I've been fortunate enough to have plenty of comic work to do lately! Here's my desk as I work on pencils for Stonewood Mountains today. Prior to this stage I have done two lots of roughs and have revised my latest set after rough letters were laid in. I'm working on thin layout paper so I can work from the shapes I can see or turn on my lightbox to more closely follow the roughs. I've got How to Think When You Draw volume 2 plus Pinterest open for reference. And my character sheets sort of where I can see them. This is quite organised for me!                                                         ANIMATIC

During the spring break I decided to focus on developing the animatic. The last uploaded one was a dummy version, sketched. I wanted the final piece to adress the theme that I chose. I wanted to emphasise the beauty and importance of nature. The man just before death sees reality in a more vast way. The timing seems to be imaginary. I used watercolor, guache, color pencil to show the characteristics of nature which is gentile, sensitive and essential.

Meer vrouwen, minder bonus in top bij bedrijf

This article is about the fact that the Netherlands has enshrined certain goals within the law, but we have not accomplished them yet. These goals where aiming for more diversity in sex, expertise, age and background within the higher functions of our business world. One of the most important changes within those companies should have been the diversity in sex, in which woman will be more powerful within companies. Unfortunately they did not reach the goal of 30%,but only 7% of all the heads of the companies became woman

For me this is a super interesting topic. Not only because I’m aiming for equal rights between woman and men, but I also think that woman have another view on certain things. I’m really curious to see how woman can have an influence within a company, by there perspective. I often feel like men are more in charge (more powerful and more intimidating), but I also noticed that woman are more aware of small things, like organization, and that contrast can make a big difference as well.  By reaching the goal of 30%, we should be able to see a development within the workingmethod of a company and by that we can conclude how woman and men effect the business world by using there own qualities.
