Part 4 in my “Classical art Reimagined as Beanie Babies” series 🐌

This one is inspired by Andrew Wyeth's Christina's World. The painting depicts Anna Christina Olson, who had a degenerative muscle disorder, and chose to crawl everywhere instead of using a wheelchair. I initially chose this beanie based solely on the color scheme and pose, but after learning about it I think Swirly is a good choice. Snail's can sometimes be used derogatorily, but Swirly is all about holding onto hope even when progress feels slow and the world looks grey.

rewatching b99 has me absolutely obsessed with rosa and charles relationship. their friendship is very special bc obviously they almost went out together and then it didn’t work out bc rosa didn’t like his timidity or how that made him treat her but i like how that allowed them to be where they are in now where its like. they are cut out of completely different material but charles respects her and finds her amazing and doesn’t hesitate to talk to her & rosa is always very mindful of his feelings, avoiding him when he was on pain meds to make sure she didn’t have to reject him if he told her he liked her, showing him the secret bathroom, being the one to say to everyone they should take care of him after vivian broke off the engagement

Here we see our boymoder taking bathroom selfies. Cute! Do we:

So we start by offering to take a picture, then the fun starts once she starts getting ready for it. As a total nerd, overpowering her is a piece of cake!

Here we can see our boymoder face-first in the toilet (right where she belongs lmao). Seems today she wore some dorky bat-print panties, how adorable! She begged us not to take off her hoodie this time, so it got a little soaked.

Haven't posted art ever in a hot minute. Might start just posting whatever doodles I do... like this one :) Was testing a new brush when I made this fox(?) lady and her rude frog companion who I definitely didn't put on the same layer as the lineart.

(My art has become very different in the last year, and this one in particular is very inspired by @redundantz style!!! Especially in the eyes.)
