This episode focuses on Mathias, yet for some unknown reason, sites like NRK and IMDb display thumbnail featuring Felix's face instead -_- . _________________________________________

Plus, the accident wasn't a big deal to the storyline. Mathias didn't call someone because Olivia and Felix distracted him. And wasn't the panel already close? Mohammed might have responded more quickly and gotten to it when the control lever failed.
