increased my upper body weights by roughly 10lbs again which is NUTS.
so now I’m at 40lb bicep curl, 50lb chest press, 20lb skull crushers, 40 fucking pound UPRIGHT ROW etc.
idk if I’ll be able to do that consistently but I fucking did it today
