The cast and crew of The Untamed never had “bromance” in mind; they set out to film a love story, and here is the evidence – actors having a heated lovers’ spat about when they fell in love, while directors try to calm them down.
The track they referenced is Shin Band’s “I Love You Even If You Die” – a 2002 power ballad about apocalyptic undying love that’s over-the-top yet oddly fitting, especially with its dramatic lyrics re: “us against the world”, “till the end of the earth”, and “go it alone into the dark”.
as promised, a cut of shenanigans™ music from CQL that I painstakingly cut and pasted from a rip of episode 8 because apparently the powers that be don’t want us to have it >:c
this is just like, the fun peppy music that plays every time something like, gentle and light happens? aka, the best song in the whole show?? and it wasn’t included on the soundtrack???? ;A; so here’s a 50-second cut for your listening pleasure (i say that but really it’s for me lmfao)
i can’t believe i spent real effort on this but well, okay, what’s new, i remain a parody of myself.
there’s a couple of soft gasps from nhs and wwx as they stare at lwj, but you know, that’s acceptable. and some clinking at the end from the yin iron, which is less acceptable, but I tried to fade it out sigh.
Much discussion about who tops is allowed to kabedon who in this episode. 😂The conclusion appears to be that Tang Fan and Wang Zhi can’t share a kabedon scene because Guan Hong is too tall?
I stopped having celebrity role models ever since ringo starr told me to fuck off when I was 11 that experience was very formative I can never trust another beatle
