was talking to my gf about my fear of dying young for being trans and my mom putting my deadname on my gravestone, and she said "i hope that never happens, but if it does, i will carve your name into your grave myself if i have to." and i think theres something extremely raw about that sentiment and trans community in general. you can kill only our bodies, but you cant kill transsexuality
It鈥檚 important to realize that platonic love can sometimes seem a lot like romantic love.
It can make your heart pound and your stomach flutter. It can make you nervous to act upon it. It can be just as full of meaning and desire as any relationship, and it can be confusing at times, but that鈥檚 alright.
I realize that's what's missing from "queer" gear these days.
The absolute pride in being a God damned freak. In being something society saw as wrong.
It's all uwu you're valid and society should accept you
Like no fuck your society. Your society is bullshit and relies on oppression to create its "norms". I don't want societal norms expanded to include me. I want to blow those structures the fuck up
You're just a mammal. Let yourself act like it. Your brain needs enrichment. Your body needs rest. You feel hunger and grow hair. You need to pack bond with other sentient things so you don't become unsocialized and neurotic. You are biologically inclined to seek dopamine and become sick when chronically stressed. "Hedonism" is made up to place moral value on taking pleasure in sensory experiences. I am telling you that if you don't let yourself be a fucking mammal, as you were made, you will suffer and go insane. No grindset no diets no trying to be above your drive for connection. Pursue what makes you feel good and practice radial rejection of the constructs meant to turn you into a machine. You're a mammal.
You know maybe amatonormativity exists but it's hard to say that when I'm 90% sure gay people were not being encouraged to seek out relationships by the wider culture until maybe 2005-ish
