I'm tired, and I haven't watched fma 03 in years, so this might not make any sense.
Wrath is a prey animal. Not in a literal sense, but more of in a vibe kind of way. It's Just... when I think about him I tend to associate prey animals with him. I fear if I were to explain why people would find it ridiculous, but I feel like Wrath is one of those characters it's well with (when talking about my reasoning, which could include a lot of characters).
Even when he has predator animal qualities (I like to give the homunculi animal qualities) in my fanfics/au ideas, he tends to still be associated with a prey animal.
#homunculus chatter#fma#fma wrath#The animals I tend to go with in my fics/au ideas isn't even a predator that also gets prayed on#or even a prey species that is know for how dangerous it is#The animals that tend to be connected to him in my aus are rabbits and hares#which aren't even the type of prey animal I think of when talking about Wrath reminding me of one#Although when it comes to my aus that connect Wrath with rabbits/hares the most obvious ones give those animals more bite through fantasy#for instance the one where Wrath is an anthro jackalope#or the delicious in dungeon one where he is a chimera mixed with a dungeon rabbit#although I can't remember if they are prey animals or not#but you know they are still connected to regular rabbits#though the one where rabbits are connected to Wrath and they aren't some sort of fantasy creature#in that one they are always connected to his past#I don't know why and I might never know because that fic is a hot mess and I don't know if I want to fix it#honestly that fic is probably where the rabbit thing comes from since I tend to reuse elements I like in my stories#like the name Aiden for Wrath#I still use it in aus where it wont have the same level of connection that it does in the fic I first used it in#anyway you can ignore the rabbit thing if you'd like#as these tags are more like a separate yet somewhat connected post
