Shaykh Muhammad Sa'id Ramadan al-Buti’s daily timetable for countless decades.
He would wake up 1-2 hours before Fajr every night and he would make du'a and beseech Allah with tears in his eyes until everyone in the house would hear him crying and begging Allāh for forgiveness. He would then finish his night vigil by saying the following 100 times, ‘I seek the forgiveness of Allāh the Great - and I ask Him to accept my tawba.’ After he would hear the Azan for Fajr, he would recite Surah Yasin and then read the 2 Sunnahs of Fajr at home. The Shaykh would then walk to the mosque and repeat the following one hundred times, ‘Subhān'Allāh wa bi hamdihi Subhān'Allāh al-'Azīm.’ He never missed Fajr in congregation.
After Fajr, the Shaykh would sit in his place and recite his awrad. He would then go home, recite Qur'an until sunset and pray Salah al-Duha. He would then rest for a short while and eat a light breakfast. After that - no one would see him except that he would either be authoring, reading, teaching, or preparing his lessons throughout the day. He would also recite salawat abundantly during the day. The Shaykh would always reserve a portion in the evening for his family and loved ones. His entire day and night was filled with spreading knowledge, learning and benefit.
This is something we should learn from - especially people who want to benefit the ummah. Too many of us waste ourselves in frivolous things. There is nothing greater and more precious than time. The life of the true believer starts before Fajr and every moment is a moment of increase and khayr.
Shaykh Mohammad Aslam

A simple leaf after rain, reminding me of The God of Small Things — not only because of its colour and rainy vibes but how small, ordinary things often carry deep meaning. Like the quiet moments in the novel, this one feels still but full of stories.

وكمْ من زلةٍ ليِ في الخَطَايا وأنتَّ عليَّ ذو فضلٍ ومَنَّ
How many slips into sin I have made, yet You are, towards me, full of bounty and favour.
يَظُنّ النَّاسُ بي خَيرًا وإِنِّي لشَرُ النَّاسِ إنْ لمْ تَعفُ عنِّي.
People assume good of me, but I am the worst of people if You do not pardon me.

🧠✨ *Reading literally rewires your brain.*
Just posted a new video diving into the wild science behind how reading changes your brain—based on Paul B. Armstrong’s How Literature Plays with the Brain.
We’re talking:
– Brain areas recycled just so you can read
– Why letters look like tree branches
– Mirror neurons, memory, and why fiction hits so hard
If you've ever cried over a fictional character or felt changed by a book—you’ll want to see this.

From the heart of unimaginable suffering, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported my family 🙏🏻
Right now, famine is hitting us harder than ever, my heart cries whenever I go to the market to buy any basic necessities! The prices are crazy, and most days my children survive on just bread Hunger and thirst are destroying us, and cooking on fire increases our suffering unbearably! Severe eye and chest sensitivity, in addition to constant stomach pain due to the type of food and the way it is cooked.
All this while we flee from one place to another in fear of bombing, bullets, and imminent danger! I cannot describe what I feel, but it is a feeling beyond exhaustion!
Despite the exhaustion, your support gives us strength and I hope you will not let us down
If you can donate, please do so, or at least help us by sharing, so we can reach those who can
Your kindness truly keeps us going
>> Our campaign is vetted by gazavetters list at Momen & his family

Do you know what an awliyah is?
Awliya is the plural of wali, which means a friend, guardian, or protector. These are the friends of Allah who are pious, and righteous.
The closest thing to an awliyah is a saint.
“Indeed, the allies (awliya") of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. They are those who believed and were conscious of Allah."
(10:62-63)
Some examples of awliyahs are the sahabah, (companions of the prophet ﷺ) ahlul bayt (family of the prophet ﷺ,) and scholars.
But, some awliyahs are unknown in this dunya but known in the heavens up above.
"Perhaps a person with disheveled hair, covered in dust, whom people look down upon, if he swears by Allah, Allah will fulfill it." - Sahih Muslim 2622
The 2 main qualities of an Awliyah were mentioned.
1. Someone who has strong iman (faith)
2. And someone who has Taqwa, who is God conscious. Constantly aware of Allah, you know He is always watching so you abstain from sin and enjoin good.
Here are some tips to strengthen your relationship with الله
Pray Sunnah prayers and try not to delay the fardh (obligatory) and be sincere in worship
“My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more beloved to Me than the religious duties I have obligated upon him. And My servant continues to draw near to Me with extra acts of worship (Nawafil) until I love him." - Sahih Bukhari 6502
Read the Quran daily, and apply it in your life. Try memorizing it whilst also understanding what is being said, why, etc.
Do not rush your tongue trying to memorize ' a revelation of' the Quran. It is certainly upon us to 'make you' memorize and recite it. So once We have recited a revelation 'through Gabriel', follow its recitation closely then it is surely upon us to make it clear 'to you'."
(76:16-18)
Do istigfhar daily. This will help you get rid of sins. It also cleans your heart in a way. Search up the miracles of istighfar! Many people get their duas accepted when doing this multiple times a day.
"If anyone continually asks pardon, Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress, and a relief from every anxiety". -Sunan Abi Dawud 1518
Seek knowledge! This is obligatory upon every Muslim. Take Quran classes, study tafsir, aqeedah, figh, etc. Theirs many resources online like amau student of knowledge academy, & university of Medina has some textbooks online shared.
Research what "fard ayn" is. This is individually obligatory knowledge and "fard kifayah" is
Did you know the angels lower their wings for the seeker of knowledge out of respect? -Abu Dawud 3641
Constantly make dua. Allah loves when His servant makes dua, it shows you trust Him. Dont get discouraged if it isn't accepted as fast as you think it is. Also keep in mind that some things that you made dua but didn't get in this dunya will show up on the day of judgement for you as good deeds.
“And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the call of the supplicant when he calls upon Me..."
(2:186)
Try your best to go of sins for the sake of Allah. If you are struggling, drown your sin in good deeds.
If you let go of something for the sake of Allah, He will reward you and give you something better than what was taken from you inshaAllah. Tabaruji, Zina, backbiting..
Be grateful!
Do dhikr on a daily basis. Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah. He is always protecting you, and has answered your duas without you even noticing.
Keep your good deeds between you and Allah and increase in them. For example, charity, help your family, even provide some water for an animal. Always make your intention for the sake of Allah. Even working out, brushing your teeth, can be seen as taking care of yourself; or the amanah Allah has gave you.
"When I love My servant... I become the hearing with which he hears, the seeing with which he sees, the hand with which he strikes, and the foot with which he walks. If he asks of Me, I will surely grant it to him, and if he seeks refuge in Me, I will surely protect him."
- Sahih Bukhari 6502
How great must it feel to make dua and seeing it answered right in front of your eyes? To be wronged, and see Allah deal with them in a just way. To be given blessings daily?
You made it! May Allah raise your ranks to that of an Awliyah. A beloved friend of His. If this knowledge has benefited you in any way, please make dua for me and my health.

What is the best thing given to a person?
What is the best thing given to a person?
It was said to Ibn al-Mubarak: “What is the best thing given to a person?“
Ibn al-Mubarak answered: "Intellect."
Then he was asked: "What if he wasn’t given that?”
To which Ibn al-Mubarak replied: “Good manners.”
It was then said to him: “If he doesn’t have that?”
He then responded by saying: “Good brothers can go to him and consult.”
They then asked:“And what if they don’t have that?”
He replied: “Long silences.”
Then they asked him: “What if they don’t have that?”
He responded in sense of finality by saying: “Urgent death.

Wicked women are for wicked men, and wicked men are for wicked women. And virtuous women are for virtuous men, and virtuous men are for virtuous women.
Trust ya god. In sha Allah you'll get the best.
Correction of the commonly misunderstood meaning of the following verse:
Allāh' Tâ'ālā's saying: Wicked women are for wicked men, and wicked men are for wicked women. And virtuous women are for virtuous men, and virtuous men are for virtuous women.
Sūrāh An-Nūr●24:26
Many people believe and repeatedly state that this verse refers to marriage, meaning that a pure man marries a pure woman, and an evil man marries an evil woman. However, this understanding is incorrect.
This verse appears in Sūrāh An-Nūr after the incident of Îfk (the false accusation), where our mother Ā'îshā (رضي الله عنها) was falsely accused by the hypocrites. They spread lies and baseless allegations against her, after which Allāh revealed her exoneration in the Qur'ân an exoneration that will be recited until the Day of Judgment.
After mentioning this incident, Allāh said:
"Evil statements are for evil people,
"This means that the vile statements made about Ā'îshā' (رضي الله عنها) could only come from vile individuals. In other words, it is a divine fact that wicked people engage in wicked speech, while good people engage in good speech.
At the end of this verse,
Allāh says: "They (the pure ones) are absolved of what they say. For them is forgiveness and a noble provision."
This means that those whom Allāh has purified are free from the false accusations made against them. Thus, this verse has no connection to marriage.
Evidence: Pharaoh was one of the most wicked men, yet his wife, Āsīyā' (رضي الله عنها), was a pure woman. The Qur'â mentions her supplication: "My Lord, build for me, near You, a house in Paradise."
"Similarly" the rophets Nūh and Lūt (عليهما السلام) were among Allāh’s chosen messengers, yet their wives were wicked. Allāh said regarding them: "Enter the Fire along with those who enter."
So, In the interpretation of Sūrāh An-Nūr, verse 26, there are various opinions. However, the most preferred and widely accepted opinion among scholars is that “Al-Khâbîthāt” in this verse refers to evil words such as lies, slander, and false accusations, which are only befitting of evil people. That is, a person who is himself corrupt will utter corrupt words.
This verse was revealed after the Incident of Îfk, when the hypocrites falsely accused our mother Ā'îshā' (رضي الله عنها).
The connection between this verse and the Incident of Îfk is clear: Allāh is stating that such vile accusations are the actions of wicked people, while good words—such as rejecting this false accusation—are the actions of righteous people.
واللہ اعلم باالصواب
