Funny how I only just came across the post about Anniversary Read Along, I don't know if I'll be trying to catch up, especially as I still don't know if I'll be reading the original or the translation (there's a whole month left though). Oh well, doesn't matter, yet it's funny how I felt the call to finally pick it up at such a time (and as always just a bit later to be joining a group)

Also, I found my rough sketch of johnsquared christmas postcard I wanted to make back in 2021, maybe I'll finally finish it this time.

I realized that I haven't posted anything during finale, but maybe it's for the better, I haven't spoiled much for anyone willing to watch. Yet I must say.. I forgot how bittersween it is at the end.

But, while we're still at it, I can't stress enough, how pretty this show is, like, look at this:

Norrell is a prime "high int low wis" character. Summon a fay just to antagonize him, making assumptions on the deal, just.. Haven't you read a book or two on the subject?

The desire to Slap the living shit out of Norrell only grows in the meantime.

I hate how Childermass is everything I love in a fictional character. He even comes with his own set of tarot cards!

If you ask me why it takes me more than an hour to watch a 40 min episode, it's because Norrell exudes such social anxiety that I have to pause every second to not perish with him
