Aang vs Lok villains
Okay let's take the lok villans from the start:
Tumblr media
•First we had Amon who was the first or the second strongest bloodbender of all time
Aang wouldn't have any problem with him at all since he beat his father Yakone in like 2 minutes and I'm sure that Aang could beat him way before than the age of 40 considering that you can't be at your peak at that age especially Aang who died at 66 and so that means he definitely had some problems after his 35 or something
Tumblr media
•Later on we have Unalaq. The "dark" avatar i think everyone can understand that Aang would have the easiest time with him especially with the avatar state.I pretty sure Aang can beat him without the avatar state cause he's perfect at avoiding attacks but even if he couldn't beat him like that there is no way he couldn't beat him in the avatar state..i mean we've all seen that when Aang enters the avatar state it's game over he is the strongest avatar and even from the comics we can see that no one can stand a chance against him
Tumblr media
•His most difficult battle would be against the red lotus. Let's split up some things.Aang vs Zaheer even with only airbending Aang would destroy Zaheer consideing he got destroyed from Tenzin in lok.Now if you combine all the red lotus members Aang would have had a difficult time against all of them..I can't tell for sure if he would have been able to beat them but i believe in the end he would have to use the avatar state in order to do so and once again when it comes to that part it's game over again...he immediately has impenetrable defence and that's the only thing you need to know
Tumblr media
•Lastly we have Kuvira..A perfect earthbender and metalbender...Kuvira looks super strong but I don't think Aang would have any problem with her bc as i mentioned before he is perfect at avoiding attacks.Kuvira wouldn't be able to touch him and so Aang would have eventually beat her without breaking a sweat.I also believe that Lin Tenzin and Toph could beat her as well Lin cause she is Lin Toph cause she is Toph i mean you saw that episode when she beat a whole army and Kuvira just looked at her without doing anything (that was also a sign of respect for me) and Tenzin would win cause of his airbending skills I don't have to explain it again

Can we appreciate the fact that Katara and Aang triggered their most powerful state in order to protect their loved one's
Katara instantly learns bloodbending in order to save her man and her brother and Aang goes into the avatar state right after he thought he lost Katara
They both reach that state again for the same reason•justice closure and revenge but in the end they both spare those who hurt their family or so they thought at least(in Katara's case)it shows how far she is willing to go for her mother
Katara chooses in the end to spare the true murdered bc this is not herself she wouldn't gain anything by doing that
Aang does the same he stayed true to his beliefs to himself and to his people•They both shape their own destiny their way

Energy bending
Tumblr media
Have you ever wondered why Aang was the first avatar who had the ability to bend energy?Well it's not something that simple
•We saw Aang meditating before the finale in ember island. He wasn't just trying to calm down or something...he was trying to communicate with the cosic energy of the universe basically he was asking for help from something beyond an avatar probably a lion turtle (in the library back in s2 he saw a picture of a lion turtle•it's possible that he read something that tried to trigger that moment bc when he saw the lion turtle he immediately asked for help after he recognized what it was and what probably can do
•However the lion turtle did came to help him but it didn't reveal itself yet...it had 2 goals before that•the first thing had to do with Aang's choice...Aang even tho he wasn't so sure of his final decision he had to choose in the end
•He asked for help from his previous lives in order to help him decide•even tho some of them told him that he had to create his own destiny with his actions (Kuruk) and some others told him to kill (Yangchen) he wasn't satisfied bc he was looking for a peaceful answer that wouldn't sacrifice his own spiritual needs and basically his airbending culture as the last airbender
•The second goal he had was to find the lion turtle...the lion turtle wouldn't reveal itself that easily•Aang had to look for it as a last resource•Aang indeed found the lion turtle and as soon as he realized what it was he immediately asked for a better solution
•The lion turtle then described to him that only the true heart and the true mind can overcome basically anything without being lost (that is Aang) and so it gave Aang the ability to energy bend
•BUT it wasn't over yet... remember Aang had to fight Ozai and his power test wasn't finished yet•He got tested once again when he had the opportunity to kill Ozai with lightning• he chose not to but once again the test wasn't over he could kill him again when he was in the avatar state and he actually was about to do it but in the last second he remembered why he was fighting•why he is an airbender•why he told Katara that violence and killing was never the answer
•Those final decisions made Aang's spirit even stronger and thus he could surpass anyone's energy (remember the lion turtle told Aang that to bend someone's energy his spirit must be unbendable) and Aang's spirit was tested from the beginning and everything got decided from his actions throughout the series
•Thats how Aang got the ability to bend energy and basically master it from the beginning and so he had the ability to take anyone's bending bc his heart is the most purest thing that ever existed in the world

Isn't it funny that Aang and Iroh are so similar and still ppl prefer to say that their favorite characters are Iroh and Zuko but they don't like Aang...
•Has anyone else ever thought that these two characters died when they "learned the truth" Aang's soul died when he saw Gyatso's skeleton and Iroh's soul died when he saw his dead son...and from this moment and on they changed...they evolved as characters
•These two are the most chill ppl in the show and yet the strongest of them all (Iroh in his prime tho)
•They always look out for the others ignoring the consequences for themselves
•They always try to find ways to have some fun and they are always so kind and sweet among others
•Iroh completely understood Aang when the last told him that he choose love over power and he even called him pretty wise for taking this decision that could effect the whole world
•These two and mostly Iroh ofc were the reason for Zuko's turn around they were the first ppl who believed in him including Ursa obviously
•And last...Aang and Iroh seem to be a little bit goofy sometimes (mostly Aang)but this is just their way to remain true humans...they love expressing their feelings and not to mention that if they get mad it's game over for everyone no matter what
And yes after everything i said ppl dislike Aang and call him boring and from the other hand they find Zuko's character so much more interesting...yes the guy that made the most stupid and foolish decisions for 2.5 seasons (no hate to Zuko tho) i love his character development and him as a character but he is so overrated and Aang from the other hand gets so much hate for no reason and I can't accept that when literally one of people's fave characters is Iroh

The last couple of days I've been thinking about Gyatso's life after Aang left...imagine the pain and the guilt he felt for that knowing that his "son" left without telling him and without knowing where he might be
•Before Gyatso realizes that Aang is gone he said "Aang, I'm not going to let them take you away from me" does that mean that he had a plan for the two of them?cuz I don't think that the other airbending masters would have helped since they decided that they should be separated
•Maybe Gyatso wanted Aang to meet Guru Pathik in order to master the avatar state and protect the air nomads...who knows
•But imagine for a minute Gyatso's last day...the day when Sozin attached and killed all the air nomads...he definitely had faith in Aang that he would return or something but in the other hand I'm sure he didn't want that bc he would have probably died among all the other air benders
•From the other hand now... I'm sure that the fire nation had no idea that Aang had abandoned them...they probably believed that they were hiding him in order to protect him and since the air nomads was a nation that used to travel all the world for different reasons (expect ba sing se) they definitely used to go to the fire nation (Aang also had a best friend there named Kuzon) and so the fire nation might knew the connection between Aang and Gyatso and before Gyatso died there might have been a similar conversation/interrogation about Aang just like the one that Katara's mom Kya had about her daughter so Gyatso was "sacrificed" in much the same way as Katara's mom...he was essentially sacrificed to protect his "son" besides even if he knew where Aang was there was no way he was going to tell them so i believe that it makes a great parallel between Kya and Gyatso about Katara and Aang respectively

So i wanted to talk about a theory about Toph
As we all know Toph learned alone how to earthbend -metalbend...the ability to sence if someone's lying from their heartbeat and most impressively the ability to see through the vibrations in the ground
Now...have you ever thought that she gained these abilities in order to firstly survive and secondly to live?LET ME EXPLAIN
•Toph learned how to earthbend and how to see through the vibrations in the ground in order to find a way out of the cave but not only for that...she wanted to live a normal life...get friends and most importantly be loved from her family...the ppl that believed even after they found out about her true self that she was so weak... that's also the reason she hadn't mentioned it bc she knew they're reaction and she was right in the end
•She invented metalbending...yeah she invented something that was considered impossible in order to get out from that metal box...i mean there was no way out of there and she knew that no-one can metalbend but she was like...i have to find a way...so what if i can learn that as well i mean metal is made from earth and BOOM the first ever and greatest metalbender so far
•And last but not least the most heartbreaking theory of mine...did Toph gain the ability to find out if someone's lying in order to know the truth?and by that i mean that for example her parents believed that she was hopeless weak and many more things...these things obviously made her sad but in order to know if they do indeed believe that she eventually learned how to do that as well...BUT seriously take a minute and think... everyone that had contact with her until Aang and the gaang arrived believed the same things...imagine how devastating that was for Toph and she really needed to know they're true thoughts...she was hoping that they were lying...
**Oh and i wanna mention the fact that when Toph showed up in LOK and Kuvira saw her she didn't do anything she just looked at her that was so much respectful she was like "i may wanna kill everyone but not her after everything she's done"

Okay here me out...a lot of ppl think that the blue spirit with the painted lady is a great combination BUT for me we have to include two more ppl in this factor that will definitely change your final decision—> Kuzon and The blind bandit
•The blue spirit: he is considered to be a very mysterious character who, however, aims at personal interest by stealing from others... however he is a really strong character and you don't want to fight him
•The painted lady from the other side is an interested concept that includes a lady/spirit who can fight like a badass and at the same time can heal ppl...you definitely don't want to do something bad to others cause then it's GAME OVER
•Kuzon seems to be the chill and cool person that everyone wants to hang out with...he can win all the girls and at the same time he can be the most badass person you'll ever meet in your life...he cares so much about the others and he is willing to make you a clown if you try to hurt him not to mention that he is an incredible dancer
•The blind bandit:she is the girl that you'll definitely underestimate her at the beginning but you'll regret it right away...she is capable of destroying everybody that gets in her path *except from an airbender boy...you don't know him*Moreover the blind bandit seems to be fighting for her personal joy and she also refuses to loose
After that being said the perfect duos are:
•Blue spirit~ The blind bandit
They have the same characteristics both working for themselves and a possible combination of these two would give us an unstoppable duo that learns to fight for the others as well leaving behind their selfishness and giving a shot for a possible love concept
•The painted lady~Kuzon
They also have the same characteristics and they generally fight for the sake of the world...a possible fusion of these two would make the most unstoppable duo you'll ever see and not to mention that such a charismatic duo would lead them to fall in love while they're dancing in caves forests and mountains

You know one reason that makes me love Aang is that he always believes in a everybody and gives multiple changes to all of them he just wants to have fun and be a normal kid and he also wants to be loved by others...you know•in this episode Aang deeply inside his heart knows that Zuko saved him in order to capture him but despite all of that Aang wants to give him a chance...he is trying to change him•make him a better person and he tries to do that by telling the story of his old friend Kuzon who was from the fire nation meaning that the people don't have to be the same or have the same beliefs and motives in order to be friends but despite that Zuko prefers to stick to his fake destined world...Aang was the first one after Iroh who saw good inside Zuko•he saw his potential...and you know what even if he hadn't he would still try to change him•make him a better person• make him a friend...and I'm not even going to mention the bunk bed•the photos speak for themselves

I think it's time for me to talk about Aang as a father...In the lok the creators made Aang look intentionally or accidentally a bad father
So my opinion on this is completely opposite cause:
•That specific Aang has nothing to do with the one we met in atla•the one who cares about everyone even if they're the enemy...the one that always makes the others feel good and even more tries to entertain them one way or another
•There is no way Aang was a bad father the only thing is that Kya and Bumi certainly misunderstood some things... first of all imagine being Aang and Katara's kid and not being an airbender... how would you feel about that? You feel like you don't belong here•you feel like you don't represent your father's identity and as a result you feel completely alone and sad and that's making you blame the others for that (Aang in this case)
•I mean imagine all the criticism from the world they'll be like "hey avatar Aang has 3 kids and only one is an airbender" the others are the one's who transfer the pressure to the kids...That can be explained when Bumi and Kya arrive at the air temple once the air acolyte learns that they are not airbenders she is like "I'm so sorry" the whole world is the problem here not that Aang was a bad father
•Next up we have the trips... obviously Aang had to spend more time with Tenzin to pass on his legacy and make him a master which btw that would take over 12 years cause Aang was the only one in the history of airbending that had become a master at that age...Bumi from the other side would spend more time with Sokka cause they are so similar and Sokka could teach him that being a non bender isn't a bad thing after all...Last with have Kya...she would spend more time with Katara so she can master waterbending and learn how to heal BUT this doesn't mean that Aang and Katara's family weren't going on a vacation together or that Aang wasn't paying attention to any of them
•For sure Kya and Bumi couldn't spend as much time as Tenzin had with Aang but come on guys he is the avatar....BUT however if you didn't notice Aang once told Toph that he wouldn't get involved in Yakone's case if it wasn't that necessary... that means that Aang wasn't all the time busy•he was spending as much time as he could with his family
•The fact that Kya was a lesbian could easily affect her on the way she sees some things i mean again think about the criticism from others imagine how that would make her feel and even tho Aang was the first one who supported her decision and tried to make her be proud for her sexuality she was kind of shocked and poisoned by the public opinion of others and so she couldn't see that Aang was on her side all along
•Did you ever see Katara saying anything bad for Aang being a father? She is not one of those ppl who tend to hide her feelings...so I don't think he was a bad father after all
•And let's be realistic would Katara ever let Aang be a bad father?Even tho she loves him more than anything that would never be possible
•I'm a 100% sure that Aang loved all of he's kids equally and after he's death I'm sure that he never left them... his spirit was always with them protecting them and being proud of what they've become
•Even they admitted that they were a good happy family when Kya showed them their family picture
•And to clear things up i know Aang wasn't the perfect dad no one can be it's impossible cause every kid has different expectacions but I'm sure he was a really really good dad who loved to hang out with he's family make them laugh and make them feel that they are the reason he had become the man he is right now

So i wanted to analyse this scene when Katara basically told Zuko that she is going to kill him if he ever tries to hurt Aang cause i believe it has a lot of backstory around it and let's forget for a moment that Zuko was the villain for almost 3 seasons...so why Katara cares so much about Aang's safety?
•Katara knew from the beginning that Aang's ppl were killed by the fire nation just like her mother and she even saw Aang suffering after he found out that he was the last of he's ppl
•Katara was the only one that learned how Aang disappeared-how much the monks were pressuring him except from Gyatso and how much his friends didn't give a f$ck for him after they found out that he was the avatar
•Katara throught the show saw Aang blaming himself for all of the pain and suffering throughout the 100year war imagine how much gilt he was hiding inside that diamond personality-heart
•Even Katara and Sokka hurt Aang without wanting it when they decided to leave him alone when they found out that he was hiding the map that was supposed to get them to their father(even tho Aang made a mistake it was kind of selfish from Sokka cause Aang had that paper for like 8 hours so what's the big deal he gave it back but...whatever 😂)
•Imagine how much pain Aang felt when he burnt the most loving person in he's life and how much she felt for he's pain for that mistake
•After that Katara saw Aang's fear for the second time when he saw a bunch of strangers using one of the air temple's as a new home and not only that he also saw them disrespecting he's culture and the history of he's ppl (without taking into consideration the ending of the relationship with those ppl)cause before accepting them in the temple he obviously hurt a lot
•Katara saw Aang getting hurt after that earth kingdom idiot tried to kill Katara in orde to trigger the avatar state
•She saw Aang's best friend and last survivor from the past being held in a metal box and he immediately tried to get him out of there
•Then she whitenessed Aang's biggest break down so far in the series when the sandbenders stole Appa...just imagine yourself left with only one last friend of your ppl-nation and in one moment this friend is gone and the only thing you do is try to outbreak the pain you feel for it... that moment made Aang go into the avatar state and who was there to calm him down?..Katara... Katara is the one that deeply understands he's suffering and tries to make him feel better
•Moving on we see Aang being through a metamorphosis (almost) after all of that...we see him being cruel with others rejecting Katara (think how difficult that would be for happy Aang) it makes you realize that he had crossed the line and we all saw how much happy Katara was after he went overcomed it and after the "it reminded how i feel about Appa and gow i feel about you"
•Later on we move to the new enemies that he had to face (the dai li) who were the second one who basically stole Appa and tried to blackmail Aang and the gang
•Moving on into season 3 we see Aang blaming himself once again after he failed in the battle in ba sing se and we see how Katara suffered in the battle after Aang's death...in the awakening Aang tries to leave from the ship after all he's been through but Katara is just so into him she cares so much for Aang more than ever...after she experienced Aang's death she immediately tried to reveal more of her feelings...in the whole episode Katara is crying about Aang and her father and in the end of the episode during Katara and Aang's hug and the look after that they convey the feeling to us as well
•Next up we have all of the enemies that tried to hurt Aang (fire nation soldiers, Azula,Dai li,Long Feng, sparky sparky boom man,Zhao,Jet and even those who blamed him for the 100year war
•Katara see's Aang having trouble sleeping throughout the whole show and even more several days before the day of the black sun when Aang didn't only have trouble at sleeping but he also had a lot of stress and fear about what was going to happen that crucial day
•And last Katara tries to comfort Aang after they failed in the day of black sun she had just seen Aang crying for that and without that being enough she had to say goodbye to her father as well
And so these are the most important reasons that made Katara threaten Zuko and the answers that explains why she cares so much about him
That's what i call LOVE

This post is for those who think that Aang an immature stupid kid
•Let me clear that the age is the only proof for calling him that but does it really matter?I mean he was 12 but he saved the world do you think a kid can do that?I don't think so...
•Some of you really find him stupid...BUT... who was the one that figured a plan to get Haru and the other prisoners out?who was the one that immediately found medicine for his friends when they were sick?who thought about the sky fight against the fire nation on the air temple?who completed the plan for destroying the drill in ba sing se?(the first original plan was made by Sokka) these are some of the examples that show that Aang is really smart
•Some ppl in the first episode of the 3rd season were pissed with Aang's behaviour and later on the episode when he run away ppl were like "what an idiot what is he doing?"can you understand that Aang a 12year old boy...he is the only hope for this world?imagine he's feelings when Sokka told him that the world thinks he's dead...he feels responsible bc he is letting the world down...and he needed a moment for himself in the end of the episode to understand that he can't and he won't give up
•They call him immature and that he can't respect Katara's feelings in the southern raiders episode but wtf is wrong with you?Katara told Aang that he wouldn't understand her pain...we all know that Aang is the one that has suffered more in he's life than anyone else but he never blamed her...instead he gave her an advise that only few ppl are capable on performing it
•In the comics Toph is disrespecting kind of Aang's feelings and beliefs of he's culture but he never said anything bad to her he even apologizes for their intention between them that's i high level of maturity and pure heart
•Same thing is happening with Zuko in the souther raider's when Zuko told him after Aang's advise to Katara that this is the real world and after that he said "we'll be make sure to do that guru goody goody"for me at least that's disrespectful against Aang and he's beliefs but Aang never said anything he even let them take appa...i don't think any of you could do the same think no one has the guts in this world to give this kind of advise accept the criticism and the disrespect and still be that kind
•Want more?what about after Roku's and Sozins story Aang said that anyone from the the fire nation is capable of good and evil and all of them despite who they are need to be given a chance and he does exactly that thing with Ozai
•And seriously who would create he's own destiny like Aang did when all of he's friend's and the past avatars told him to kill Ozai...he stayed true to he's beliefs and he's culture he found he's own way to end the war peacefully...still think he is an immature kid?
•I really wanna punch someone when they say that he is always playing and he is never serious and all of that... seriously what's wrong with that?to bring the best out of you you need to be perfect in everything Aang is like Iroh he always tries to have fun and be chill bc they both don't want to poison their energy and fill up with negative energy their thoughts...you need to be more afraid in your life the ones that don't seem like a serious threat... don't tell me you don't feel they are unstoppable when these two are serious and especially mad
•And last...ppl think that Aang is an immature kid bc he doesn't want to be the avatar but let me inform you the one's that don't want to become someone else end up being the best in their job bc they have the self knowledge to understand the difficulties and the pressure's that come with it and that's why Aang in the end becomes the greatest avatar of all time...if you still think he is a stupid immature kid you don't deserve he's respect

Kataang💦💨and Zutara💦🔥
Let's start from the beginning...Katara finds a unknown kid in the middle of nowhere and immediately she trusts him...Aang offers to take them back to their village...the next day Katara says to her Gran Gran that he is special and he is full of wisdom which is true but at that point he was flexing more of he's games/joyful self and so that reminded Katara what it is to spend quality time with friends and laugh after so many years•after they left from the ship Aang took the blame about the flare•then Sokka forced him to leave making Katara wanna leave with him and dump her family•However Aang choose to leave alone bc he didn't want to get between her and her family...after some time Aang returns to protect her family and surrenders in order to save ppl that he had just met and while Aang was going into the ship Katara started crying bc she was afraid that he'll lose him (the only person who trusted her•offered to take her to the other side of the world and made her enjoy life so much) and after all of that Katara is ready to do the same thing for him and after some time they escape from the ship on appa...all of these things happened in only 2 days from their first moment they share an unbreakable bond...
During the show
Katara is always looking after Aang not only to protect him but to check if he's okay if he's happy if something bothers him
Aang does the same thing for her he puts her above anything else and don't get me wrong we all know Katara is doing it as well
Katara taught Aang how to waterbend and in the same episode Aang is trying to help her with some moves even tho at the beginning she was a little bit jealous bc the bending came really easy on him but despite all of that they see themselves as equal
Aang in the northern water tribe refuses to learn from Pakku bc he didn't want to teach Katara and despite all of that Aang tries to teach Katara by himself showing that he cares about her•wants to spend more time with her and wants to see Katara getting better and better as a bender
Both of them defend each other when the others offend them (s1 ep 12 Katara defends Aang when an old man told him that he turned he's back on the world•s2 ep 5 Aang defends Katara when a whole village was about to attack her for extinguishing the fire) etc
They always try to be close to each other and if you notice in almost every scene they touch each other somewhere somehow
The only thing that's left from their losses is a necklace
Katara hugs him and kisses him a lot of times during the show
They always try to help ppl even if they are the enemies
They both respect each other and always listen and trust their beliefs
When one of them is in danger they may unleash an incredible amount of power which may destroy everyone and everything (this can be seeing also in the comics)
Aang prefers to love Katara instead of mastering the avatar state (and some of you say that he just has a crush on her) choosing love over power•during a war is something unique and so this is what connects them and makes their relationship special
They grew to love each other.. throughout the show they've seen everything...fun-love-pain-death etc but instead of giving up their love makes them even stronger as characters and as humans
Have you noticed that when they where at the library Katara was searching things about Aang? I mean you are in the best library that you'll ever see you can search for anything and you prefer to find stuff about Aang? Yeahh I don't think she is in love with him...
Katara suggests to kiss in the cave of two lovers•Katara is the one that always hugs and kisses Aang during the show but some of you seem to forget that or say that she does that bc he sees him as a brother...let's see then...how many times she kissed Sokka? How many times she cried about Sokka? I don't say that she doesn't love Sokka or something but Aang seems to be something even beyond love for her•something even stronger
Try to convince me that when they danced we didn't saw the flames in their eyes and in their hearts•Aang in this episode has won an entire school clearly all the girls have a crush on him and especially On Ji but he doesn't care about the others he had eyes only for her
Actually during 2 episodes in the show Aang seems to have two large girl group's who seem to like him (In the kyoshi island and in the fire nation school) in these two episode we get to see how much Katara gets jealous when other girls are giving Aang attention...especially when Aang dances with On Ji we clearly see Katara being so jealous and so sad at the same time
Ofc during the show we get to see Aang being jealous as well especially when Sokka suggests Katara to kiss Jet
They have amazing chemistry..A lot of ppl seem to forget that but wtf?Aang and Katara were literally running in a circle into the water and took down the giant serpent•remember when they took down a factory in like 5 minutes?Or when Katara grabbed like 10 earthbending soldiers and Aang just froze them in 1 second?Or when Katara was the painting lady...Katara was playing her role while Aang was pulling air out of nowhere and the soldiers started running then this fire nation guy tried to attack Katara she didn't even move to protect her self she had so much faith on Aang and Aang saved her in an awesome scene and then he just blasted this guy into the water(I won't even speak about the dance scene)
The story of the 2 lovers in the cave actually describes the story of Aang and Katara I will make a future post about this and explain everything
And what about the times when Katara is like "How do I look?" I mean the first time she was talking to Aang and Sokka but Sokka was fighting with a fish that moment so...she just wanted to hear Aang's opinion...or when she and Toph dressed to go to that party (Katara didn't say anything there but she was standing still until Aang notices her) or even the time when they got the fire nation clothes she asked the same thing..I don't think she cares about Sokka's opinion and Toph can't even see so again she is doing all of that for Aang
When Katara told Aang that she was confused•She literally said that bc she was afraid you don't have to be Einstein to understand that•Aang was about to fight Ozai she didn't want to express her feelings for him she was afraid that she might never see him again...it's so simle.
You also like the idea of blue and red and all of that (zutara shippers) but you forget that Aang is a firebender as well so I'm sorry😂
Last thing...when everyone is saying that Aang got out of the fz...he was never actually in it...I mean she was in love with him from the beginning but she didn't knew bc she hadn't felt the same before so she thought that this is like to have a good friend but nahh when Sokka said "sometimes I forget what a powerful bender that kid is" Only then she realized that she was in love with Aang this whole time
On to the other "ship" now
I can explain all of their moments together
Their first "moment" was when he captured her and put her necklace around her...I mean he clearly does that to make her talk since she said it was her mother's
The second on is in the cave when they were captured by Azula•After Katara stopped shouting at him she told him that the fire nation killed her mother Zuko since he didn't know that he's mother was alive told her that they had something in common•Then Zuko starts talking about he's bad life which we all know and so that made Katara realise why he is like that and thought that if she could heal he's scar he would have changed completely and help them win..end of the story that was it• you all saw how she run to hug Aang when he came to rescue her
Move on when Zuko final joined the team...after a while Katara walks into his room and threatened him that she'll kill him if he makes a step back again...I mean how the zutara fans found that as a love scene Katara said all of that bc the last time that he trusted him Aang died and she shows how far can she go to protect the man he loves
Next we have the southern raiders where all in all Katara yells to Zuko about he's betrayal and her mother's death etc Zuko in order to be accepted by her as well in the group offers to find her mother's murderer only bc he needed to forgive him nothing more...this is so clear when Aang says that she needs to forgive him and not choose revenge•Zuko there makes fan of Aang's beliefs and later he recognises that violence wasn't the answer this shows how much Aang knows Katara
Later we see Zuko choosing Katara to help him with Azula...I mean who would you pick Katara Sokka Toph or Suki? He is between Toph and Katara but he knows Katara is a waterbender and a bloodbender so he correctly picks her
And to the final moment Zuko jumps into the lightning in order to save Katara (I've talked about that as well) but all in all Zuko did that bc it's he's fault that Katara was in danger and also bc they are a family now all of them...anyone would do the same for everyone so...
You just like the idea of two hot ppl but this is so wrong bc you are missing the point the guy that has everything (strength, wisdom, fun, handsome) and much more is Aang don't get me wrong Zuko is awesome but Aang has so much more things that Zuko can't give to Katara
And where is actually the chemistry? You thought so when you saw them dressed like ninja?come on guys learn to separate things...
And when Katara hugs Zuko that was 100% friendly...she wanted to show that she finally accepted him in their family
How many times Katara hugged, kissed and blushed for Zuko?...I'm waiting...
So after all these two have been through I believe that in the end they developed a great friendship bc basically Katara became Zuko's new sister•a sister that he always needed and never had

So I wanted to talk about this scene here bc I've watched avatar like 100 times and I've never realized that...First to clear things up I love Zuko I love he's character development and I love the way he improved he's firebending throughout the series BUT this scene here is 100% he's fault...I mean we can see how focused and smart he's fighting right here•we can see him for the first time dominating Azula but why did he had to challenge her with lightning? He could have thought about Katara bc he wasn't alone on this one•he even challenged her at the beginning so no one would get hurt and if he indeed was alone you don't risk your life for that thing since you're winning•Bc Iroh told him that with a small mistake this technique could have him killed and so the 1st reason for jumping into the lightning was bc of he's mistake and the 2nd reason is bc they're friends with Katara everyone on this gang would have done the same for anyone but I guess the writer's did that so Katara could show how powerful bender she is and we have to admit that she ended Azula's career right there•oh and I don't want you to believe that I didn't like the fight or something•the fight was the 2nd favorite for me and I loved every scene of it but this post is more about Zuko's fault and the zutara fans that say "you don't jump into a lightning to save just a friend" for me that sounds really bad bc the connection that this gaang has is the one that we all should look for in ours(they are all a family now)...I would easily jump in front of a lightning for everyone of the gaang...tell me your thoughts about this⚡
