Suit by Day: OK beat-maker and OG gamer by nights😂 mid 90's in my early teens, I was on our #microsoft 486 PC at least 3-4 hours everyday after school! & seriously upto 10hours shifts Saturday and Sundays playing PC games!😂 Parents were worried but was sure I'd grow out of it😂 20 years later who would have thought... Late night home gym street fighter II training : A part of my personal training 'regime' that has helped keep me strong and ready for the day I might face M-Bison😡 ; besides practicing my #hadoken I also incorporate various forms of striking on the heavy punch and kick bag during and/or after my weights or cardio sessions😎. With the right form and understanding your whole body can get a solid workout with every strike... (especially your core) And... by adding some music to your video and with the right 'cutting' techniques on the iMovie app, you can look like you are training harder than you really are ! AND can look more awesome than it may have really looked at the time of shooting the video...😳😎😂 just sayin. On a serious note: No matter how it all looks... I've always felt that explosive striking exercises has been great for gaining longer lasting strength and nice muscle definitions that cardio or heavy weights might not able to achieve alone.
