my new pet theory: the reason kravitz has a terrible Fantasy Cockney work accent is because when he first entered the raven queen’s service, he met the raven queen’s champion for the first time

and upon being faced with Vax’ildan “fantasy british” Vessar, ex-aspiring-bard and gay disaster kravitz accent-sponged so hard with his greeting that he just ran with it in a panic, and any attempts to course-correct the accent just made it worse until he gave up. that’s just his work voice now.
