so rereading chapter 1- it really sticks out to me how close tigris and coryo seem. like, he does seem to really care about tigris and she very clearly would do anything for him.

when do you (as the tigris stan) think their relationship started falling apart? and when do you think it was completely over?

i can’t help but think even in mockingjay when she seemed to hate coriolanus, there was probably a small part of her that mourned for coryo- the boy she loved.

ok honestly. I don’t know. i think it might be later than people think? bc I think rising to power as head gamemaker and then as president takes a lot of time and I can see her maybe? seeing her cousin as not fully responsible for his own actions, a cog in a machine that is designed to foster detachment and cruelty. like it’s clear that she only sees the best in him. when he kills the tribute and rocks up at home and tigris says that he must have been made to do something terrible bc her cousin wouldn’t hurt a fly is very telling i think! I love tigris bc she is clearly such a complex and flawed character herself! She cannot see what is right in front of her. Partly bc it’s clear coriolanus is a master manipulator in a way but also bc. that’s literally her baby brother.

And ur right, tigris seems to be one of the only people coriolanus seems to genuinely deeply love! when he asks her about the clothes for no other reason than he knows she likes to talk about them :( and I love that they tell each other everything and that they have little jokes together abt the elevator and abt how coriolanus can’t sing like that feels so real I hate it

anyway tigris i love u no one understands u like I do. I hate that ppl don’t seem to see how funny and slightly chaotic she is, how extremely clever she seems to be, as well as how extensively she seems to be suffering. like she is on the verge of a mental breakdown throughout tbosas I feel. Once I jokingly posted that coriolanus might try to get her institutionalised and like. I can actually kinda see something like that happening?? or maybe he’ll wake up one morning aged 45 and will have unlocked a crisp memory of tigris chomping the maids leg who knows

Well Carver and Carter are technically twins, Carter being a clone of him, They both have respective issues with eachother, Carver framed him for treason, Carters stuck in a timeloop, Its all good! Jackie dissented from Simon's A.A.H.W branch, Jackie thinks Simon's silly, Simon wants her to die horribly, Obviously theyre best friends (lie) Maria, Carver and Carter all worked in the same vicinity, they're mostly strangers however Carter and Maria meet through ANOTHER player character who belongs to my friend! (Carter likes to hop timelines using magiturge abilities to try to prevent people from Committing Enmeshing the Mandatus, he has NEVER succeeded)

All of my oc's live in the same continuity! which is built on a shared au with a bunch of my friends! so ALOT of them have met in passing, but ultimately have more connections with my friends oc's! It's fun! I love bouncing ideas off of others!!

It should’ve been a summoning just like any other. Just another ghoul to help around the ministry as it continues to grow. It’s routine for Copia now, the incense, the chants, the glittering robes. The summoning circle glows brightly, the scent of sulphur permeating into the room. A blackened clawed hand appears to scrabble at the edge of the circle, a demon attempting to claw its way back to the surface. Aether gasps behind him, eyes glowing brighter through the goggles of his mask. A quintessence then. Good, that is what the Papa had been aiming for. And then Cumulus gasps too, glowing bright like Aether. Copia cocks his head as he watches. A multi, quint and air. Interesting.

A pair of tall golden tipped horns emerges, followed by pitch black hair streaked with stark white. Copia can’t help the slight smile his lips shift into. Phantom had emerged in much of the same way. The ghoul cries out, more dark grey skin revealing itself as the creature pulls itself from the pit. At long last, and with one final cry, they slump to the floor, chest heaving as they try to catch their breath. Copia simply waits, not wanting to rush them. The heart-shaped tip of their tail thrashes, long ears pinned back against their head. The tips of their ears appear to be feathery, as is their tail, and the long claws digging into the floor are gold.

The Papa steps forward, robes swishing as he moves to stand in front of them. He’s already opened his mouth, preparing to launch into the long standard speech he usually gives. The words die in Copia’s throat when the ghoul looks up, mismatched green and white eyes meeting his own. Finally he’s able to rasp out a single word, heart jumping into his throat and mind going blank.

“Papa?….”
