I make my own yogurt, because I eat so much of it, it would be super expensive to buy it at the store. Making yogurt is really easy!

I try to be a very positive person, but sometimes you can’t help the worry or fear. Fear and worry are natural parts of life, but I find that learning more about my disease and connecting with other people who have it eases the uncertainty a bit.

Finding out that you may have an additional disease is always scary and confusing. Especially when it’s a seemingly rare or under-diagnosed disease.
