Hey Tumbler I'm back!!!!!

So update on the skillet situation. (The link to the first post will be at the bottom) My parents have come to the kitchen to help. But there is a 50/50 chance the skillet is fucked up. So as me and my mom are trying to search the internet for answers my father, my amazing father, took it upon himself to fix the situation. He took the skillet and used the scraper tool was have in the kitchen and scraped a good amount of egg off. He then turns the spigot to the other side of the sink and let the water get so hot all I could see was steam coming up. He filled the skillet with water, dumped it, refilled it, dumped it and then filled it again and said to let it sit. Now I don't know if that was the right thing to do but it's a start I guess.

Hey Tumbler so I need help.

My mom recently acquired a pair of black cast iron skillets and has decided to use one to make eggs. Now I didn't see the problem with her making eggs in the skillet, but she made a mistake. She forgot to add milk, butter, or anything that would keep the eggs from sticking to the skillet. So now I've been tasked with cleaning it. I don't know how to properly clean a cast iron skillet without fucking it up more. I would appreciate it if someone gave me advice on how to get the eggs unstuck from the skillet.

Sometimes, I forget how weird the fandom I’m in can be.

I was reading a Danny Phantom fanfiction, and in the authors note it had a warning which basically said

“warning for typical fanon vivisection”

That just made me have to pause and think, yeah we do have a typical vivisection. It makes sense in our fandom, but also strange that we have one.
