sleeping helped but not much...
#[three of swords]#we are so avoidant its kind of like. untenable. retreating always. everything is so overwhelming. there's so much to do.#we keep stepping back but everywhere is crumbling. where is it safe anymore?? youre leaving destruction in your wake.#every step means you discover more and more that needs to be maintained... your old life and your new life. balancing one is hard enough#and now you want to keep both? you can't have your cake and eat it too. you're biting off more than you can chew. it tastes like guilt.#if you want to go back you have to fix it but thats why youre overwhelmed in the first place isn't it?#you just can't keep up anymore. you're stretching yourself thin. it's one or the other or your health. are you willing to sacrifice one?#doesn't matter i suppose. we. have to keep going.#we won't leave. we promised we'd stay. there's people we love in both lives. so we'll try to keep all the plates in the air.#...off to the store now.
