idk, it just makes me feel upset that the only real criticism I receive on my art literally just boils down to

"this trans character makes me uncomfortable because they're presenting their gender identity in a way that I don't understand, you should draw them more conforming so my brain can understand it"

I get it in a way, I used to feel weird about seeing trans men with breasts you'd be surprised, but I realized I felt uncomfortable because not only did I not understand it but also because I had similar repressed feelings towards that gender expression. I do understand people's dysphoria clouding how they view things along with being depicted harmfully by transphobic people-

but some folks, women, guys, anyone, present in many different ways you won't understand especially if they're transgender. and that's ok and should be accepted and respected too.
