To be honest, with the new trailer for the reboot, I have mixed opinions about the designs for the other characters.

Disclaimer, I'm just giving my first impression about the designs, not calling the reboot bad, I'll still watch the series when it comes out and form a better opinion from it.

I liked the ones for the girls, even if they were a bit generic, the rest look so uncanny to me

PALLADIUM MY MAN, they took your sideburns away. Also, thanks for confirming that his evolution was just a way to explain retconning his design. His face looked a bit odd too, but it's probably the angle and me due to drawing him all the time lol

After being unjustly killed outside of respawn range, Jacques, the BLU Spy, mysteriously returned from the dead. However, he came back in a very different form, neither human nor zombie.

Names: Fée Spy, Fae Spy, or FairySpy Real Name: Jacques Type: Supernatural Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Attitude: Polite, Tricky Fighting style: Non-combatant, Melee in the worst case. Abilities: Teleportation, Passive Florakinesis, Bad Omen. Weaknesses: Acknowledging him with his real name. Status: Active Occupation: a burden (according to both RED and BLU)

He's basically a fae roaming in the Badlands.

His presence often brings bad luck in the battle.

He is still a trickster; he likes to lure and trick anyone alone on off-duty hours; he is only benevolent when praised.

Both RED and BLU are aware of his existence.

While still wearing BLU clothes, he doesn't care about the Gravel war; BLU constantly has to hope that the REDs are the ones affected by his bad omen.

He glows slightly in a green tone, and his blood is also green.

He still has his butterfly knife.

Flowers grow near where he is; the other mercenaries notice off-season flowers growing in the middle of the desert.

He behaves just like in canon, but with more dangerous consequences.
