Peter: Not wanting to admit that he has a father figure in his life as the last two died. Putting up walls and deflecting so that way when Tony inevitably dies he's not as attached.
Tony: Seeing a version of himself in Peter. Knowing what its like to be miss understood and unwanted. Deciding that its better to be a father due to this.
May and Pepper: Seeing this go down and waiting for Peter accept Tony as his father.
Give me a Peter who is absolutely in denial. Give me Peter who’s like “yeah Mr. Stark invites me to his lab three days a week or more, and yeah I have my own room in the penthouse, and yeah he calls me his kid and comes to my Acadec meets, but that doesn’t mean he sees me as a son. He’s just looking out for Spider-Man. Nobody would want me as a son.”
Meanwhile, Tony drawing up adoption papers:

Jinshi: Poison isn't the answer. MaoMao: You’re right. Jinshi: *sighs in relief* MaoMao: Poison is the question. Jinshi: What? MaoMao, bolting away: And the answer is yes. Jinshi, running after her: NO-

I'm not one to preach, but theses tips are great.
Etiquette Tips
I swear when I focus on my etiquette I feel so powerful.
Firstly:
- Stop the slouching. Start training your posture.
- Slow down. Almost as of you're in a daze, but not so much so that you look stupid. Stop being in such a hurry to go here, there, sit down, walk around, snatch that drink, etc. Breathe.
- Eye contact is everything
Anyways! Onto my tips and tricks (I can't verify these, they're just what I know don't yell at me)
Elbows off the table unless you're at your home. Forearms are acceptable.
Place personal items into your handbag, and behind you in your seat. Or place the bag in your lap and place your napkin over it.
Look into hand placement for holding different drinks ! They're usually held by the stem but your hand placement completely changes the way you and the glass look. Wine glasses are generally held near the bottom of the stem, with your thumb and index finger primarily grasping it. here's a TikTok for those who would like it.
If you're walking down stairs with a long dress on, pinch /grasp with two hands on both sides of the dress and lift just above the ankles before walking down.
When handling butter & bread: if you're sharing butter, get enough for the entire piece of bread and place it on your plate. From there, tear off pieces of bread and apply your butter bit by bit.
To appear more elegant while walking up stairs in heels, turn a little bit to an angle, (almost prom style walk down, just a little less) and grab the railing. Keep your shoulders up. Walk up and it'll appear more graceful this way.
Instead of putting your arm up high and waving someone over, lift your arm a little and use two fingers, around chest/chin height. Make eye contact with waitress, smile, nod. This indicates you need help

I love to believe that all of England's colonies/children are like this.
Australia is a wild child, but follows all the rules.
Canada is kind, but is more violent in war than his own father.
This is just to name two examples.
Know I've said this before, but America having funny little personality hold overs from being raised by England is so important to me. Like this man is a goofball but he still has perfect posture. He'll happily wear pajama pants to work, but if he is going to wear a suit his belt and shoes better match. He's got a happy go lucky attitude but if he gets stressed/ tired enough he's suddenly just as sarcastic as his father. Like as much as he tries to rebel from it his apple really didn't fall far from England's tree.

Steve and Tony's different views on money is just facinating.
Tony views money as a non-worry. Anything that he physically wants he can get. If he wants it, he will get it. Nice watch bought and paid for. Money its nothing more than something that he has. Like tap water.
Steve sees money as the biggest thing to worry about. Having enought to eat, to keep warm, and to last to the next paycheck. Its the most important to track. Every penny is tracked.
They regulary clash on anything with money. Tony wanting to spoill Steve at after all he has been through. Steve on the other hand not wanting to be spollied as he's used to not having a lot. This is mainly in things such as Tony giving Steve a nincer viersion of somethign he has like a suit. Steve in turn does his best to aviod recieving gifts at all.
It is'n't until Nat one day points out that Tony shows that he cares by giving gifts as that's what he was raised to show as affection. And that what Tony is doing is showing that he cares about him. That completely changes how Steve see's Tony. Not tossing money around all the time, but showing that he cares.
Nat also tells Tony to let up on the gift giving as Steve see's it as showing off. That coming from a poorer background means that Steve's sees cash as a tool to be used carefully and not everywhere. Tony now gets why Steve didn't want his gift not out of what they were, but what they represented.

Tony introducing Bucky and Steve to all the fine things he can afford. It starts small with some nice versions of there stuff. Some nice toiletries and clothes. Then he takes them to a private spa and after that they fully embrace it all. Bucky lives on hair products and Steve enjoys all the skin care he can. There are spoiled to the extreme. When not on missions Bucky gets regular massages and Steve uses the best art supplies.
Tony can only smile as his two Brooklyn Boys enjoy all that he can provide.

After Bucky joins to the Advengers, Tony has an idea to get the public on his side. Bucky and Steve do YouTube videos together. There first series of videos are the two of them eating miltary rations. The public loves it. Seeing national icons act like idiots. Gets the pulic to forget one of men infront of them killed unknown amount of people. Some of the most popular videos are the ones when they look the most dumb. Some of the more popular moments are.
Bucky eating the 'Meat' in a ww2 styled rations and saying that he would rather have an IV than eat it.
Both of them destroying German rations before they can eat them. It becomes a rant video on how awful the food was as they ate some during the war.
Bucky seeing MRE's and wondering how on earth they made the food.
Trying out some old USSR rations and Bucky saying he missed them over Hydra ones.
Trying some British WW2 ones and it becomes a whole thing about remembering Peggy and some moments that didn't make it into the history books

Love this AU idea. The idea that Bucky and Winter end up fighting each other over who knows what moves and weakness his old self has.

he really didn't expect it

Doc is the most unhinged crew chief. Not in an old man way, but in doing everything his way. Track gets repaved, he will be driving around it in the Hornet. Cameras to close, he will swear at them to get them off his back. Once got into a fight with another crew chief, after he spoke out about him being a forgotten racer trying to get another chance of glory. During a red flag to clean up a crash, Doc was helping out the racer making sure that he was all right. He generally cares about others, but he also just does not believe in the rules NASCAR makes. This makes him a fan favorite. Kids love him in a cool old man way, adults see him as a Dale Earnheart style crew chief, and old fans love to see an old legend back.
Doc won that fight. NASCAR doesn't do anything to stop him as Doc can still tell the world about how he left and turn the fans against them.

They meet up at the end of the tie breaker race. Dale has been eyeing Lighting up all season. With Doc back he makes his move. He uses his name to be the team owner. Doc knows who Dale is since even in his isolation "The Intimidator" came to his ears. He agrees to let him be the team owner. They have one talk about dirt track racing and the changes in the racing world for Doc and Dale to become close friends.
The racing world is rocked again by the team up of two racing legends. Dale has the intimidation to get his way and Doc knows the medical and legal justifications for everything. They end up adding new rules that even Dinaco didn't know could be made. If you could think it, they have done it. It makes the already done officials take a shot when they have to deal with there on and off the track shenanigans.
When Storm starts, Lighting has mastered the bump and run and has added a plethora of short track techniques for long tracks that make even him pause. There're only so many hours on simulations that can prepare you for Lighting going backwards after a bump and run. When Lighting wrecks, Dale and Doc go on a personal war path to protect Lighting and teach him that their nicknames are not just jokes. Once they are done all the next gens fear Dale and Doc just as they were during there racing days.
Okay but like-
If Dale Sr and Doc Hudson were both alive and met each other, they would immediately form a silent alliance to be the most terrifying power friendship duo the racing world had ever seen.
No one would stand a chance against their shenanigans; The Next Gens wouldn't know what hit them. The professional prankster/trickster Team Dinoco would be sweatin hard trying to keep outwitting these two.
Like come on.
The Fabulous Doctor Hudson Hornet
Teamed up with Dale "The Intimidator" Earnhardt Sr?
You can't tell me that wouldn't not be a power friendship duo right there.

Steve is being in the lost media comunity. His favorite movie as a kid got lost to time and spends a good amount of time just trying to find it. The lost media comunity is pretty sure that capsheild is him, but Steve never say either way, but its strange that when his favorite film is found, that it gets its first screening is at the Advengers tower.
Bucky also joins the lost media community as a way to help heal. He goes by soilderoutoftime.

This makes his time in the cave much more tragic. In his desperation his mind made up a person a figment of his imagination to help him cope. The terrorist may have saved him, only to use him. Tony can pick up on languages fast. He needed some form of entertainment and playing a game against your self is common.
His mind took a random person and made them into a character. A figment of his mind to ensure that he survived. By all means it could be his mind. The Ten Rings went along as a mad genius is still an asset to use.
As far as tony can remember, there is absolutely no evidence that Yinsen ever existed, except the evidence in Tony’s brain.
and, as tony starts to process him…
weren’t there a lot of hands over him, for the surgery? Didn’t he pick up on the language quickly? Didn’t most of those games end in ties?
In fact, can tony be absolutely sure that Yinsen existed?
(he can’t. and with every passing day, he becomes more sure that, maybe, he really was alone in the cave.)

This is the true power of the prequels. Adding context to make the scene just a bit more funny and a moment when Anakin was there.
"Come with me. It is the only way," Vader says to Luke after revealing he is Luke's father.
And with that, Luke decides to dive into the abyss.
And even though we don't actually see Vader's facial expression with his reaction...
... I can't help but imagine him thinking "...So he'd rather risk death than come with me. Ouch. I mean, he definitely got his flair for the theatrical from me, but... Still, that's kinda hurtful 😞"
