🏖️ w klaus?

Much needed Vacation
Klaus loves to travel and after a thousand years of being on edge he was more than happy to relax for a while.
Since unlocking his werewolf side he was able to feel temperatures more, he would wear thicker clothes and added layers in the winter and had the desire to go shirtless everywhere in the summer. Not that I'm complaining but his siblings weren't the most fond.
Hope also found that she enjoyed the heat and so when I mentioned the idea of a vacation, the Mikaelsons were very excited. It was rare that the siblings were able to actually enjoy their luxuries but for the past for months everything had been lovely and calm and there was no sign of any threat for the near future.
So we flew first class, hired out a villa and claimed our rooms. Klaus had grabbed my hand and sped us to the biggest suit, bringing our bags and dropping onto the humongous bed with a pleased sigh.
I smiled and shut the door before opening our cases and beginning to put all our clothes on hangers and into the wardrobe. I could hear Klaus removing his clothes and pulling something else on, probably his swim trunks because Hope had been begging for them to go in the pool as soon as they arrived. I put our little wash bags into the bathroom and came back into the bedroom to see Klaus in his navy swim shorts and his wolf tooth necklace.
"You gonna go to the pool or the beach?" I asked as I sat beside him and traces my fingertips against the bare skin of his shoulders
"Pool, it's only the first day, I don't want sand to appear in all of my clothes for the next two weeks" he joked and I smiled widely. He just gazed at me for a moment before glancing to my shorts and t-shirt "are you coming?" he questioned with a tilt of his head
"Not today, it's already getting late and we agreed to cook the first night and to go out for food tomorrow. Elijah said he'd help." I explained and he hummed
"We can always go out for food, today, tomorrow, the whole holiday if you like. Don't stress about house tasks, just come relax, this was all your idea" he stood and tugged me by the wrist to stand which I did and I wrapped my arms around his neck
"I'm not stressing, I just want everything to go well. Besides if we eat out every day then it loses what makes it exciting" I reminded and he pouted
"Or it makes when you cook more special?" he offered and I gave him a look resulting in a sigh and a 'fine' before he gave me a kiss and disappeared out to the pool with Hope, Rebekah, Marcel, Kol and Freya whilst Elijah, Hayley, Davina and I were inside preparing food and inspecting the villa.
The first week consisted of nothing but the pool, snacks and sunbathing. The second week we began doing activities and taking day trips either all together or in groups or couples, plus Hope of course depending on who she wanted to spend the day with.
More often than not it was Klaus and I and whilst it was really sweet and we all had fun, I could see Klaus getting frustrated. We hadn't been intimate the entire vacation so far because someone was always awake during the night due to the heat and usually it was Hope. None of the walls were sound proof and the doors didn't have locks. Although Klaus was willing to risk it, I didn't want to traumatise Hope on her first family holiday.
But I knew he would burst soon. His hard non was permanent and he would press it against me at every possible opportunity, whispering dirty words or quietly begging for me to touch him. Klaus always went one way or the other when he got needy, either he got overly dominant or very submissive. I think this time, because the environment was to calm and everyone was happy, he became more subby and whiny for one-on-one attention rather then when he's agitated all the time and unable to grasp his emotions.
So I decided to check out the beach, people seemed to clear off in early evening for food and the entertainment facilities nearby so I planned to bring Klaus down around then.
I set up a blanket so we didn't have to sit on the burning hot sand and put a bottle of wine in a bucket of ice before going to get Klaus. I dragged him out with the promise of a surprise.
"Trust me okay? You'll like it" I told him as he huffed and puffed about wanting to know before we got there.
By the time we got there the sun was starting to set but the air remained hot, I lead him across the sand to the place I'd set up. His expression seemingly softened and a smile pulled at his pretty pink lips.
I pulled him down onto the blanket and kicked my sandals off. I lifted my dress off and put it on the edge of the blanket so that I was in only my bikini. I looked back to him to see him throwing his shirt away toward the sea and then his shorts so he was left in his briefs. I let out a short laugh and got onto my hands and knees, crawling on top of him and pressing him down by his chest.
His lips were on mine in a second though his kisses were much softer and more passionate than I expected if I were honest. His arms slid round my waist and his mouth opened as though begging for my tongue inside. I obliged of course and deepened the kiss, my knees squeezed his sides gently and my hands stroked at the stubble along the top of his neck and jaw to his face. I sucked gently at his tongue to make his groan. His hands wondered to untie the string keeping my breasts in place, the bikini top fell into him and then his hands moved to my bottoms. He tossed them away and whined into my mouth as he pressed his clothed dick between my legs.
I pressed my mouth firmly to his for a moment before pulling back to look between us and pull his briefs off his legs and to the sand. His hands were already pulling me back down via the back of my neck making me breath out a laugh and kiss at his lips until they were swollen and parted.
My hand stroked the length of his cock a few times to make sure he was ready but it was pretty obvious by now that he was more than ready.
I guided him inside me easily, letting out a relieved moan as he filled me inch by inch. He groaned and rocked his hips gently, his eyes closed and head falling back so our lips detached. I let out a hot breath and pressed against his chest, lifting myself up and bouncing slowly on his lap. I could see the sun starting to hide behind the softly crashing waves and the warm breeze skimmed over the both of us while we moved as one.
I could feel him pulsate inside me as his lashes fluttered against the apples of his cheeks and his swelled lips stayed parted to let out broken breaths of air. I tightened around him every few thrusts to watch his brows pull together. I smiled a lazy seeming smile as I rubbed my thumb in little circles on his sweat glazed chest.
"See? Told you...you'd...like it" I murmured breathlessly and he let out a chuckle and thrusted his hips up.
"mm love it" He whined and I grinned, moving a little faster so that my lower tummy began to twist pleasantly. His hands pulled at my hips to angle them differently, this position caused his tip to brush my spot and my hips to stutter before moving with more need.
He grunted and let out mumbled moans as he moved with more force. My hand fell forward to his side, landing in the sand instead of the blanket making me groan but clutch at the surface regardless. I could feel each grain brush between my fingers as the soft smack of his balls against my filled the air between our mix of panting.
I groaned when I felt my clit tingle and crave for attention. I dropped my spared hand down to where I needed and put my fingertips to use. I felt myself flutter around him and in response heard him let out a low moan. He squeezed my hips and rolled us over so he was on top.
"Klaus!" I whisper yelled when he pushed me into the sand, it all sticking to the pair of us.
"we'll sort it later" he muttered as he thrust his hips with more control and power. His pace quickened and his grip on my hips tightened as did I.
"Oh god" I whispered with a whimper. His face dropped to the side of my face, his soft lips pressing light kisses against my cheek and neck as I felt myself flood with warmth. I kept sliding my fingers over my clit, faster and faster until I felt that I couldn't stop. My sounds became a blur along with my vision as I listened to his encouraging whispers to let go.
"Fuck Nik, please-" I whined and he kissed my lips harshly. I let out a series of gasps when I felt him slam into my spot repeatedly, the heat from the air, the sand and our bodies all seemed to merge as I felt that powerful sensation rush through me and down my thighs as I let out a surprisingly loud cry of pleasure.
My hand slid out against the sand as my body went limp, legs falling to my sides and my face pressed into his chest. His breathing was heavy as thick ropes of cum shot into me without warning. My eyes were closed and I groaned slowly, my thighs trembled gently for a moment before I relaxed fully beneath him.
I could feel his warm hands cup my face and I slowly opened my eyes, smiling up at him as he kissed my lips softly.
“Thank you” I whispered and he chuckled softly
“It was your gift sweetheart, I should be thanking you” he corrected but I shook my head
“You did more” I whispered as he moves his hands under my back and lifted me up making me huff when sand fell from my hair.
“I really didn’t love but it’s sweet that you think so” he teased and I rolled my eyes
“Doesnt matter” I mumbled and he smiled, holding me close making me wrap my arms around him.
We stayed on the beach for a while, trying to get as much sand off me as possible before getting up and trying to find out clothes.
Eventually we got back to the villa, everyone was in the pool and our food was sat waiting on the side making me smile as we took our plates to our room.
The rest of the week went perfectly and once we returned home we lasted another 3 full days before a major argument broke out and the longing for a holiday was back.

Before The Hope Of The Mikaelsons Family Part Two
Summary: In the Mikaelson mansion, tension brews as Klaus struggles with his emotions regarding Hayley’s pregnancy. While Elijah and Rebekah support Hayley, Klaus initially distances himself, grappling with resentment and fear of fatherhood. However, a painful moment prompts Klaus to embrace his role, igniting a bond with his unborn child. As preparations for the baby’s arrival unfold, the family is still unaware of a coven of witches plotting to take the child for their own nefarious purposes. Rebekah and Elijah hope for the family's unity, but with Kol and Freya absent, they face uncertainty. As confrontations unfold and emotions run high, the Mikaelsons prepare for challenges that will test their strength and loyalty, ultimately seeking a brighter future marked by hope and redemption.
Warnings: Emotional distress, Pregnancy-related discomfort and anxiety experienced, themes of personal struggle, including fear of parenthood and familial obligations. Potential violence and from external threats (witches) aimed at the unborn child. Past trauma and hurtful relationships among family members.
The Mikaelson mansion, with its grandeur and timeless elegance, is now overshadowed by the palpable tension that envelops it. Days have passed since the heated confrontation between Klaus and his siblings, and while Elijah and Rebekah are steadfast in their support for Hayley, Klaus remains a brooding, distant figure. His anger and resentment have created a chasm in the family, leaving Hayley isolated in a house that was once a symbol of power and unity.
Hayley, visibly pregnant and increasingly weary, spends most of her days in the sitting room, a quiet sanctuary where she can escape the constant strain of her new reality. The room, with its high ceilings and large windows, offers a serene view of the lush garden, but the tranquility is deceptive. The house, despite its opulence, feels cold and unwelcoming, and the weight of Klaus’s absence is ever-present.
Rebekah, with her characteristic determination, has taken on the role of Hayley’s primary caregiver. She meticulously checks on Hayley’s comfort, ensuring that she has everything she needs. From bringing meals to rearranging cushions and fetching tea, Rebekah’s efforts are sincere, though she can’t hide her frustration with Klaus’s behavior.
Elijah, equally concerned, divides his time between managing the family’s affairs and attending to Hayley’s needs. His presence is a steadying force, and he tries to maintain a semblance of normalcy despite the chaos surrounding them. His calm demeanor is a stark contrast to the storm brewing within Klaus, and Elijah often finds himself in the middle, trying to mediate between his brother’s stubbornness and the needs of their family.
Kol, ever the wildcard, flits in and out of the mansion with his usual air of irreverence. His visits are marked by a casual attitude and a lack of concern for the family’s turmoil. True to form, Kol arrives one afternoon with a nonchalant swagger, his casual attire a stark contrast to the somber atmosphere. He flops into a nearby chair with a dramatic sigh, his eyes glinting with mischief.
“Still here, are we?” Kol’s tone is light, though there’s a hint of mockery in his voice. “How’s the little one? Kicking up a storm yet?”
Rebekah, who is adjusting Hayley’s cushions, shoots Kol a sharp look. Her patience is wearing thin, and she can barely contain her frustration. “Kol, now is not the time for your games. We’re trying to keep things as calm and normal as possible for Hayley.”
Kol raises an eyebrow, seemingly unfazed by her reprimand. “Oh, I’m just checking in. You know, making sure the little drama hasn’t gotten too dull. Besides, I wouldn’t want to miss the spectacle of Nik’s inevitable meltdown.”
Elijah, who has been reviewing some documents at the far end of the room, looks up with a sigh. The stress of managing the family’s affairs combined with the weight of their personal issues is beginning to take its toll. “Kol, this is serious. Klaus’s behavior is making things harder for everyone, especially Hayley. We need to focus on supporting her, not fueling the chaos.”
Kol’s gaze shifts to Elijah, and for a moment, there’s a flicker of understanding in his eyes. “Fine, fine. I’ll play nice. But you have to admit, it’s rather amusing watching Klaus squirm.”
Rebekah’s frustration boils over. She stands with her hands on her hips, her voice rising. “You think this is a game? Klaus is being selfish, and his behavior is affecting everyone. Especially Hayley. She’s terrified and isolated, and your little jabs aren’t helping.”
Kol shrugs, leaning back in his chair with an air of casual indifference. “All right, all right. I’ll try to keep my amusement to myself. But you must admit, this family is never short on drama.”
Elijah steps closer, his voice calm but firm. “Kol, we’re asking for your cooperation. This is a difficult time for all of us, and we need to act as a family. Klaus’s behavior might be a challenge, but we have to rise above it for Hayley’s sake.”
Kol’s eyes soften slightly, and he nods, though he still seems a bit detached from the gravity of the situation. “Understood. I’ll make an effort. But don’t expect me to be a saint about it.”
Rebekah returns her attention to Hayley, her expression softening. “How are you feeling today, Hayley? Is there anything you need? Anything we can do to make this easier?”
Hayley looks up, her eyes reflecting a mixture of gratitude and sadness. “I’m doing all right, Rebekah. Just trying to stay positive. It’s hard with everything that’s happening.”
Elijah moves to sit beside Hayley, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. “We’re all here for you. No matter what Klaus does or doesn’t do, you have us. We’ll make sure you’re safe and cared for.”
As the day continues, Kol’s presence fades as quickly as it arrived. He excuses himself with a half-hearted apology, leaving Elijah and Rebekah to carry on with their efforts. The mansion feels quieter, though the tension remains.
Hayley leans back against the cushions, feeling a mix of relief and melancholy. The support from Elijah and Rebekah is a comfort, but it’s overshadowed by Klaus’s continued absence. She knows that the road ahead will be fraught with challenges, but for now, she finds solace in the small moments of kindness and the hope that things might eventually improve.
The future remains uncertain, and Klaus’s cold demeanor is a constant reminder of the fractures within their family. But with Elijah and Rebekah’s unwavering support, Hayley finds the strength to face each day, hoping that, somehow, they can find a way to bridge the gaps and restore some semblance of unity.
As the days blend into weeks, the mansion’s atmosphere shifts subtly, though the tension remains a constant undercurrent. Klaus continues to distance himself from Hayley, his anger and resentment keeping him isolated. Meanwhile, Elijah and Rebekah work tirelessly to ensure Hayley’s comfort and well-being, their dedication unwavering despite the strain.
Elijah’s presence becomes a source of stability for Hayley. His visits are frequent, and he makes a concerted effort to be there for her in ways that go beyond mere duty. They share quiet conversations, exchange stories, and in those moments, a bond begins to form, a bond that neither of them fully understands but both find increasingly important.
One evening, as the sun dips below the horizon and the room is bathed in the soft glow of twilight, Hayley sits by the window, reading a book. Elijah enters, carrying a tray with a pot of tea and a few light snacks. He sets it down on the table beside her and takes a seat, his eyes scanning her face with a tender expression.
“You seem lost in thought,” he observes gently, his voice soft.
Hayley looks up, her eyes meeting his. “Just trying to distract myself. It’s hard not to think about everything that's happening.”
Elijah nods, understanding. He pours two cups of tea, handing one to Hayley. “It’s been a challenging time for all of us. But you’re not alone, Hayley. We’re here to support you, no matter what.”
As they sip their tea, the conversation flows naturally, shifting from light-hearted topics to deeper, more personal reflections. Elijah finds himself increasingly drawn to Hayley, not just by her strength and resilience but by the way she handles herself with grace despite the difficult circumstances.
Days turn into weeks, and Elijah’s feelings for Hayley deepen. He finds himself looking forward to their conversations, seeking out moments to spend with her. He’s careful not to let his emotions show too overtly, but there’s a warmth in his gaze and a softness in his voice that betray his growing affection.
One afternoon, Rebekah has taken a rare moment for herself, leaving Elijah and Hayley alone. They’re seated in the garden, enjoying the mild weather and the scent of blooming flowers. Hayley rests her hand on her swollen abdomen, her expression reflective.
“You know, Elijah,” she begins, her voice contemplative, “I never thought I’d be here, in this position, so far from where I thought my life was headed.”
Elijah’s gaze is steady, his expression thoughtful. “None of us expected things to turn out this way. But sometimes, life takes us on unexpected paths. It’s how we navigate those paths that defines us.”
Hayley looks at him, her eyes searching his face. “You’ve been so kind to me, Elijah. I don’t know how I would have managed without your support.”
Elijah’s heart swells at her words. He’s been trying to maintain a professional distance, but the sincerity in Hayley’s voice breaks through his resolve. “It’s my pleasure, Hayley. You deserve all the kindness in the world, especially during such a trying time.”
Their conversation continues, and Elijah finds himself opening up more than he ever intended. He shares his thoughts, his fears, and his hopes, and in return, Hayley shares hers. The connection between them deepens, evolving from simple camaraderie into something more profound.
One evening, as they sit together in the dimly lit library, the atmosphere is intimate. Hayley is curled up in a chair, while Elijah sits across from her, reading by the soft light of a lamp. The silence between them is comfortable, and Elijah can’t help but feel a sense of contentment in her presence.
He sets aside his book and looks at Hayley, his voice gentle but tinged with emotion. “Hayley, there’s something I need to tell you. These past weeks have been… transformative for me. I’ve come to realize that my feelings for you have grown beyond mere friendship.”
Hayley’s eyes meet his, and she can see the sincerity in his gaze. “Elijah, I—”
Before she can respond, the sound of footsteps echoes in the hallway, and Rebekah appears, a slight frown on her face. “I hope I’m not interrupting. I was looking for you, Elijah.”
Elijah’s expression changes to one of disappointment, but he quickly regains his composure. “Not at all, Rebekah. We were just finishing up here.”
Rebekah’s eyes flicker between them, sensing the tension in the air but choosing to ignore it for the moment. “I wanted to check on Hayley and see if she needs anything before dinner.”
Hayley smiles, her expression mixed with gratitude and a hint of disappointment. “I’m fine, Rebekah. Thank you.”
Rebekah nods and gives Elijah a meaningful look before leaving the room. Elijah turns back to Hayley, his expression softer than before.
“I guess it’s not the right time,” he says quietly, his voice filled with regret.
Hayley reaches out and places a hand on his. “It’s not that. It’s just… there’s so much going on right now. I need to focus on the baby and everything that’s happening.”
Elijah nods, his heart heavy but understanding. “Of course. We’ll take things one step at a time. I’m here for you, Hayley, no matter what.”
As the evening settles in, the connection between Elijah and Hayley remains unspoken but palpable. The bond they share is a source of solace and strength amidst the chaos, and though their feelings are complicated by the circumstances, they both find comfort in knowing they have each other.
As the days continue to pass, the Mikaelson mansion settles into a semblance of routine, despite the underlying tension. Hayley’s pregnancy progresses, and with it, the atmosphere in the house becomes a delicate balance between the fragile peace maintained by Elijah and Rebekah and the storm brewing with Klaus’s continued resentment.
Unbeknownst to the Mikaelsons, the witches in the French Quarter have been closely monitoring the situation. Their interest in Hayley’s pregnancy is more than mere curiosity. it’s part of a carefully orchestrated plan.
One evening, Sophie Deveraux and her fellow witches gather in a hidden meeting place, away from prying eyes. The room is dimly lit, filled with the scent of burning sage and the soft glow of candlelight. The air is charged with an undercurrent of dark magic, and the witches’ murmurs are laced with anticipation and intrigue.
“We’ve been watching the situation closely,” Sophie begins, her voice low but commanding. “The child Hayley carries is of significant interest to us. It has the potential to tip the balance of power in our favor.”
A witch named Leah, younger and more impulsive, speaks up. “But the Mikaelsons are powerful. If they find out what we’re planning…”
Sophie raises a hand to silence her. “They won’t find out if we do this right. We need to be strategic. The child is not just a pawn; it’s an opportunity. By taking the baby once it’s born, we can leverage it to gain favor and possibly control over the Mikaelsons.”
Another witch, Maria, a more experienced and cautious member of the coven, adds, “And what about Hayley? She’s an ally of the Mikaelsons. If we take the child, she’ll be a liability. We need to consider how to deal with her as well.”
Sophie’s gaze sharpens. “We’ll need to ensure that Hayley is rendered powerless to interfere. It’s crucial that we act quickly and discreetly. The longer we wait, the more likely it is that the Mikaelsons will discover our plans.”
The witches nod in agreement, their expressions a mixture of determination and eagerness. Sophie’s plan is bold and risky, but she’s confident in their ability to execute it. The power and influence they could gain from such a move are too enticing to ignore.
Meanwhile, in the mansion, Hayley is enjoying a rare moment of tranquility. She sits in the garden, a place that has become her sanctuary. The warm sun on her face and the gentle breeze offer a brief respite from the constant strain. Elijah joins her, carrying a tray with a light meal and fresh lemonade.
“You seem more at ease today,” Elijah observes, setting the tray down and taking a seat beside her.
Hayley smiles faintly, her hand resting on her belly. “It’s the little things that help. The garden is peaceful, and it’s moments like these that make everything feel a bit more normal.”
Elijah watches her with a tender gaze, his feelings for her growing stronger with each passing day. “I’m glad you find some comfort here. We’re doing everything we can to make sure you and the baby are safe.”
Hayley nods, her expression thoughtful. “I know. I appreciate everything you and Rebekah have done for me. It means a lot, especially when things feel so uncertain.”
Their conversation is interrupted by the distant sound of footsteps. Rebekah approaches, her face showing a mix of concern and resolve. “Elijah, Hayley, I need to speak with you both for a moment.”
Elijah stands, offering Hayley a supportive smile before following Rebekah to a quieter corner of the garden. Hayley remains seated, her thoughts drifting to the conversation she’d had with Elijah and the growing bond between them.
As Rebekah and Elijah converse in hushed tones, their discussion is focused on the latest developments and their concerns about Klaus’s continued detachment. They’ve been working tirelessly to ensure Hayley’s safety, but with the witches’ plans unknown to them, there’s an added layer of danger that they are not yet aware of.
Sophie and her coven, where they are finalizing their plan. The witches prepare for the next phase of their scheme, confident that their calculated approach will allow them to seize the opportunity when the time comes.
Their conversation concludes, and the witches begin to disperse, each focused on their assigned tasks. Sophie remains behind, her eyes reflecting a cold determination. The plan to take Hayley’s baby is set in motion, and she is resolved to see it through, no matter the cost.
Back in the mansion, the sense of normalcy is only a facade. The impending threat from the witches looms on the horizon, an unseen danger that threatens to disrupt the fragile equilibrium that Elijah and Rebekah have worked so hard to maintain. As Hayley and the Mikaelsons continue their lives, they remain blissfully unaware of the dark forces conspiring against them, waiting for the moment to strike.
The stage is set for a confrontation that will test the limits of their strength, loyalty, and resolve. For now, the mansion continues its uneasy peace, but the shadows are growing longer, and the threat of the witches’ plan casts a dark cloud over the future.
The tension in the mansion is nearly unbearable as days stretch on, and the looming threat from the witches remains unseen by the Mikaelsons. Elijah, growing increasingly frustrated with Klaus’s obstinacy, decides to confront his brother directly. The hope is that by appealing to Klaus’s sense of family and responsibility, he might finally break through the stubborn wall of resentment.
One evening, Elijah finds Klaus in his study, a room filled with artifacts and relics that reflect Klaus’s long history. Klaus is brooding over a glass of wine, the dim light casting shadows across his face. Elijah enters, his expression a mix of determination and weariness.
“Niklaus, we need to talk,” Elijah begins, his voice firm but calm.
Klaus looks up, his eyes narrowing. “What is it now, Elijah? Haven’t you made enough attempts to ‘talk’ with me?”
Elijah takes a deep breath, trying to maintain his composure. “This isn’t just about our family feud or your personal grievances. This is about Hayley and the baby. Your continued hostility is doing nothing but causing more harm.”
Klaus’s face hardens, his eyes flashing with defiance. “You don’t understand, Elijah. I never wanted any of this. I didn’t ask for this child to come into our lives, and I certainly didn’t ask for the complications that have followed.”
Elijah’s frustration is evident, but he keeps his voice steady. “It’s not about what you wanted or didn’t want. It’s about the reality we’re facing now. Hayley is carrying your child. Regardless of how you feel about her, you have a responsibility. Running away from it won’t change anything.”
Klaus stands, his posture rigid and defensive. “Responsibility? You think I’m avoiding my responsibilities? I’m trying to protect what’s left of my family from becoming entangled in this mess. The more we involve ourselves, the more danger we invite.”
Elijah’s patience wears thin, but he tries to stay calm. “And what about Hayley? What about the child? You’re ignoring the fact that your actions. or lack thereof are affecting them deeply. You’re pushing them away, and that’s not helping anyone.”
Klaus’s gaze hardens further, a mixture of anger and resentment surfacing. “You don’t understand what it’s like, Elijah. I’ve been betrayed, hunted, and tormented for centuries. Why should I suddenly care about this child? Why should I pretend that everything’s fine?”
Elijah steps closer, his voice rising with frustration. “Because it’s the right thing to do! We’ve always been a family, despite our flaws. And now, more than ever, we need to come together. If you can’t see that, then you’re losing sight of what truly matters.”
Klaus’s expression falters momentarily, a flicker of vulnerability showing through his anger. But he quickly masks it with a scowl. “I’m not going to stand here and listen to you lecture me about what matters. I’ve made my decisions, and I’m not changing them.”
Elijah’s shoulders sag in resignation. He takes a step back, his disappointment evident. “Very well. But don’t expect us to stand by quietly while you refuse to see reason. We will protect Hayley and the baby, with or without your help.”
With that, Elijah turns and leaves the study, the door closing behind him with a definitive click. Klaus remains standing, the weight of Elijah’s words lingering in the air. He stares at the wine in his glass, the reflection of his own frustration and isolation staring back at him.
As Elijah walks away, he feels a deep sense of concern. Klaus’s refusal to acknowledge the importance of their situation is disheartening, but Elijah knows that he cannot give up. The stakes are too high, and the consequences of inaction are too great.
In the quiet of the mansion, the distance between Klaus and the rest of the family feels more pronounced than ever. Elijah and Rebekah are left to navigate the turbulent waters on their own, their efforts to support Hayley and prepare for the challenges ahead made even more difficult by Klaus’s obstinacy.
The threat from the witches remains a looming shadow, and the Mikaelsons must face the reality of their situation. With Klaus unwilling to listen, the burden falls on Elijah and Rebekah to protect Hayley and the unborn child from the dangers that lie ahead, while also trying to mend the rift within their family.
The compound, once a symbol of unity and power, now stands as a battleground of unresolved conflicts and impending threats. And as the days move forward, the challenges facing the Mikaelsons become ever more apparent, with the stakes growing higher and the need for unity more urgent than ever.
The tension within the mansion reaches a new height as the days stretch on, and the challenges of Hayley’s pregnancy continue to weigh heavily on everyone. Klaus’s continued distance and refusal to acknowledge his role in the situation have become a source of increasing frustration for his siblings.
In the midst of this turmoil, Rebekah reaches a breaking point. After Elijah’s failed attempt to reason with Klaus, Rebekah decides to confront her brother herself, hoping that a more personal approach might break through his stubbornness.
One evening, as the house settles into a quiet she finds Klaus in the study, the same room where Elijah had earlier confronted him. Klaus is once again brooding over a glass of wine, his thoughts clearly troubled. Rebekah enters, her expression resolute and her posture firm.
“Klaus, we need to talk,” Rebekah begins, her voice steady but laced with frustration.
Klaus looks up, a trace of irritation crossing his features. “What more is there to discuss, Rebekah? I’ve already made my position clear.”
Rebekah steps closer, her eyes filled with a mixture of anger and desperation. “It’s not about what you’ve made clear. It’s about the reality of the situation. That child. your child will be born soon, and you’re acting like it doesn’t matter.”
Klaus’s face hardens, his defenses rising. “I’ve told you, I never wanted this. I never asked for this complication in my life.”
Rebekah’s frustration boils over. “How can you be so callous? That child is yours. You made it. And despite everything, it’s a part of you. How do you think that child will feel knowing that their father doesn’t care about them? That he actively chooses to ignore their existence?”
Klaus’s expression flickers with something guilt, regret, or perhaps a mix of both. But he quickly masks it with a scowl. “I’m protecting the family. I’m protecting everyone from the consequences of this situation.”
Rebekah shakes her head, her voice rising with emotion. “Protecting them? Or are you just afraid to face your own feelings? That child will grow up knowing that their father never loved them, never cared for them. Do you think that’s what’s best for them? To be a reminder of something unwanted and unacknowledged?”
Klaus’s gaze drops to his glass, his knuckles white as he grips it tightly. “You don’t understand, Rebekah. I’ve always had to guard myself, to protect my heart from being hurt. I didn’t want this child to be another source of pain.”
Rebekah’s voice softens, but her determination remains. “Klaus, you can’t protect yourself from everything. Sometimes, you have to face your fears, your emotions. That child deserves to know that they’re loved, even if it’s difficult for you. They deserve to know that their father was willing to make an effort, to show that he cared.”
Klaus’s defenses begin to crumble under Rebekah’s impassioned words. He looks up, his eyes haunted by a mix of fear and regret. “And what if I can’t? What if I’m too afraid to give them what they need?”
Rebekah steps closer, her voice a mixture of compassion and resolve. “Then you need to find a way to overcome that fear. For the sake of the child, for Hayley, and for the sake of the family. We’re all in this together. You can’t just shut yourself off and expect everything to turn out fine.”
Klaus remains silent, his gaze distant as he processes her words. The weight of his responsibilities and fears seems to press down on him, leaving him at a crossroads. Rebekah’s words resonate with him, but the path forward remains unclear.
Rebekah takes a deep breath, her expression softening. “I’m not asking you to change overnight, Klaus. Just… think about what’s truly important. The family, the child, and what kind of person you want to be for them. We all make mistakes, but we also have the chance to make things right.”
With that, Rebekah turns and leaves the study, her heart heavy but hopeful. Klaus remains behind, the silence of the room a stark contrast to the heated conversation that had just taken place. He’s left alone with his thoughts, the echoes of Rebekah’s words reverberating through his mind.
As the night deepens, Klaus contemplates his next steps. The walls he’s built around himself seem to be eroding, and the reality of his situation becomes more pressing. Rebekah’s plea for him to embrace his role as a father and to show love for his child challenges him to confront his own fears and insecurities.
In the quiet of the mansion, the delicate balance of emotions and responsibilities continues to shift. With Rebekah’s heartfelt plea and Elijah’s unwavering support, the hope remains that Klaus will eventually find a way to reconcile his fears and take his place as a father, embracing the challenges and responsibilities that come with it.
The atmosphere in the mansion remains tense and strained as the days continue to pass. Elijah, having already confronted Klaus to little effect, decides to make one last, earnest attempt to reach his brother. He understands that Klaus is stubborn and reluctant, but he believes that there is still a chance to make him see the significance of the situation.
One evening, Elijah finds Klaus alone in the study once more, the room dimly lit by the soft glow of a single lamp. Klaus is seated at his desk, papers scattered before him, but his mind seems distant. Elijah approaches, his demeanor resolute yet calm.
“Klaus,” Elijah begins, his voice steady, “I know that you don’t want to talk and that you’re not inclined to listen. But just hear me out.”
Klaus looks up from his desk, a mixture of irritation and curiosity in his eyes. “What more is there to say, Elijah? I’ve made my position clear.”
Elijah steps closer, his expression earnest. “I understand that you’re struggling with this situation. I do. But you need to see the bigger picture. This baby… it’s not just a complication. It’s something more.”
Klaus’s gaze narrows, his skepticism apparent. “And what exactly is it supposed to be? Just another burden to bear?”
Elijah shakes his head, his voice filled with conviction. “No, Klaus. The baby is going to be our hope. Our hope for the future of the Mikaelson family. Despite everything that’s happened, this child represents a new beginning a chance for redemption and unity.”
Klaus’s expression remains guarded, but Elijah can see the flicker of curiosity in his eyes. “Hope? Redemption? You can’t be serious.”
Elijah’s tone softens, his eyes filled with a mixture of hope and desperation. “I am serious. The Mikaelson family has endured countless trials and betrayals. We’ve faced darkness and hardship. But this child… this child could be a symbol of something better. It’s a chance for us to heal, to come together, and to build something new.”
Klaus’s gaze drifts to the window, his expression contemplative. “And you really believe that this child can change everything? That it will somehow fix what’s been broken?”
Elijah nods, his voice filled with quiet conviction. “I do believe it. I believe that this child represents more than just a continuation of our family line. It’s a chance for us to start fresh, to move beyond our past mistakes and create a future where we can find peace and unity.”
Klaus remains silent for a moment, the weight of Elijah’s words settling over him. He’s always been a man driven by his fears and insecurities, but Elijah’s plea resonates with a part of him that’s yearning for something more a chance to mend the broken pieces of his life and his family.
Elijah takes a deep breath, his expression hopeful. “Klaus, I know this is difficult. I know it’s not what you wanted or expected. But sometimes, the greatest challenges bring the greatest opportunities. This child could be our chance to finally find what we’ve all been searching for hope, redemption, and a chance to rebuild.”
Klaus’s expression softens slightly, a hint of the conflict within him visible. “And what if I can’t be what you need me to be? What if I’m too afraid to embrace this?”
Elijah places a hand on Klaus’s shoulder, his voice filled with empathy. “Then you take it one step at a time. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to try. For the sake of the child, for Hayley, and for the future of our family.”
Klaus’s gaze meets Elijah’s, and for the first time, there’s a glimmer of vulnerability in his eyes. The walls he’s built around himself seem to be cracking, and the possibility of change, though daunting, begins to take shape.
Elijah offers a reassuring smile, hoping that Klaus will take the first step towards accepting his role and embracing the hope that the child represents. With that, Elijah turns and leaves the study, giving Klaus the space to process the weight of their conversation.
As the night settles over the mansion, Klaus is left alone with his thoughts, the echoes of Elijah’s words resonating in his mind. The idea of the child as a symbol of hope and redemption challenges his long held beliefs and fears, presenting him with a choice that could define the future of the Mikaelson family.
The mansion, once a place of discord and struggle, now holds the potential for change. The journey ahead is uncertain, but with Elijah’s heartfelt plea and the promise of a new beginning, there’s a glimmer of hope that the family may find a way to heal and unite, starting with the new life that’s about to enter their world.
As the night deepens, Elijah finds Hayley in the garden, her sanctuary amidst the chaos of the mansion. She’s seated on a bench, her hands resting gently on her growing belly. The garden’s tranquility provides a temporary escape from the tumultuous atmosphere inside the house. Elijah approaches, his expression thoughtful.
“Hayley,” Elijah begins softly, “I wanted to talk to you about something important.”
Hayley looks up, her expression curious and a bit weary. “What is it, Elijah?”
Elijah takes a seat beside her, his tone earnest. “I’ve been speaking with Klaus, trying to make him see the significance of the situation. I believe that this baby, your child… it’s more than just a new life. It’s a symbol of hope for the Mikaelson family.”
Hayley furrows her brow, clearly puzzled. “Hope? I don’t understand. How can a baby be a symbol of hope for your family? It seems like such a heavy burden to place on a child.”
Elijah nods, understanding her confusion. “It’s not just about the child carrying a burden. It’s about what this child represents. For us, the Mikaelsons, this baby is a chance for a new beginning. a chance to mend old wounds and find a path towards redemption.”
Hayley’s eyes search Elijah’s face, trying to grasp the full meaning of his words. “But what if Klaus doesn’t see it that way? What if he never comes around?”
Elijah’s expression is a mix of determination and concern. “I’m hopeful that he will. We’ve faced so much darkness and strife. This child could be the catalyst for change, a way for us to come together as a family and start anew. It’s a chance for us to rebuild and find a way forward.”
Hayley remains silent for a moment, processing Elijah’s words. The idea of the baby being a beacon of hope is both daunting and comforting. “I want to believe that. I really do. But right now, it feels like everything is falling apart.”
Elijah places a reassuring hand on her shoulder. “It may seem that way now, but sometimes the greatest changes come from the most difficult circumstances. We have to hold on to hope, even when it’s hard to see.”
As their conversation continues, the scene shifts to the French Quarter, where the witches are gathered once again in their hidden meeting place. The air is thick with the scent of burning herbs and the murmur of incantations. Sophie Deveraux and her coven are deep in discussion, their focus on the impending birth of Hayley’s child.
“We’ve observed that the Mikaelsons are placing great importance on this child,” Sophie says, her tone contemplative. “They see it as their hope for redemption and a new beginning.”
Leah, one of the younger witches, looks up with curiosity. “Does this change our plans?”
Sophie shakes her head, her expression determined. “No. If anything, it makes our actions even more crucial. The more they invest in this child, the more devastating it will be for them when we take it from them.”
Maria, an experienced witch, adds, “And what about Hayley? She’s already vulnerable. If we remove the child, we’ll need to be prepared for her reaction.”
Sophie’s gaze sharpens with resolve. “We’ll handle Hayley as needed. Our primary goal is to ensure that the Mikaelsons are thrown into chaos. By taking the child, we’ll not only gain leverage but also demonstrate our power. The Mikaelsons have always underestimated us. This is our chance to show them what we’re capable of.”
The witches nod in agreement, their faces set with determination. The plan to take the child remains firmly in place, with the goal of exploiting the family’s emotional investment in the baby.
As the meeting concludes, the witches disperse, each focused on their part of the scheme. Sophie remains behind, her thoughts centered on the impending birth and the potential impact of their actions.
Back in the mansion, Elijah and Hayley’s conversation comes to a close, leaving Hayley with a mixture of hope and apprehension. The promise of a new beginning is tempered by the reality of the challenges they face. As she prepares to return inside, her thoughts are heavy with the uncertainty of the future.
The stage is set for a dramatic clash between the Mikaelsons and the witches. With the baby representing both hope and vulnerability, the coming days will test the strength and resilience of the family, as they confront the dark forces conspiring against them and navigate the path to redemption and unity.
In the dimly lit room, Hayley sat with a laptop open on her lap, her attention focused on the screen. She typed with a sense of purpose, the glow from the monitor casting a soft light on her face. The atmosphere was calm, punctuated only by the gentle tapping of the keyboard.
Klaus stood a short distance away, his back facing Hayley. He glanced over his shoulder, a subtle smile forming on his lips as he observed her from afar. There was a quiet, almost detached curiosity in his expression, his emotions masked behind a calm exterior.
Hayley paused her typing and looked up, catching Klaus’s reflection in the laptop screen. “I think it’s going to be a girl,” she said, her tone revealing a mix of certainty and hope.
Klaus’s smile remained, but he said nothing in response. Instead, he turned his gaze back to the window, allowing the moment to
Klaus was pacing the grand halls of the compound, his thoughts heavy with the weight of his responsibilities. The usual calm of the estate was disrupted by a sudden sense of urgency that had taken hold of him. As he walked past the lounge, he caught sight of Hayley, who was sitting on a sofa, her face contorted in pain.
“Klaus...” she said weakly as he approached, her hand resting on her abdomen.
Klaus’s heart tightened. He knelt beside her, his usual composure replaced by genuine worry. “What’s happening? Are you in pain?”
Hayley nodded, her face pale. “It’s been getting worse. I didn’t want to worry you, but I can’t seem to make it stop.”
Without hesitation, Klaus stood and called for one of the trusted witches who frequented the compound. “I need you here now,” he instructed, his voice urgent. “Hayley’s in pain, and we need your help.”
The witch arrived promptly, her expression serious as she assessed Hayley’s condition. She began muttering incantations and performing a series of tests, her concentration intense. Klaus stood nearby, his anxiety palpable as he watched her work.
As the minutes ticked by, Klaus’s mind raced. He glanced at Hayley, her pained expression a stark reminder of the life she carried. The weight of his feelings for their unborn child began to settle on him, revealing a depth of emotion he had previously ignored.
When the witch finally looked up, her expression a mix of relief and reassurance, Klaus felt a wave of tension lift. “The child is fine,” she said. “It’s just a bit of stress. Hayley needs to rest.”
Klaus exhaled deeply, the realization hitting him with full force. The fear and relief he felt were more than just concern for Hayley; they were tied to the child she was carrying. He understood now how deeply he cared for this unborn life, a realization that left him both unsettled and enlightened.
As the witch left and Klaus helped Hayley settle more comfortably, he remained by her side. His gaze lingered on her with newfound understanding, the realization of his love for their child settling within him like a revelation. The compound’s grandeur seemed to fade in comparison to the personal, emotional journey he was undergoing.
Ever since that day at the compound, Klaus’s demeanor had subtly changed. The revelation of his deep-seated feelings for his unborn child had transformed his interactions with Hayley. Where he once kept a cautious distance, he now sought moments to connect with her and the baby growing within her.
Each day, Klaus found himself gravitating towards Hayley. He would spend hours in her company, sitting beside her as she rested. His presence, once reserved and distant, became a constant, supportive anchor.
Klaus took to gently placing his hand on Hayley’s belly, feeling the subtle movements of the baby beneath his palm. He would talk softly to the unborn child, his voice carrying a tender warmth. “Hello, little one,” he would say with a rare softness in his tone. “I’m your father. I promise to do everything I can to protect you.”
Hayley watched these moments with a quiet smile, touched by Klaus’s newfound commitment. She could see the change in him. his actions spoke of a love that had blossomed, a bond forming despite the complexities of their past.
Klaus’s care extended beyond words. He would often bring small gifts for the baby, things he thought would be useful or meaningful. He attended to Hayley’s needs with a dedicated attentiveness, ensuring she was comfortable and supported.
In the quiet moments of the evening, Klaus would sit by Hayley’s side, reading to her and the baby from his favorite books. His voice, once cold and commanding, now carried a soothing cadence, creating a comforting environment for both mother and child.
As the days turned into weeks, Klaus’s commitment to his unborn child became more apparent. His once distant, guarded demeanor was replaced with a genuine, nurturing presence. The bond he shared with Hayley and their baby was now a defining part of his life. a new chapter he embraced with an unexpected, heartfelt devotion.
The changes in Klaus did not go unnoticed by his siblings. Elijah and Rebekah had observed Klaus's newfound devotion and were quietly pleased by the transformation. His once aloof demeanor had softened, and the way he interacted with Hayley and the unborn child revealed a depth of feeling they hadn’t seen before.
One evening, as they gathered in the family lounge, Rebekah turned to Elijah, her eyes reflecting both relief and happiness. “Have you noticed that he’s been so different? so much more engaged and caring.”
Elijah nodded, a rare smile touching his lips. “I have noticed. It seems that he’s finally found something that truly matters to him. It’s as if the impending arrival of his child has given him a new purpose.”
Rebekah’s eyes sparkled with warmth. “It’s good to see him like this. The baby will bring a new dynamic to our family. one that we’ve needed.”
Elijah agreed, a thoughtful expression on his face. “I think it’s time for Kol and Freya to come back. This child. our niece or nephew. is going to be a beacon of hope for the family. We should let them know.”
Elijah picked up the phone and dialed Kol’s number. After a few rings, Kol’s familiar voice answered. “Elijah, what’s going on?”
“Elijah here. I hope you’re well. I’m calling because there’s news that I believe you need to hear. Klaus has changed remarkably. He’s been deeply involved with Hayley and the baby. It’s clear now that this child will be more than just a new member of our family. This baby is to be the hope for us all.”
Kol’s curiosity piqued. “The hope? Explain.”
“Our family has faced countless challenges,” Elijah continued. “But with this child, Klaus is finding a new sense of purpose. This baby represents a chance for a new beginning. a chance for healing and unity. It’s important that you come back. We need to come together as a family for this new chapter.”
Kol paused, taking in the weight of Elijah’s words. “I see. I’ll make arrangements to return. This is significant. Thank you for letting me know.”
As the call ended, Elijah turned to Rebekah, his expression resolute. “Kol will be back soon. It’s important that we support Klaus and this child, and ensure that our family remains united through this new beginning.”
Rebekah nodded, her smile broadening. “It’s a hopeful sign, Elijah. We’re on the brink of something new, and it’s about time.”
As Elijah and Rebekah prepared for Kol’s return, the atmosphere within the compound was filled with a renewed sense of hope and anticipation. Klaus’s transformation was a sign of positive change, and the arrival of the baby was seen as a beacon of renewal for the family.
However, hidden from their joyous preparations, a dark plot was brewing. A faction of witches, discontent with the balance of power and fearful of the child’s potential influence, had set their sights on the unborn baby. They believed that the child’s unique heritage and potential for immense power could tip the scales in their favor, and they were determined to seize this opportunity.
The witches, led by a cunning and ambitious figure, gathered in a dimly lit, secretive lair. Their leader spoke with a voice dripping with malevolence. “The child Klaus and Hayley are expecting is not just a new member of their family; it’s a potential key to great power. We must act swiftly and decisively.”
One of the witches, a young woman with a sharp gaze, nodded. “We need to approach this carefully. The child’s protection is formidable, but we have ways of bypassing their defenses.”
As the witches made their plans, Klaus remained unaware of the impending danger. He continued to bond with Hayley and their unborn child, his efforts to prepare for the baby’s arrival growing stronger each day. His attention was solely focused on ensuring that the child would have a safe and loving environment.
Klaus and Elijah were walking through the courtyard of the compound, discussing the final preparations for the baby’s arrival and Kol’s impending return. The air was thick with anticipation, but a lingering tension undercut their conversation. Klaus, despite his newfound dedication, couldn’t shake the feeling that something ominous was on the horizon.
As they rounded a corner, they were met by a figure stepping out of the shadows. a man with a smug smile and a malicious glint in his eyes. He was someone they both recognized, an enemy from their past who had no love for the Mikaelsons.
“Ah, Klaus,” the man drawled, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “The great Original Hybrid, about to become a father. I never thought I’d see the day.”
Klaus stopped in his tracks, his eyes narrowing as he sized up the intruder. Elijah, ever composed, took a step closer to his brother, ready to support him if needed.
The man continued, his smile widening. “I can’t help but feel sorry for the child. Imagine having a father like you, Klaus. A man who has caused nothing but trouble and pain wherever he goes.”
Klaus’s jaw tightened, the man’s words striking a nerve. But before he could respond, the man took a step closer, his tone growing more venomous. “Your child doesn’t stand a chance, not with you as a father. You’ve left a trail of bodies and broken hearts across centuries. what kind of life will your child have, being raised by a monster?”
Elijah’s eyes darkened, but he remained silent, letting Klaus take the lead. He knew his brother well enough to understand that this confrontation would cut deep, yet he trusted Klaus to handle it in his own way.
Klaus stepped forward, his expression cold and dangerous. “You’d do well to watch your tongue,” he hissed, his voice low and menacing. “You know nothing of what I’ve endured, or what I’ll do to protect my child.”
The man sneered. “Protect? You’ve brought nothing but destruction to everyone around you. What makes you think you’re capable of being a father? Your child is doomed to suffer because of you.”
Klaus felt a surge of anger, but beneath it, there was a sliver of doubt. an echo of his deepest fears. Yet, as he looked at the man before him, Klaus’s resolve hardened. He refused to let this man, or anyone else, dictate his future or undermine his commitment to his child.
With a calmness that belied the storm raging inside him, Klaus replied, “My past may be bloody, but I won’t let it define my future, or my child’s. You can say what you like, but this child will know love and protection. Things I’ve learned to value in ways you’ll never understand.”
The man’s smirk faltered slightly, sensing the steely determination in Klaus’s words. Elijah stepped forward then, his presence a silent but powerful reminder of the family’s unity. “I suggest you leave, before my brother decides to show you just how much he’s changed,” Elijah warned, his voice steady and controlled.
The man hesitated, then took a step back, recognizing the danger he was in. “We’ll see, Klaus. We’ll see if you can really change.” With that, he turned and melted back into the shadows, leaving Klaus and Elijah alone once more.
As the figure disappeared, Elijah looked at Klaus, his expression a mix of concern and support. “You handled that well, brother,” he said softly.
Klaus nodded, though his eyes remained fixed on the spot where the man had stood. “I won’t let anyone threaten my family,” he murmured, more to himself than to Elijah. “Not now, not ever.”
Elijah placed a reassuring hand on Klaus’s shoulder. “And you won’t have to. We’re all in this together, Klaus. We’ll protect this child, no matter what.”
Klaus turned to his brother, his expression softening slightly. “Thank you, Elijah,” he said quietly. “I’ll do whatever it takes to ensure that.”
With that, the brothers continued their walk, but the encounter lingered in their minds. a reminder that while Klaus had made strides toward change, the world still held those who doubted his capacity for it. And as the days ahead would prove, the challenges to his resolve were far from over.
Sheriff Elizabeth Forbes sat in her office, the quiet of the evening settling around her as she went through the last of the day’s paperwork. Her mind, however, wasn’t on the reports in front of her. Instead, it drifted to thoughts of her daughter, Caroline. Though Caroline was now an adult and carving out her own path, Elizabeth couldn’t help but feel a longing in her heart—a desire for the days when she had a child to raise and care for.
As the door to her office creaked open, Sheriff Rodriguez, a fellow officer and longtime acquaintance, strolled in with his usual swagger. He leaned against the doorframe, a smirk playing on his lips as he observed Elizabeth’s pensive expression.
“Lost in thought, Liz?” Rodriguez asked, his tone casual yet inquisitive.
Elizabeth looked up, her thoughts momentarily interrupted. “Just thinking about Caroline. She’s all grown up now. I can’t help but miss having a child to raise, someone who still needs me.”
Rodriguez raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “You’re not the type to get all sentimental, Liz. But I get it. Kids grow up fast, don’t they?”
Elizabeth sighed, leaning back in her chair. “They do. And as proud as I am of Caroline, I miss the days when she was younger. I guess I’m just... feeling a bit nostalgic.”
Rodriguez’s smirk deepened, a glint of something mischievous in his eyes. “Well, if it’s another kid you’re looking to raise, I might have a lead for you.”
Elizabeth looked at him curiously. “What are you talking about?”
Rodriguez stepped further into the room, lowering his voice as if sharing a secret. “I’ve heard some interesting gossip around town. Word is, the Original Hybrid Klaus Mikaelson. and a werewolf are expecting a baby.”
Elizabeth’s eyes widened slightly, her interest piqued. “Klaus Mikaelson? The same Klaus who’s been wreaking havoc in New Orleans and Mystic Falls? And he’s having a child?”
Rodriguez nodded, his smirk never fading. “That’s right. And you know, with all the trouble he’s caused over the years, some folks are wondering if that baby might end up needing a more... stable environment. Someone with experience raising a child in a complicated world.”
Elizabeth frowned, her thoughts racing. The idea of Klaus Mikaelson being a father was hard to reconcile with the image of the ruthless, dangerous hybrid she knew. But the idea of a vulnerable child being brought into such a turbulent situation stirred something protective within her.
“I don’t know, Rodriguez,” Elizabeth said cautiously. “That’s a dangerous situation. But... if that child ever needed help, I’d want to be there for them.”
Rodriguez shrugged, his smirk turning into a more serious expression. “Just something to think about, Liz. That baby could end up being more important than any of us realize. And if anyone’s got the experience to step in, it’s you.”
Elizabeth nodded slowly, her mind now fully engaged with the implications of what Rodriguez had suggested. As he left her office, she sat quietly, contemplating the possibility of becoming involved in the life of the unborn child of the most feared supernatural being in Mystic Falls.
The thought was daunting, but also strangely appealing. And though she didn’t yet know how things would unfold, Elizabeth Forbes felt a new sense of purpose stirring within her.
Rebekah and Elijah sat in one of the quieter rooms of the compound, discussing the future with a mix of hope and trepidation. The upcoming arrival of Klaus and Hayley’s baby had brought a new dynamic to their family, and they both felt the weight of the responsibility that lay ahead.
“I’ve been thinking about the baby,” Rebekah said, her voice soft yet thoughtful. “It’s incredible to see Klaus so involved, so caring. I never thought I’d see this side of him.”
Elijah nodded, a fond smile touching his lips. “It’s true. The child has already changed him in ways I didn’t think possible. There’s a vulnerability in him now, a sense of purpose that’s quite remarkable.”
Rebekah leaned back, her expression dreamy. “Do you think it’s going to be a girl? I’ve always imagined Klaus having a daughter. Someone who can bring out the best in him, someone he’d be fiercely protective of.”
Elijah considered her words. “Hayley seems to believe it will be a girl. She has a mother’s intuition, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s right. Regardless, boy or girl, this child will be loved and protected by all of us.”
As they continued their conversation, Hayley was sitting in her room, a laptop on her lap as she browsed through various baby items. She couldn’t shake the feeling that she was carrying a daughter, and the thought filled her with a sense of joy and anticipation.
Hearing footsteps, she looked up to see Klaus entering the room. He approached her with his usual grace, a tender smile playing on his lips as he saw the glow in her eyes.
“Klaus,” Hayley said, her voice soft but excited. “I’ve been thinking... I really believe we’re having a girl.”
Klaus raised an eyebrow, his interest piqued. “A girl, you say? And what makes you so certain?”
Hayley placed a hand on her belly, a warm smile spreading across her face. “I just have this feeling. Call it a mother’s intuition, but I’m convinced. Our daughter is going to be strong and beautiful, just like her father.”
Klaus’s expression softened as he sat beside Hayley, placing a hand gently on her belly. “A daughter,” he mused, his voice filled with a mix of wonder and pride. “I suppose I could imagine that. She’d be fierce, undoubtedly. And I’d do everything in my power to protect her.”
Hayley nodded, her eyes shining with affection. “I know you will, Klaus. And she’ll be lucky to have you as her father.”
Klaus looked at her, his smile widening. “And she’ll be lucky to have you as her mother, Hayley. We’ll make sure she has everything she needs, and more.”
As they sat together, imagining the future with their daughter, the bond between them grew stronger. Despite the challenges they had faced, and those yet to come, they felt united in their commitment to the life they were bringing into the world.
Unbeknownst to them, the conversation between Rebekah and Elijah continued nearby, filled with similar hopes and dreams for the baby’s arrival. The Mikaelson family, despite its many trials, was coming together in anticipation of a new beginning. One that promised both challenges and profound joy.
Elijah was in his study, reviewing some old texts as he pondered the future of their family. The atmosphere in the compound had shifted significantly with the impending arrival of Klaus and Hayley’s child, and Elijah was determined to ensure that everything was in place for the new addition. His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of his phone ringing. Glancing at the caller ID, he saw it was Kol.
A small smile formed on Elijah’s lips as he answered, “Kol, I’ve been expecting your call. Are you on your way?”
On the other end of the line, Kol’s voice was sharp and laced with bitterness. “Elijah, I’ve changed my mind. I won’t be coming back. Why should I? What’s the point when Klaus still has those daggers and the same penchant for using them on us?”
Elijah’s smile faded, replaced by concern. “Kol, you know that things have changed. Klaus is different now. He’s preparing for the birth of his child, our niece or nephew. This baby is going to be the hope our family needs. the hope you need.”
Kol let out a dry, humorless laugh. “Hope? You’re telling me that this child, Klaus’s child, is going to be our salvation? Forgive me if I find that hard to believe. I’ve spent centuries watching Klaus tear our family apart, and now you expect me to believe that he’s suddenly a changed man because he’s going to be a father?”
“Kol,” Elijah began, trying to keep his voice calm, “I understand your doubts, but this child is different. Klaus is different. We have a chance to start anew, to be the family we’ve always wanted to be. This child represents a future we’ve never had. a future worth fighting for.”
But Kol wasn’t swayed. “You talk about hope, Elijah, but all I see is the same cycle repeating itself. Klaus may be playing the doting father now, but how long before he reverts to his old ways? How long before one of us ends up with a dagger in our chest again?”
Elijah took a deep breath, knowing that convincing Kol wouldn’t be easy. “Kol, I can’t force you to return, but I ask you to consider this: we’ve all suffered at Klaus’s hands, but we’ve also seen the potential for change in him. This child is a chance for all of us to heal, to rebuild. I believe in that hope, and I believe that you could, too.”
There was a long pause on the other end of the line, and for a moment, Elijah thought Kol might be reconsidering. But then Kol spoke, his tone colder than before. “You’re a fool, Elijah. You’re blinded by your need to see the good in Klaus. I’ve lived through too many of his betrayals to believe that anything will change now. If you want to place your faith in this child, go ahead. But I refuse to be dragged into another one of Klaus’s schemes. I don’t believe in hope, and I certainly don’t believe in him.”
With that, the line went dead. Elijah stared at the phone in his hand, a deep sense of disappointment washing over him. Kol’s words had cut deep, not because Elijah doubted Klaus or the future they were building, but because he knew how much his brother’s cynicism stemmed from the pain they had all endured.
Rebekah entered the room, noticing the troubled expression on Elijah’s face. “What’s wrong, Elijah? Who was that?”
Elijah sighed, setting the phone down. “It was Kol. He’s decided not to return. He doesn’t believe in the hope this child represents. He’s still holding on to the past, to the pain Klaus has caused us.”
Rebekah frowned, her heart sinking. “Kol’s always been the most stubborn of us. But maybe in time, he’ll come around. Maybe once the baby is born, he’ll see that things can be different.”
Elijah nodded, though the weight of Kol’s words lingered. “Perhaps. But for now, we must continue to prepare without him. This child will be our hope, even if Kol doesn’t believe it yet.”
As Rebekah reached out to place a comforting hand on Elijah’s shoulder, they both knew that the road ahead would be fraught with challenges. But no matter the obstacles, they were determined to protect their family and the future that rested on the tiny heartbeat growing within Hayley.
Rebekah wandered through the halls of the Mikaelson compound, lost in her thoughts about the recent conversation with Elijah. The anticipation of the baby’s arrival was palpable, and despite the lingering tension with Kol, she felt a sense of hope that had been absent for far too long.
As she passed by one of the rooms, she paused, noticing the door slightly ajar. Curious, she peeked inside and was met with a sight she never expected to see.
Klaus was in the middle of the room, focused intently on his task. The walls were freshly painted a soft, delicate pink, with whimsical princess designs decorating the space. A beautifully crafted crib stood against one wall, and Klaus was carefully assembling what appeared to be a princess castle, its intricate details already taking shape. Nearby, a changing table had been meticulously put together, ready for the arrival of the baby.
For a moment, Rebekah simply watched, a soft smile spreading across her face. It was a rare sight to see Klaus like this. so focused, so invested in something other than power or revenge. This was a side of him she hadn’t seen in centuries, a side she’d almost forgotten existed.
She stepped into the room quietly, not wanting to disturb him, but Klaus sensed her presence and looked up, meeting her gaze.
Rebekah smiled warmly. “So, it’s official then? You and Hayley think it’s going to be a girl.”
Klaus returned her smile, though there was a hint of pride in his eyes. “It would seem so. Hayley is quite convinced, and I find myself hoping she’s right. A daughter... it feels right.”
Rebekah walked over to the crib, running her hand along the smooth wood. “A princess for the Original Hybrid. Who would have thought?” She glanced at Klaus, her smile growing. “I have to admit, I’m impressed. You’ve really outdone yourself here, Nik.”
Klaus chuckled softly, his tone light. “If my daughter is to grow up in this world, she deserves nothing but the best. I intend to give her everything I never had, and more.”
Rebekah nodded, her heart swelling with affection for her brother. “She’ll be lucky to have you as her father. And we’ll all be here to help you, to help her.”
Klaus’s expression softened, and for a moment, he looked almost vulnerable. “This child is a chance for us, Rebekah. A chance to be the family we’ve always wanted to be. I won’t let anything happen to her, or to Hayley.”
Rebekah placed a hand on his arm, offering him a reassuring squeeze. “I know, Nik. And neither will I. We’ll protect her together.”
They stood in the nursery for a moment longer, surrounded by the soft pink walls and the promise of a new beginning. For the first time in centuries, there was a sense of peace in the compound. a sense of hope that things could be different, that the future could hold something more than the pain and conflict that had defined their lives for so long.
As Rebekah left the room, she glanced back at Klaus, who had returned to his work on the princess castle. The sight filled her with a rare sense of optimism. Despite everything they had been through, despite all the challenges that still lay ahead, they were preparing for something beautiful, something worth fighting for.
Later that evening, after her heartwarming encounter with Klaus, Rebekah found herself pacing in her room. The nursery had stirred feelings of family unity and hope, but she knew that two of her siblings were still missing from this crucial time. Kol and Freya. Kol’s refusal to return had already weighed heavily on her, but Freya’s absence felt even more significant. She had always been their protector, their eldest sister who had sacrificed so much for the family. Rebekah knew they needed her now more than ever.
With a determined sigh, Rebekah picked up her phone and dialed Freya’s number. It rang a few times before Freya’s voice came through, calm but guarded.
“Sister,” Freya greeted, her tone neutral. “It’s been a while. To what do I owe the pleasure?”
Rebekah smiled at the sound of her sister’s voice, though there was an underlying tension in her response. “Freya, it’s good to hear your voice. I’ve missed you. We all have.”
Freya was silent for a moment, and Rebekah could almost hear her hesitation. “I’ve missed you too, Rebekah. But I’m not sure this is the right time for me to return. You know how things are with Klaus… I’m not ready to face him again.”
Rebekah sighed, understanding Freya’s reluctance. “I know Klaus has hurt us in the past, and I won’t pretend that everything is suddenly perfect. But things are different now. He’s changing, Freya. He’s going to be a father, and it’s bringing out a side of him I haven’t seen in centuries.”
Freya’s voice softened, but there was still a note of caution. “I’ve heard about the baby. And I want to believe that it’s making him better, that it’s giving him a reason to be more than just the monster he’s been. But Rebekah, I’ve seen him destroy too much to trust that change will last. I can’t come back just to watch him fall apart again… or worse, take us all down with him.”
Rebekah felt a pang of frustration, but she kept her tone gentle. “Freya, I understand your fears. But this baby is a chance for all of us to heal, to come together as a family. We need you here, not just for the child, but for all of us. You’ve always been the one to hold us together. We can’t do this without you.”
There was another long pause, and Rebekah could sense the internal battle Freya was fighting. “Rebekah… I want to believe you. I want to believe that Klaus can be the father this child needs, the brother we need. But I’m afraid. I’m afraid of what he might do if things go wrong. I’ve lost too much already.”
Rebekah closed her eyes, wishing she could reach through the phone and hug her sister. “Freya, you’re not alone in this. We’re all afraid in our own ways. But that’s why we need to be together. This child could be the hope we’ve been searching for. Please, come back. We need you.”
Freya’s sigh was heavy with emotion. “I need some time to think, Rebekah. I’m not saying no, but I can’t say yes right now. I just… I need to be sure.”
Rebekah nodded, even though Freya couldn’t see her. “Take the time you need, Freya. But remember, we’re your family. We’ll stand by you, no matter what.”
“Thank you, Rebekah,” Freya said softly. “I’ll be in touch.”
As the call ended, Rebekah felt a mixture of hope and uncertainty. She had planted the seed, but only time would tell if Freya and Kol would find the courage to return. In the meantime, she knew she had to continue supporting Klaus and the others as they prepared for the arrival of the newest member of the Mikaelson family.

Crossover au idea
Alright, now bear with me, everyone.
So... we all know the Black family from Harry Potter and the Mikaelsons from the originals and TVD
So what if they were both actual houses in HOTD and they are related to the targaryen bloodline. Like their ancestors were Targaryens and dragon blood still runs through their veins, but their ancestors married into another house but still ride dragons.
Allow me to set it up for you.
The house of Black. They are similar to how they are in the Harry Potter world. They are a rich house, dragons of course, except the first targaryen who married a Black, accepted their tradition of naming their children after the stars and they value their purity and succession of their bloodline and house. They are allied with house Targaryen, but they are also cousins as well. The Lord Orion black and Lady Walburga Black faced scandal with their oldest son Sirius Black, running off on dragon back nowhere to be seen. Naming their second son Regulus Black as heir to their house with his dragon at his side (this family has Black madness, they are definitely related to the Targaryens)
House Mikaelson. Mikael is definitely a Targaryen (this man has madness to the T) people in his land know him as the madman after he lost his firstborn daughter Freya. Mikael still abused Niklaus who is still a b@stard son and the only one among his siblings that doesnt have a dragon but he does have a wolf (the only gift from his mother) his older brother Finn ran off with a wildling witch (Inspired by a comment), Elijah passed his succession to Niklaus and became his right hand and council. Rebekah became the house delight and married Niklaus's adopted son Marcel. Kol is still a mischievous little $h!t but he studies and knows Valyrian magic and old high Valyrian language and traditions like the back of his hand. He also married Marcel's adopted daughter Divina.
Niklaus is still extreme and scares his family, but after he married his wife Caroline, he has become less aggressive as a leader and brother. He still had Hope from a one night stand with Hayley (she is a stark)
Seriously tho, imagine these two houses and families being related to Rhaenyra distantly and having an alliance with house Targaryen. What role would they play in the story? What team would they be on? What dragons would they have? What would be their dragons names? Who would these houses side with? Team black or Team Green?
Let me know what you guys think

"Woah" Marina breathed out when she saw what the other had just done, her eyes widening. She didn't really know what else there was to say or how she would react as she was still not used to the magical aspect of this town even though she knew that it had been magic that brought her here in the first place.
it had been an easy trick and one she had been able to do for centuries. something that had been picked up as a child to be more specific. however, today she had been holding onto the caterpillar for a while before softly whispering a spell into her clasped hands. after a few seconds passed she opened up her hands and a butterfly began to crawl onto the back of her right hand. she admired the creature before watching it soon fly away.

Snippet
It is part of a story I'm working on. It is a crossover with Black Jewels Trilogy and I wanted to post something for the end of the year.
After Elijah’s and Niklaus‘s sacrificial deaths they ended up in the afterlife and, as Elijah had hoped, Hayley was waiting for him there.
The first thing Elijah did was asking Hayley for forgiveness because he killed her. She replied that it had been Greta, who had killed her. And it was Hope who had kidnapped her and left her helpless, allowing her to fall into the hands of her enemies in the first case.
She might have been disappointed that he hadn't come to rescue her, but that wasn't his fault either. He hadn't remembered her and of course he had done what he had always done, he had protected the people he considered his family. Of anyone involved in her death, he bore the really least amount or rather none of the blame.
Hayley hugged Elijah and kissed him passionately. She whispered in his ear that not just because of a dance she had longed to see him again. And that now they could live the life, they had always dreamed about and yearned for.
And Elijah wasn’t the only one, who had someone waiting for him. To Niklaus’s happy surprise, Camille was there too to great him just as fervently.
Both Mikaelson brothers experienced peace and happiness for the first time in a millennium. The passage of time was different in the afterlife. Of them could tell neither, whether it was years or just moments but neither did they particularly care. They were happy and content but of course, this couldn’t last long, because after all, they were still the Originals.
As they did often, the two couples had met for a nice evening, when suddenly their surroundings shuddered and the air around them made waves. Both Originals felt strong magic working around them and looked at each other in dismay.
“Freya?” asked Klaus in surprise.
“No, that doesn't feel like her magic”, Elijah replied calmly.
Hayley and Camille sank to their knees.
“It hurts”, said Camille, distraught, and Hayley’s face was contorted with pain as well.
Klaus rushed to them and helped her and Hayley back on their feet. He felt the pain as well but after Marcel’s torture, he had to endure for five years, he remained functional.
“Someone is trying to bring us back to life! And that hurts”, said Elijah grimly, he spoke from experience. And like Niklaus he had endured far worse, he could bear the pain.
Before Elijah could reach the others, the world tore open and a portal formed between them. It pulled all four of them through but when Elijah arrived on the other side, he was alone.
The first few days Elijah wasn't all too worried. He thought that they had simply arrived at different arrival points during the transition, but after two months of searching, Elijah was still on his own.
In his aimless wanderings, Elijah kept coming across farms that were empty of human life but not looted and where he found everything, he needed to be comfortable. He saw fertile fields and farm animals grown wild but no signs of repopulation, which spoke against everything, Elijah knew about the human spirit.
To his surprise, his need for blood was no longer as dominating as it used to be. The blood of animals was sufficient without weakening him, even if he still didn't particular care for the taste. And that wasn’t all, to his undisguised delight he was able to move freely in the sun even though he no longer wore his daylight ring.
Wherever he was, it was either clearly not Earth or the restrictions he had to live with before no longer applied to him. However, he still possessed his superior physical abilities, whether that applied to his mental abilities as well, he could not test without humans.
Elijah had set up a camp in a forest, when he heard noises that could only come from humans. Curious, tired of the loneliness, but above all hoping to see finally his brother, Camille and Hayley again, he followed the noises.
There were several men on horses and they had clearly nothing good on their minds. Elijah saw the chains and the swords, and he had seen enough slavers in his thousand years on Earth, to identify what kind of scum they were.
They had pushed several women, men and children, none of them armed and who looked completely terrified, against a rock-face.
Elijah growled softly. He hadn't longed for human company all this weeks to allow it now that they were dragged into slavery before his very eyes.
First, he would take out a few of the slavers to even the odds a little before showing himself. With his usual speed, he silently wrenched two of the slavers from the back of their horses and took them away.
After the last two months of only drinking animal blood, he had to take advantage of this opportunity. The slavers tasted heavenly, human blood was so much more satisfying and it wasn't that the feeding on slavers and killing them caused him big pangs of conscience.
Then he took the next two, which he killed instantly. By now, the other slave traders should have noticed that something inexplicable was going on. He returned to the clearing and saw that everyone was off the horses now. A few continued to guard the civilians but most of them focused their vigilance outward.
Elijah smiled coldly, it wouldn't do them any good. This time he grabbed those who were closer on the outside, the other slave traders only saw two of their cronies suddenly disappearing for no apparent reason. After a few more forays of Elijah, some of them lost their nerves; they jumped on their horses and sped away.
Elijah briefly felt the strong urge to pursue them but then he controlled himself. Who knew what the remaining slave traders would do to the civilians in the meantime?
In the end there were only ten left, who had long since completely forgotten about the civilians.
Elijah entered the clearing, this time at normal human walking speed, so that for the first time ever the slave traders had the chance to take an extensive look at him.
Elijah watched curiously, as they put their swords away and instead picked up jewels of different colours, which hung as jewellery around their necks. Why did they do that? He allowed himself a smile, not that their swords would have been of much use against him either.
The civilians muttered to each other and withdrew even further, their eyes fearfully on the jewels.
Were the jewels weapons? Elijah prepared himself for an unknown kind of attack. He didn't have to wait long, because suddenly rays of light were racing towards him. When they hit him, Elijah expected that they would burn him or at least throw him back but nothing happened. He blinked in confusion. What was the point of these rays of light? He looked at the slavers, who looked at him in complete shock, before they suddenly rushed towards their horses, swung on them and dashed away.
“Well, that was kind of anti-climactic”, Elijah muttered, raising an eyebrow. He now turned his attention to the civilians, who were staring at him in complete fright. He smiled gently at them. “You are safe now! My name is Elijah!”
He stood at a distance from them and waited patiently for one of them to take hold of his courage and speak to him.
Finally, one of the men reluctantly walked up to him. “I am Arias. What do you want from us?”
“From you, nothing! You were in danger, so I helped you.” Elijah hesitated a little. “And it's been months since I last saw humans. I was lonely! What happened here? Where are all the humans?”
“A witch storm has killed all the Blood”, replied Arias, touched against his will by the obvious sadness in the stranger's eyes.
“A witch storm? What does this mean?” Elijah asked interested.
“Someone very powerful has used his or her jewels and killed most of the Blood within many miles”, Arias explained, but he quickly saw that the man did not know what he was talking about. “Just like the slave traders used their jewels against you. Didn't you feel anything?”
Elijah frowned. “No, not really! Did they mean to hurt me?”
“They wanted to kill you! Who are you that you are so unaffected from the power of jewels? Where do you come from?” Arias asked now gotten curiously.
“I don’t know why I didn’t feel anything!” Elijah whispered a little disturbed. “And I come from very far away.”
“Oh! Do you think they'll come back?” Arias asked worried.
Elijah smiled mischievously. “Perhaps, but first they'll get reinforcements. You and your people will have enough time to get out of here.”
“Do you want to come with us?” Arias offered to the stranger.
“I would like that, at least for a few days”, Elijah replied softly. “And you can tell me more about your people and this realm.”
Arias hesitated for a moment then asked shyly. “What did you do with the other slave traders?”
“They are no longer a danger to you”, Elijah simply replied.
Arias didn't ask any further questions. He didn't care, he knew only too well, what fate this stranger had saved them from. He went back to his people and reassured them that the danger was over and that they were for now safe.
They marched off and Elijah followed them at a distance in case some slave traders found their courage and came back but his concern was unfounded.
Elijah stayed with Arias and his people for several days, who patiently told him everything they knew. They explained to him that they were Landen, because they didn’t wear jewels and so were without powers. The Blood looked down on them and ruled over them without their consent.
Although the Blood were of their respective culture and race, they possessed an inner power that enabled them to use jewels. The darker a jewel, the more powerful it was. They explained to him the hierarchy of the Blood and the different castes that existed.
Elijah listened spellbound, he felt like he was in a fantasy novel. Finally, he felt that he had learned enough and decided to move on alone. He said goodbye to Arias and his people, and thanked them for the hospitality they had shown him.
Now it was for Elijah even more important than ever to find Niklaus, Hayley and Camille. He knew his brother and he shuddered as he thought of possible scenarios in which Niklaus encountered one of this Blood. At the forefront of these horror scenarios, he imagined one of these queens Arias had told him about, as she would try to give orders to his brother, or worse, expect him to submit to her in bed.
Elijah just hoped that Camille and Hayley could keep Niklaus somewhat in check until he found them. He sighed in resignation. Whom was he kidding? It was Niklaus!

B A C K G R O U N D
cassidy is the eldest adopted child of freya and keelin. keelin was the one who stumbled across a little cassidy at the tender age of four, the little girl left cold and shivering in the swamps. it didn't take much thought for them to decide to take her in and adopt her as their own after they realized her parents couldn't be found.
the reason that they couldn't be found was because they were dead. murdered by enemies who wanted their blood. fortunately for them, using their combined magic, they were able to cast a protection spell over cassidy that lasted until she was safely in the mikaelsons' care.
freya and keelin assumed that she was just a normal, human girl until one day when cassidy threw a tantrum that almost destroyed their home - literally. untapped and uncontrolled magic coursed through her veins, causing her to magically blow up light fixtures and glass objects all throughout their house - something that she still occasionally apologizes for to this day. after a lot of research and taking drops of cassidy's blood, they came to the conclusion of what she was - a dark heretic.
cassidy's always been a vibrant and vivacious girl, ready to charm the pants off of anyone that came her way. it doesn't take much for her to make friends, and takes even less for her to make enemies. she's unapologetically confident, to the point of being cocky at times, which a lot of people don't really like and has caused her to get into a few fights here and there.
despite her shortcomings and cockiness, cassidy is a friend that you want in your corner. she always stands up and defends her loved ones, always willing to start and finish fights for them.
she currently lives on her own in the french quarter. as much as she loves her parents and siblings, she loves the vibe and aura of the quarter too much not to live there. plus it keeps her closer to her job.

this alpha may be in need of a magical touch of help at some point or another having never met a witch in his life. Willow could join forces with him to help with the clear advantage vampires seem to have in the french quarter, even over the witches.

When the original family is looking to prove hopes blood line they may need a darker set of magic skills and a witch willing enough to help. Though willow may try to avoid doing this after having been overtaken by magic once before, it may be unavoidable with threats being made.

*not my gif*
Rebekah marvelled at the way the sun’s rays bounced off the blush of your cheeks. Your eyes were closed, soaking in the warm afternoon rays as you sat upon the flatter part of the roof of your house. Your forever-loving girlfriend looked down at the picnic you had planned out, not taking long in her favourite task as she rained pretend sparkles over each delicacy in front of her to choose your poison.
She picked up one of your chocolate-covered strawberries you’d blushingly admitted to spending the morning on, pressing it gently to the line between your closed lips. You let her in, closing your lips and taking a small bite of the sweet fruit.
Rebekah smirked as she finished off the rest of your strawberry, placing the leafy end into the lid of the container. “So, my little human… What have you planned for us tonight?”
You smirked and moved closer to her, pressing your forehead to hers as a short chuff of laughter shot out your nose. “Carnival?”
Rebekah’s eyes closed as she groaned. “Must we really? All those sweaty boys trying to impress girls, horny teenagers making out anywhere they can find. Ugh, makes me sick.”
You lifted your hand to her cheek, pushing a few loose strands of stunningly blonde hair out of your way to hold her softly. “If anything, those horny teenagers will be out of sight and the only one that those boys will be trying to impress is you, sweets.”
Rebekah sighed and kissed you gently, knowing from previous experiences that she could easily break your nose if she was feverish enough. “You are beautiful, angel. I will never understand why you think not.”
You sighed too, letting her pull you in closer to listen to the sound of her undead heart thump away. She cradled you for a moment before she pulled your eyes back up to hers. “If you really want to go, we can go.”
“Yes!” You cheered, your excitement making you almost slip down the roof on a mossy tile.
Rebekah caught you by a hand around your waist and she chuckled at your antics, pulling you back up very easily. “But I have a condition.”
“Aw…” You groaned, your bitten bottom lip telling her that you meant no malice.
“I know, I’m such a bad girlfriend.” She rolled her eyes.
But then her smile grew thin, a worried frown creasing her eyebrows as her thumb brushed just below your bottom lip, releasing it from its confines of your simple human teeth. “I want you wearing a tracker ring. I’ll have Freya cook it up or something, but I’m not losing you.”
You sighed, slightly annoyed that she brought this up again. “Bekah, for the last time, you can’t lose me. Mystic Falls isn’t that big. You could probably smell me from the opposite side of the mountain.”
Rebekah hesitated on arguing about it more. She wasn’t sure why she had asked it in the first place; maybe it was a mindless thought, pulled from the cauldron in which anxiety and her past had mixed a foul concoction of paranoia. But she knew it was making you annoyed, so she dropped it once again.
“Of course. Am I picking you up?” She asked, her hand falling to rest on your thigh as her thumb tickled the skin beneath your jeans.
You nodded, glad that she had dropped the subject. “How’s 6?”
She smiled. “It’s a date.”
———————————▽▽——————————
You stood on your front porch and smiled at the sight of Rebekah as she turned onto your street, standing up to greet her at the gate. She kissed you gently as you leaned on your gate, to which you soon opened and took her hand before she guided you to the car and sped to the carnival.
As soon as you got out though, you were whisked away in a blur, only recognising Rebekah’s smirk as the world returned to normal speed.
“Bekah!” You hissed, shocked that she would use her vamp speed so blatantly.
“What?” She teased, leading you out of the shadows between two vans so as to start your carnival date.
You played plenty of games, with Rebekah’s only wish being that she paid for them, and you eyed her every time she handed over the set of bills required. Fishing was not your strong suit, but to Rebekah’s surprise, you managed to get a prize at the Balloon Pop.
“So?” You turned to her, the host of the balloon game currently blowing up some replacements.
“So what?” She asked, confused.
“Pick one!”
She looked startled at your excitement, but you curled around her body and lifted her chin, letting her eyes fall onto the grand prize section. She eyed all of the toys, from Disney characters like Stitch to Pokemon like Pikachu.
“Well, my humble nerd… Close your eyes.” She hummed, keeping her hand over your eyes as well as she pointed to the one she wanted.
The host grabbed it and offered it to her, but spun and placed the stuffed toy in your hands, making your eyes open in excitement. “Squirtle!”
She giggled at your immediate cuddle for the Pokemon. “I know that Squirtle’s always been your favourite starter.”
You faked a tear. “You know the starters?”
She nodded and came closer to you, pulling the 24 inch plush away from your chest so she could get even closer. “Why don’t you go and put this in the car? Maybe buckle Squirtle into the back seat?”
“But she doesn’t have a car seat.” You whined, making Rebekah scoff playfully.
“Go, Y/N.”
“I’ll meet you by the food stalls.” You grinned as she transferred her keys into your pocket, giving you a kiss on the cheek as you dawdled off to the car.
Rebekah kept herself busy as she looped around the food stalls, waiting for your presence to calm her paranoia. She admired the Greek tzatziki, Thai curries, German sausages, Italian gelato and the ever-cooking feast that was the special Mystic Falls stall, but a chill passed over her shoulder as she looked to see who was working there.
When her eyes met his, the dark tone of his skin matching his equally dark brown eyes and evil soul, anger built in her. She guessed he noticed too, since he dipped out the back of the tent and came to her calmly.
“Marcel.” She growled.
“Rebekah. So lovely to see you again.” He jeered, completely faking the nicety.
With a quick glance around them, she whipped him into the same dark corner behind the two vans and held her hand over his chest. “What are you doing here?”
“Don’t you know? We’re celebrating! Proud to be from Mystic Falls, ya da ya da ya. All that sentimental bullshit.” He chuckled, a tone to his voice that the blonde didn’t like.
“Say… where is that stunning little gremlin you call your girlfriend? Isn’t she fond of these activities?”
Rebekah ever so slightly loosened her grip on him. “By the car. Putting away her Squirtle that she rightfully earned.”
“I thought it was yours.” He raised an eyebrow.
“And are you sure she went to the car?”
The veins beneath her eyes turned black, her sclera shifting to a blood red hue. “What did you do?”
Marcel chuckled once more as Rebekah futilely shoved him against the fencing. “Had to get a few hunters off of my back. That Alaric sure knows how to get information.”
“No…” Rebekah muttered, controlling the tremble of her legs to a minimum.
“But we all know how stubborn that little bitch is. Maybe he can finally meet his match! Or maybe… she will meet hers.”
Marcel darted out of view before Rebekah could follow him, her eyes tearing up as her veins and sclera returned to normal. She fell to the ground, smashing the bones of her hand into thousands of pieces as her anger filtered out.
Because nothing could compare to the thought of losing you forever.
———————————▽▽——————————
When you woke up, you were a little bit dizzy. A pain came from the back of your head, but when you tried to touch it, you noticed your hand was locked in a leather strap. You looked down to see your other hand and your ankles in the same position, a thicker belt tied around your waist.
“Well, good morning, sunshine!” A male voice brought your head up, but you couldn’t quite make out his face in the dark.
“Y-You’re not Bekah. That’s her name for me, not yours.” You spat, already angry at this silhouette.
“Well, I can see why Marcel calls you a gremlin. So much anger and spite!” The voice laughed, echoing around you in an almost mocking tone.
“Where’s Bekah? What’re you gonna do to her?!” You thrashed around in your restraints, your mind hopelessly thinking that they were coming loose.
“When I find her - and I will, thanks to you - I will do so many wonderful things to her.”
The voice came closer and you could make out the recognisable chin, your eyes slowly rising to meet your former teacher’s.
“Alaric.” You growled, spitting in his face quickly.
He simply growled louder, deeper, and much more dominant than you could ever muster. “You’re gonna regret that, you little shit.”
He gripped you by the chin, bruisingly so, and threw your head back. You held in your wince at the reverse whiplash, staring him down even as he pulled out a satchel from the corner.
“I was hoping you’d co-operate a little bit before we got to the nitty-gritty stuff… but then again, you never were good at listening in class.” He shrugged, cocking his crossbow before it fired an arrow into your leg.
You screamed out initially, and whilst it probably would have felt better to continue, you cut it short to breathe through the pain. Another hit your other thigh, and you were glad he hadn’t gone for your artery.
“Now…” He knelt down in front of your hunched over body.
“Where is Rebekah Mikaelson?”
———————————▽▽——————————
Rebekah paced inside of the Mikaelson house, with Klaus, Hayley, Elijah and Freya debating a plan.
She should have encouraged the ring idea. She knew you were stubborn, she knew you hated being tracked, but this was why she wanted it. She wanted you safe, because you were a human. You didn’t have accelerated healing, you didn’t have the power she had, and even if she wanted to give it to you, she wasn’t sure she could.
“Rebekah, stop pacing for five minutes!” Klaus’ voice pulled her out of her pacing trance.
“Niklaus…” Freya warned him, looking at Rebekah’s flickering eyes.
Your girlfriend sank onto the couch next to Hayley, the hybrid’s arms going over her shoulder in a comforting manner. “We’ll find her, Bex. We will.”
“And what if we don’t?” She shot back, apologising softly afterwards.
“What did Marcel say to you? Tell us exactly.” Elijah asked her.
Rebekah took a deep breath. This was for you - she had to be strong for you… at least until you were back in her arms. “He said he needed to get a few hunters off of his back. Maybe he cut a deal with Alaric - protection for a way to get to the Mikaelsons.”
Klaus and Elijah’s eyebrows furrowed before they retreated into a private room, leaving Rebekah with Freya and Hayley.
“Did you want me to conjure that tracking ring if you get her back?” Freya asked quietly, but Hayley’s eyes shot up.
“When, Freya, when. Not if.”
The bob-haired girl nodded and hugged Rebekah tightly, the vampire returning it just a tad tighter. “I miss her. It’s been three hours and I miss her already.”
The two girls chuckled lovingly, and Hayley spoke again. “It’s hard, isn’t it? Letting her go out into the dangerous state of this world without any sort of protection except for you.”
“To be honest, little sister, I am surprised you decided to date her. I mean, who would have ever thought that you would pick the shy nerd in a crowd full of jocks and cheerleaders?” Freya commented.
Rebekah smiled softly, looking over at the Squirtle she had brought in from the car. She quickly grabbed it and tucked it tight against her, almost burying her nose in it to try and get some sort of scent of you.
“She was kind to me on our first day of meeting. I asked her where my Maths class was and she led me all the way there, even though her class was on the other side of the school.” She reminisced, a tear forming from the fond core memory.
Freya was about to speak highly of you again before Klaus and Elijah burst through the door, a winning smile on both of their changed faces.
“We found her.”
———————————▽▽——————————
All five of them stood outside of the strange warehouse; rusted corners, bullet and arrow holes everywhere throughout the metal plating.
“Can anybody hear her?” Rebekah asked.
They all shook their heads, even as Hayley and Klaus turned to their wolf forms.
“Rebekah.”
She turned at the sound of Elijah’s voice, his calm nature giving her a smile. “I hear Alaric’s heart.”
She turned back to eye the front door around the corner, and as soon as she heard his heart too, her mind was set on nothing else but ripping it out.
With Freya standing guard and as a getaway defence, the other four sped in and began their massacre. Rebekah was snapping any neck with the mark of a hunter or a gun, whilst Hayley, Klaus and Elijah worked on the vampire guards, the fatal bite of the two hybrids spreading like wildfire.
Rebekah found a hidden door and broke through it, following the scent of blood until she recognised yours.
A loud wail matched it.
“GET AWAY FROM HER!” She snarled, the guard’s heart now in her hand before it slid off and onto the hay-filled floor.
There you sat, strapped in tightly like an animal. The tight bindings around your wrists and ankles had cut into your skin from all of your thrashing, blood seeping from almost everywhere but your chest, neck and head. Bruises littered your visible skin through torn clothes, a particularly dark purple one surrounding your neck. Cuts were everywhere, some as knife skins and others as deep, purposeful stabs.
One thing that Rebekah knew rang out in her mind - if she hadn’t come now, you would’ve been dead by morning.
“Y/N! Y/N, please, sunshine, look at me.” She knelt in front of you, your tired eyes only half-open.
“Bekah?” You mumbled.
She smiled tearily. “I’m right here, baby. I’m right here, and I’m gonna get you out, okay?”
You nodded and felt no difference in pain as she unbound you - in fact, the cold sting of the night air from the grate above you made it slightly worse, a hiss coming from you as she swept you into her arms.
“I know it hurts, sunshine, but we’ll be out of here soon enough. Hayley! Nik!” She called out into the hallway, the fast wolves appearing in a few seconds.
You looked down at the sight of the two wolves, a small but pained smile appearing on your lips. “H-Hi, Hayley. Hi, Kl-Klaus.”
They both nodded at you and checked behind Rebekah to see no possibility for someone to sneak up on you. Rebekah walked you out of the bloodbath to meet Freya, the witch shocked at your appearance and immediately got a blanket from the car to wrap around you.
“Here.” She handed her little sister a small ring - a tracker ring.
She looked down at your frail form but shook her head when she looked at your hands; bloodied and beaten, just like the rest of you. She thought of dealing with it when she got home, but the sight of the shiny ring caught your eye.
“B-Bekah…” You murmured, the vampire not caring that your blood was now soaking her jacket.
“Yes, my dear?” She replied, guiding you into the car as Elijah, Klaus and Hayley finished off their enemies.
“Please…” You gestured to the ring, moving your shaking hand towards it.
“No.” She pocketed the ring and held you close, keeping your ear against her chest.
“Drive, Freya.”
———————————▽▽——————————
When you woke up you were surprised you were alive, to say the least. Everything hurt; every muscle movement, every tendon jolt, every beat of your heart.
And that heart was the reason why your lover lay next to you, her eyes observing your rising wakeness closely. You winced as you tried to get comfortable, but Rebekah shushed you lightly.
“Don’t move, princess. It’ll hurt you even more than what he did to you.”
“Bekah. You’re okay.” You sighed in relief, wanting to wrap her up in your arms.
“Of course I’m okay. I’m a Mikaelson.” She chuckled, making you do the same but you winced as a slight but extremely painful pressure hit your chest.
“Don’t… Don’t make me laugh.” You breathed out slowly, watching her eyes tear up.
“Please let me heal you. I promise, I won’t let anybody touch you for 24 hours. No sudden deaths, not turning into vampires, just…” She shakily trailed off, almost looking ready to break down.
You didn’t answer.
But you opened your mouth.
She instantly received your message and bit into her wrist, blood pouring from the wound that she pressed against your lips. You didn’t drink, simply letting it drain into your mouth, and you swallowed three times before the wound closed.
“More, Y/N. You need more.” She whimpered, going to bite herself again but you took her hand.
“Just be with me. It’s more than enough.” You muttered, letting your emotionally expressive vampire collapse next to you and cry through her sheets.
You didn’t shush her, you didn’t tell her to stop crying - you let her let it out, all whilst you held her as tightly as you could with broken… everything. She suddenly sat up and pushed herself towards you, colliding your lips together in a harsh but necessary display of affection.
“Bekah… Bekah- ah!” You hissed as she pressed on a wound around your wrist, instantly pulling away from you.
She stopped and you could see how little colour was in her face. “You haven’t fed.”
She shook her head. “Not since you fell asleep.”
“How long was I out?” You asked.
She didn’t answer, keeping her eyes away from you.
“Rebekah…” You warned her.
“Two weeks.” She meekly answered.
“Two weeks- Bekah, you’re going to desiccate!” You fretted, sitting up painfully as you brought her closer to you.
“Feed, now.”
“But-”
“I don’t care! Feed!” You barked.
She sighed, kissing you along the neck before she gently bit into your skin. Your blood was sweeter than most she had come across, and she didn’t know if it was because of your romantic relationship or if it was just you.
You felt her pull away after a few seconds but you gave her an ‘uh-uh’ in that same warning tone, which made her continue. When she finally pulled herself out of your weak grip, she looked almost brand new and she slowly wiped off the blood on her face.
“Thank you. I… I had no bags left.” She muttered, looking down as she played with her fingers.
“Bekah. Look at me.” You spoke gently, waiting for her eyes to meet yours.
“Hi, my beautiful girl.”
She keened at your description and moved closer at your invitation, holding you against her chest as she looked down at your smaller form.
“Please don’t ever, ever, do that again. I love you, Rebekah Mikaelson, but you need to put your health first if I’m ever gone for that long.” You slowly tickled her thigh as it came over your hips.
“Okay.” She answered, kissing your forehead.
“Now, how long until I am better?” You asked, looking up at her with a tired expression.
“I will feed you every now and then with my blood, and lots of water will be coming your way, but with those two bases covered, I can’t imagine any more than a week.” She replied, distracted by running her fingers through your hair.
You pressed into her hand and she sighed contently, but your hands around her waist showed your mind was focused. You found the ring from two weeks ago and you overlooked the beautiful shape - a single emerald held in an old crest.
“Very Mikaelson-like.” You chided, making Rebekah chuckle as she held your hand ever so gently; simply letting it rest there.
“Of course. Have you seen Elijah and Klaus’ daylight rings?” She smirked.
“Those are too chunky for me. But they do look good on them.” You commented.
She nodded and brought her lips to yours, slipping the ring onto your right ring finger. You sighed into her before a yawn came out of nowhere, ripping through the silence to make Rebekah giggle.
“Come on, sunshine - time to get some more beauty sleep.”
You rolled your eyes at her but let her hold you like always, a hand curled over your waist and around your ring-held hand as she quietly hummed a lullaby. You felt your eyelids getting heavier and heavier, only for you to finally fall asleep.
Rebekah looked up at Freya in the shadows as her hands finally fell to her side, an exchange of smiles between them as the eldest left the youngest to dot on you and, eventually, fall asleep too.

Uncontrollable Powers | Kol Mikaelson x Reader
my masterlist ↪M A S T E R L I S T
Freya and I are bestfriend, I don't know how I managed to get myself in the middle of the Mikaelsons but I just did. Not that I'm complaining because the youngest Mikaelson brother keeps me on my toes.
I, like Freya was a witch. Of course, not as powerful as her but a witch nontheless.
"So, where are we going today?" I ask Freya, everyday we try to do something new... so far its been three days. "I want to stay home" she mumbles stuffing her face with crisps.
"We started this 3 days ago and you already want to give up?" I ask her sitting down next to her and she nods "yes." she says. mouth full of chips.
"fine, incendia." I say signalling all the candles in the room we were in to light up "out of all the spells, that's your favourite?" she asks and I nod.
"Freya where is Niklaus?" Kol says bursting through the doors, all the flames on the candles either go out of burn brighter and larger than before, going out of control.
"y/n" Freya grabs my arm and I take my eyes off of the hot, youngest brother as the candles go back to normal.
"you okay, darling?" Kol asks me and the candles go crazy again "uh yup, yup im fine" i nod trying to control myself, but for some reason I couldn't "right" he says "Niklaus is with our sister, looking for Marcel." Freya answers Kol's questions as he sits down opposite us.
"oh shoot, my dog needs feeding." I mumble, I didn't have a dog but I did have a reason to get away from Kol "you don't have a dog?" Freya says "yes, yes i do." I say rushing out of the room.
Walking towards the kitchen only to realise theres no real food in this house "Y/N" Klaus yells giving me a fright turning around throwing a blood bag at him in fear as he catches it "KOL HE'S HERE, your younger brother wants you." I clear my throat scratching the back of my head awkwardly.
"Well you read my mind." Klaus smiles as Kol speeds down "there's your brother, right i'm off for my dog." I clear my throat walking out of yet another room Kol seemed to be in.
"y/n!" Kol yelled and I spin around instantly "yeah Kol" I say in a high voice, internally slapping myself for sounding like an idiot. Klaus smirking at me and I roll my eyes "we know you don't have a dog." Kol says "I know." I smile before walking off.
As I walk out of the Mikaelson residence my phone buzzes and I pick up "a dog seriously?" freya's voice says over the phone, trying to hold in her laughter "yeah well I couldn't think of anything, he's just so ugh frustratingly gorgeous. how did he get the good looking genes freya." I mumble walking down the street.
"to be fair, he was the last born." freya mumbles over the phone, crossing a street and taking a left "what happened to your powers? it was like they had completely left your body." freya asked in a concerned tone.
"i-i genuinely don't know, i just heard his voice and i like went crazy." i chuckle nervously "i know you like him but, geez y/n." she chuckled breathlessly "i know i know." I sigh.
"i'll just have to keep my distance from him... easy" I shrug unlocking the door to my home "yeah not easy. he's here all the time and who else is here all the time? you." freya's muffled voice says as I put her on speaker tossing my phone on my counter as I opened my fridge.
"it wont be hard i mean, i'll just not come over." closing the fridge and squatting down to the freezer "then it will confirm your stupid crush." freya says "well what? it's not like i don't want to be near him." i huff pulling out a tub of ice cream.
"just ignore him, easy." freya says, it wasn't easy to ignore Kol Mikaelson especially when he's always in everyone's face. With his stupid british accent, that I found highly cute.
"look tomorrow come over, if your powers go bizerk again then just leave. Don't even say a word." my best friend continues "fine" i mumble "love you" i continue "love you, be safe." she says "alright bye." i smile to my phone even though she can't hear me and the call ends.
Grabbing a spoon sitting back on my sofa.
My powers had never ever done that. I'm so confused because I can usually control my stupid powers in front of Kol given that I've liked him for like a year or two, im so shocked. Maybe i like like him.
A few minutes pass of thinking and then I hear a knock at my door "hold on" i say with my mouth full of ice cream, placing it on the counter as I walk over to the door "Kol" I jump, my lights start flickering as I slam my door.
"Y/n?" his voice said through the wooden door "yup hold on." I yell the lights continue flickering, my heart beating fast. WHAT'S HAPPENING.
Opening the door again, composing myself. The lights still flickering "y/n, hey." he says "you can't be here." I say bluntly "really? you know i can walk in you invited me in, you remember?" he asked "you know your lights are flickering?" he asks again.
I nod smacking my lips "I'm familiar." I say giving him a smile "i can fix them... if you'd like?" he suggests looking up at my lights "uh, i know how to fix them thanks." i smile to him "fine well can i come in?" he asks, I give him a stern look.
"it's not like i'll eat you, your blood would probably taste foul." he scoffs "very well." he takes a step into my home, walking around looking at every speck of detail in my house from the cracks in the walls to the fact that i had ice cream on my counter.
"nice place" he chuckles "yeah it's like you've been here a few times to get away from your family, can you go now. I need to fix my lights." placing my hands on my hip and he sighs "I can fix them." he turns to me and I raise a hand, composing myself with the flick of my hand the lights fix themselves.
"told you, now leave." I point to the door "whatever." he mumbles before rushing out the door, closing it behind him.
a few days later
I wont, I repeat I will not go to the Mikaelsons. Even if Klaus threatened to kill me.
Relaxing on my sofa, watching a random friends episode only to laugh at Joey's slow realisation to Ross grabbing his sweater off the table.
I laugh at the TV loud enough for the whole of New Orleans to hear until my phone rings.
"y/n i know you said you wouldn't come over, my family has a predicament and i-" "i love you frey, but no it's been a few days." I cut her off. I was not going to see the youngest brother and mess up my powers because I have feelings for him.
"i need you to anchor me." Freya says "what?" I ask him "Kol is in trouble" she says and I hang up the phone rushing over.
Rushing through into the Mikaelson Residence only to find Klaus and Freya sitting on the stairs with smirks on their faces, Klaus hands Freya a 100 dollar bill and claps.
"you have a crush on my little brother." he says standing up "FREYA" I whine "it was between us." I mumble "no shade here y/n, i expected you to like Elijah that's all." Klaus smirks, impressed.
"who to like elijah?" Kol says adjusting his wristwatch walking past his sister who still sat on the chair "uh. nothing" i say cutting anyone off.
The wind starts rustling and leaves fly over the courtyard, I was a powerful witch but not powerful enough to change the weather.
"god this weather is unpredictable." Kol sighs looking up at the now dark sky and I chuckle "it is isn't it." I say clearing my throat looking to Klaus and Freya who were both looking at each other.
"Kol, go somewhere else for a minute." Klaus demands Kol who rolls his eyes walking off to his room, my heart beat slows down as does the wind and the sky lightens "it is true." he says fascinated at me.
"it was shocking to me when it happened a few days ago, then she swore to never come back here." Freya laughs "I never said never, Kol you can come back down." I yell to Kol "im being bossed around in this house." he rolls his eyes exiting his room.
"y/n mind running an errand with me, Elijah is out and I need to find him a birthday present." Kol asks me "I do mind, can't you go yourself you're 100 years old." I say to him "i don't need protecting, darling." he raised an eyebrow "i know it's just-" "i think you should go" Freya says.
"ye no i agree with Freya, Y/n go with my brother." Klaus says as I raise a hand connecting my eyes to Klaus, snapping one of his limbs and he yells in pain "force me to do something again, i'll tear your eyes out." I say angrily to them both.
"come on darling." Kol says grabbing my hand as I keep my composure.
"right, you know my brother enough to know what he likes." Kol says as we get in the car, the wind starts up again but this time with rain "god this weather is just as awful as this ghastly family." he huffs turning the car on.
"he likes suits." I mumble "speak up" Kol says "your brother likes suits obviously." I say in a clear soft spoken voice and Kol nods yes but no doubt he already has the most expensive tux of the decade." Kol huffs frustratedly.
"you know i've figured what you like, more than my brother." Kol says taking a left turn towards the town centre.
"what do i like then, stalker?" I ask him, watching as he grips the wheel with one hand placing his other behind the head of my chair.
"you like chocolate ice cream, strawberry if it was real ice cream." he pauses checking for pedestrians before turning again "your very simple, you like minimalistic things." he says impressed with himself.
"you like being cocky?" I ask him, although I didn't mind him being cocky, given that it runs in the family but it looked best on him.
"i also know of your 'stupid' crush towards a person, so you call it stupid. hence your distance for what a week?" he asks "w-what." I stutter "stop the wind, y/n." he says.
I give him a confused look "it took me a few weeks." he chuckles again in a cocky tone "right like i can stop the weather, Kol." I roll my eyes as he grabs my hand, the other still on the wheel.
The wind increases, my heart beat also increases "right well proves my theory." he chuckles "let go" I mumble shaking my hand out of his grip as he laughs at me "I knew it" he says victoriously as the wind slows down a bit.
"you don't hate me?" I ask him "course not darling, just expected you to like well mannered men." he scoffed and I roll my eyes.
"now stop it seriously we need to get out of the car." he says giving me a serious look.

Title: 'An Original's wife'
Pairing: Elijah Mikaelson x Vampire!Wife!Reader
Warnings: Fluff, Angst, Protective!Elijah, A bit of smut, Jealous!Hayley
A/N: Another thank you fic for the following 🥰 I love doing these as a thank you and well be doing a part two
Hayley watched as four of the Strix members fell that had attacked Elijah and her as they were impaled by a small sword and lost their heads. The hybrid swallowed looking at a woman standing there dressed in a short long sleeved black dress that was tasteful low cut with red heels.
The woman had long black hair with seemly glowing red eyes, she looked breath taking stunning as she smirked not caring there was blood on her round cheek. Elijah let out a shuttering breath as Hayley was taken back from the hunger in Elijah's eyes as he stared at the woman.
"Shame, I thought your Sired would be stronger husband." The woman said in a thick Romanian accent as Elijah stepped up to the much shorter woman. With handkerchief in hand Elijah gently cleaned her cheek as Hayley was taken back by the heart eyes Elijah was giving the woman and the woman was smitten by Elijah.
"I apologize my wife, shall I find you someone stronger?"
"You jest husband. We must go I am afraid that Lucien has told Tristan that I am here." The woman says as Elijah growled lowly surprising Hayley as she saw Elijah pull his wife close kissing her deeply.
"Who is she?" Hayley asked once they got back to the Abattoir and right away Rebekah and Kol hugged the woman as Hayley stood next to Klaus.
"Y/N Tepes - Mikaelson, daughter of Dracula or as history knows him Vlad the Impler." Klaus answered Hayley smirking see how shocked she was as she looked at Y/N who's hands were being kissed by Elijah.
"Elijah is married?" Freya asked walking over having heard Klaus as she looked at Elijah's wife sensing she was a vampire.
"Yes and Tristan hates it."
"Why?"
1002, Southern France, Court of Marseilles
There was excitement though out the castle getting the Mikaelsons attention as they headed to the court as men came marching in with a gorgeous woman following behind. Elijah swallowed as he felt his breathing stop as the woman's beauty had bewitched him.
"Lucien, who is that?"
"That would be Princess Y/N Tepes, Lord Tristan's betrothed. She is the daughter of the most powerful man, his Majesty Dracula." Lucien answered Elijah as his mocha eyes met her lovely red ones making her heart skip a beat as her face flushed.
Of course Elijah had began meeting with the young Lady in secret, Elijah pushed Y/N up against a wall of her bed chamber as she was dressed in nothing but a nightgown while Elijah's lips met hers hungrily.
"My Lord, I must admit something." Y/N says her chest heaving as he lifted her up pressing closer as he peppering her neck with kisses and bites. Since their little affair, Elijah had been only drinking from her and Y/N drinking from Elijah when they learned about one another's nightly activities.
"Yes my Highness?"
"I have told my father of our affair and that I wish to marry you....how you and your siblings are like us." Y/N tells Elijah cupping his face as Elijah looked up at her surprised. Dracula was surprised to receive a letter from his only daughter about what happened between her and Elijah so Dracula gave his blessing as he rather have her marry another vampire than some lowly human.
"What of the Lord Tristan?"
"He wishes to marry me for my beauty as for you only wish to know me."
"Then I shall marry you, my Highness. Now allow me to show you what a husband can do." Elijah said lowly before thrusting up into her kissing her deeply swallowing her loud cries as he ravished her body.
"Elijah stole Tristan's fiancee?!" Hayley said surprised as she didn't think Elijah was the kind of man to steal another's woman. Hayley looked over at Elijah and Y/N seeing him place small kisses on his wife's face as she giggled.
"Yes, her father welcomed us in his kingdom with open arms. Vlad was a cold man but seemed to like Elijah better over Tristan."
"You knew Vlad the Impler?"
"We did. Elijah and Y/N married the following spring, we stayed for over 50 years with the King." Klaus says smirking remembering the nights Elijah and hybrid spent with King in his war room or how the King became more of a father to them than Mikael was.
"I can't believe it."
"Well believe it as Tristan is still sore about the whole thing."
"Can't say I don't blame him." They heard Lucien say as the vampire stepped into the Abattoir as Elijah was quick to move infront of his wife.
"Lucien why are you here?"
"To warn that Tristan is in town and looking for Elijah." Lucien says as he stepped up to explain and Hayley crossed her arms jealous with how Elijah was very much smitten with his wife.
A few days later Hayley was surprised to see workers walking in with a coffin as Y/N was directed them down to the basement. Hayley looked seeing Elijah and Klaus talking.
"Tristan seems to have brought Aurora also." Klaus says as Elijah hummed looking down seeing his father-in-law's coffin had arrived along with other family heirlooms.
"Elijah, Klaus what is going on?!"
"That Hayley, is Dracula in that coffin. Asleep along with Tepes's family heirlooms." Klaus answered looking down seeing Y/N had open the lid of the coffin as inside was a ash gray Dracula. Y/N cupped her father's cheek rubbing it with her thumb smiling at how peaceful her father looked.
"And the two other coffins?" Hayley asked as Elijah looked over seeing the coffins.
"One is hers and the other is her older brother, Alucard if I remember right." Elijah says watching his wife close her father's coffin before opening her brother's.
"You are comfortable having those bodies in the basement?"
"They can't be woken up unless blood is dripped on their lips." Elijah says moving to follow his wife down to the basement along with Klaus as Hayley followed too. Y/N held the wrist of a bleeding woman over her brother's mouth and the three watched as he sat up sinking into her neck waking up.
"Hello dear brother."
"Little lioness, you woke me."
"Of course Alucard." Y/N says watching him get out and stretch, Hayley felt her breathing hitch seeing how gorgeous the blonde looked. While Y/N took after their father, Alucard took after their mother but both were still equally dangerous.
"Father still asleep?"
"I think it is best he stays asleep. The Church is still looking for him." Y/N says as Alucard looked to their father's coffin before looking to Elijah and Klaus.
"Hello Elijah, Niklaus. I trust you have been taking care of my sister?"
"I have. Slept well?" Elijah asked teasing as Alucard smiled letting out a chuckle while Hayley saw how ethereal the two vampires were as they reminded her of the old vampire movies.
"As Elijah found you could bare him a child?" Alucard asked his sister standing with her watching people dance. Rebekah wanted to throw a ball to celebrate the older vampire waking up.
"I have yet to tell him as Tristan has been trouble." Y/N tells her brother laying her head on his shoulder as Hayley frowned listening in watching their eyes follow Elijah who was holding Hope.
"Our niece is lovely."
"Yes, she is. Hope has gotten into the habit of clinging to Elijah." Y/N says smoothing out the botton down Alucard wore and Hayley left not wanting to listen in any more.
Of course Alucard was more than happy to help the family with the prophecy and the Strix as he settled in comfortably with the family. Elijah sat with his wife in his lap as they were out on the balcony enjoying the temporary quiet.
"Have you thought of children?" Y/N asked as Elijah set his bourbon aside wrapping his arms around her waist.
"I have as Alucard had a long conversation with me about us having our own." Elijah says kissing her neck as she sighed smiling laughing at how her brother was playing cupid.
"Maybe when we are done with we should try?"
"I love that dear but for now let me enjoy having you to myself." Elijah says pulling a giggle from Y/N as he stood up taking her to bed to indeed enjoy having her for a little while longer.

Almost got his/her family killed twice but has precious bonds with all siblings
Desperate for love and finding identity
Kissed boy(s) and girl(s) (terrible taste in men)
Note: Finn and Kol could pretty much switch places to each other since they has a lot of similarities - anger issues, trauma from being locked/abandoned in coffins/ graves, being overlooked, underestimated and treated like a fool, dying and coming back to life repeatedly... Kol is also head over heels for a special power girl who had a vendetta against his brother and tried to kill their family. And he also did have a bit of hero complex, given the fact that he died twice for trying to save someone/the world. But I prefer that way because Kol is the one who matches the chaotic energy of Klaus xD

How to make a deal with Elijah Mikaelson (by Lucifer Morningstar) - Chapter 12
Thank you to Senema for her quick beta, I’m so grateful for her help to make this story better.
Chapter 12
Chloe entered the interrogation room and Dan followed directly behind her. She went to the table while Dan closed the door and then leaned against the wall.
“Before we start, is it okay to message my other sister that I will be present for the interrogation?” Freya Mikaelson smiled politely. “I want to turn off my phone and my siblings can sometimes act very rash when they can't reach me. They worry quickly.”
Chloe nodded after a moment's thought. “That's okay.” She watched as Freya typed a short message into her smartphone, sent her message and then switched off the phone. Chloe took the vacant chair next to Charlotte. “First I want to go through the entire evening again.”
“As you wish, detective”, Elijah replied friendly.
While they went through the previous evening again in detail, Chloe examined Elijah extensively. His statements were not very different from his previous ones, more detailed but nothing conspicuously contradicted each other.
It gave her the opportunity to pay closer attention to Elijah's non-verbal responses. He was still as calm and polite as in the previous interrogation, but Chloe was too observant not to see that there was now an edge in his demeanour that hadn't been there before. He appeared restless and tense but Chloe attributed that to his time in prison. She had seen this reaction too often in other suspects who had spent a night in prison for the first time.
Sometimes she got the impression that this restlessness grew stronger, as if Elijah was about to lose control. But every time that happened, Freya put a hand on his arm or made physical contact with him in another way and Elijah remained calm.
Chloe didn't think his behaviour was due to guilt, it seemed more like post-traumatic stress syndrome to her. However, what was the original incident that caused it in the first place? It was too noticeable, so she paused the interrogation for a moment. “Are you okay, Elijah? Do you need a short break?”
Freya looked at her in surprise but then she smiled warmly at Chloe.
“No thank you, Chloe. But I appreciate your offer”, Elijah replied politely.
“Hm, okay. If you change your mind, please let me know”, said Chloe. They had now reached the point where Charlotte had interrupted them previously.
“You were with Linda until a taxi came and then you waited for her to get in and drive away. How far is your hotel approximately from LUX?” asked Chloe.
“Maybe a twenty-minute walk if I don't dawdle too much”, Elijah replied calmly and Freya grinned slightly, even if Chloe didn't quite understand why.
“Why didn't you take a taxi, too?” Chloe asked curiously. “It was late at night, you were slightly drunk and certainly tired, too. Not to mention that the area is not exactly a safe place for walking.”
“I felt the need to walk and I wasn't that drunk”, Elijah replied with a shrug. “Plus, New Orleans residents don't have the same dislike for walking as people in Los Angeles.” He smiled wryly. “And the night and whatever moves in it really doesn't scare me.”
Chloe looked up and noticed Dan rolling his eyes. He didn't seem as tense as before but he didn't take his eyes off Elijah either. “What happened next?”
Elijah sighed. “I made my way to my hotel. I was in no great hurry and thought about the evening. I passed the alley beside Lux and heard suspicious noises, it sounded like fighting and then I heard someone moan loudly in pain. I followed the noises and saw two men beating up a third man. I called loudly and the two men ran away, before I could take a good look at them. So I can’t describe them to you.”
“Let’s suppose what you say is true. What would you have done if the two men hadn't run away?” Chloe asked.
“If they had attacked me, I could have defended myself against them”, Elijah replied quite confidently.
Freya looked down at the table and smiled slightly again.
“Interesting.” Chloe made a note. “What happened next?”
“After the other two men were no longer holding him, the victim fell to the ground and he made clear noises of pain. I went over to him at once, turned him around carefully and saw a knife stuck in his stomach.” Elijah paused for a moment.
“There was blood all over his belly and when he saw me, he reared up and grabbed me. I tried to reassure him that if he let go of me, I could call an ambulance and the police, but he wouldn't let go of me. There was so much panic and fear in his eyes.”
“Did he say anything to you?” Chloe asked quietly. Again she had the impression that although he was telling the truth, he was also leaving something out.
Elijah shook his head. “No. To me he looked like he was in shock. In any case, he didn't stop moving and he kept trying to pull the knife out.” Elijah made gestures as to imitate the victim. “The knife had this large hand guard and he kept pushing against the bottom of it while I grabbed the knife handle to keep it inside.
I once read that as long as an object remains in an injury, the victim's chances of survival are far better. I did my best, but eventually I could no longer hold the knife in his body.” Elijah swallowed. “After the knife was out, the blood literally gushed out of the wound and splashed all over me. Within a few seconds the man went limp in my arms, his eyes broke and I knew he was dead.”
“Which would explain the blood on your hands and clothes”, said Chloe thoughtfully. “Also, why you kneeled this way next to the body.”
“Next, two cops ordered me not to move and you know what happened after that.” Elijah fell silent, clearly finished with his report. Freya took his hand between hers and rubbed it comfortingly.
Chloe sighed. “I want to be honest, Elijah, it doesn't look good for you. We received an anonymous call that a man in a light grey suit attacked another man with a knife.”
Charlotte had listened the whole time without intervening but now she spoke up. “Elijah, you said earlier that you can defend yourself. Does that also include knife fighting?”
Elijah shook his head. “No, it does not. I do a little boxing, judo, karate, just enough to defend myself if need be. Hand-to-hand combat is a hobby of mine, nothing more. I'm good, but there are certainly better ones than me.”
Freya turned abruptly away for a moment so that Chloe couldn’t see her face.
“Does the knife belong to you?” Charlotte asked further.
“No, knives are irrelevant and useless to me”, Elijah replied succinctly.
Dan snorted softly and Chloe frowned at him. Somehow, he was acting a little weird today.
“Hm. But why would an anonymous caller lie about your involvement?” Chloe asked gently, she was curious about Elijah’s answer.
“I have no idea”, Elijah answered honestly. “But they are lying, why else are they hiding their identity. I don't own a knife and I haven't attacked anyone with it.”
Chloe shrugged. “Or the caller is telling the truth and just doesn't want to be drawn into the matter. I would also be interested in why a successful businessman like you has knowledge in hand-to-hand combat?” Chloe asked intractably. “Do you have enemies, Elijah?”
Elijah chuckled. “Like you said, I am successful, so yes, I have enemies among other business people.”
“Would any of your rivals set you up in that kind of trap?” Chloe asked next.
“No, I honestly can't imagine that.” Elijah looked thoughtful. “Would they try to pin a scam or a nonviolent crime on me, maybe. But a premeditated murder? No, never.”
Chloe shrugged again. “Or you and the victim happened to meet a second time and continued your argument.”
“You can't seriously assume that the previous argument is a sufficient motive for murder?” Charlotte interfered again.
“Maybe not for murder, but what about bodily harm resulting in death”, Chloe replied. “The victim harassed the woman you are interested in; maybe he insulted her when you met again. You got angry and lost your self-control.”
Freya laughed softly. “Excuse me. I know I promised to be quiet during the interrogation, but I know my brother. It is absolutely unlikely that Elijah lost control of himself in this way. Assuming the two had met as you portray it, Elijah would have withdrawn from the argument. Had the victim attacked him, Elijah would have easily incapacitated him without permanently harming the victim. I've seen my brother fight. He doesn't need to use a knife and I've never seen him fight with one before.”
“I’ll take note of your statement.” Chloe sighed and checked her watch, it was quite late and she would have to end the interrogation soon, so that Elijah could arrive on time to his bail hearing. She was also really tired. “You know that if the bail isn't granted, you'll have to go back to the cell?”
Elijah grimaced but said nothing. Freya, on the other hand, straightened up and suddenly looked ready to fight.
“Good that you mention that, Chloe. Tell me, how well do you know a Sergeant Daviss?” Charlotte asked grimly.
Chloe looked at her in surprise. “He's the most senior and highest-ranking sergeant down in the cell block. I know him, but I've never had much to do with him. Why?”
“I just wonder why Sergeant Daviss felt it appropriate to lock Elijah in a cell with three members of the Russian Mafia after hearing that you are handling Elijah’s case.” Charlotte smiled wickedly at Chloe.
Chloe jerked backwards in shock and looked at Elijah. “He did what? Are you hurt?”
“No, I was able to come to a peaceful agreement with the gentlemen, which was much better for everyone involved”, Elijah replied dryly and smiled.
Chloe noticed out of the corner of her eye how uncomfortable Dan was moving back and forth and looked over at him.
“Daviss was a good friend of Malcolm's”, Dan said gently from his position against the wall. “The two were always tight and although it could never be proven, there were rumours that Daviss was involved in Malcolm‘s dirty dealings.”
Chloe swallowed. “I see.” She looked at Elijah. “It looks like part of my past caught up with me. I regret that it had these kinds of consequences for you.”
“Don't worry about it”, Elijah replied gently. “It wasn't your fault and nothing happened. I also know all about how it is, when your past catches up with you.” For a moment, he and Freya looked very grim and serious.
“Excuse me for a moment!” Now it was Chloe's turn to smile grimly. “I have a good friend in the prison wing, and according to my information, he's on duty today. If your bail is not granted, he will keep a close eye on Daviss so that he cannot pull that stunt with you again.” She got up and left the interrogation room.

Dan had to admit, he was both impressed and amused by Elijah’s performance. As harmless and innocent as some of his remarks were, when he considered that Elijah was a vampire, they took on a completely different meaning. A couple of times he had been unable to prevent an involuntary reaction, which Chloe had noticed.
In addition, a few comments and responses from Elijah and Freya had only deepened his concern regarding the wisdom and shrewdness of the council's plans.
But what was most importantly to Dan, Chloe had no suspicions yet about what Elijah really was.
What confused him, to be honest, was Freya’s relationship with Elijah. She was clearly alive, so she couldn't be his sister. She was very likely either a witch or a werewolf. At first, he had thought that she was working for Elijah and only played his sister, but their relationship and behaviour with each other were too familiar and too full of real affection and trust.
When Charlotte brought up the Daviss incident, Dan almost broke into a sweat. When he imagined what could have happened if it had been a vampire with a more volatile temperament, he felt sick.
He wasn't surprised that Chloe left the interrogation room to ensure Elijah’s safety. He could have told her it was unnecessary as the bail would definitely be granted, but how could he explain that to her?
As soon as Chloe left the room, Dan pushed away from the wall. “We don't have much time until she comes back. The room isn’t monitored, so we can talk freely.”
Dan quickly shared why he knew about the supernatural and why he no longer worked for the council. Then he related what Shelley had told him.
Elijah frowned thoughtfully before looking up at Dan. “This is important information. Why are you telling us this?”
“First, I know that you are innocent, at least as far as this murder is concerned.” Dan looked meaningfully at Elijah. “Second, I know there will be a lot of collateral damage if the council carries out its plan. My first duty is to the ordinary people of Los Angeles, not the council.” Dan looked angry. “Whatever they are planning, I don't think it's in the best interests of them. Third, I am not helping you for free, I want something in return.”
Freya started to speak, her expression annoyed, but Elijah raised his hand and she closed her mouth. In any case, Dan now knew who the spokesperson between the two of them was.
“You have already given us all the information we need”, said Elijah seriously. “What kind of compensation did you have in mind?”
Freya’s expression turned thoughtful and she leaned back in her chair.
“First, if somehow at all possible, I want Chloe to be kept in the dark about the existence of witches, vampires, and werewolves. She is the one who raises our daughter and it would destroy her innocence and thus that of my daughter if she found out about you”, Dan explained in a slightly desperate voice.
“A sensible request”, Elijah replied calmly. “I give you my word that I will continue my charade to be a human where Chloe is concerned, at least as long as the momentary circumstances don’t change.”
“And what if circumstances change?” Dan asked sarcastically.
Elijah shrugged and didn't answer.
“I'm afraid I'll have to be content with that. Second, I've heard enough about you guys that I know there will probably be a bunch of deaths in retaliation.” Dan fixated Elijah and Freya. “If at all possible, spare those among the vampires, witches and werewolves, but especially among the humans, who have nothing to do with the council’s plan.”
Elijah sighed and looked at Freya, who swayed her head sceptically. “That promise is honestly a little more difficult to give and to keep, at least as far as the supernatural races are concerned. Niklaus is on the warpath and as long as I'm in here my influence over him is limited. Depending on what he learns while I'm not there, my ability to exert control may be inadequate.” Elijah looked serious. “After a certain point even I can't bring Niklaus back to his senses anymore, but I'll do my best.”
Freya snorted and rolled her eyes. “Our little brother is a drama queen. And I join Elijah’s promise that I too will do my best to keep the death rate among the innocent as low as possible.”
Dan looked at her uncertainly. “Sorry, but how can you be a sister to the Originals? I know they are very old vampires and you are human.”
“It's a very complicated and long story”, Freya replied, smiling sadly. “But I'm really Elijah’s older sister.”
“At some point I definitely want to hear this story”, Charlotte joined the conversation for the first time; she had previously only listened attentively.
“I think when this is all over, we'll take the time to do it”, Freya replied and looked over at Elijah, who nodded in agreement.
“I'll hold you to your word”, said Charlotte and smiled, even if it wasn't a particularly nice one.
Elijah tilted his head. “Chloe is on her way back.”
With the timely warning, everyone had enough time to return to their previous positions and make an inconspicuous impression.
Chloe looked very pleased when she walked back into the room and sat back in the chair. “All done!”
“Thank you, Chloe”, said Elijah and smiled warmly at her. “I really appreciate it and will not forget, what you did for me.” He looked first at Chloe and then at Dan.
“Like me”, added Freya.
Chloe checked her watch. “Okay, this interrogation is over. If the judge grants your bail, I would still ask you not to leave town.”
Elijah smiled serenely. “Oh, I give you my word that I won't leave Los Angeles until proven innocent. It is very important for my reputation that the real culprits are exposed and then atone for their crime.”
Dan, who knew his ex-wife too well, saw the slight shudder she couldn't suppress. He knew that she didn't even know, why she was reacting this way. However, he could understand her and he knew why, because seeing that smile was absolutely chilling. And the dark promise in Elijah's voice made him feel a certain compassion for those it was meant for.
