I don't think about my OCD Creek HCS enough. Similar to your thing with his PTSD, I think that Meditation starts as a healthy coping mechanism. Because it is! Especially before everything it keeps him cool and level headed and regulate his emotions when small things annoy him. But after the events of the movie I think he'd rely too heavily on this and it becomes a compulsion to go and meditate whenever he's even a little uncomfortable with a situation. It's escapism and keeps him from addressing his issues, and he rarely actually meditates. It usually turns into him sitting and ruminating on everything wrong and how "it's either not his fault at all and everyone else is wrong forever!" Or "everything is my fault and I'm going to die and everyone hates me". Turning a once good healthy coping mechanism into one that's ultimately more harmful for him.

We really need more "things that once brought Creek joy and peace no longer do so or are unhealthy after the events of the movie" headcanons they're so incredibly tasty, the fact that he's lost everything even when it comes to small things like his hobbies, i can definitely see a scenario where someone points out to him that his "meditating" is becoming unhealthy only for him to lash out or attempt to dodge the conversation and change the subject because it's one of the few things he still has from his old life, and now you want to take that away too ???

In my headcanon he's slowly pushed away from his old hobbies because he just can't do them anymore or not as well as he used to and it upsets him horribly, he can't do yoga because his body aches and shakes, he can't medidate because the moment he's alone with his thoughts every possible negative one washes over him at once, he's not allowed to have anything that brings an ounce of normalcy back to his life and it makes him want to tear his hair out

Putting this guy through an actual living hell (and i'm giggling and kicking my feet as i do so 🫶)
