Shining Live Archive Project

To preserve our memories of the past five years, we at Saotome Academy have begun a project of archiving all of the stories, voice lines, and other media from the global version of Uta no Prince-sama Shining Live. As this is a huge undertaking with hundreds of hours of content to record, edit, and sort, we are asking for your help!

We have set up spreadsheets, guides, and a discord server to make this process as easy as possible while obtaining consistent content of the highest quality from all parties involved. If you are interested in helping out, please take a moment to look over our guides and see if you can commit to taking on a portion of this project. It’s going to take a village; but with your support, we can preserve all of these special moments with our favorite idols.

Shining Live EN Service Termination.

It’s been a while!  Although I havent been keeping up with Shining Live for a while, I’m sad to hear of the termination of the English and Traditional Chinese servers. From what I’ve seen, there has been a lot less hype around the game from English speaking fans in recent years, so I suppose it was only a matter of time. Shining Live meant a lot to me as I was running this account, and in many ways it still does, so although it’s been a while since I played Shining Live consistently, I am sad to see EN go. 

Utapri was quite a small fandom internationally, and while we still are in many ways, I’ve seen so much love for the series since new fans found it via Shining Live, so thank you to Klab for bringing us EN in the first place!  Rest assured that I’m certainly still forever in Utapri hell! I recieved my 7th stage bluray recently, I loved the Starish Tours OVA, and I’m eager for the day I can watch the new movie!

I know I havent been using this account for a while, but if any old mutuals or followers want to keep following me somewhere on the internet, I now work as a freelance designer mostly for vtubers and other anime/manga related things. You can follow my design twitter here. I’ll feel too sad if I think of this as goodbye to this account, so lets all continue to support Utapri and Shining Live together! I completed my Quartet Crown set! I honestly don’t know how many people play ACNH and are in the Utapri fandom, but here ya go.

Don’t ask for codes; I don’t have online.

Then, you can just copy these color palettes onto your design, depending on which you want. The gold for both Reiji and Ranmaru is the same, as well as the silver on Ai and Camus. If you really need the color codes, just ask, although it might take some time to enter them.

Also, just wanted to show off the Quartet Crown room that I made. It doesn’t look perfectly like the one from the MV, but it gives off the same vibe.

I probably won’t make the STAR WISH set, because stars are the most frustrating thing to make in the designs (as well as the different collar types you have to design). Maybe later, I’ll try a different STARISH set. Or a HEAVENS set. 

Don’t be too sexy in the QC outfits, this is a children’s game.

If you have suggestions, just comment them, and depending on time and the difficulty to create them, I might make them.

And add me on Shining Live (Global Server): my code 545151932. Right now I have some pretty crappy guest settings, because I don’t have any good vocal cards, but I have decent dance cards. And I play daily.
