Today i had a very confusing monday, since i thought that my graphic design class started half hour sooner that i thought and i forgot to check the schedule and it turn out that i was the one getting confused.

I then later, i was going to take the bus but then got a reality check (stopped, dissociated and remembered of what i gotta do) and remembered that i gotta charge the bus card since i didn´t have enough at the moment.

Probably thinking of pulling an all-nighter to finish the Audio Workshop project, once i collect all the sound samples.

Today, for my healthy meal, i eated some rice mixed with broccoli.

I made some exercise after classes and then meditated.

found a new part of my local (off-campus) library, they had redone it a couple months ago and it has this beautiful stained glass!! I was the only one in there for a solid 2 hours, its was nice :)

i started journaling again today! though i don’t have a great track record with consistency in that area. i don’t always have time to bare my soul to my notebook, but i think it’s nice to take some time to scribble down what i’m grateful for. today, it’s time spent catching up with friends, a warm and cozy outfit and the last slice of chocolate cake. let’s practice gratitude together, even on the days when it’s hard to think of anything. tell me what you’re thankful for today!
