Clearest shot I've ever seen of the emblems on worf's sash (from this auction site), I've tried to trace over the tiny symbols on the first emblem but unfortunately i don't think they translate to anything :(

aside from the squiggles either side, it looks like four klingon letters: first one is a w, second one looks like it could be D, third one is ambiguous, could be an e, a gh, an r or an o, and the final one could be anything tbh but most likely ch, I, or tlh.
