not a huge threat with her impulsive "simpleton" ways, there's still big a risk to let her roam about freely. And so, among the M6 to take the job of calming down this sneaky siren was none other than Applejack. I mean, the gal's handled plenty of pests with her natural-born firmness, this shouldn't be a problem…

…well, which is what she would've said, if it weren't for the revelation just how much of an annoying, perpetually-clingy cat Sonata can be when it comes to "bonding". Hmpf, well whats an AJ to do, if this pretty lil pest's not gonna be leaving her side anytime soon, now…? What to do, what to do, indeed…~ ;P

-Pinkie Pie x Rainbow Dash-

…Weeeell, ngl I don't really have a big story for this one, I just wanted an excuse to have RainbowPie (one of my first ever M6 ships) in my main HC verse somewhere whilst still having AppleDash within the pony world variant… yee lol :p

Bubbly lil party girl with her headstrong tomboy gf, a true prankster power couple in Canterlot High one would say~ ;3 To say any of the M6 were surprised when they announced they were dating would… well, okay no one actually was, they could spot those two's chemistry from a loooong mile away~ lmao

-Rarity x Timber Spruce-

Now, this one's perhaps the one pair no one expected to form in this colorful group… as Rarity figured with all her other bffs gaining partners of their own, she'll just have to go find her future beloved herself. Cue her going down an embarrassing list of blind dates, matchmaking events, even simply batting her eyes at some potential suitors at her tailor job only yielded so many results…

And so, Rarity resigned herself to take a break from the madness by visiting the museum's cafe section now & then… which just so happened to be Timber Spruce's favorite spot to hangout, coincidentally-enough. Though not expecting much aside from a brief hello & goodbye… something about their meetup just sparked the two to talk more, grab some coffees and exchange numbers after catching up on their lives. Cocky as he may be on the surface, there was something about Timber that had an odd, wholesome charm to him with his enthusiasm about gems, plants & silly puns… and Rarity has thought about sprucing up her workshop some more…

(Did this bring up any awkward feelings, given Timber Spruce's status as Twilight's ex? Oh certainly, as Rarity would ofc fret about that very night… but well, as she'd come to realize (from even Twi telling her face-to-face), her & Timber had long since moved on after amicably splitting so long ago. So really, as far as Twi sees it… as long as Rarity's happy, thats all that matters~ 🤗💜 )

This is a very, very special drawing for me. ✨

In September of last year, I watched Dancing With The Stars' "Step Into the Movies" special again, at the end of which they recreate "The Time of My Life" scene from Dirty Dancing. And that sent me on a nostalgia trip back to my high school theater days over a decade ago now, where the drama club accepted my idea to do a "Time of Our Lives" theme, and a performance for that song à la Glee. Mind you, I was mainly the stage manager/techie sort, but I did some scenes for the showcases, and participated in this song with my then-boyfriend, along with two other couples.

And while we were hanging out in the green room backstage, a friend took some pictures of us. Including the one that directly inspired this drawing of Webby + Lena.

This started out as a memory remix of that photo, after watching the DWTS special, because I thought these two lovebirds would be really cute subjects for it.

But once I got going, it turned into a love letter, for many things.

As part of the remix aspect of it, I now picture myself in Lena's spot in the photo, getting to have the short hair I wish I had had back then, and getting to wear a suit and tie! (Yes, in the original photo, I am wearing the dress and red bow Webby's sporting here, and I have long hair. 🙈 Though I will say here that the little heart necklace she's wearing is exactly like the one I had, too! :)) Drawing this was really cathartic for my nonbinary self. 💜

And as for Webby, in this remix, she represents someone that, in retrospect, I wish I had shared this moment with from back then. In many ways, she really was the Webby to my Lena. 💜💖💝

(Literally) beyond the subjects of this though, this is indeed very much a love letter to a lot of things, to passions. The background is pretty much a replica of the drama classroom wall we were in front of for the photo, at least as far as layout goes, with a few direct recreations of things that were on the wall and on the table there. Everything else was me being a passionate (theatre) nerd.

I've included un-blurred and background-only versions (and a version with drop shadow lines on the girls, because why not? it's a cool effect!) below, but I just want to point out the details, because I'm so dang proud of this.

The posters/programs for The Phantom Blot of the Opera, Featherspray, Chickago, and My Fair Dewey are obvious duck-parody references to their real-world counterparts (with the latter being the exact poster they use in DuckTales, in Dewey's dream in "Nightmare on Killmotor Hill!" So thanks, Dewey! 😂). The Featherspray one was also included because Hairspray was one of the shows we did in high school! And lemme just say, creating theater posters is really fun!!

The MJ the Musical poster and the half-shown Notre Dame de Paris "Duckbill" right behind Lena's head are particularly special to me, since they (along with Phantom) are my favorite musicals, and getting to draw those two was especially fun!

The L'Orange Theater poster in the top-right is a bunch of duck easter eggs in one - the L'Orange Theater is mentioned and seen in the very first episode of DuckTales 1987, and of course, there's Aquarioon from DT17! Looks like it toured in Duckburg a long time ago. 😉

And the sheet music is the DuckTales theme! (Or at least the left side of it :P)

The "Congrats" card, calendar (the whale for upper half was my own touch), folder, page of random backstage stuff behind Lena's head (which includes little Star Trek and Darkwing Duck references), and golden "Theatre" card (with my old director's favorite quote) are directly from the photo (or at least based on what I could see through its blurriness 😝), as is the very edge of a cast photo in the upper-right. The purple note (totally not with any secret messages whaaaaat) below that, the certificate of excellence, and the little pride heart pins everywhere are little garnishes/dedications. 😊

The stage/theater diagram below the certificate is really cool, because that's a direct recreation (+ another hidden message) of a project a friend and I did for stagecraft back in our freshman year - I was even able to copy my own handwriting for the labels! 😄😂

The "Time of Our Lives" poster is a reference to the showcase I mentioned above that inspired all this, though the real-life poster looked very different, from what I remember.

The green bag below is sorta a nod to the secret pal exchanges we used to do during shows. 😉

And finally:

The Glittering Goldie show poster is me just having an absolute blast drawing her once again and coming up with something for her Blackjack days! And bonus - I'll be posting a gradient-only version of Goldie tomorrow! Really happy with how she turned out!

And the "All the World's a Stage" poster is me combining all of my theatre nerdiness with my passion for space and a good pun! 😁

ANYWAY...

I learned a lot with this drawing, about creating and about myself.

And I just had so, so much fun with it - it was all love, all passion, all happiness for this one. 💜💖💝

It's been So Long since I have done using one of my Shipping Charts before, but I'd figure why not do it again based on one of my Recent Fandom Moods.

Here's my own Space Goofs Shipping Chart (And Yes, Despite Being in the Same Level Path as SpongeBob as Having Way, WAY Too Many Characters (Which Again, isn't a Shock when it Comes to Franchises Having Way Too Many Characters that Get so Milked to Death)), I've decided to Cut a "Cheat" Mode just by Focusing on its Main Characters using the First One.

Ok, so far, I wasn't going to even expect to Ship Bud & Stereo Together, but thanks to One Television Bookworm Shipper, it Recently Grew on Me. 😉😊

I'm Neutral When It Comes to Couples Bickering with Each Other but Gorgious/Candy aren't just my Fav. That's why I'm more of a Etno/Candy Person (Because I've Recently Love Them Together as Sweet Parents among their Group 💚💜💚💜💖💗)

For some reason, unlike Sweet Gluttony, a Few Gorgious Ships came to grew on Me and that's how I started to like Greedy Science & Piggy Sloth. I like them as Crack (especially since both Neat Halves & Piggy Sloth are such Rarepairs).

I'm totally gonna killed by Other Bolok Fangirls but I'm Sorry but I just can't. I mainly like the idea of a Alive! Reformed Bolok in a "Enemies to Friends" AU but despite Me being so On-And-Off of the Whole "Enemies to Lovers" trope, I'm neutral when it comes to it (depends on how the Writers tend to do So with their own Characters). I just kinda don't really like to ship Any of the Goofs with the Canon Humans from Each of their Villain of the Week Episodes (especially if it's Etno with Zibouya), since I'm mainly more on "Shipping The Main Characters with Each Other" Camp Side rather than "Shipping The Main Characters with Their Enemies" Side. Plus, I mainly prefer the idea of Bolok to be Ship with Any Fan-OC considering that this Fandom needs to bring back some OC/Canon Shipping as Bolok would no doubt be the Perfect Target for a New One. Deal With It.

Also, yeah, I apparently found out that someone else from back then shipped Etno with Ambre-Lou WAAAAAAAAAAY Long before this Fandom revived. I highly refused to give that a Ship Name of its Own Because Ew, DO NOT WANT! 🤢

Tbh, aside from Shipping the Goofs with Each Other, I also adore Many OC/Canon Ships around Any of Them. Doesn't really matter as long as Everyone has their own Ships (I do not regret being a Mulitshipper).

Because I've been meaning to plan to create more OCs around in this Fandom, My Friend already did had in mind for her own Love Interest for Ambre-Lou like Me, so hopefully this Fandom could finally give Her a Chance to Shine More after Bolok.

Granted, I wish I could explain more on The Other Side Characters for some More Crack Ship ideas (that is, if I were to use the Other Versions), but that's all I have for now for the first one.

18. "Stop. No. Wake up. Wake up! I said wake up!"

Finally had the inspiration needed to give this one justice 💜

The frigid air stung Zephyr’s lungs as they rushed to find their way down the cliff side. When was the last time the cold hurt like this? Zephyr couldn’t remember. 

The fight was going well. Of course it was going well. The two elves were well past struggling with some dark spawn. But the cliff was unstable. Zephyr heard the crack and turned to warn their friend, but all they saw was purple hair as the soldier fell, swallowed by the darkness below.

This was their fault. It had to be. Somehow it had to be. They had been forcing space between them and Nels for weeks now. Ever since they had realized their own feelings, every touch from the other elf made Zephyr feel as if their skin was being seared off. Embarrassed and ashamed to feel how they felt about their friend, Zephyr had pulled back. They couldn’t ruin what they had. They wouldn’t ruin what they had. But had they put too much space? Literal, physical, space? If they had stuck closer to Nels in the fight, if they hadn’t been avoiding looking at the other elf… maybe they could have caught them. Or maybe they could have fallen in their place.

Nels could barely let out a groan. Everything hurt. Fuck knows how many bones were broken. The warmth they felt spreading told them that they were bleeding from the back of their head. Fuck. Were they dying? After all the bullshit they had survived they’re gonna die from falling off a damn cliff? What kind of crap is that! Stupid, stupid, stupid. They should have just stuck closer to Zephyr. 

The pale elf had clearly been pulling away from them for a while now. For most of the time they had known their quiet friend, Zephyr had never minded Nels’ overt skinship before. They always seemed more or less fine with Nels' hugs or an arm around their shoulder. But for nearly a month Zephyr had been pulling away from even the slightest graze of contact. Nels couldn’t remember the last time the pale elf had braided their hair. That was a lie. It was three weeks and five days ago. Nels surmised that their friend had figured out their little crush and no longer felt comfortable around the soldier. It was embarrassing that they couldn’t keep their emotions in check and ended up making it Zephyr’s problem. They tried their best to give their friend space. They didn’t want to lose them.

And now they were dying.

Fucking perfect.

Damnit. Isiah and Esha are going to cry you idiot. Aria’s going to be devastated. And Zephyr… Nels felt a lump in their throat as their eyes began to sting. They were far enough away from the cliff… right? They could handle the rest of the dark spawn, that was easy enough. Were they headed down the cliff now? What are they going to find when they get here? They’re probably blaming themself. Stupid. It was Nels that was being careless. It was Nels that was so preoccupied with trying to watch their friend’s back from a distance that they weren’t watching their own footing on a damn cliff. 

Nels looked up at the clear night sky that currently hung over the Anderfels. You could never see a sky like this in the city. All the sparkling stars that looked like gemstones… Zephyr would love it. Fuck, Nels wanted to see them one last time. Those gorgeous green eyes that held more emotion than they’d ever admit to feeling. Their soft white hair with waves that put the sea to shame. Their beautiful blue-hued skin that was adorned with all those cute scales. They could picture Zephyr so clearly that they could practically see them.

This was bad. Nels was seriously injured and their eyes were completely out of focus—-and judging from the color of the snow they had hit their head really hard. Zephyr put their hand on Nels’ cheek and was horrified to feel how cold the usually warm elf felt. Zephyr got to work checking their friend’s limbs to see what needed to be splinted before they tried to get them out of here. 

“Just hold on Nels, I’ll get you out of here.”

“Zephyr? Zephyr~” Nels’ voice was far quieter and shakier than the pale elf had ever heard. Nels weakly reached up with their left hand and with feather-light fingers, brushed Zephyr’s face, “So~ pretty. Most beautiful I’ve seen~”

They were delirious. Zephyr lamented. They were concussed, bleeding out, and delirious. Nels’ hand fell back to their side and their eyes began to close, “‘M tired… just gonna rest for a sec… ‘kay?”

Zephyr panicked, “No! You can’t sleep here. You have to stay awake.”

“But ‘m tired~ just leh me sleep for a bit…” 

Their eyes closed completely and Zephyr had never felt so cold, "Stop. No. Wake up. Wake up! I said wake up!" But Nels didn’t stir. “No. Not like this.” Zephyr said defiantly and pulled Nels up onto their back.

Nels opened their eyes and was greeted by a familiar ceiling. Warm, soft light, the smell of lavender, and the fake sound of chirping birds filled their little room in the lighthouse. Guess they weren’t dead yet. Their head was splitting though. And damn if they weren’t sore from head to toe. This was miserable. Nels groaned. Gentle fingers brushed their bangs from their face and Nels looked to their side. There sat on their bed, was Zephyr in the fetal position watching them with a stoic expression and eyes filled with concern. In their other hand was a half braided lock of hair and from the corner of their eye, Nels could see more locks already braided—some with Zephyr’s beads stringed on. Okay. Maybe this wasn’t that miserable.

“Hey.” Oh somebody come and fucking kill me. They had meant to sound cool and reassuring and instead sounded like they gurgled sand after smoking seven packs a day for a year.

Zephyr only hummed in response and then got up from the bed. No, shit, don’t go damnit. Nels wanted to bash their head into a brick wall. That was until Zephyr was back with an armful of pillows. They helped prop Nels up so that they were in more of a sitting position and then handed them a glass of water. 

“Thanks. How long have I been out?”

“A week.” Nels nearly choked on their water. Oh. Oh, shit. Nels looked Zephyr in the face again now that their eyes had adjusted better. They could clearly see the dark circles under the other elf’s eyes, which isn’t unusual for them, but Nels had never seen them this bad before.

“Ah shit, Zephyr, I’m sorry.”

“I thought you had died.” Despite the water they had been just drinking, Nels’ mouth was bone dry.

“Come on, it’ll take more than a little fall to kill me.”

“When I finally found you, you were delirious and speaking nonsense.”

Delirious? Nonsense? Nels may have been in a fog, but they remembered everything they said quite clearly. “Hold on now, I may have hit my head pretty hard, but I meant what I said.”

“It was nonsense.”

“Was not! Find a prettier elf. In all of Thedas, they’d lose to you hands down.”

“Aria.”

Nels rolled their eyes, “Aria’s a different kind of pretty, Zephyr. She doesn’t count.”

“Your standards are just skewed.”

“Or maybe, I just know what—or who—I like.”

“...You're still delirious.”

“Am not!”

“Suspension bridge-”

“Damn it, Zephyr! There’s no bridge!” Nels snapped, “Zephyr, I am never going to ask you to like me back. I’m not… I can’t…” Nels sighed, “I’m not confident enough for that. But you don’t get to tell me how I feel. And I’ll be damned if I ever nearly die again without telling you how much I care about you. You don’t have to love me back, but you have to know I love you.” 

The two elves stared into each other's eyes for moments that seemed to stretch on for hours. Zephyr opened their mouth to say something right as the door to Nels’ room slammed open. Esha and Isiah came running in and leaped onto their injured sibling. Aria stood back with her arms crossed with the usual sweet smile she gave Nels, “You gave us quite the scar this time Fighter.”

“Yeah, yeah, I know.” While Nels tried to comfort their siblings they glanced over at Zephyr who had not taken their eyes off of them once. The end to their conversation would have to wait till later.
