IRIS - Progress Sneak Peek [2]

I finished the Outline! Five versions and the final one is nearly 7k words (oh ho, oh no). Now, onto the 1st Draft! I am planning five-six drafts. Previous Progress Sneak Peek.

IRIS' L. is the placeholder title for a future book: a portal fantasy, whimsical story with teen drama, mystery, venturing and body horror. It is part of the Creation And Destruction (Standalone) Tetralogy, a BAD TOKENS story.

Well, it's been fun while it lasted, but unfortunately, my production speed is likely going to take a big hit.

I've had the last week off for Thanksgiving that allowed me to work long periods on art and writing, and keep ahead of the game. But now, on top of returning to work and having other things to do... as of tomorrows post, I'm entering strictly comic territory. For which I've drawn nothing. XD

I'll still strive to do it as quick as possible (within healthy and comfortable means, don't worry) as I really want to reach That Certain Point by Christmas.

Thank you so, so much for the ask! Yes, they do have favorites! I'll answer with ocs that come at the top of my head:

Andria - Cabbage Rolls because it makes her feel at home Olive - Lava Cake (technically not a food but she has no other strong likes) because the overwhelming sweet taste excites her Sam - Pancakes (with tomato sauce) because he just likes it Iris - Quesadilla because it makes her stop thinking for a second
