in shifting to Tumblr as part of my meta exodus, ive realized that social media within itself isnt the issue. the issue has always been alt right shifted algorithms shoving content and people i have nor want anything to do sith in my face all the time when all i want is community with those i connect with. I don't want to argue with room temperature IQ ass nerds who have nothing better to do than complain and talk shit online, life could be so much more.

I think being on Tumblr and the new My-Crypt (which side note if youre alt and miss old internet, i highly suggest it, it's brand new) has made me realize that i actually love sharing my thoughts and feelings with my community and when done within healthy parameters, posting online could be a healthy way to process your feelings, using your blog or account as a sort of virtual diary. and when in the right spaces, its easy to find community and like minded people. WHEN given a platform that gives you that space and the freedom to be independent from the bullshit.
