Welcome tale lore I guess lol

1. Gaster and Holmes create Wally who is a human monster hybrid.

2. Gaster has a god complex and treats Wally poorly, while Holmes becomes attached to him.

3. Holmes takes Wally and goes into hiding to protect him as rumors of a monster human hybrid spread, leading to conflict between humans and monsters, ultimately resulting in a war.

4. Gaster finds Holmes and Wally, attempting to kill Holmes but ultimately failing. In the process, Holmes' soul becomes attached to their house, transforming him into Home. (Also Gaster got banished to the void or whatever he’s stuck in between dimensions like the loser he is)

5. Home creates a pocket dimension to protect Wally and the neighbors, who live in an orphanage/school led by Poppy.

6. The pocket dimension keeps them safe for many years (400 years outside, but only 8 years inside).

7. Gaster figures out how to interact through dreams and uses this ability to kidnap Wally and bring him to the underground (Mt. Ebott).

8. Home tries to retrieve Wally but accidentally grabs Frisk (Gaster definitely had something to do with it lol). The process took a lot of Home’s power, so they are left weakened and unable to send Frisk back, leaving Frisk stuck in the pocket dimension with Chara, visible only to Frisk and Home.

9. In the pocket dimension, Frisk befriends the Neighbors, while Wally befriends the monsters in the underground.

10. The plot revolves around Frisk's attempts to find a way to close Home's pocket dimension to leave and break the barrier for the monsters in the underground. Meanwhile, Wally tries to escape Gaster's clutches and reunite with his friends.

I know the war is supposed to be like 1000 years before Frisk falls into the underground but in this au it’s only like 400

Also I was originally gonna post the whole prelude to the story in one part but it was taking too long lol so I had to split it up
