Maintain and ensure accurate and reliable performance of Empower 3 application in accordance with established procedures to meet client and regulatory requirements

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Empower 3

Coordinate with Vendor (Waters) on complex problem resolutions, bug fixes, patches and upgrades.

Provide root cause analysis for recurring problems.

Perform application changes through change control process.

Coordinate and own IT Variances as needed.
