DC Writing Prompt
Dinah Lance and Tim Drake are somehow related. Bruce and Tim don’t realize this until after Tim becomes Robin. Bruce analyzes Tim’s DNA and finds signs that he has a meta gene, but one that is still inactive. So Bruce, Tim, and Alfred decide to stay quiet about it but to keep an eye on Tim in case it activates.
Well it does, when Tim’s 17. And it just the same as Black Canary’s.

Danny Phantom x DC Writing Prompt
Danny, for what ever reason, goes to Gotham (older than in the show but maybe not a ‘true’ adult yet?). While there, he spots a little boy with a camera following a man dressed as a bat and a boy that looked like a traffic light.
Essentially, Danny sibling-adopts Tim, helps Tim train (more for ghost-like dangers), and mentors him in heroics once Tim joins the vigilante scene (since Batman clearly wasn’t equipped to be an actual mentor when Tim started out).

Red Robin Writing Prompt
Tim only told Jason that Jason had been cleaning up Gotham the ‘easy way’ is because Tim knows for a fact how easy killing is. He had his first kill before he was even 7 years old.
No one realizes this until Joker makes Tim “choose” between shooting one of two batfam members and Tim just picks up the gun without hesitation and shoots the Joker in just the right spot for it to be fatal but for it to not be an instant death.
Tim turns to Jason, “Like I said: Easy way out.”

There are so many fics out there where Danny is either adopted by or the biological son of Bruce. In many of these he might have an existential crisis but other wise he is fine and happy to be part of the BatFam. Where are the ones where he fights against this just doesn't want to connect with Bruce of the rest of the family.
One: Bruce is a billionaire and Danny has had some bad experience with Vlad trying to adopt/get him as a son. So even if Bruce is one of "the good ones" Danny does't like billionaires.
Two: Danny for the most part grew up in a mostly normal family and home, with two Parents and a sibling. Most of the BatFam were only children and parents are dead or came from dysfunctional homes. I think Duke is the only one who really had a normal childhood.
Three: The Fenton family is pretty openly affectionate with each other and are pretty normal emotionally. Danny has a great relationship with all of them (Danny went evil in the timeline where they all died). Most of the Batfam is emotionally constipated.
Four: Danny is used to his boundaries being respected. I don't think that the Batfam is great at that. With Bruce needing to know everything, Tim's stalking tendencies, Barbra's hacking, just to name the obvious.
Danny knew that he was adopted into the Fentons. His parents had never hidden it from him, but they never treated him as anything besides their child.
He had come into their lives one day when one of Maddie's old high school friends had called, bawling that she had gotten pregnant and that her husband wasn't the father. He had discovered the truth and thrown her out, leaving her pregnant and alone on the streets of Gotham.
Maddie had been furious at the affair- she hated disloyalty- but had decided to help her only for the baby's sake.
She had driven over multiple state lines back to her home city to pick up the friend only to find out she had taken her life and left her newborn son to Maddie. While Maddie had been able to escape the hellhole that was Gotham, Rebecca never got the chance, not with her average intelligence.
In high school, the two were as close as sisters until Rebecca fell into the whisky bottles her father carelessly left around. She blossomed into a beautiful woman upon their graduation- more so than Maddie-, turning from a sweet homebody into someone who got into exclusive parties and powerful men.
Maddie had slowly drifted away from her, so far away at college, and Rebecca fell further and further into the party scene. It was a surprise that she settled down for marriage and Maddie truly believed that she had been happy with her husband.
That's why Danny was such a surprise. Maddie did not know who Danny's biological father was, but she did not care. Not after they placed the sobbing infant into her arms, and she realized that she was his mother now.
She immediately phoned Jack to tell him what had happened, and he told Jazz she was a big sister before the call ended. They told him the story about when he started to learn his colors. Not with her taking her life, of course; that was when Danny turned fourteen. This was only a few days before Danny revealed he was Phantom to them.
They were first shocked, but then they became supportive. Phantom now had two proud ghost hunters following him, shooting photos instead of guns.
It was embarrassing, but it was also nice of them.
And that was that. Danny is a Fenton, adopted, but a child of Maddie and Jack Fenton all the same.
He never gave his biological parents a thought. In fact, he all but forgot about them until Sam convinced him to take an ancestry test. He had allowed her to swipe his mouth, package his DNA, and send it off to see where his people came from, completely forgetting that he would not match with Jazz, who had done the same thing a month prior.
His results were shocking, to say the least.
Somehow, someway, Rebecca Silver had been in the system of DNA samples, and they had matched him to her alongside his biological father.
Bruce Wayne. Rebecca had an affair with Bruce Wayne, arguably one of the wealthiest men in the country, and they had sent him a message to let him know he matched with his son.
An eccentric billionaire has just been told that Danny was his. He knew that song and dance well, and it was never fun to dance to. Danny could only stare at the results with dread as Sam apologized profoundly.
"Maybe he won't see it." Tucker tried. "I mean, Wayne is probably so busy with rich people stuff he doesn't have time to even look at his emails. Especially ones that will come in spam since it's comersolized."
"Yeah, Maybe" Danny doesn't think he's that lucky.
A month later, the Fenton's home phone rings. His parents are working on a new invention on the dinning room table, Danny is stretched out in front of the TV watching a mindless cartoon and Jazz is crocheting in the love chair.
It's a typical Tuesday night where everyone is doing their own thing but close enough to each other that they can call it family time. Jazz is the closest to the house phone so she picks it up with a cheerful "Fenton house, this is Jasmine."
Her smile slowly slips away as all the blood drains from her face. Alarmed by her reaction, Danny sits up. "Jazz? What's wrong?"
His words have his parents' heads snapping up, zoning in on their daughter's rapidly growing destress. Yes, they get distracted often with their work, but the Fentons have always been loving parents.
They quickly spring into action.
"Jazzy-pants?" His dad says, walking up to her and taking the phone from her slack hand. He covers the speaking end of it, not paying attention to the call as his mom hugs his sister. "What's the matter?"
"It's... Bruce Wayne's lawyer," Jazz says faintly. "He's calling about Danny. He said that Mr. Wayne has been attempting to take Danny back and that they are going to take us to court soon."
The room goes dead quiet, and Danny snorts. "He can't do that without a letter or something. Come on Jazz, it's obviously a prank."
Someone at school likely found out and thought it would be funny to make "the biggest loser of Casper High" Danny Fenton, think a billionaire wanted him as a son. Honestly, he wouldn't put it past the A-listers.
He laughs to show how stupid this prank is, but neither of his parents joins him. Instead, his mother closes her eyes and whispers, "We received his court papers weeks ago. We've been trying to get a lawyer."
What.
She pushes Jazz into his dad's arms, where his sister is slowly panicking. His dad tries to soothe her as his mom opens the drawer under the TV, pulling out three orange envelopes. She looks remorseful as she hands them to Danny. "We didn't want you to worry. I'm sorry we didn't tell you sooner. Vlad said he would help, but he wasn't sure what he could do against such a powerful man"
And there, in overly complicated terms, is clear as day. Bruce Wayne wanted full custody of Danny Fenton and was willing to take the Fentons to court to get it done.
The man- who has never so much as met Danny, much less have a right to say what happens to him- was accusing his parents of child abuse and child neglect! He not only was trying to take Danny away but Jazz as well!
Where did this man get the audacity!?
"I don't want to go with him!" He shouts rage, making his eyes glow green. "I don't even know him!"
"I know, sweetie. I won't let him take you" His mom says, yanking him into a protective hug, and he realizes that her shirt is getting wet with his tears. Tears that fall just like the woman who raised him. "Everything will be alright."
It won't be, he knows, but he won't tell her that. He just lets his mother hold him, and when his sister and father crash into the hug a second later, he holds them just as tight.
He's not sure how they will win against Bruce Wayne, but Danny will fight his biological father every step of the way. He will not be his son.
______________________________________________________________
Bruce stares at the photo of Danny Fenton- his son. His boy, whom he wasn't aware was alive until a month ago- and the reports from concerned teachers and whatever information Barbra could pull from his classmate's social media.
Dramatically dropping grades.
Clear signs of sleepless nights.
Flinches whenever his parents pull out "ghost hunting" gear.
Strange bruises and cuts along his arms and legs.
His small stature is no longer growing properly like his peers.
It all pointed to one thing. The Fentons were abusing his son and Bruce would bet the sister was suffering from the same treatment if her own grade dropping, sleepless eyes, and desperate race to adulthood were any indication.
Bruce laces his hands, resting his chin on them as the Batcomputer slowly flips through various reports being quickly dismissed by incompetent social workers who all claim it was Ghost Hunter related and not a cause for concern.
Those same social workers all seemed to have gotten quite generous donations from one Vlad Masters, a well-known family friend of the Fentons.
He hates corruption that allows children to be hurt, more so when it;'s his own children.
"When do we go retrieve Brother?" Damian asks, green eyes narrowing in rage as the reports scroll slowly. Ever since he found out Danny is a blood sibling, all Damian has been talking about is getting his elder brother home. "I am displeased with how long it's been, Father."
"Soon," Bruce promises, aware the rest of his children gather around him. They don't speak, but he feels their protective rage at what Danny has gone through, and he knows they will use every last bit of their training to get Danny home. "Either through the courts or in person. Danny will be with us come summer."
"Good," grunts Jason. "I'll have a little chat with his adoptive scumbags when we get him."
"I'll help," Dick tacks on.
"I'll make it look like an accident," Tim says, voice leveled but eyes blazing as the reports get to the neglect section. He has personal issues about that.
Bruce has never been so proud. "Court date is set for three weeks. They can't weasel their way out of it this time."
Don't worry son, he thinks to Danny, I'm going to save you.

DP x DC Writing Prompt
For whatever reason, Tim hires Danny as a bodyguard/assistant (unaware of the ghost powers until later). Tim only did it for appearances but hey, Danny is actually really good at his job and understands completely that sometimes, Tim just needs to disappear for a bit and that it just happens to coincide with there being a problem in Gotham. Danny even lets Tim drink all the heavily caffeinated coffee he wants and doesn’t try to limit it like Tam tries to do (considering Danny drinks just about the same amount… (Tam tried to have an intervention, it did not work)). It’s going great…
… then Tim realizes that Danny has been bodyguarding him and secretly assisting him while Tim is out as Red Robin (how does Danny know Tim is Red Robin? Who knows). Eventually, Tim learns to accept it and you know what? Danny is a great partner to have… on the field… behind the scenes, that is definitely what Tim meant…
Then one day, while Tim is drinking the coffee Danny prepared for the both of them, he realizes where they both are and has just one question:
“When did Danny become his roommate?”

Danny gets stuck as a cat somehow and ends up in the care of Damian. He still has his powers, he just can’t take a humanoid form (although the Waynes are confused on whether Damian took in a black cat with blue eyes, a white cat with green eyes, or two cats).

DP + DC Writing Prompt
Prior to officially starting their research fully on ghosts, Jack and Maddie had to work elsewhere to get the funds needed (plus, they needed the money to take care of their six-year old daughter, Jazz). So, they went to the company that would pay them the most:
LexCorp.
It started off alright but over time, it became a bit more… insidious. They finally had enough shortly after being added to Lexcorp’s cloning research, when they were assigned to terminate a clone for failing to show signs of ‘Kryptonian physiology’. After documenting that the clone was terminated and cremated, they handed in their letters of resignation and left that night to disappear into an obscure town in Illinois called Amity Park…
Taking with them their daughter Jazz and their ‘four-year old’ son, Daniel.
Note: The idea behind this is ‘what if the reason Danny is so strong isn’t because he’s half ghost… what if it’s because he’s half alien?’

Mystery Skulls Animated x Danny Phantom
What if Arthur’s mom was Jazz Fenton? And the reason he’s living with his Uncle Lance is because there was a portal accident that caused it to explode (leaving only Arther alive but making him more like his Uncle Danny). But unlike Danny, the only person who knows about Arthur being half-ghost now is his Uncle Lance.
So when he meets Vivi, Lewis, and Mystery, they usually go after people of Scooby-Doo threat levels. And if there is a ghost, Arthur usually sneaks off to take care of it while doing his best to steer his friends away from it (note he is still terrified of ghosts but he figures he’s better equipped to handle it so reluctantly does so).
Rest is up to anyone who wants to write it.

RWBY writing prompt
The idea is this: when Ozma and Salem’s children died, only one had figured out how to use magic. As such, she was the only one able to enter that ‘Afterlife’ space and meet the God of Light. He’s initial surprised but is prepared to have her go to the official afterlife.
However, she inquired about her family. He explains that her sisters are currently unable to pass until either Ozma succeeds in uniting humanity (who will continue to ‘reincarnate’ until he either succeeds or fails) or when Salem completely divides humanity beyond repair (who cannot die until then).
The daughter wants to return, thinking she can get her family to get along again. God of Light tries to explain that it cannot be done, but the daughter states that she at least wants to try.
The God makes a deal with her: he cannot return her to her original body but instead allow her to reincarnate into the body of one without a soul. In turn, she may try to stop the war that is brewing between her parents. An additional catch is that once the relics are collected, the only way to summon the Gods in their true form would be if one of her parents knows that she is their daughter and kills her. The God of Light will also join her in an animal form (he wants to keep a closer eye on her after what happened between her parents (does not want any more mistakes happening)) with limited power.
So she begins her journey of reincarnation (both Faunus and human), the only common trait among her reincarnations are silver eyes. She cannot find her parents for a few reincarnations but she does continue with her life (finds love, has a few children who happen to also possess silver eyes, etc).
She only begins to realize her father’s reincarnation when he begins to recruit her descendants to fight in his war (as their Silver Eye ability becomes known).
Unfortunately, this ability catches the eye of Salem and results in the death of the daughter’s past reincarnated descendants and her current children. In one case, Salem herself kills her without ever realizing that the woman she killed was her daughter.she typically ends up dying before she can speak with him.
The daughter is also unable to get into contact with her father when she finds his reincarnation, typically dying before she can.
But she is now becoming more jaded. She knows that her parents do not realize that they are killing her and her descendants (either on purpose or because they recruited them), but it still hurts.
So when she goes to her granddaughter Summer’s graduation and finally meets Ozpin… she remains silent. She dies not too long after.
Her current reincarnation looks the most similar to her father’s first reincarnation. The God of Light (who has grown attached to her due to spending so many years together) convinces her to help in the battle against Salem, as Salem was getting too close to victory. The daughter inquired why he cares and the God admits that living so closely with humans and her has made him grown attached. She reluctantly agrees.
And so she begins her journey to Atlas, where her father’s current reincarnation was headed.

Overwatch + Marvel/Ghost Rider writing prompt
Jack Morrison becomes Ghost Rider.
What happens is that the Swiss HQ explodes like canon.
The difference?
Gabriel Reyes actually dies. Jack ends up finding his body and is devastated. But who else shows up but Mephisto in the guise of a ‘familiar face’ (whose face? Who knows. Jack just knows it’s not actually them). And so, a deal is struck: Jack becomes the spirit of vengeance in exchange for Gabriel’s life. The catch? Gabriel’s ‘condition’ via Moira becomes even worse, as well as making him more easily angered and sadistic (can also cause him to hate Jack, just for the angst).
Meanwhile, Jack becomes Ghost Rider for a bit. He only stops when he realizes what his deal has actually done to Gabe. So while saving the day as Soldier 76, he is also looking for a way to help Gabe and potentially reverse the deal he made with Mephisto to get his soul back (although he is less inclined to do that, seeing it as ‘punishment’)
This is also why he always wears his visor, to stop himself from transforming into Ghost Rider via eye contact with ‘evil’. Still doesn’t stop Zarathos (aka, the demon that is tied to the Ghost Rider) from speaking to Jack and trying to convince him to return to being Ghost Rider. It’s also why he tries to stay away from the other Overwatch operatives when the group reforms, as he doesn’t want to risk having the Ghost Rider come out while near them.

DC writing prompt
So the Drakes like collecting ancient artifacts, especially those they probably shouldn’t take. One such item is a space pod… that had a baby inside of it.
When they next returned to Gotham, they proclaimed that they gave birth abroad to little “Timothy Drake” (‘a cryptic pregnancy, if you can believe’ they explained). They initially stayed in Gotham with their latest ‘discovery’ and almost saw him as a son.
Unfortunately, the baby started showing abilities reminiscent to the superhero in Metropolis and they put two and two together that they must be the same alien species. They decide that before their ‘son’ can get any more abilities (including the indestructible skin the species was known for), that he needed an ‘appendectomy’ that gave them the perfect excuse to slip some kryptonite right by his spleen. He became a more sickly child after that but that wasn’t any concern of theirs. They started going on trips again but still made plenty of time to take care of Tim.
That stopped when they heard about how Lex Luther developed a rare form of cancer due to extensive exposure to kryptonite.
Since they couldn’t get rid of Tim (too many know of him at this point), they decided to spend most of their time abroad, only stopping at home to drop something off. And they couldn’t risk any one else developing cancer, especially one that was linked to kryptonite exposure, so Tim was left to his own devices (with the exclusion of Ms. Mac visiting once or twice a week).
Tim eventually became Robin. Rest of canon happens. Things change when he’s about to lose his spleen.
Ra’s has his men go in to extract the spleen when they find the kryptonite. Forming his own theory, he decides to have it removed and simply have Tim get sun exposure. It works and Tim doesn’t have to lose his spleen.
Takes a bit but Tim does start developing a few kryptonian abilities (but can’t develop all of them, due to the extensive damage done by the kryptonite. But he as a plus, he developed somewhat of an immunity to kryptonite so he doesn’t collapse when exposed to it, unlike other kryptonians).

Izuku gets the Ladybug Miraculous while Shoto gets the Black Cat.
Why? Not sure… leaning towards them escaping the Miracle Box to find wielders (cause they were tired of being locked away when there was chaos in the world (locked away due to All for One first emergence)).
Izuku (who can be male or female, depending on the writer), gets the Ladybug several months after their talk with All Might (in this world, they did not get One For All), around when UA starts. They are reluctant at first because of years of being told they can never be a hero (All Might being the final nail in the coffin).
Shoto, meanwhile, failed out of heroics due to his ‘unheroic attitude’ (him not using his fire side. Resulted in someone getting injured so he was expelled to ‘Gen Ed’). He gets the Black Cat miraculous and sees it as a way of freedom from his father and allows him to act as a ‘hero’, without having to use either part of his quirk.
There is no Hawk Moth but they do both go out and through the power of the Miraculous, end up meeting and becoming teammates. Unfortunately, they do attract the attention of All For One (who has been searching for the Ladybug and Cat miraculous, having heard of their wish-granting abilities when he first began his reign of terror).
So their ‘hidden enemy’ is All for One and they have to fight Nomus and other associates of All For One.
They also have to keep hidden from the guardian, who wishes to return the run away miraculous to the miracle box to keep them safe from All For One.
Side note but I also imagine that Shoto’s hair color changes to pink when he’s using his Miraculous (cause I think that would be funny)

Danny Phantom + DC Writing Prompt
The Fentons go visit their long-distant cousins, the Kents. Their adoptive son Clark and the Fentons’ son Danny soon realize they have more in common than they realize.
For this, Superman can either be an adult (and act as a mentor for Danny) or a teen (so that Danny has someone who is similar in age that he can relate to). One of things they could relate with one another is the sudden appearance of a new power (since they both developed new powers at random over time and didn’t know what to expect).

Spider-Verse Writing Prompt
This is a what if sort of thing…
What if, before the collider was shut down, another anomaly came through?
A symbiote…
Specially, a Venom.
As luck would have it, Miles would stumble upon (after the collider is destroyed/shut down) the glitching symbiote and the two bond together (with the glitching ceasing so long as Miles acted as the host for the symbiote). Miles has to essentially teach ‘Venom’ right from wrong and makes sure he’s stocked up on chocolate and other things so that he doesn’t have to go for Venom’s typically ‘diet’. Venom doesn’t really come out and instead just has internal commentary for Miles, whether Miles is out as Spider-Man, in class, or doing something else (he can be a bit lazy, I guess).
Going to add spoilers under this
That changes when Miles goes to Spider HQ… especially when Miguel is after him on the train.
First off, Venom doesn’t like the idea of Miles following after Gwen (thinks it’s a bad idea). Proceeds to tell him “I told you so” throughout Miles being chased by the other Spider-people while also helping him find ways to avoid them. Venom starts suggesting letting him take over, which Miles disagrees with (argues that he’ll try to eat the other Spider-people, which Venom denies although admits he was thinking about it). Starts getting concerned when it’s Miles vs Miguel. When Miguel starts doing his whole “You don’t belong here, you never did thing”, Venom loses it. Miles tells Venom to stop but Venom doesn’t listen and takes over. Once he throws Miguel off the train (with an additional boost of electricity from it), Venom continues with Miles plan (going invisible, returning to HQ to use the “Going Home Machine” etc). Meanwhile, Miles is telling Venom that ‘taking over his body’ was wrong. Venom argues that he didn’t want Miles to get hurt anymore.
Up to the writer to decide which universe they end up in: Earth-42 and the symbiote original universe.
