Too long time, no tumbl-err!
Well what new hell have I found to inflict upon myself? A Concept2 Rowerg! My Zwift cool down exercise for now. Rowing beats the heck out of my bicycle dino arms so it’s a cool down thang right now.
We are finally looking in the rear view mirror at Covid, both V and I suffered. Nothing much more than a cold really but boy did it linger. Felt like someone was sitting on my chest for weeks.
