Dragonite redesigns

Nooo particular reason for doing this, noone whatsoever :3. Totally not gonna be the centerpiece of a comic or anything :33 Anyways original dragonite is a travesty and I'm p happy with how this one turned out. The two colors I put in aren't a shiny/non shiny version, rather they're two palettes I'm equally attracted to. The bat wing version was just part of the experimentation but do tell if you like that one too! My impromptu Pokedex entry for them: "Their pearl contains magical properties that allow them to circle the globe in just 16 hours. The wings in their heads serve as canards for additional maneuverability at high speeds" Alt description: "Their pearl is believed to contain the Dragonite's very soul. As such, losing it is akin to losing one's identity. Because of that, they will fight whoever attempts to take it with their life."

Commission for VikriViri! An alt version of the previous drawing. Chrysalis may have done awful things, but no pony should suffer from such terrible night terrors. Luna knows that especially well, being a reformed "villain" herself. Maybe she gave the queen some nice dreams, of being loved and admired by her hive, cuddling with her children, reassuring them that things would be okay even if they were defeated. Maybe even dreams of a certain purple alicorn...
