Still too heavy and not fast enough loss. Yesterday I had a lot of sweets and I had soup in the evening. I ate the sweets thinking that was my last meal of the day (it wasn't).
Not to self: force yourself to not indulge in sweets and NO DINNER. Doubt you'll die of skipping dinner for 20 days 🥴 dont be an idiot.
Fight the good fight goddamn it. You're worth it.
