lyanna was the knight of the laughing tree. rhaegar finds this out.

she does try to avoid rhaegar after she is given the crown of love and beauty but there are magical and otherworldly stakes.

lyanna becomes aware of the prophecy of ice and fire and that there has to be three dragons, and despite her respect for elia, she does fall for rhaegar. despite this the pregnancy surprise her.

she falls quickly pregnant after that considering a pregnancy period is of nine months.

while she tells need that the child's name is aegon, in honor of the prophecy, she wants him to have a northern name. she never learns what ned names him.

this is more a headcanon of mine, but her tomb is constructed over where vermax, jacaerys velaryon's dragon lay a hatch of eggs. only one of them remains. ned founds it when building her crypt and puts the crown of winter roses, one of rhaegar's rubies and the egg for jon, eventually to find.

E também comemorações muito tradicionais. Vamos começar com a data mais famosa do período: o Dia dos Namorados, comemorado em 12 de junho. A data celebra o amor, o companheirismo e movimenta a economia com os presentes e programas românticos. Só no ano passado, o Dia dos Namorados movimentou cerca de R$ 2,6 bilhões, como destaca esta reportagem da Radioagência Nacional. Mas, falando de romantismo, as novas tecnologias — como os aplicativos de namoro e as redes sociais — têm ajudado cada vez mais pessoas a achar seu par, como destaca esta reportagem de 2022 da Agência Brasil. [Album] Miso Extra veröffentlicht am 16. Mai ihr Debütalbum "Earcandy" über Transgressive!

Geboren in Hongkong als Tochter eines britischen Vaters und einer japanischen Mutter, zog Miso Extra als Kind nach Japan und später nach England, wo sie begann, Einflüsse von Indie-Bands wie Foals und The Maccabees, Popstars wie Janet Jackson und Madonna oder Hip-Hop-Artists wie MF DOOM in ihre eigene Musik einzuflechten. Mit dem befreundeten Produzentenduo Tricky N Duke arbeitete sie gemeinsam an ersten Songideen, nach und nach brachte sie sich aber auch selbst bei, wie man produziert und Beats baut. 2022 erschien mit "Great Taste" eine erste EP, gefolgt von der "MSG" EP ein Jahr später.

Während Miso immer mehr Vertrauen in ihre Art Musik zu machen und den genreübergreifenden Sound gewann, feilte sie auch an ihren Live-Auftritten und spielte in der Vergangenheit bereits Support-Shows für Artists wie Thundercat, Marc Rebillet und Rejjie Snow. “I wanted to reclaim a childhood taunt by naming myself Miso Extra. I’m taking ownership of my heritage with this project, as well as celebrating the ‘extra’, overt side to myself.” Miso geht noch einen Schritt weiter und sieht ihre Musik als Teil des Misoverse - einem von Animes inspirierten kreativen Raum mit ihr selbst als Heldin der Geschichten.

Beflügelt von Filmen wie Hayao Miyazakis Spirited Away oder auch Poor Things von Yorgos Lanthimos, nimmt uns Miso Extra auf "Earcandy" mit auf eine Reise durch Themen wie Erwachsenwerden, Verletzlichkeit, Naivität und Selbstermächtigung, indem sie Genres wie K-Pop, UK-Garage, 80er-Jahre-Sounds und R&B zu einem anspruchsvollen und selbstbewussten Pop-Album verschmelzen lässt. “It’s about growing through your mistakes and not being afraid to get things wrong. There are some deep messages in there but it’s surrounded by sweet earcandy – that spoonful of sugar that helps the medicine go down.”

Die zwölf Songs wurden im Sommer 2024 mit Ricky Damian, dem Grammy-prämierten Engineer, der bereits mit Ezra Collective, Jorja Smith und Sampha arbeitete, in Damon Albarns Studio 13 geschrieben und aufgenommen. Sob Greca (PSD) arrecadação de impostos e taxas dobrou em 8 anos https://ift.tt/fbSo7Uw A Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias (LDO) de Curitiba para 2025 mostra que a escalada na evolução da cobrança de impostos em Curitiba continuará subindo significativamente nos próximos anos. A prefeitura estima para o ano que vem um aumento de 16% na arrecadação de impostos e taxas, um crescimento muito superior ao do Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA) previsto para o período, que é de 3,55%. O Plural sistematizou os dados de arrecadação desde 2018 – Greca assumiu a prefeitura em 2017, mas sua primeira lei orçamentária no período é a de 2018 – e verificou que a receita com impostos foi de R$ 2,8 bilhões em 2018 para uma previsão de R$ 5,75 bilhões em 2025. Muito embora a cidade vá registrar um aumento discreto no Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte, os principais impostos a verem aumento no período são o Imposto Sobre Serviços (ISS) e o Imposto sobre a Propriedade Predial e Territorial Urbana (IPTU). No caso do ISS, em 2021 houve uma mudança na legislação federal que está fazendo uma transição da cobrança do imposto na origem para a cobrança no destino (ou seja, na cidade onde está o consumidor do serviço). Essa mudança é um dos fatores de aumento na arrecadação desse tributo em Curitiba. Já o IPTU tem outra razão para ter aumentado. Em 2022, a Câmara Municipal aprovou a atualização da Planta Genérica de Valores. Apesar de na época os vereadores da base do governo terem afirmado que o projeto não afetaria significativamente a população, os dados da própria prefeitura mostram que de 2022 para 2025 a previsão de 44% de aumento na arrecadação do tributo, ou 31 pontos percentuais acima da inflação do período. Em valores, são R$ 349 milhões a mais que deverão ser pagos pela população em 2025 acima da correção inflacionária. Ainda no setor imobiliário, a receita da prefeitura com a cobrança de Imposto sobre a transmissão de bens imóveis (ITBI) cresceu 82%, de R$ 330 milhões para R$ 601 milhões. Uma das ações da prefeitura nessa área foi criar condições especiais para legalização dos chamados “contratos de gaveta”, ou seja, quando comprador e vendedor não registram a mudança de titularidade, deixando de pagar as taxas cartorárias devidas. Em uma nova rodada de pagamentos do abono salarial PIS/Pasep, o governo anunciou que trabalhadores nascidos em julho e agosto já podem sacar o valor de R$ 1.412 a partir de junho de 2024. Aroma do café pode ser instrumento para reduzir tabagismo

Essa foi a conclusão de estudo preliminar de pesquisadores brasileiros com 60 fumantes, dos quais 30 inalaram fragrância de aroma de pó de café e metade voltou a fumar. Os pesquisadores do Instituto D’Or de Pesquisa e Ensino (IDOR) descobriram, em 2014, que a fragrância do café ativa uma região específica no cérebro, que faz parte do sistema de recompensas, em especial o núcleo acumbens, estrutura cerebral que é ativada também com substâncias psicoativas, como a cocaína. “Esse sistema de recompensas é ativado com atividades prazerosas como, por exemplo, escutar música, ter relações sexuais, tudo que dá prazer, beber água inclusive, mas também é um sistema que pode ser mal utilizado por meio de substâncias psicoativas”, confirmou a pesquisadora do IDOR e diretora científica da Café Consciência, startup de biotecnologia parceira do instituto, Silvia Oigman. Como o café ativou de forma intensa essa região do cérebro, os pesquisadores decidiram utilizar o aroma do café para substituir a vontade de fumar dos participantes de um segundo ensaio clínico pequeno, feito com 16 fumantes, em 2016. Esse ensaio serviu de base para o estudo mais amplo, realizado em 2022, com 60 fumantes, cujos resultados foram divulgados agora.

Resultados

Silvia Oigman informou nessa segunda-feira (3) que da metade dos 60 fumantes expostos à fragrância do aroma do café, 50% fumaram logo depois que ocorreu a intervenção. Entre a outra metade dos participantes, que não inalou a fragrância do café, mas uma fragrância neutra à base de sabão, 73,3% voltaram a fumar. “Foi um número expressivo, mas não é significativo. Na prática, não houve diferença estatística. Mas é um resultado considerado indicador de potencial dessa abordagem, inclusive porque era um ensaio clínico piloto. A gente estava fazendo um estudo prévio com a fragrância do pó do café. Não é a fragrância final que a gente espera empregar para um paciente de fato”, explicou Silvia. Segundo Silvia, o ensaio clínico foi importante para os pesquisadores encontrarem questões a serem resolvidas e fazer um novo ensaio de maior porte. O ensaio clínico foi conduzido durante seis meses. “Não foi tão rápido como a gente gostaria. Quando a gente lida com fragrâncias, como o pó de café e o vinho, eles perdem muitos voláteis. Ainda que o armazenamento e toda a entrega tenham sido monitorados e feitos da melhor forma possível, cai a qualidade pelo tempo”, disse a pesquisadora do IDOR. Esse foi um aspecto que pode ter prejudicado o desempenho da fragrância. “É nesse aspecto que a gente está pretendendo atuar”. A pesquisa recebeu investimentos de R$ 373 mil da Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Faperj).

Formulação terapêutica

O projeto final visa a utilizar a fragrância do café para redução do desejo de consumo do tabaco por usuários crônicos. Silvia afirmou que a ideia é avançar ainda mais e dar continuidade ao projeto. “A gente entendeu o resultado obtido como um indicador de potencial”. Os pesquisadores estão desenvolvendo agora uma formulação terapêutica à base de voláteis de café e vão adaptá-la em dispositivo eletrônico, para realizar novo ensaio clínico com maior número de fumantes. “Ainda há alguns passos até isso ser feito”. A expectativa é que essa nova fase do projeto seja realizada antes de 2026. A abordagem multidisciplinar é conduzida por especialistas brasileiros em diversas áreas. Silvia desconhece a existência de outros grupos de pesquisa que usem a inalação inócua do aroma do café como ativador do sistema de recompensa para fins medicinais. Os resultados obtidos até agora levaram o grupo a depositar e ter concedidas nove patentes nos Estados Unidos, Europa e Ásia. Mais três patentes estão em andamento no Brasil, na Austrália e no Canadá. De acordo com as últimas estimativas do relatório de tendências de tabaco da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), divulgado em janeiro deste ano, há em todo o mundo 1,25 bilhão de adultos usuários de tabaco. O vício de fumar mata mais de 8 milhões de pessoas anualmente, sendo mais de 7 milhões dessas mortes resultado do uso direto do tabaco, enquanto mais de 1,2 milhão das mortes são de fumantes passivos.
