I got a question asking if this fic was abandoned this week, and I promise it isn't! I realized I had more done for this chapter than I thought, and I wanted to get it out there. I have no promises about speed of updates from here on out, but this fic is very much not abandoned, and there is another plot arc I want to manage (we've got to get baby Tonks!) before closing them out with an epilogue. (Andromeda's getting sober, I promise.)

At first this was part of a larger chapter, but I realized it was getting quite large so I thought I'd split it up so this chapter is a little short and, er, maybe feels more optimistic than intended. (Andromeda isn't making this process very easy for me or for Teddy lol.) (Truly after a certain point I'm just like... well I like fics which are 90% angsty conversations and where characters struggle mentally and hurt the people they love again and again so that's what we're getting here.) (she's sober! maybe! will it stick? she seems to think so but time will tell!)

Andromeda In Bello (part three of the lesbian Tedromeda series Andromeda Liberata, 136k+, M)

I've been sitting on drafts and scattered scenes from part three for years now, and I'm finally (rather impulsively) starting to post. I have 16k written so far, and I'm committed to this fic and to these characters and my beloved, deeply flawed Andromeda Black Tonks and seeing her through the end of the war.

This fic is canon compliant except for a little playing with birthdays. Tonks will be born a little later than she is in canon. (I do need to get Andromeda sober first and that's going to be a journey.)

Title means "Andromeda at the time of war" or "Andromeda at war."

This is the first fic I've ever written, and it's incredible to return back to it having been writing for years now. Participating in fandom and writing is a joy and a privilege <3
