One of the biggest political culture shocks I get with US politics is when they talk about donations and money flowing as a key thing in politics like if the candidate with most money wins "Biden's campaign has raised 80 million dollars in Pennsilvania" okay, are people gonna vote for him or not? Do the dollars vote?
