your ears perk up when you hear the door being unlocked by none other than your girlfriend juju watkins. she was coming back from what had been the longest she’s been away and you were itching to see her.

you sit all the way up when the door opens and juju walks in, giving you a tired smile. you waste no time getting to her to shower her in kisses, literally. you gave sloppy, aquaphor wrapped kisses all over her face before finally placing your lips on hers. she chuckles, “i missed you too baby.” “did you eat? shower?” you questioned as you begin to take her bags away. she nods and yawns.

usually she would argue with you, saying you’re too pretty to carry heavy bags and that she’s got you, but she was too tired to protest. she does, however, notice your books all over the couch, you had an exam tomorrow. she grabs your shoulders to stop what you were doing. “what did i say about waiting up for me ma? i know you’re worried about me, but i’m ok i promise, let’s just go to sleep ok beautiful?” wow, everything she says just makes your heart smile. “you’re right i’m sorry.” “don’t be sorry,” she pecks your lips, “go upstairs i’ll be there in a minute.”

you gather your books and go upstairs as juju brings in the rest of her luggage. as soon as you make contact with your bed, you're out cold.

“baby i got us matching…" she starts, shutting up when she sees you asleep. she changes out of her clothes and joins you in bed. you subconsciously lean in closer as she wraps her arms around you. you reallyy missed her. her scent, her touch, her attention, everything. you felt safe. she was home and would never have to leave for that long again. well, until the tournament.

juju's love is slow and soft and you realize how difficult it was for you to relax without her. you’re falling, hard. and you wouldn’t want it any other way.
