Been obsessed with this dude lately....

Tex is a prototype combat unit made to work in team environments, however his specific model was recalled due to an issue in the risk and reward system’s balancing that led to them becoming overwhelmed easily, and resorting to drastic self preservation, often at the expense of the rest of the unit. In short: they were cowards, and could not trust one another.

Tex is the only remaining unit from that phase in testing, and works for the criminal group who broke him out of cold storage. They don’t know he’s defective, and he chooses to keep it that way. He’ll keep playing his tendency to loose teams as simple bad luck for as long as he’s able.
