This one is one of my favorites that I’ve made! (We’re actually starting to get into some of those as I’m almost caught up on my most recent works!). It was a very extensive process—I went through and drew each bishop individually, the lamb individually, and narinder individually. Made everything invisible, did the background and then arranged it all!

All in all, this is one of the pieces I sank the most time into, but I was so obsessed with it while making it that I had it finished in a few very long drawing days 🥰

Funny story about #adlock in 2021. I haven’t watched Sherlock since January, 2017 and eventually decided to re-watch again my two favourite episodes (The Great Game and ASIB). Then I found myself in the middle of the night starring on the very last minutes of ASIB feeling all intense emotions again. Unbelievable!

So I’ve spent the next few days on AO3 reading all Adlock. Of course, I forgot almost all works. All WIP’s were finished and long (mmm! 20+ chapters), so I almost haven’t eat, almost broken all my deadlines from work (God bless the fact I’m freelancer working from home). OMG that content brought me joy and life and everything in these dull covid-lockdown-days!

I would like to say that our favourite pairing is great. It lives, it gives emotions and hope.

Adlock is about hope, love, intelligence and respect. But most of all — love and hope.

We miss these feelings sometimes, especially these couple of years.

Thank you to all brilliant authors who write about this pairing and still reads work about Sherlock and Irene.

(Not)the end of my story is great. I became an author too. I started to write my fan fiction in July. Last weekend it hit 90 000 symbols and I decided to publish it. Adlock pushes the creativity like nothing else!

Я хочу сказать, что наш пейринг — великий. Он всё еще живёт, дарит эмоции и надежду. Адлок вообще о надежде, любви, умных людях и глубоком уважении. Но прежде всего, о любви и надежде. Которых нам так не хватает, особенно в эти уже пару лет.

Спасибо всем блестящим авторам, которые пишут об этом пейринге и все еще читают работы о Шерлоке и Ирэн. (Не)финал моей истории отличный. Я тоже стала автором. В июле я начала писать фанфикшн. there was this johnlock artist who used to make art of John and sherlock with rosie a lot and i believe they were east Asian? did they delete their acc? cause I swear I was following them.

I have my own art blog, @stephdrawsjohnlock, though it is my OTP art blog so there are other ships there too. I hope you like them.

My dear friend @chained-to-the-mirror has a some Johnlock as well, and is also a multi-fandom art blog. I love her to bits so give her art some love <3

I also love @reapersun and @navydream, both multi-fandom artists with several comics. There's another one that starts with a "c" on the tip of my tongue that I can't remember the name of. @anotherwellkeptsecret has a lot of Johnlock art and comics as well.

I feel bad when I am asked to suggest fanartists and fanfic writers because I always miss literally a tonne I love.

This WIP has picked back up!! Orig. Started back in MARCH ...💀I know?! A NEW CHAPTER has been posted (last night), replacing a DELETED chapter (also last night) that just was killing the VIBE. Fic is back on track, as originally intended. A lesson in NOT updating at midnight without referencing the 'gameplan' and previous notes.

See bad author? Don't be like bad author. Bad author has regrets.

Regrets are now gone. Let the angst ensue.
