I gave in and got the ugly fucking English language edition of лвпг and also this history book because idk I felt kind of embarrassed about just buying a YA hardback, and I've wanted to read queer histories of Russia for a long time (I'm not sure I like this one though 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️). I was surprised that they had the book in their big front of store bestsellers display, I thought it was going to be nicher than that and that I'd have to root around in the YA section!

I feel like Gay's the Word is a pretty well known queer bookstore, but I am now formally recommending it to anyone who'd be interested in that sort of thing if they ever find themselves in London.
