It’s the truth isn’t it?

unpopular opinion: sango should have died. one thing that never resoluted with me is the fact that sango is alive post finale. it just jars me how unrealistic it is. you see, sango should have absolutely died in the finale. her back injuries from carrying the show were just too severe.

The reason why I loved the first episode of Yashahime was because it had everything a random Inuyasha episode had.

We saw the main characters + Sesshomaru, Rin, Jaken, Kohaku and Kaede (even Kikyo and Naraku got a shout-out).

Kagome and Sango being friends.

Tessaiga’s badass powers.

Sango and Kirara being a power duo.

Either Sango or Miroku saving each other from danger.

Inuyasha and Kagome going to battle together.

Purifying arrows™

Shippo being… well, Shippo.

The gang kicking ass together.

Tension between Inuyasha and Kagome because of Kikyo.

Kagome doing some brave and reckless shit (and Inuyasha saving her).

Some monster wants to steal the Shikon Jewel.

“Sit, boy!”

My mom™ had never watched a single Inuyasha episode (only knew general details) and she understood what the whole thing was about and the characters’ dynamics by watching this episode.
